Nafkah zahir RM500 yang diberi tidak mencukupi, antara alasan Noor Nabila tuntut cerai dari Sharnaaz

Mahkamah Rendah Syariah Kuala Lumpur memerintah pelakon Sharnaaz Ahmad dan isterinya, Noor Nabila Mohd Noor melantik wakil Jawatankuasa Pendamai (JKP) dalam kes perceraian mereka selepas Sharnaaz tidak bersetuju dengan tuntutan cerai kakak kepada pelakon Neelofa itu. 

JKP membabitkan anggota keluarga yang rapat dengan pasangan itu, bertujuan memberi nasihat dan mencari jalan penyelesaian.

Noor Nabila (plaintif) memfailkan permohonan cerai secara baik pada 27 Ogos lalu mengikut Seksyen 47 Akta Undang-Undang Keluarga Islam (Wilayah-Wilayah Persekutuan) 1984. 

Namun, Sharnaaz yang diwakili peguam Datuk Akberdin Abdul Kader ketika ditanya hakim adakah dia sudah melihat tuntutan yang diterimanya dari Noor Nabila pada 29 Ogos lalu, menjawa 'Ya' tetapi tidak bersetuju dengan tuntutan cerita tersebut. 

Menurut laporan Harian Metro, Noor Nabila dalam tuntutan perceraiannya memberikan alasan bahawa mereka sudah tiada persefahaman dan tinggal berasingan sejak Februari 2018, serta nafkah zahir yang diberi oleh Sharnaaz adalah tidak mencukupi iaitu RM500 sebulan walaupun mampu untuk memberi lebih daripada itu. 

Noor Nabila dalam tuntutannya memaklumkan mereka telah cuba berbincang untuk mencapai pendamaian tetapi tidak berhasil dan defendan (Sharnaaz) berterusan dengan sikapnya. 

Mahkamah kemudian menetapkan 30 September ini untuk kedua-dua pihak melantik wakil JKP mereka. 

Ketika ditemui media, Sharnaaz berkata, dia akan cuba memperbaiki hubungan mereka sebaik mungkin dalam tempoh yang masih ada. 

Peguamnya, Akberdin menjelaskan Sharnaaz menolak tuntutan cerai itu kerana Noor NAbila meminta tarikh awal untuk bercerai, sedangkan tempoh masa yang diberikan (undang-undang) ada enam bulan. 

Isu rumah tangga Sharnaaz dan Noor Nabila mula menjadi perhatian sejak 29 Ogos lalu selepas portal hiburan melaporkan Noor Nabila memfailkan perceraian terhadap Sharnaaz selepas berkongsi gambar dirinya di Kompleks Mahkamah Syariah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur di Instastory baru-baru ini. 

Pasangan itu mendirikan rumah tangga pada 31 Mac 2017 dan dikurniakan seorang anak lelaki, Jebat Jayden Ahmad yang kini berusia setahun.

A LITTLE THROWBACK OF NEELOFA AS A DELEGATE IN UNDP YOUTH FORUM 2017 It has always been actress-entrepreneur Nur Neelofa Mohd Noor's mission to be part of the United Nations’ Youth Delegate Programme (UNDP). And last Friday, the 28-year-old came a step closer when she was invited to become a panel speaker at the Misk-UNDP Youth Forum 2017, held in New York. The event, called “Promoting Tolerance for Peace and Sustainable Development: A Dialogue with Youth”, saw Neelofa sharing her thoughts on cultural diversity and ways to harness talents of the global youth in order to create positive social change. It was reported that she also had discussed her cultural experiences when she was younger, including the time when she spent 10 days in Japan to learn about its culture at the age of 16. Attended by delegates representing nearly 60 countries, the forum was jointly organised by the Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Foundation (Misk) and UNDP. On her Instagram, the actress shared various photos on her experience at the event, saying that she was able to network and that she had received many insights and ideas from other participants of the conference. Last month, Neelofa was also part of another United Nations program, namely the Summer Youth Assembly 2017 held at the global organisation's headquarters in New York. Kes saman fitnah, Neelofa setuju selesai cara baik dengan OMM dan Rotikaya

Pelakon Neelofa bersetuju menyelesaikan secara baik kes saman yang dikemukakannya terhadap dua pengendali portal hiburan yang didakwa telah memfitnahnya melalui penerbitan dua artikel membabitkan namanya. 

Lapor Harian Metro, persetujuan bagi menyelesaikan kes itu dicapai melalui proses mediasi di Pusat Mediasi Kompleks Mahkamah Kuala Lumpur di hadapan Timbalan Pendaftar Nurulizwan Ahmad Zubir selalku perantara, hari ini. 

Neelofa mengemukakan saman terhadap OMM Media Sdn Bhd dan Rotikaya Media Sdn Bhd membabitkan artikel mengenai pelancaran koleksi hijab Be Lofa di pusat hiburan Zouk dan Anugerah Ikon Wanita. 

OMM Media selaku syarikat pengendali portal Oh My Media, manakala Rotikaya Media adalah pengendali portal Rotikaya. Kes saman itu difailkan secara berasingan terhadap kedua-dua defendan. 

Peguam Aiman Ariff Abdul Azij, yang mewakili OMM Media ketika ditemui pemberita selepas proses mediasi, berkata Neelofa dan anak guamnya bersetuju untuk menyelesaikan kes saman itu berdasarkan terma yang dipersetujui. Peguam itu bagaimanapun tidak mendedahkan terma terbabit.

Katanya, penghakiman persetujuan bagi penyelesaian kes itu akan direkodkan di hadapan Pesuruhjaya Kehakiman Darryl Goon Siew Chye. Bagaimanapun, tarikhnya belum ditetapkan.

Sementara itu, peguam Mohamad Lokman Hakim Abd Rahman mewakili Rotikaya Media ketika dihubungi, berkata kedua-dua belah pihak berjaya menyelesaikan kes secara baik.

Beliau berkata, penghakiman persetujuan berhubung penyelesaian itu akan direkodkan di hadapan Pesuruhjaya Kehakiman Datuk Aliza Sulaiman pada 8 November ini.

Melalui saman dan pernyataan tuntutan terhadap OMM Media pada September lalu, Neelofa berkata, defendan mengeluarkan pernyataan fitnah terhadapnya melalui artikel disiarkan di laman web defendan iaitu www.ohmymedia.cc.

Plaintif berkata, artikel itu berhubung Anugerah Ikon Wanita yang diterimanya, adalah tidak benar sama sekali dan diterbitkan defendan tanpa memberi peluang kepadanya untuk membuat penafian.

Katanya, selepas beliau menjelaskan keadaan sebenar dan menunjukkan kenyataan rasmi daripada Kementerian Pembangunan Wanita, Keluarga dan Masyarakat, defendan masih gagal mengeluarkan artikel terbabit.

Difahamkan, saman difailkan Neelofa terhadap Rotikaya Media turut membabitkan isu sama.

Sementara itu, pemberita hari ini gagal mendapatkan penjelasan dan kenyataan daripada Neelofa atau nama sebenarnya Noor Neelofa Mohd Noor mengenai kes saman terbabit.
