hmm... not knowing your preferences, I'm not sure what to recommend... but a few things came to mind:

The undertale 5th anniversary concert; i just listened to it again last night so it's fresh on my mind. Beautifully orchestrated, it was really nice to listen to again and i hope all the musicians are doing well :>

My favorite band, Rush; a prog rock band from the 70s, they explored many styles and subjects across their long career, and are one of the few groups I've been interested in as people. I suggest Spirit of Radio, Tom Sawyer, Between the Wheels, Caravan, and La Villa Strangiato as a sample of their work to see if you like them--not everyone is a fan of the lead singer's voice, but i think he's pretty standard for a 70s rock band, and he mellows with time. I could honestly ramble about them much more, but I'll leave things there XD

If you like EDM loosely similar to Daft Punk, i really like Justice. Their first album is overall pretty great, but i like a lot of their later work as well.

Sorry that's not much, but maybe it's a start...?

Idk if you mean favorite song in general, or just from undertale, so i'll give you a twofer:

For Undertale, if I really had to pick, i do think it's still Megalovania. Not just because Sans is my favorite character, but because I really like the song itself--it's constructed really well, musically, and rock is one of my favorite genres.

Which leads into my non-Undertale song pretty well. Now, actually choosing a favorite song out of everything I listen to is hard. But, I think I have to go with the first thing that popped into my head, and is in fact a strong contender for favorite: La Villa Strangiato :>
