idk if ur reqs are open but im obsessed with ur account. i was wondering if u could do a smau of any driver (other than danny ric) x pbr!reader. like shes the only woman to ever compete at NFR in bull riding. shes also 19 and doesnt ride with a helmet (just a cowboy hat) shes also like yhe biggest rodeo barbie you could imagine.

Firstly, I’m sorry it took me so long to get to work on your request, end of the year stuff and other wips got in the way 🫠 Anyways, I decided on Max for this because I almost immediately thought of him and his little Texas outfit 🥰 Also, I have to admit that my (non-American) knowledge of professional bull riding consisted primarily of The Longest Ride so excuse any inaccuracies, but I tried my best to read up on it! been a few weeks since I posted part one of this little series, apologies for that. hope you enjoyed reading this chapter 🩷

First pic: me meeting Rob in March of 2019- him remembering me from Instagram (the bottom picture)- "come here, baby, let's have a cuddle" and he hugged me. It was surreal. I've loved him since I was 5 years old. I never thought I'd ever see him live let alone meet him but then the Vegas residency happened. Curse covid for taking away a 2nd time for me. But there is rumour he's to have another one in 2026!!! I will be there. I do hope to one day see him live in the UK though. I just never thought it possible because I grew up poor and was always poor. I'm still pretty much poor but able to save money and travel on a budget. 🩷

2nd pic: me next to the stage as he performed "My Way" (in my eyes rob is the only one other than frank that this song belongs to.) Saw him 3 nights in a row and it wasn't enough.

3rd pic- as stated above. Me on an Instagram live with him. We talked for like 15 minutes. Just chatted like old friends after my initial omg! Moment. He was so happy I was American. It was so funny when he asked where I was and I told him New York. He looked at the camera strangely and said "what are you doing there? Wait- are you an american!?" 🤣🤣🤣 i was like YESSS WE EXIST!!! and then prodded him to perform in the states and he basically alluded to Vegas. We talked about marvel..I accidentally spoiled infinity war. 🤣 and then he proceeded to tell me how amazing Hugh Jackman was. It was great. He loved my glasses. Then he saw my lip piercing and asked if I had any tattoos and when I said yes, 3 (i need more!!! I need a panda for my mom and a tinkerbell for my friend) he asked what they were so I told him. A 4 leaf clover for luck, RIP which was for my grandmother's, and the number 1. He asked first why the number 1 and I told him it was an inside joke with my sister and cousin- that I'm the number one dumbass! He got laughing and he was like whaaaat hahaha so I explained it and in the long run he told me to tell my sister she needed to tattoo a number 1 on her forehead because SHE was the number one dumbass 🤣🤣🤣 and then he asked again about my RIP and he asked me if I was close to my grandmother's and I said yes very. And then he started talking about his nan. And he mentioned nan's song and I'm like yes I love that song but it makes me cry and he's like good hahaha we were like bonding over grief. Which is another reason why im so mad covid took my 2nd trip/concerts away from.me. it would have been a month after my mom died. She had given me some money to be there. It was one of the last gifts she ever gave me. I was going to tell him that and that his performance of Angels was going to be extra special for me that night. But nope. Didn't get to happen! Ugh! Anyways back to the story. He started asking me about myself and what I did. At the time I was a full time care giver for my mother so I told him that and then he asked me questions about my family. I'm not sure how i managed to tell him my dad was a Vietnam veteran and he was like thanking him for his service and such. It was just a surreal experience. Like I hold it so dear to me. And some very nice person recorded the whole thing and sent it to me so I have it for always! These are just screencaps I took. I only managed 2 because I was more focused on talking to him. Haha

Anyway, the whole point of this was to just let people know that he's honestly the sweetest and kindest person. His movie deserves to be watched. Even if you don't know who he is. You will walk away with a sense of it. He's a hero of mine as he's been through hell and back and shines through. He also was talking about mental health long before it was an acceptable thing to be talking about.

One of my faves is from the Stephen Fry documentary from 2006.

But yeah

I keep going on about Better Man and I mean it from the bottom of my heart, it's a genuinely great movie. Get past the monkey.

I met Vivian Campbell!!!!!!!!

I met Vivian on September 17, 2023 during one of his shows with his side band Last In Line. I bought tickets and meet & greet tickets. I was nervous that I got to the venue 2 hours early than I needed to be.

Last In Line's manager came out to get us (there were 5 others beside me waiting). We had to wait a bit because there was an issue with the speakers but finally IT WAS TIME!!!! I was so giddy and excited but also nervous to meet the man I have been crushing on for the last 18 years (at the time I was 38).

I had brought 2 things for all the guys to sign. Their CD booklet from their second CD and my ticket. So I went down the line to get them signed. First Vinny signed, then Andrew and then Viv was next. OMG!!! He looks even better in person.

I told him that I had been waiting to see him for a while. He said well here I am. He asked me my name, I replied Erin. He said that's a very Irish name. Then word vomit struck. Ugh!!!! I said thanks my great grandparents came form Ireland (at the time I thought this was was case turns out my ancestors came from Scotland, who knew) and that I didn't know where they were from so don't ask. He looked at me like ummm... okay. Then it was over. I was like ugh great stupid thing to say.

During the concert (my seats were 3rd row) I made my way up to the front of the stage. Vivian at one point saw me and had something in his hand. He put something in his pocket and at the end of the next song. He came over to me and was trying to give me his guitar pic when someone drunky mcdrunkerson next to me but his hand on top of mine to take the pic. What a jerk! But Viv saw this, and and said no This is for Erin and proceeded to put the pic in my hand. I told him thank you and was internally freaking out.

Thats my story of how I met Viv. Yes he was super sweet and nice and shy. He looks good in person and looks fit. Will post pictures in a separate post.

“holy shit” I breathed. The offical Aston Martin formula 1 account had just reposted your story for their employee appreciation post of the week. I’d barely been working 6 months full time for them in their media and administration departments.

They had already shown me so much love since I began my journey and I just new this was exactly where I wanted to be. I set my phone down as i lay on the plush hotel room bed, hair up in a towel & back to the headboard. Lost in my thoughts, head swirling with gratitude for the life I was now living.

A loud ding from my phone which has been sitting on my lap brought me out of my daydreaming daze, my eyes lightly scanning across the screen to the new notifications.

I could not believe my eyes, he had to be kidding right?

There was no way he decided to do this on his own accord me, I mean we had talked once or twice during media duties or in passing at the motor home. Small exchanges of polite smiles and quiet hellos before morning meetings or in the cafeteria on lunch breaks but I would’ve never bet my bottom dollar on something like this happening.

Neverland is a 14-member boy group under Enlight Entertainment that debuted in 2021. They were formed through the survival show “Neverland” (kinda confusing lmao) a year prior.

Another tip would be to carry an anti-theft bag, and keep photocopies of your passport and your passport in the hotel safe.
