Overshirts

I just found out what "overshirts" are. I am mad that everyone I've ever known has failed to provide a solid answer. Women call it a "shacket," and men today don't "know" clothes, rather they just wear them, which leads to many men today wearing disgusting cotton-poly slop merch t-shirts and shitty jeans. Overshirts are light enough to be their own shirts when done up, but big enough for you to wear a regular shirt underneath it with an open overshirt.

I've been wanting an overshirt since I was a freshman in high school, but I couldn't ever explain to anyone what it was I wanted, and so I tried to figure it out myself. However, I couldn't ever figure it out within ten minutes, so I got into the habit of forgetting about it entirely.

It was so simple! I feel like everyone conceptually understands what an overshirt is, but no one ever talks about overshirts themselves, and how they're different from regular shirts. This sort of introductory information—even in mentioning the term itself—is so important. I guarantee you a massive amount of men just don't know what the hell an overshirt is.

Now I'm going to go buy overshirts. And more than just buy them, I hope to hand some to my brothers as gifts so they can finally hone in on their wardrobes too!
