Marvel artist, Norman Lee, missing and presumed dead

Marvel Comics artist, Normal Lee, is presumed dead after he went missing Thursday while snorkeling with his wife in the Cayman Islands. Royal Caribbean Police Services led a massive search, looking for the Massachusetts comic book artist with rescue divers, boats and helicopters, the New York Daily News reported. Over the weekend, officials announced the powerful currents make it “unlikely that we will make any recovery at this stage,” Chief Inspector Brad Ebanks said.

Lee, 47, began his career working for Marvel in 1996 on the Wolverine Annual. He's also worked on Deadpool, Cable, Captain Marvel, Avengers: Supreme Justice, AVX, Wolverine and the X-Men, and many other books.
