Feeling totally chill and optimistic and very on board that Big Library is launching a new website and changing our health sciences library link (which has been the same for 20 years) the week before our major professional conference
#There will also be a new help ticket workflow that they only realized would be an issue a few weeks ago lolol#I will be gone for 3 straight weeks so hope there are no problems!#But no one will be able to find a spot to complain or give feedback after the new site launches anyway so#Shrug emoji#No shade to our ux team library websites are the worst and they are doing their best#But also I can't screenshot the new gddamn site because of the huge amount of scrolling and white space#So making new instruction materials is a slog
