Special Containment Procedures: After once again traveling to Nx-AH: Nowhere, Kansas, USA and once again rescuing the rude old man from yet another anomaly, the Horizon Initiative gained custody of SCP-AIY. Claiming it was too dangerous they merely provided information regarding SCP-AIY. After reviewing said information the Foundation agreed there was nothing more to learn from SCP-AIY and allowed the HI to keep it. Therefore, Protocol “United Hands” will not be implemented and there will be no Containment Procedures made for SCP-AIY.

Description: SCP-AIY is a small box that acts as a holder for an endless pocket dimension. Within the pocket dimension is a vast amount of money, more money that exists even on planet earth. However, in order to obtain the money, one must get past two large demonic hands that reach out of the box once it is opened. 

The Horizon Initiative has confirmed that this is an Aspect Demon, a type of demon that gains power from negative aspects of life and reality. SCP-AIY seems to be housing the Demon of Money, a demon that serves under the Demon of Greed. The Horizon Initiative understands this information better as they hold SCP-[data expunged]. All the Foundation needs to know is that this Demon will always try to imprison anyone who opens the box into the pocket dimension. Granted by being in the pocket dimension they will have unlimited amounts of money but now trapped with no way to spend it all. This will further feed the demon through their torment without having to torture them directly other than dragging them into the box. 

SCP-AIY was discovered in 1999 when the Horizon Initiative went to Nexus Point-AH to once again find another demonic anomaly and save [data expunged]. Apparently, Entity of Interest: Courage the dog, asked one of their Medium Agents to assist with SCP-AIY as it was terrorizing the old man and his wife who were Courage’s owners. They successfully did so and took custody of SCP-AIY much to the old man’s protest as it was clear there was money inside. Because the area was isolated and oddly none of the three seemed to be too bothered by the anomalous event, they were not given memory wiping hypnotism by the HI. Instead, it is now clear to all organizations of the ACPA that the desert must be recognized as a Nexus Point and be heavily observed for any further anomalies.

Another WEBTOON review. I feel like putting a bit more summary into these so people (idk who’s reading these but I’m pretending people are) can get a sense of which comics they’d be interested in.

1. TRINITY by stillindigo : BEAUTIFUL AMAZING SHOWSTOPPING!!! Immediately intriguing, and the art is just ✨. I’m in love and I can’t wait to figure out how to keep reading. The comic takes place in a divided world that is governed by three AI, or the Trinity. The MC is on their way to becoming part of the Trinity’s maintenance team when shenanigans ensue. 100/10 recommend

2. Echo by Nian_qu: super cute! Love love the art style, it’s really simple and sweet. This one’s a cute lil childhood friends -> seperated for a while -> crushes

3. A mobsters soul by Swaejin: A GL!!!! I find it pretty hard to find good GL on WEBTOON, so this comic is exciting to me because it is indeed a Good GL. World of monsters and humans, monster bonds with human, shenanigans…

4. Nexus Point by Trevor Mueller and Sebastian von Buchwald: great art! Super cool plot! World based in the future when technology is everywhere, even in our bodies. Hackers are disappearing after being brought in by bounty hunters. One such bounty hunter goes after a hacker who was in a pretty peculiar situation. Next thing ya know, dream team solving world problems??

5. The Doctors are Out by Blau: OMFG maybe it’s because I just finished it 2 minutes before writing this, but this is one of those that you can’t get off your mind. 2 seasons out on WEBTOON already, and ig one more to go? I am ITCHING to keep reading. There is so much emotion, communication, and INTENSITY to this comic. Though it starts with a meet “cute” between a vet and a doctor that work next door, it quickly becomes much much more as their complicated pasts and futures intertwine…

So you’re telling me Neptor’s annoying ass gets a funeral and Old Moon acknowledges the importance of letting people grieve and say goodbye and stands by Dazzle and Jack while they bury him and even offers to sing for them but Sun has to walk by Nexus’s dead body and goes up to his room to quietly sob and Old Moon is like 🤷🏻‍♀️ lab time :)

Bro if you think New Moon, before the Nexus arc where they were doing everything in their power to write him off as evil because they knew he was going to be killed off and replaced, was a worse brother than Old Moon or even anywhere close you are just straight up incorrect sorry.

First off very serious, stop downplaying Old Moon's abuse, you may not be meaning to but you are, you cannot be obtuse about why NM jokingly threatening Sun like normal siblings do all the time is okay but OM threatening the same thing when he would actually physically abuse Sun isn't okay. There is an obvious difference there and it's gross to say otherwise. Secondly more silly I am bapping you like an annoyed cat NM was around for a year and I guarantee you he was not played with Nexus in mind for the majority of it they were not in fact dropping hints that he would be evil this whole time. This is not to say New Moon was perfect, he wasn't, but literally none of the characters are. If you picked at every mistake or ruder comment a character made then they're all secretly evil and toxic (which some people actually believe looks at the Solar is evil theories). But I think it's insulting to go to people upset that their fav character was butchered and say "um actually New Moon was NEVER good" because you're biased against Nexus and want to rewrite what New Moon was actually like. Which is something that the show doesn't even support btw. Earth recently talked about how sweet New Moon was, Sun during the turning point of NM's grief arc turning into the Nexus arc admitted that New Moon up until that point was a better brother than Moon, the bulk of Nexus' horrible actions were not of him being a toxic brother it's him being an EX-brother turned villain. Which for reference is like how the og Eclipse was a toxic brother to Lunar but you would not say he was a toxic brother to Sun and Moon because the role and circumstances around how he hurt them were very different. New Moon was a very good brother that the story left turned into trying very hard to justify getting rid of so we could have our current story (Old Moon as our Moon, Dark Sun successfully having Sun kill a Moon, the dimensional discrepancy, etc).

Combined, this puts the largest "death flag" on NewMoon right now. Which sucks.

(I will be using Nexus and Newmoon interchangeably to refer to him. Like pre-villian and post-villian.)

I love OldMoon, I'm happy he's back... But like...

What is this non-reaction from Sun?? It's so boring. There's so much to yell and call him out for. I hope that comes later.

But the mundaneness in which he's brought back is just so underwhelming just like "ha he doesn't remember anything for the past year. Funny."

Not to mention OldMoon isn't given the full context of Why NewMoon "went crazy" and everyone is just writing him off like that???

The entire show is gaslighting us into believing NewMoon was toxic.

But think of before all this.

LOOK AT THE OLD EPISODES.

I watched them.

I watched the entire years worth of content. He is not toxic.

The only remotely Toxic thing he did was yell at people when he got angry in high intense situations, which he apologized for nearly instantly after he calmed down.

And if somebody says "he hung out with Solar more..."

Like what??? Your siblings arent allowed to have friends? If Sun died NewMoon still would have become Nexus. Solar would spiral with him. Cus sure as hell Solar would feel horrendously guilty if another Sun died in his place.

Hanging out with your friends over your siblings is not toxic behavior no matter how many times you spin it.

Newmoon's only crimes before he went in his villian arc are that he was prone to anger and yelling, and he liked hanging out with someone who had similar interests to him.

But he genuinely cared so much, and that care became a poison due to the unappreciation. Which shows in the lack of acknowledgement of Newmoon's good actions throughout the year of his life.

He did everything to help his family. And it's like everyone forgot what a caring individual he was actually. It's so strange. Everyone just says "oh yeah he went crazy" but no one is looking at the perfect storm of steps it took to get there.

NewMoon bought Sun a house, cured several types of cancer, built Earth a body, Gave Lunar a bodyguard, gave Solar and Sun the most expensive luxury gifts at Christmas.

He also helped Sun with his Bloodmoon hallucinations. He was there for him and always regarded Suns input on things. I can not say the same for Sun.

He cared and loved so much. To see the show just turn it around and villain him and act like he didn't love his family for a year and wasn't the sweetest person to them?????

It hurts.

And I am tired of pretending like NewMoon wasn't a good person or brother in the first place.

Because he was.

SCP#: AIB

Code Name: The Mattress Demon

Object Class: Safe

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-AIB has been placed at Site-AA within the anomalous furniture storage unit. SCP-AIB is regularly used in interview testing to find out more about the inner workings of Group of Interest: The Factory. During such testing a single D Class is to be escorted to the testing area with Foundation security guarding them. The D Class is to be wearing an explosive collar in case the situation becomes extreme or testing is declared over. 

Description: SCP-AIB is a mattress that looks and feels extremely comfortable but is possessed by a demon and filled to the brim with TRE Radiation. This massive amount of TRE Radiation allows the demon to possess anyone who sleeps on the mattress and influence them to lay there forever to act as the demon’s vessel. From there they will torment and terrorize anyone who is near SCP-AIB. Testing has shown that SCP-AIB has no way of pursuing new victims if no one is around. Furthermore SCP-AIB normally relies on tormenting family members or friends of the victim so should it ever possess someone who is alone or has no connections SCP-AIB will have no one to torment. It is for this reason SCP-AIB is labeled as Object Class Safe.

SCP-AIB was discovered in 1999 when a truck carrying the logo of The Factory was driving out from the middle of the [data expunged] desert. Thankfully it was intercepted by a team form the Exorcist Corps of the Horizon Initiative. They claimed the truck was oddly driven by two deformed rats that were somehow able to stand on their hind feet. They killed the rats and tried to exorcize SCP-AIB though only succeeded in freeing a man who was possessed and then allowing him free. They unfortunately didn’t acquire any information about the man as their target was SCP-AIB though they did note he was extremely rude and ungrateful. 

For years the Horizon Initiative tried to exorcize the SCP-AIB but had no success as the demon was able to use its vast amount of TRE Radiation to resist any exorcist ritual. Since no progress within the HI was made, it was decided to utilize Protocol “United Hands” and negotiated the surrender of SCP-AIB into Foundation custody. Thankfully the negotiations ended well, and the Horizon Initiative ended up not demanding anything in exchange, thus in 2004 SCP-AIB was finally in Foundation custody. 

Testing had shown that the demon within SCP-AIB was aware of GoI: The Factory and had some promising knowledge on the subject. Please see Addendum X-62 for details.

The following is one of the interviews with SCP-AIB and Dr. Alvik after SCP-AIB has taken a D Class as a host to communicate. Dr. Alvik was specifically requested due to his status as an [data expunged] and his position within the Department of Universal Affairs.

Dr. Alvik: Yo, can you hear me AIB?

SCP-AIB: I hear you mor… wait… not mortal… [data expunged]?

Dr. Alvik: I don’t associate with my father, so I don’t like that title. 

SCP-AIB: Heh, guess that makes sense he has been losing influence since the world has gotten more… chaotic.

Dr. Alvik: Let’s focus on you, how do you know the Factory, how did you even come to become one of its products? How did they even sell you?

SCP-AIB: Hehehe… I possessed someone about… a while ago, don’t remember when and can’t be fucked to care.

Dr. Alvik: Fine, just continue.

SCP-AIB: Hm, I was just in the middle of being exorcised by those fucking priestess when a large metal building suddenly grew out of the ground and wretched everything.

Dr. Alvik: Wait? Priestess? As in a female priest?

SCP-AIB: Oh right, I think it was a world different from this one, one where christianity was still founded but declared females closer to God than males due to Adam taking the first bite of the forbidden fruit. 

Dr. Alvik: Oh, so you're from another reality where the gender roles are reversed, that’s cool I guess. But what happened next and how did it lead to you ending up here?

SCP-AIB: After the metal building was done forming it started releasing this strange energy, I believe the humans call it radiation. Some people started melting, some died instantly, others mutated, as for my host they melted into the mattress both trapping me in but also allowing me to forever free from the grips of hell. 

Dr. Alvik: Hm, then let me guess the freaks of the Factory started coming out and stealing stuff to make new anomalous items?

SCP-AIB: Pretty much, though the two rats found me personally and brought me to James Anderson. He liked me so much he decided to sell me personally for a test.

Dr. Alvik: A test?

SCP-AIB: The ones who purchased me, he specifically made advertisements for them wanting them to buy the mattress. To see what would happen, especially with the dog. 

Dr. Alvik: The dog?

SCP-AIB: There was a dog there that has peeked Anderson’s Interest, kinda cute little fellow… I really enjoyed making him scream.

Dr. Alvik: The dog screamed?

SCP-AIB: He barked sometimes but he could talk. He also had a smart computer on his roof… it was kinda weird but it was also pretty funny to watch him suffer. At least until he managed to trap me and make a return on his purchase. 

Dr. Alvik: … Strange, I thought the Factory didn’t do refunds.

SCP-AIB: Anderson makes exceptions. 

Dr. Alvik: So Anderson specifically sold you just to mess with a dog that can talk and has… a smart computer?

SCP-AIB: Pretty much.

Dr. Alvik: I see, well that’s all we need to know for now. Go ahead and terminate!

SCP-AIB: Oh, come on, why let the fun end-

The explosive collar on the D Class activates and kills the host instantly. Two MTF units then grab the ropes on the legs of the dead D-Class and drag the body away.

The Horizon Initiative was questioned on where they found SCP-AIB, after finding the trajectory it was found to have originated from a house in the middle of the [data expunged] desert. The house is populated with an old woman named [data expunged] and her husband [data expunged] as well as their pet dog named Courage. Courage is a small and fat dog that curiously has pink fur and seems to stand on his hind legs often. Most curiously someone mapped the trajectory and saw that SCP-AGD originated from that area as well. The entire area has been placed on the Location of Interest watchlist while the dog Courage has been placed on the Entity of Interest Watchlist.
