Harry "Ocho" Tootmorsel is a recurring character in The Amazing World of Gumball. His 8-bit look (and the way he moves back and forth across the screen) suggests that he is supposed to be one of the alien ships from the arcade game Space Invaders.

It's essentially taken for granted that it's even possible for Gumball to meet a character from a video game. Turns out Ocho's uncle isn't THAT Mario, but this is Elmore, so who knows. Ocho basically is a video game character come to life, and implies his other uncle is Sonic the Hedgehog.
