BALIPORTALNEWS.COM, NUSA DUA – Selama Triwulan III tahun 2022, occupancy rate atau tingkat hunian rata-rata Kawasan The Nusa Dua, kawasan pariwisata yang dikelola oleh PT Pengembangan Pariwisata Indonesia (Persero)/Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), BUMN pengembang dan pengelola kawasan pariwisata di Indonesia, tetap terjaga di atas dari 60%. Tingkat hunian kawasan The Nusa Dua selama Juli – September 2022 tercatat secara berturut-turut sebesar 66,59%, 62,31% dan 65,35% atau rata-rata mencapai 64,75% selama 3 bulan, dengan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan mencapai 189.520 orang. Angka-angka ini meningkat dibanding tingkat hunian periode yang sama tahun lalu sebesar berturut-turut 8,17%, 5,19%, dan 10,94% atau rata-rata 24,3%, dengan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan sebesar 28.590 orang. Dengan demikian, tingkat hunian rata-rata The Nusa Dua pada Triwulan III 2022 tumbuh hampir 700% dibandingkan Triwulan III tahun 2021. Sedangkan kunjungan wisatawan yang didominasi oleh wisatawan asing tumbuh juga sebesar 563%. Daerah Tujuan Wisata (DTW) Water Blow Peninsula yang merupakan salah satu spot wisata alam di The Nusa Dua, pada periode Juli – September 2022 mencatatkan kunjungan wisatawan mencapai lebih dari 17.000 orang. General Manager The Nusa Dua, I Gusti Ngurah Ardita mengatakan, bersyukur dapat kembali melihat pertumbuhan positif dari tingkat hunian kawasan The Nusa Dua yang kami kelola. Pihaknta melihat tingkat hunian rata-rata selama Triwulan III ini menunjukkan angka yang cukup stabil. “Selama tiga bulan terakhir The Nusa Dua telah berhasil mencatat tingkat hunian rata-rata di atas 60 persen yang didorong oleh peningkatan frekuensi penyelenggaraan Meeting, Incentive, Convention and Exhibition (MICE) tingkat nasional dan internasional serta kegiatan kepariwisataan lainnya di Bali dan khususnya di kawasan The Nusa Dua,” ucap Ngurah Ardita. The travellers will be flown to Sharjah on an Air Arabia flight from Mumbai and upon arrival at Sharjah they would be taken to Dubai and breakfast would be served at an Indian restaurant. After breakfast they will be taken for a visit to Miracle Garden and later checked into Hotel Fortune Pearl or Hotel Fortune Karama in Dubai, IRCTC Tourism said. On the same day, travellers would be taken for a visit to Dhow Cruise and dinner will be served on board.
On the second day, after breakfast the travellers will be taken for a tour of the city from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Dubai city tour includes entrance fees to monuments being covered including Dubai Museum. At 2:00 pm, they will be transferred to Dubai Mall for shopping and later they will visit Burj-Al- Khalifa.
On the third day, after breakfast travellers will have leisure time and at 2:00 pm they will be picked up from hotel for desert safari followed with barbeque dinner and belly dancing, IRCTC Tourism said.
On the fourth day, after breakfast travellers will be taken to Abu Dhabi for a day tour which include visit to Sheikh Zayed Mosque and optional tour of Ferrari World.
On the fifth day, after breakfast travellers will be checked out of the hotel at 12:00 pm for visit to Mall of Emirates and Snow Park (entrance fee excluded). Later they will be transferred to Sharjah for return flight to Mumbai.
The tour includes fee for desert safari and visit to Burj-Al-Khalifa. However, the package exclude any expenses of personal nature such as laundry expenses, wines, mineral water, food and drinks not in the regular menus, IRCTC Tourism added.

BALIPORTALNEWS.COM, NUSA DUA - Mendekati low season, occupancy rate atau tingkat hunian rata-rata Kawasan The Nusa Dua, kawasan pariwisata yang dikelola oleh PT Pengembangan Pariwisata Indonesia (Persero)/Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), BUMN pengembang dan pengelola kawasan pariwisata di Indonesia, tetap terjaga lebih dari 60%. Pada Agustus 2022, tingkat hunian rata-rata hotel di kawasan The Nusa Dua mencapai 63,17%, relatif stabil terjaga setelah musim libur Juni dan Juli 2022 yang mencapai 60,10% dan 65,37%. Tingkat hunian pada Agustus ini juga tumbuh sebesar lebih dari 1.000% dari tingkat hunian rata-rata pada periode Agustus 2021 yang tercatat hanya 5,19%. Dari 19 hotel yang beroperasi di The Nusa Dua, 9 atau 47% hotel mencatat tingkat hunian di atas 60%. Kunjungan wisatawan pada Agustus 2022, didominasi oleh wisatawan mancanegara, tumbuh 805% menjadi 62.801 orang dari 6.935 orang pada Agustus 2021. Ari menambahkan bahwa selama tiga bulan terakhir The Nusa Dua telah berhasil mencatat tingkat hunian rata-rata di atas 60 persen yang didorong oleh peningkatan frekuensi penyelenggaraan meetings tingkat nasional dan internasional serta kegiatan kepariwisataan lainnya di Bali dan khususnya di kawasan The Nusa Dua. Pada akhir Agustus hingga awal September lalu, sejumlah side event G20 telah sukses terselenggara di kawasan The Nusa Dua, diantaranya G20 Ministerial Conference on Women’s Empowerment (MCWE), KTT Supreme Audit Institutions 20 (SAI20), 3rd Environment Deputies Meeting and Climate Sustainability Working Group (3rd EDM-CSWG), 3rd Energy Transition Working Group (3rd ETWG), 4th Education Working Group Meeting and Education Ministers’ Meeting (4th EdWG), serta International Search and Rescue Advisory Group Asia-Pacific Regional EarthQuake Response Exercise (INSARAG AP ERE) 2022.
