25-Day Penn Zero Season 2 Challenge day 3- An episode from season 2 you would show to someone to introduce them to the series.

I would probably go with “Ninki Ninja Fight Town” to introduce someone to Penn Zero because that episode stays away from the plot and is just an overall fun episode that demonstrates the characters really well. Plus, it visits a world we haven’t seen, so new viewers wouldn’t be confused.

One question about Ninki Ninja Fight Town: That super excited voice of Sashi's right before she transforms ("Glamour-to-Death Alteration!!" or something)... Was that still Tania Gunadi doing the voice? I've never heard Sashi's voice get that high and happy, so it almost sounded like someone else.

Ninki Ninja Fight Town - Small Thoughts

The kid anime references was over the top in all the right ways. They managed to make their animation reminiscent of the first season of Pokémon. The mannerisms of the characters was like a blast to the past. The way the characters mouths moved captured old anime dubbing to a T. I give absolute kudos to the writers and animators for being able to capture the likeness of the original Pokémon and kid animes in general. I cannot get enough of the anime jokes. They all worked so well. I didn't think they would be able to work in an Akira reference, but this show always goes past my expectations. This episode taught a good lesson of being yourself no matter what others think of you. This was an all around great episode with funny references and nice homage to anime.

My 3 favorite Penn Zero Season 2 episodes:

3. Trading Faces- I loved how Alfred and Larry’s impressions of each other’s characters! It was hilarious! I wonder why Sam and the writers didn’t use this story for Penn,Boone,and Sashi? It would’ve been hilarious if Thomas,Adam, and Tania did impressions of each other’s characters like Fred and Larry did.

2.Senstivity Training- It was a great episode foucusing on Sashi! It was a good change for her character! Seeing her go to that seminar reminded of The Angry Birds Movie and the South Park episode from Season 15 called “T.M.I”

1. Ninki Ninja Fight Town- This episode made laugh the most. I got the references. I love when Western Cartoons make fun of Anime. It reminded of the 1st episode from the 8th season of South Park called “Good Times With Weapons”. My favorite part was the Sailor Sashi transformation sequence.

Her as the glamour cadet in "Ninki Ninja Fight Town". She seemed to genuinely enjoy being a Sailor Moon parody as much as I did. That transformation was so extra, but I was laughing anyways.
