YES! Yes he would. He would pull out Evie like some sort of fucked up Pokemon and send her into battle against Lucifer and Charlie for the title of best father-daughter duo.

The issue is that while Charlie and Lucifer are similar people who get along, Al and Evie are similar people who BEEF. It doesn't help that Evie is a momma's girl so her loyalty lies with the redhead. She doesn't really like men either so Alastor is COOKED.

Imagine Hell's Greatest Daughter except Evie stops paying attention to Charlie halfway through the song to start roasting Alastor instead. They end up fighting as everyone else stares at them.
