The people demand your thoughts on the Nobels fashion! I loooved Victoria’s bubblegum pink dress. And as much as I enjoyed Sofia’s new jewels (and her whole tiara since they refitted it to her head), I am dying to see her reach into the vault and wear something new to her.

I prefer compliments to demands, for future reference. As my grandmother always used to say “I wants don’t get!”. We’ll talk about the first event in the podcast so that’ll be out on Thursday and will cover what we think. But we recorded before tonight’s so I can review those.

Silvia - classic Silvia. Not going to remember it in five years but she looks nice, as she always does.

Victoria - didn’t like this dress the first time tbh. Sequins on dresses go wrong easily, for me. This doesn’t look cheap like a lot of JP’s stuff but a standard dress covered in sequins is still just a standard dress. Elie Saab’s work is normally intricate, it does something interesting with the sequins, but this is just a meh dress that’s a bit sparkly. It’s not terrible at all. It fits well. But it’s not one I enjoy

Sofia - I actually like it, divisive as it is. She looks like an ice lolly. As with most Sofia looks there’s possibly a bit of a fit issue, especially with the sleeves (she is clearly giving people the wrong arm measurements, her sleeves are always off!) but I like the vibe.

DID isn't just having fun people in your head

Along with shifts in personality, it's often times:

amnesia: 'waking up' with no memory of what's going on

travelling and having no idea where you are or how you got there

dizziness

confusion

spacing out

headaches

feeling broken & worthless

fear

not knowing why or how you're wearing what you're wearing

nausea

pain

anxiety

finding things amongst your belongings you don't remember acquiring

time loss

depression

suicidal ideation & action

spikes in inexplicable emotion, especially anger, fear, and shame

body and voice dysphoria

depersonalization & derealisation

loss of control

hearing voices

finding injuries you don't remember getting

self harm

not recognising friends/family/colleagues

forgetting important events (birthdays, parties, graduations etc)

mood shifts with seemingly no trigger

finding notes in similar handwriting but something about it is slightly off

flashbacks: somatic flashbacks, nightmares, split second flashbacks to 'little things' but not getting more detail

bed wetting

age regression

inadvertently lying, or being questioned if you have

feeling like your body isn't yours

knowing something is wrong, but not what

wondering why your body doesn't align with your perceived sex (for alters whose gender/sex don't align with the body)

watching your body do things and having no control over it (feeling like a puppet or like playing a video-game in 3rd person)

mass fluctuations in libido: fluctuations from hypersexual to zero sexual desire

not being sure if things really happened, or whether you imagined/thought about them

identity confusion

4th December 2023 // The King and Queen, Prince Daniel and the Princely Couple met with representatives of the Nobel Foundation to receive a presentation about the 2023 Nobel laureates ahead of the Prize ceremony on 10th December. Crown Princess Victoria was unable to attend.

Old Stew Blue came out for a spin last weekend. I totally get why @stewartdmillard use to enjoy this as his main rhythm guitar. Sounds great with a crunch and clean channels, stays in tune and solid. Baby-Black-Brothers 💕

Here’s something I drew today for many reasons:

1. I wanted to distract myself from everything that I have to do for Uni 🫠 (pls help me)

2. I wanted to try out new Brushes i recently found 🌟

3. (and most importantly) @spookeart requested a HAPPY (!!!) Black-Brothers drawing without it being sad and just them bickering around … so this one’s for you🫶🏼
