i think u had asked for something comforting abt devotions sleeping together idk idr its from wip abt s5 devotions stuck in s4

that's what hurts him much more than it should: when they return and they solve all the issues and spoke behaves as if nothing had happened, and his teammates fall asleep, passing out on various surfaces of the same room. he slowly drinks unsweetened coffee and thinks that very soon he and mapicc won't sleep next to each other anymore. 

the habit of sleeping next to someone had started in season two. at first, he and leo got used to sleeping only in turns, twitching with every rustle, facing attacks in the middle of the night, and being forced to defend themselves without clown. already at the time of peace inc., when he was still sleeping on the floor, mapicc just laid down right next to him, put his hand under the pillow, said that he would wake up in case of anything, and instantly passed out. 

sleeping next to him was not bad – not only actual protection from very real threats, but also the feeling of someone you trust next to, deep breathing, a steadily beating heart. in addition, mapicc was abnormally warm. it was kinda good.

the comfort of mapicc's company was something that was almost too easy to get used to, even take for granted. every time they found themselves in a team together, they ended up sleeping side by side, either just the two of them or the whole team, changing formats and positions, but keeping the meaning.

it is difficult to note a specific moment when mapicc began to go into the skull base like in his own home; at first it was only visits from time to time, and zam really had nothing to be indignant about; he himself had been to the guccigang base more than once or twice, and on business, and just to chill, and even slept there when couldn't or didn't want to return home. 

but over time everything turned to the fact that mapicc not only traded with his villagers and took from his stashes, but also slept in his bed, ate from his dishes, and took his clothes. and was either ironically or absolutely sincerely surprised at any questions. pangi continued to swear and demand to remove the evil dog from their house, but zam shrugged his shoulders and said that he had not invited him to expel. but pangi, of course, could try it himself...

zam, to be honest, was not concerned enough to do anything about it. it was mapicc, after all. mi casa es su casa and all that. and he wasn't too bad of a neighbor too! when zam will leave team awesome (again), mapicc will no longer be around him all the time, and that already is not a good thing. but it didn't mean that they would stop being partners. this time.

its so normal for them. they fall back into old habbits so easliy. its just how they are.

Oh my God, Jung Il Woo was SO young and so gorgeous omgggggggggg I forgot. This was his first proper ML role.

He's obviously still an attractive man (and a solid actor and has been in other excellent dramas since - his moderns rarely work for me, his sageuks always do) but whoa, he was STUNNING back then.

Dick arguing about the accuracy of Jason's methods - Jason runs cold so of course Dick seems hot

Jason pulling out a thermometer. It, too, calls Dick out for having a fever and Dick steadfastly denies it. Oral temperature readings are hardly accurate.

Dick wants accuracy? Then bend the fuck over. To which Dick grimaces because no ma'am, no thanks. Dick would be happy to bend Jason over though if --- and Jason rolls his eyes because they need to lower Dick's temp, not raise it.

Dick working through being sick. Eventually passing out, slumped over at a table

Jason checking on him, his hand refreshingly cool in a way that has Dick leaning into Jason's touch -- lashes fluttering as Dick fights to stir himself awake

And Jason stooping over where Dick is slouched, lips pursed in exasperation and concern and Dick just. Takes Jason's hand and presses it to his cheek and kisses Jason's pulse point before making a joke about how Jason looks like the one with a fever.

Jason is 1200% flustered, but scoffs and blames Dick's fever making him delirious - Jason isn’t blushing, fuck off

Eventually Jason convinces Dick to rest. Takes him someplace where Dick can lay down before sitting on the edge of the bed/couch, or maybe beside it along the floor

And just pushing back Dick's sweat matted hair. And scratching Dick's scalp until Dick drops off and ahhhhhhh so sweet

And also because your ask is sort of a two-parter situation~

Dick not overtly taking Jason's hand, but still playing sheep dog with shepherding Jason into Dick's space hahaha

It's not even an intentional thing, just Dick's passively possessive tendencies showcasing themselves

It's a hand on Jason's back, his shoulder, his hip. Walking up behind or beside him -- calling him over or just generally demanding attention. Deceptively casual, only its anything but.

Jason being just as oblivious to this as Dick

Jason also playing into it because he'll stand a step too close, or lean into Dick's touches. He always knows where Dick is in a room -- honing in.

i had another live reaction and it was to your “platonic batfam” one and i swear on my mama’s life the whole time i was reading that, i was cursing everyone out (except for jason ofc. cried my eyes out when he saved her)

the breaks i took while reading that was crazy. i swear i started reading at 3pm, and i finished at 10pm??? it was just so overwhelming and the emotions just kept flowing out. i needed to shut off my phone and take a walk outside. and when i got back, i read like two stanzas before taking a break again and on god i FELL ASLEEP.

when i started reading again, i was cheering and clapping when reader was being independent. and when reader was finally confronting the boys, i audibly said “YES BITCHCHCHHH” especially when reader revealed what happened to her after the gala???? i felt genuine joy. but that joy was gone just as quick as it appeared when the motherfuckers locked her in the manor (its expected cuz obviously- its a yandere fic. but still, pissed me off)

although as much as that pissed me off, i love fics like these nonetheless. loveeeee yanderes who treat u bad only to come begging for u to come back to their arms after the guilt hits them.

Some thoughts on Granblue Fantasy’s event, “Conquest of the Dark Singularity” fish event

It’s been a while since I’ve fully read an event, and for some reason when I read a summary of the mc getting mind-swapped with a fish? It got me kinda curious to actually read it, and turns out it was enjoyable as always ^w^

Thoughts on Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are dead {<SPOILERS>}

1. I knew they reminded me of something, and it was good omens! Aziraphale and Crowley were originally one character, but we’re turned into two for comedic and narrative purposes. It’s definitely a different story being told, but I think they’re similar.

2. The way R & G act like two parts of a whole is so interesting. Like one mind split down the middle. If I was in charge, I would have had Rosencrantz wear an earring in his right ear to contrast Guildenstern’s left earring. Still, G having only one earring was perfect.

3. I love how in the end, you’re told ‘which was which’ in the credits, but it really doesn’t matter which was which. It’s just another futile attempt at recognition from the duo.

4. I saw a few ppl online saying it was romantic how they depended on each other and bantered, but I don’t think it was. I think they’re truly one person, separated and destined to spend eternity following each other around, loving and hating each other. G threatens R, R compliments G, they treat each other as so close that they’re practically one. It’s beautiful.

5. I think the reason so many people believe in cycles and rebirth is to feel better. I like how it’s ambiguous weather the boys come back for another play another day. The theater troop clearly knows what’s going on, but the boys being out of the loop makes me think that only the characters that die are replaced? Nobody in the acting troop dies, but then again, the king at the end seems startled. Does he? Is everyone just going through the motions like the acting troop?

6. It made me want to play Stanley parable again. It also made me want to watch a play, or play dnd with my friends.

there were SIX WHOLE BARRED OWLS outside my house last night!!!!

I've only ever seen two at a time!!!

and i still only saw two at a time tonight lmao but i could HEAR all six! or, well, I'm certain it was at least five, but I THINK there was a sixth.

first i heard them out my bedroom window! and they sounded close by! so I grabbed my lil night vision camera thingy and ran out to the deck to try to spot them! they sounded close enough that i knew i would be able to see them once they flew from wherever they were perched. But then after a couple minutes, I heard one of the calls get quieter as if it was making the noise while flying away, so I figured they flew in a different direction and maybe i wouldn't see them that time after all.

so i went back in the house! and i went to my mammas room to excitedly tell her about the owls, and while we're in the middle of talking, i suddenly heard More Owls! very loud! outside her window! so i looked out the windwo!

AND THERE WERE TWO OWLS IN THE TREEEEE RIGHT OUT FRONT!!! And they were kinda flapping at each other like they were having a lil disagreement! And i was like omgggggggggg!

so i ran back downstairs and went out on the front porch!

AND THEN IT WAS JUST??? OWL NOISES EVERYWHERE!!!!

So loud! Nonstop! Like they were having a gotdamn hootenany! (get it? gettint? HOOtenany? hoot? hoot hoot because they're owls???)

and i was soooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited! i was able to record the two that i saw as they flew away!
