From Durian Culture Production this was suposed to be an A/B/O. Gui Ming who swaps consciousness with himself in a parallel universe. In that universe he is married to his rival Shi Youtian.

Desire the series

Another one that was supposed to be A/B/O The story of Bai Lan, a young man who wants Mr. Shen, a proud alpha, to be his omega. According to the casting announcement ‘Desire’ will consist of 24 episodes with 45 minutes runtime per episode.

Boys Love Omegaverse (Boys Love Sequel)

Announced for 6/9/2023 but never aired. This seems to just be borrowing the branding and have nothing to do with either BL originals since it's about 4 men in an idol group.

Given the series (remake)

Fuji TV announced and episodic series focuses on Ritsuka as he rediscovers his love for music thanks to Mafuyu. Given the Movie focused on their bandmates, Akihiko-Haruki, and their tumultuous relationship. The storyline for this second film involves Ritsuka temporarily joining Hiiragi and Shizusumi’s band, and the tension that brings to his new relationship with Mafuyu. It will also delve into the relationship between Hiiragi and Shizusumi.

Silkwood and Be On Cloud partnered for this. ‘Wuju Bakery’ was originally scheduled to be released in 2024, but changes in the production house’ schedule showed that it would air sooner in November 2023, and then it didn't. The drama stars Thai actors Jeff Satur and Barcode Tinnasit and Korean actors Dion and Jun In-Kyu (Q) About a spaceship that crash-lands into and destroys a bakery shop. Of course this means the alien and the baker end up living together. At the same time, other aliens-in-hiding all around the city start hunting for them. One of my most anticipated BLs. It sounds SO WEIRD.

It’s funny, I had the opposite problem; Leo was busy murdering, while Takumi was… passable. He’d hit, and maybe even double, but was incredibly frail without a pair up.

Hey Omega Glenn anon! What’s up, been a while?

Yeah that’s kind of the thing with them. Leo is sort of a jack of all trades, master of none kind of character. You can probably get a really fantastic Leo depending on what classes and skills you spec him into and what kind of luck you get (I stuck him in Grandmaster for that Conquest challenge run I did and he was tearing enemies up with a Levin sword. Probably could have torn the game to shreds if I’d let him use tomes). Takumi is designed to hit accurately, hit hard, and crit a lot. Unless you do something funny with his build, he should be one of the better units at doing that. Being frail doesn’t necessarily matter when you can just slaughter everything lol

Unfortunately, Leo just doesn’t have the same room to grow as Takumi. You get him later (much later in the case of Revelation) than Takumi and his bases are kind of mid for a pre-promote. It doesn’t help that you’re probably already using Camilla in Conquest/Rev, who comes with bases that are basically just as good as Leo’s (but several chapters earlier)

Revelation Chapter 27: Hear My Cry

The shadow mist that flew out of Gunter flies into the big stone head on the wall. It comes to life, now possessed by Anankos. Corrin says that Anankos has been toying with them for too long. Anankos says it isn't wrong to manipulate humans, because they exist solely for the amusement of dragons. Anankos asks why he was left to suffer and die, why humans flourish while he is burried in a dead world, ignored and forgotten. It's because you destroyed Valla, dickhole.

Jokes aside, Anankos having a crisis about being forgotten isn't a bad idea. The concept of an ancient god, now no longer worshipped, angry about being forgotten is decent. Too bad it's relegated to a couple of throwaway lines.

Corrin answers Anankos by hitting him with a sword, because Corrin is an articulate speaker. This fails, because swords don't cut through giant stone statues generally. Anankos says that, because Corrin is part of his bloodline, he will make Corrin his vessel. Xander and Anakos rush in and get their asses handed to them by Anankos’s laser breath. Anankos also attacks Azura, because dancers are OP.

The legendary weapons randomly start glowing and Yato transforms into its true form, a flaming golden chainsaw sword called Omega Yato. AKA the legendary Fire Emblem.

This chapter uses the same map as the last one, with Anankos serving as the boss. There are Dragon Veins that can be used to make healing tiles. As an aside, I'd like to praise Anankos's design in this chapter. The decayed statue works well for a forgotten god and is visually unlike anything else in the series. The moments where the head rears out from the wall, revealing there's an eldritch monster wearing it, and the moments where the jaw of the mask breaks apart so Anankos can shoot lasers are creepy.

Anankos is a powerful enemy who has bullshit skills that negate stat drops, poison, statuses, Lethality, Counter, and damage after battle from Poison Strike and similar skills. It also halves damage from all weapons but Omega Yato, which is instead reduced by 25%, and reduces the damage from criticals and activation skills. This final battle is lactose intolerant. Fortunately, Xander and Takumi were strong enough to beat him down.

After being defeated, Anankos summons Garon to give him a power boost. Garon tells Anankos to fuse with him so they can rule together. Anankos laughs and eats Garon. The Nohrians are given a single line of mourning each. Anankos then brags about getting his power back. The stone mask cracks, revealing four red eyes. The monster body retracts into a hole. The palace explodes as Anankos's real form, a bigass dragon, flies away. Dragon Anankos summons a fucking black hole, which sucks in all of the rubble of the palace and eventually entire flying islands as he rears up to attack.

So, power scaling is kinda dumb, but Corrin and company don’t get sucked in, meaning they can casually shrug off the pull of a black hole. This makes Corrin arguably one of the strongest characters in Smash.

Revelation Endgame: Anankos

Takumi and Leo say that they can't possibly beat Anankos's dragon form. Xander said he never thought his final moments would be alongside a Hoshidan prince; Ryoma messes up the Legolas quote because he hasn't seen Return of the King. Ryoma says he'll meet his end on his feet. Corrin says to not give up and that they can win through teamwork!

The setting for this final chapter is cool. The black hole makes the sky change to a beautiful starry night, for some reason, with Anankos taking up half the map. Dragon Anankos is a pale dragon covered in spikes, with sharp black nails and rotting wings filled with holes. The dragon's head has no eyes; in his jaw, it holds a giant green orb covered in red eyes, which I assume is Anankos's soul. An excellent remix of Lost in Thoughts All Alone plays as the battle begins. Unfortunately, despite the game giving me dozens of different units, I was only allowed to bring a paltry 12.

There are a few enemies milling about in this chapter, but the main threat is Anankos. You first have to kill Anaknos’s two arms, which causes him to lower his head. Anankos hits like a truck. His attack animation has a tree grow out of his head as he shoots out an energy ball. It looks cool but I don't know what the significance is. I split up my army, with Takumi and Kenshi taking out the two hands, while Corrin took on the central head. Corrin was unable to fell the head in a single blow, so I resorted to callously throwing my units away through an endless parade of human wave tactics. Setsuna, of all people, managed to dodge a lethal dragon breath attack and kill Anankos with a counterattack.

Psyche! There’s a third form that is just the eye ball! This final form tore through my army. I sacrificed Takumi to get the eye weak and attacked with Corrin, who just barely failed to kill the god. I had Kenshi Galeforce boost back to the center and attack over Corrin’s shoulder with a shuriken. This didn’t work, but Corrin killed Anankos with a pair-up attack. If I felt like it, I could wax philosophically about friendship and bonds killing a god.

Anankos dies, the black hole disappears, and everyone celebrates. The game cuts to the throne room, where Azura crowns Corrin ruler of Valla as their siblings watch. Yay! Corrin is the ruler of a dead kingdom without any subjects! Corrin thanks Xander and Ryoma for donating land to rebuild Valla, but the fact remains, who the hell is going to live there? Also does the curse still exist?

Corrin pledges to believe in their people and works for their betterment. Everyone says Corrin will be a good ruler, as Gunter watches from a distance. Corrin and Azura meet by the lake. Corrin says Azura should be the leader, but she counters that they stopped Anankos and were chosen by Valla. Azura sings the song and Corrin speculates it's about them. Azura says Anankos wrote the song, so it could be used one day to save him by killing him. Corrin and Azura vow to write a new verse to the song, together.

In the final anime cutscene, Xander and Ryoma stand on a green hillside and vow to keep peace. Hinoka and Camilla say they will all be bound by this vow. Elise and Sakura say they're friends now. Takumi says he wishes it were that easy to forgive, but Leo says that healing can only begin with trust. Everyone turns to Corrin as the two kings swear to their people, countries, and Mary Sue sibling.

It sure is good that this ending fixes the massive economic issues in Nohr that force the country to result to raids on neighboring countries for supplies and also fixes the lingering resentment Hoshidans feel over the decades of constant slaughter of civilians at the hands of Garon!

I don’t know who my MVP was because I accidentally skipped the credits. Let’s say Kenshi.

Closing Thoughts

Revelation is a bit of a mess. There are things I like. The idea of a golden ending where everyone unites is cool. Mikoto and Sumeragi coming back as ghosts is interesting. Gunter was a good villain, even if the writing regarding Scarlet’s murder was haphazard. Valla at least looks amazing.

But, I can’t deny this route has heavy, heavy flaws. The first half of the route is mostly retreading the other two, with characters reduced to single lines of dialogue and major plot points tossed aside, and feels like filler. It picks up once the gang gets to Valla, only to grind to a halt with the Anthony arc. The idea of new lore and ancient secrets is appealing, but that isn’t really given. All of the depth to Anankos’s character is relegated to DLC chapters and Valla is a boring country, free from any culture or depth. The ad-hoc worldbuilding and dumb character decisions return from Conquest, but at the same time, Corrin being a decent character returns from Birthright.

The reliance on gimmick maps is far more common than in the other routes, and while I do appreciate attempting to make maps unique, many of them are just annoying to play. The game gives you an absolutely massive army, but never gives you a chance to use this bigger army.

Revelation exists to give a happy ending where everyone lives, a route where you can recruit dozens of soldiers and customize your army as much as you want. And it succeeds at being that. But, as this epic finale, this ultimate battle against the ultimate villain, it falls woefully short. And as a result, I think it’s my least favorite of the three routes.

I’m not done yet with Fire Emblem Fates. I still have a few more DLC chapters, most notably the Heirs of Fate Xenologues, and would like to end this blog with my honest thoughts on every character. But, for now, let’s close the book on this chapter of Fates.

I find it questionable that Legendary Hinoka in FEH has the Fujin Yumi tbh; Takumi being able to use it in the afterlife and have it bond with and upgrade the Yato just the same as it does in Birthright, despite Ryoma and Xander not being able to use their weapons when they're in the same location since nothing was done to the Raijinto and Siegfried, seems to be pretty clear-cut evidence that whatever Anankos did to turn the Fujin Yumi into the Skadi killed the spirit inside it. Even if the process was reversible and it just went back to normal after Anankos died from the backslash of Takumi's corpse being put down, surely the spirit wouldn't just be able to leave the afterlife and go back inside the weapon just because it got rid of Anankos' influence, especially when Takumi's spirit is still stuck even after it's original vessel is freed? Shouldn't the Fujin Yumi not exist at all in the real world after the ending of Conquest and, as such, Hinoka not have access to it?

I guess the cop-out answer would be to argue that the world Hinoka is described as coming from just so happens to be extremely similar to Conquest but the Fujin Yumi was never turned into the Skadi, though it sounds pretty lame to just be forced to assume that a very big part of Conquest's endgame just didn't happen at all in L!Hinoka's timeline so a potential inconsistency can be patched up.

Ultimately, i don't know why IS didn't just give Hinoka only the Raijinto and been done with it; i assume they gave her both because they wanted post-CQ Corrin to still be able to fully evolve the Yato, completely forgetting that it'd already bonded with the Fujin Yumi and only needed Raijinto to become the Omega Yato, meaning that the Fujin Yumi being destroyed in the real world was a moot point when the Yato still got it's power-up from it anyways, meaning there was no need to retcon it's destruction in FEH.

Yeah, narrative wise it doesn't make too much sense. I guess they did it only because she has access to bows through kinshi knight and doesn't have access to swords without player involvement.

Level 12 Teleporter

Azine has been up here, at the top of the colony, on her own for as long (if not longer) as Fife at the Lvl10a teleporter has been. She’s seemed pretty content about it whenever I dropped by, and at first was almost out-right hostile when the folks in Omega Command turned up... I can honestly say: if I never hear a noise like that hiss from a floran ever again, it’ll be too soon.

Luckily she’s gotten more accustomed to having other people around and now hangs out at Omega command most of the time (after all, there’s still not much traffic through her ‘Porter yet).

Omega Command Station

Omega Command is run by Lili and is the counterpart to Alpha Command all the way down at Lvl00. She’s joined by Takumi, Necuix and Ily, and between the four of them, they supervise all the security forces from Lvl 06 and up.

I’ve mentioned before that there’s not a whole lot of crime here on Altais Precipice I, something that’s largely thanks to the efforts of my guards, but while their colleagues under Alpha command have very little to do, the same can’t be said for those on the very upper levels. There are still places plagued by drifting Skimbi and my guards are invaluable in removing these pests from bothering the residents.

Honestly what isn't my favorite part of omegaverse aaaaaaaaah like okay part of the reason I got into it in the first place is because it jam packed like aaaall of my favorite tropes into one convenient AU

I also love that it is kind of more of an AU than a trope or a kink at this point, so you can genuinely have so many different interpretations of the universe and play with the tropes whatever ways you like!

16) What's your least favorite part of Omegaverse?

Honestly this one is so hard. Anything I don't personally like is usually just someone else's interpretation of omegaverse, and not necessarily like a core part of omegaverse itself

But I guess specifically, I tend to like my omegas with a little bite. So I'm not always the biggest fan of the most common interpretations of omegas as extraordinarily weak/vulnerable. I do enjoy it from time to time, but also, sometimes it hits so good to have a really strong omega go vulnerable, or a previously vulnerable omega get strong!

Oh anon I got you I've thought about this a lot, but I'll just go through my main ones

Leokumi - Takumi all the way. Both because he could and because I think he would want to. He's a prickly little tsun but through various supports its so obvious that he's good with (and likes) kids. I have no doubt that he'd want some of his own and he'd be happy to carry them (even if he does grumble about it)

Dimidue - Dimitri. He absolutely wants kids, he'd look sooooo good carrying pups, and honestly, I think it'd make sense for his character. I mean his whole arc is about angsting over bringing nothing but pain and destruction... what if his body could bring some life instead? 🥺

Sylvix - Felix would carry them but absolutely not because he actually wants children. In fact I think he'd be absolutely mortified by the concept of having children, buuuuuuuut.... well, oopsiebabies happen sometimes :3

Diafred - Alfred because I have one heck of a headcanon about him angsting over his illness possibly making him infertile, so I think it'd be so cute to see him over the moon when he finds out he's having babies 🥺🥺🥺 He's definitely the guy who gets told that he might have one pup if he's lucky, but then he winds up with like three+ kids (in my head he has three and I have names and small headcanons for them already!)

This year other things took precedence over following wrestling in real time as anyone would do when they follow a sport for me. I still managed to find the time for it because it is something I still thoroughly enjoy. This list compiles the top performers of the year 2021 in all the wrestling I have seen.
