Twitch chat MC unfortunately has the chat behind their every move, half of which encourage them, the other half of which call them out for their behaviour. They know things about you that they shouldn't. What you ate, what you did last night, who you've been talking too. You'd call them a stalker if you didn't know they've been locked up in containment the entire time...

MTF MC is quiet. They’re busy most of the time but when you do talk with them, they’re gentle and almost kind. But there’s something uneasy about the way others behave around them. Wanting to approach but too afraid to do so.

Ancient Eldritch MC lingers and so will you. The forest draws you in, keeps you there, lets you leave by midnight. There’s something watching you and you’ll meet them eventually. Whether it’s a blessing or a curse is for you to decide.

O5 MC is a mystery you know little about. They’re part of the Foundation but you’ve never asked what they do or they position. They visit occasionally, disappear when they wish and are charming enough that you think you can consider them “a friend”. Things have been easier since you’ve met them. Surely these two things aren’t correlated at all.

From the left to right, top to bottom, we have:

Gears, Light, Mann, Clef, Blackbird, Cowboy,

Abirt, Magnolia/Newbie, Secret Keeper, Maria Jones (RAISA), Senator and Lament.

They all sorta have their own lore and distinctive responsibilities in foundation!

A first look into the Uncontained Anomalies Canon; starting with a few members of the O5 Council!

O5-4: “The Marketer”

Male. African descent, European origin. Appears to be mid-40s, most likely around 100 years old. Always seen wearing designer suits and carrying a wooden cane with a bird skull. Often seen with other forms of skull imagery, significance is unknown, if any.

Previously a part of Marshall, Carter, and Dark, said he left MC&D on neutral terms but rumored to still be part of the organization. How he joined the Foundation is unknown, but most likely joined as a high level researcher or site director.

O5-4 is in charge of handling relationships with other organizations such as the Global Occult Coalition and world leaders as a form of ambassador for the Foundation. Also known to help with many of the Foundation’s bigger financial decisions.

Friendly but condescending personality, secretive in nature. One of the 05s more commonly seen in public.

O5-6: “The Pirate”

Male. European descent, American origin. Appears to be late-30s, most likely about 50 years old. Heavily scarred face from days as a field agent. Almost always seen wearing a cowboy hat and carrying a pearl revolver and matching cane with the head of a wolf, given to him by 05-4, significance unknown, if any.

Formerly a member of the Global Occult Coalition before it joined forces with the Stork Brigade, then joined the Foundation as a field agent. Quickly rose in the ranks before joining the Council.

O5-6 is in charge of the Foundation’s Defense Department and has created many Mobile Task Force units including MTF-Alpha-1, Red Right Hand, which reports directly to the O5 Council. Also serves as the Council’s weapons expert and battle strategist.

Highly competent but aggressive and somewhat violent in nature, known to get into fights with members of the Ethics Committee when his ideologies and methods are considered unethical.

I think Overseer MC would be embarrassed asf when visiting a site (out of boredom, like you said, perhaps) and is being surrounded by the Alpha-1

Visiting the sites is really the only kind of break you get from the endless orders you give out. You'd go more often if it wasn't against what you were meant to do and all the guards that surrounded you when you did.

Alpha-1 is meant to protect you, yes, but you are sure they could be far more subtle than this.

"This is embarrassing," you tell the guard next to you. "Next time, bring less people or hide your symbol."

"We are responsible for your safety," they dutifully recite.

You sigh and continue forward as researchers hurry out of your way and stare, wide-eyed. You didn't care much if they realized you were a member of the O5 council since they'd forget by the end of your visit anyways.

You pick up the experiment log on a new SCP and skim through it.

"Pen," you say to the head researcher.

"Ex-excuse me?" they sputter.

"Give me a pen," you repeat. They flounder for a moment before passing you one. "Thank you."

Hm. The containment procedures weren't optimized for this particular SCP from what you remembered from the article. It would be best to skip this part... fix this... change the dimensions...

"Update the containment procedures by next week," you state and hand both the paper and the pen back to the head researcher. As you leave, there's a clamouring and indignation but it isn't any of your concern.

Minutes later, the complaints die down as there's no memory of who had entered, only a new set of orders.

Everyone makes mistakes, you were just a kid. You didn't know what you were doing, you were put into a situation that you never could have prepared for.

It's not your fault.

The tentacle wrapped around the garden shears loosens up a little. Not by much, but it's not holding it so tight... and it may even appear like the shears aren't shoved so deeply into his abdomen.

Maybe hearing that it's not his fault jammed into his head over and over is starting to help. He's not completely okay yet, but the tentacles behind him may be close to being gone.

"What about the others...? How do they feel...?"

He can't see them... he doesn't WANT to see them... not when he's still blaming himself so much.

Aubrey would hate him for taking away the one girl she was able to look up to. Hero would hate him for taking away the girl he fell in love with... and Kel would try to hide it, but he'd hate him too...

... Right?

Everybody keeps saying it, but he doesn't tell it to himself. However... these helpful words are doing their job. The tentacles are fainter.
