#OC: Eloria

Two of my high elf ocs, V'allon (they/them) and Eloria (she/they). They're also family, Eloria being V'allon's aunt! They're not very close but get along well enough.

"Eloria, it's so good to see you." Queen Melody smiles. "Those monthly meetings and the distance make regular talks so difficult."

Queen Eloria returns the smile and nods, gesturing to the other queen.

"I've been well enough." Melody shrugs, setting her teacup down on its plate. "Lumiere has been.. himself, but having a kit running around the castle once more has been nice."

Eloria leans forward, raising her brows.

Melody laughs gently. "No, not yet. They only recently started dating. They have adopted, however."

Eloria pouts but nods, leaning back in her chair. She tilts her head and points to Melody before patting her own chest, right over her heart.

The smaller queen narrows her eyes. "My health?" She realizes quickly. "Oh, you mean if I've found someone to love."

The taller queen nods before smiling smugly, leaning forward. She tilts her head.

The queen of Luminos pauses before smiling a bit, the tips of her ears turning red. "Well, I do suppose I fancy someone."

The queen of Fyn grins and urges her friend to go on.

Melody hums softly. "I believe I've told you about King Dedede, yes?"

She blinks in surprise, seeing Eloria grin and pump her paws into the air. Eloria then calms herself down and nods, smiling.

Melody narrows her eyes a bit. "Eloria.. have you and the others been talking about this?"

Her friend promptly makes sure not to make eye contact, making Melody laugh gently. Melody shook her head fondly. "Goodness, Eloria. You make it quite hard not to think you and Magnus aren't together."

She hides her playful smile behind her teacup as she drinks from it, watching with amusement as Eloria's ears turn scarlet.

The other queen rolls her eyes a bit.

Melody smirks a bit. "Yes, because you two don't compliment each other at all."

She giggles as Eloria's cheeks turn bright red. It was good to spend time with her friend.

So I know that you just established that Eloria usually uses body language and instruments to communicate (makes sense considering she's from the Musical Cat Universe), but I think it would be kind of funny if the first time the royals and Avatars are properly introduced she and Mario end up conversing mainly in LIS (Italian Sign Language). It's already surprising enough that Mario knows it given he's Mario, but that at least makes some sense. The real shock is Eloria apparently being fluent in a language from a country that doesn't even exist in her universe!

She does not explain this ever.

SHE WOOOULD. Oh I love that so, so much. Melody is just a bit worried that Eloria will have trouble conveying what she means, only to be dumbfounded by her friend knowing LIS. The royals try to figure out where she learned it for days before just giving up. Everytime she would just give them a mischievous smile

The Rulers

Queen Melody: A classy and sophisticated queen that's always willing to help others, but is also more than willing to remind everyone just why she's kept her rule for so long. She's a Birman Cat.

King Bolero: A wise and caring king, more than happy to help those in need. He's a Norwegian Forest Cat.

King Umbra: An inept and admittedly pathetic king, with arrogance in thinking he's amazing and cowardice in running from his problems at every turn. He's a Russian Blue Cat.

Queen Alina: A queen with an accent erriely similar to a pirate's, leading many to speculate the well-meaning queen to have a shady past. She's a Havana Brown Cat.

Queen Tawny: A queen that loves to party and have fun, even if this means that's she's a little disconnected from the lower classes. She's a Tortoiseshell Cat.

Queen Eloria: A queen that was born mute, but it doesn't stop her fiery personality from shining through, especially whenever the rulers meet and she's face-to-face with Magnus. She's a Manx Cat.

King Magnus; A passionate king who simply wants the best for his people, and he can't help but get on Eloria's nerves whenever they meet. He's a Ginger Tabby Cat.

King Albin: A soft-spoken king that desperately wants to bury his kingdom's past and move on. He's a Siamese Cat.

Queen Fluerette: A queen that's as cold as the kingdom she rules and has many ulterior motives concerning why she ended the war. She's a Ragamuffin Cat.

King Royle: A king that has narcolepsy and the weight of living up to his late father's expectations, and he is praying Albin and Fluerette don't do anything stupid. He's a Turkish Angora.
