Full Bodyweight Circuit for Strength
10 Push-Ups: Build upper body strength by keeping your body in a straight line as you lower and lift.
15 Squats: Target your legs and core. Keep your back straight and knees behind your toes.
20 Lunges (10 each leg): Enhance leg and glute strength. Step forward and lower your hips, then switch legs.
