OFF CAMPUS/BRIAR U RP *Double up or not, read for more*

hey all, I go by Harley, I am a rper in my 20's who was apart of quotev for probably around 9-10 years or so, i've primary been using discord lately since Quotev got rid of groups but am not against trying out other sites as well

I have multiple different OCs for the fandom induing ones for each of the off campus boys, and Fitz so far but could likely make the ocs fit for other of the Briar U boys,

most of my ocs I have thought out the relationship I have in mind for each but that being said, if we are not doubling up, aka if you're interested/willing to just play against my oc, then I'd be more then happy to alter ideas if you want to do something else.

if we are doubling up I'd prefer to keep the general plot I have for the characters similar, obviously little details can change and such based on plotting

other thinks to note I am a person who adores plotting, the more the better honestly, it's almost as good as the actual rp to me. i have sent my partners multi paragraph plotting messages honestly. I also tend to make Pinterest boards for my characters, etc…

With all that said and done i would also like to mention i do not rp with minors, being in my 20's i am not comfortable rping with anyone under 18, if you're interested either reply here or pm me

How did the finals week go?

Pretty good on my end! They may actually advance my placement in the course based on my scores.

I did alright. Finals are never really that bad in the creative tract, so the worse part is usually the sores I get on my hands once it's over.

Best part is the music subtract usually puts on some type of performance, borderline concert, after each finals week, so we got to watch Rizu in that.

I may have some of the hardest finals in the group. CNA exams are hard... but I did alright. Just very burnt out.

I'm in the same boat as Rizu, cause we're both in the creative tract. There aren't actually finals for those of us in the performing arts subtract, so finals week usually are for putting on performances. We do that before the music tract performs.

Ongoing Series - Thai

Wandee Godday (Sat YT) ep 4 of 12 - The geept is strong with this one AKA Yak CAN flirt. Wandee now knows he isn’t the only one with a crush on someone else. AND YET they are SO DAMN CUTE together. I do wonder sometime if Yak is running a counter con with Dee pretending to have a crush on Taem. Meanwhile, mad props on the HPV vax public service! Good for them!!! Now that's my kind of product placement. I do have a feeling the sad bit with these two is gonna be VERY sad and last longer than we like. 

My Stand-In (Thai Fri iQIYI) ep 5 of 12 eps - It’s a riveting show. Pleasant? No. Riveting? Yes. Tiny crumbs for Ming’s assistant. Joe is best boy. That is all. I LOVE this show.

We Are (Weds iQIYI) ep 8 of 16 - TOO MANY SOUND EFFECTS. Omg get your fingers off those buttons you computer wanking sound dude (you know it’s a dude) what tf do you think this is? Lovely Writer? Also, they left ALL their drinks! Can you not walk and drink at the same time in a BL? Meanwhile not much happened that hadn’t already happened AKA bit of a filler ep. That said, the friendship group stuff is glorious!!! Also this brand of super gentle flirting suits PondPhuwin better than any of their prior rolls. It reminds me of how much I think they suit a historical. There is a gentle dignity to these two. 

Only Boo! (Sun YouTube) ep 7 of 12 - I love how kindly the turn down was. But most of the dancing stuff was dull. I don’t know I just find the actor playing Kang pretty vacant of appeal I guess.

At 25:00 in Akasaka AKA 25 Ji Akasaka de (Japan Thurs Gaga) ep 6 of 10 - As is not uncommon with JBL I’m being to get frustrated with Yuki the Uke. Sigh. I’m probably gonna stay that way for several episodes given the pacing of this show. 

Living With Him AKA Kare no Iru Seikatsu (Japan Thurs Gaga) ep 7 of 10 - Also frustrating. Willful misunderstanding. We got us some running of the gays but boy is this drawn out. 

Blossom Campus (Korea Thurs Gaga & iQIYI) ep 3-4 of 6 - The puppy is a bit too much sunshine innocent for me. And the professor is a bit creepy. I don't know, I'm not loving this one like I want to.

Worst race in WoW rp? Human males.

I now go out of my way to avoid any rp with human males (or worgen males who rp in human form), especially if they're played by white cis men. They are the most problematic group in the game bar none.

They consistently fuck up any rp they get involved in because their character is just an egotistical projection to compensate for their personal male inadequacies. Their roleplay is either some DEUS VULT holy warrior bullshit where they godmod their racism all over any non-human characters, or they try hard as fuck to be Tommy Shelby when really they're just Tommy Wiseau with a "u wot m8" accent. OR they're a "wise old sorcerer" who exerts their intellectualism onto any young woman standing alone in the Lamb. Oh, and let's not forget the assholes who want to be as close to the rank of king as lore-abidingly possible–all adult toddlers with a raging case of megalomania.

The ego cis men imbue their characters with has singlehandedly dismantled so many public rp hubs and guilds because they HAVE to be the big man on campus. I've seen it happen time and time again, where one or more will show up uninvited to a brawl or dispute of any kind across SW because they metagamed learning about it. They HAVE to be the strongest, smartest, funniest, most vicious, most aloof, most politically savvy, and most connected, which just translates to blowhard attitudes and unnecessary conflict as they try to assert their dominance over everyone else. Women? Holes to fuck. Men who love their wives? Spineless cucks. Non-humans? Inferior or a device to be used (i.e. having a draenei as a meat shield). Everyone is an NPC and just a means to an end for their rp. Oh, and their ERP? So much attention to detail when it comes to their muscles and dick veins that it ironically borders on homoerotica.

And if you sit in vc or chat with these guys, it's the biggest stroke fest. They oocly rip on whoever confronts them, make dumb jokes about other OCs, and fellate themselves for writing 10 bAdAsS paragraphs every emote. Nevermind the unapologetic sexism, racism, and trans/homophobia that runs rampant in their discords and guild chats. And if you call them out on their toxic behavior or piss them off, they will gang up on you and gaslight you into a coma until you no longer feel safe on your own character.

Now, because I know their egos are so fragile that I expect some ragey responses and attempts to insult me or say #notallhumanmales, but tbh they can all fuck right off. I've been here 12 years and every single person I've ever known on MG has a horror story involving a human male OC. They're sexual predators–Andrew Tate wannabes–and deserve to be ostracized and ignored.

the loss of his brother and subsequently being disowned led to him self-isolating since his teens, though you wouldn't know it from his general upbeat and playful demeanor around people

he does like people and being around them, he's just generally careful not to get too close to anyone because of his Sight. stems from not wanting anyone to experience the heartbreak he went through when his brother died in the event of his own death + not wanting to experience further loss himself

primarily uses his Sight for little things (weather forecasts, traffic incidents, etc) so he can a) avoid involuntary visions and b) keep visions quick. the less he’s in the time streams, the better - his own death vision scares him

coping with the burden of Life and Death. but he stays silly /ref

always joking, even if the mood isn't right for it. but he can be sincere under the right circumstances

he kept his visions locked down because they scared him after he saw his own death, but when he started seeing his brother's death, he finally told his parents about them

obviously they didn't believe him and thought he was being weird and morbid, but his brother died almost exactly the way he foretold, and they eventually disowned because they thought he was like. cursed. and they couldn't handle his downward spiral

from there he luckily ended up on the empowered side of things and was able to get help understanding his Sight. after graduating high school, he moved out to dahlia to attend D.A.M.N., where he got full certification as a freelancer
