If you find yourself in North Carolina, USA go down to Bluegrass Bagels in Holly Springs. This is not an ad this is a public service announcement

The bagels are wonderful and reasonably priced, I got a cheddar bacon bagel with cream cheese, and my wife got a poppyseed bagel with veggie cream cheese. The bagels were wonderful, there was plenty of cream cheese 10/10

However...

The checkout has buckets of metal crosses with no signage or explaination. I asked the nice lady taking our order and making the bagels if there was a local vampire problem. She laughed and said "The owner is just very very old... He likes throwing handfuls at customers and blessing them."

She then walked away singing frozen.

Conclusion? The owner is a vampire OR a vampire hunter.
