The library is your favourite place. 

At least, that is until your predictable love for it comes to a disadvantage. May your tranquil moments alone rest in peace as your friends corner and gaslight you to leaving your sanctuary. Sometimes, it’s for parties. Other times, it’s for something stupid like driving to the next town to watch a movie at their theatre because their theatre chairs recline better. 

You won’t have it this time. 

No way. You have so much work to do!

"Oh, come on! Please, ___?” Hobi begs. “Come tonight! It'll be fun!" Suddenly, he’s clinging to your arm, making it harder for you to ignore him. You try shaking him off, but he pouts at you and clings on even tighter. 

“Hobi,” you whine. “Go to the party if you wanna go. Jimin said he’d meet you there! And Nam Joon, and Taehyung, Jin, and even Yoongi!” 

“But I want you to come!” He cries. “I need someone to keep count of my drinks—”

“Use a marker and tally it on your arm.”

“But then what if I need to throw up—”

“Then throw up.”

“... Jungkook will be there!”

You blink at him. 

“So?”

Hobi lets go of your arm and raises a brow at you. “What do you mean so? Isn't he your boyfriend?”

His accusation has you tongue-tied. This is the first time you’ve ever heard such an absurd thing! Jungkook became a part of the friendgroup after you. He’s the newbie. Actually, he has a whole other set of friends aside from you guys. Why? Because he’s cool. That’s it. Everyone on campus knows him and truth be told; he deserves his hype. He’s good-looking, kind, and a little weird (in a good way). He’s funny and smart (but not in an obnoxious way)... He’s just… Kind of good at everything? It intimidates you and often leaves you daydreaming. 

Come to think of it, everything happens by coincidence. Yours and his lectures usually start and end around the same time. Not to mention that he also loves the library! He usually walks you home after your study sessions. But, yeah… Aside from these things—you and Jungkook aren’t actually that close.

“W-what? I’m not dating Jungkook! Doesn’t he have a girlfriend?” you ask, careful not to sound too noisy. 

Hobi shakes his head. “Girlfriend? Yeah… You.”

Your eyes widen.

In a panic, you hiss at Hobi. “Don’t start rumours! That’s embarrassing for him to be associated with me—”

“Oh shut up,” Hobi laughs. “Do not get all insecure and pick me when the campus crush has literally been drooling over the past few weeks. Everybody knows. Everybody talks about it! Besides, they talk about him being all lovestruck—not you! So, spill it. What did you do, huh? Did you manifest it or some shit—”

“With all the time I spend in class, work, and the library… You think I have time to manifest?” you chuckle at him, ultimately trying to dismiss his suspicion. 

Hobi rolls his eyes at you. 

“For someone who reads fanfics and book loads of romance stories… You’re dense as fuck.”

Tilting your head at him, you try to find the words to defend yourself and fail. 

He’s right. 

You are dense. 

But that never hurt anyone before… So why does it matter?

“Earth to ___?” Hobi waves his hands to your face. You blink, brushing your thoughts away. Offering him a tired smile, he looks at you weirdly. “You okay?”

“Yeah,” you exhale. “Why?”

“You’re blushing like crazy,” he teases, poking your cheek. Your hands fly to your cheeks. He’s right. They feel warm and the sudden embarrassment just made you feel even more flustered. Then, he nudges you. 

“Get it together!” Hobi mutters, “Your boyfriend is coming!"

Turning your head, you see Jungkook making his way through the doors. He has his backpack on one shoulder and his eyes glued to his phone. Like muscle memory, he turns his heels and walks toward your direction. 

“Oh my god,” you hit Hobi’s arm. “Why did you plant these thoughts when he’s literally—”

“Plant thoughts? Babes, it’s reality. Helllooooo?” Hobi sings, tauntingly. 

You pout at him, unable to take this lighthearted. 

Then, before you know it, Jungkook approaches you. 

He pulls the seat next to you out and settles in. After offering a fist bump to Hobi, he quickly leans his body over and places his hand on your knee. He’s always done this but why was it suddenly so different now? Was it always like this and you never noticed until now? Until Hobi…

Wow… 

“Hey, you.” Jungkook greets you warmly.

“... H-hi.”

He gives you a weird look. You avoid his eyes in return. Clearing his throat, he asks, “Why aren’t you packed up yet? Aren't we going to the party?”

Jungkook eyes your spread of notes on the table. You clunch your iPad closer to you and shrug. “We? It’s you. Aren’t you going to the party?”

Jungkook returns your question with a grin. “No. Us. You, specifically. You, especially.”

“Yeah, ___!” Hobi chimes cheekily. “Aren’t you going to the party?”

Hesitantly, you shake your head. 

“N-no… I have too much work to do. Here! I’ll just—” you pause your sentence and reach for Hobi’s arm. Pushing his sleeve up, you take the sharpie from your pencil case and write on his arm.

Jungkook exchanges looks with you. With a soft gaze, he shrugs and turns to Hobi. 

“She doesn’t wanna go.”

Hobi groans. 

“Fine. Let’s go. Let’s leave—”

“I’m staying,” Jungkook says calmly. "She's not going... Neither am I."

He picks his backpack up from the ground and begins to unzip it. Taking out his notes and laptop, he looks up and smiles at Hobi. “Can I see your arm?”

Huffing, Hobi shows Jungkook your note. As Hobi rambles on and on about how you and Jungkook are party poopers, Jungkook takes your Sharpie and crosses your number out.

For the second time tonight, Hobi reads his arm sideways and yanks it back. He squints at the unfamiliar number. 

“Why’d you cross her number out? Whose number is this?” Hobi asks. 

“Mine,” Jungkook states, smiling at the correction. “Call me if you need anything.”

“What? Why?”

Jungkook blinks. “I’m not really crazy about ___’s number being on your arm for other guys to have and call her with.”

Hobi’s mouth drops. He slowly turns to you and gulps. Blinking at you slowly, he gives you crazy eyes. “You can not be this dense, ___. Jungkook is literally ripping me into shreds in his head right now—”

You laugh.

“Go. Have fun! Call me if you need anything.”

Hobi turns to Jungkook. 

Jungkook smiles at him sweetly with his eyes closed. He shakes his head slowly and wiggles his finger at him. “Don’t call her.”

With that, Hobi grumbles a few exchanges before packing his stuff up. He waves goodbye and tells you that you’re lame one last time. You agree with him and wave him goodbye. As he leaves, Jungkook moves his chair closer to you. 

“So… Same schedule? Study until 9PM and then I walk you home? Or are you hungry tonight? Maybe we can wrap this up by 7:30PM and grab a bite to eat? I know a really good burger spot just up campus—why’d you do that?”

Your body stiffens.

“Do what?”

Jungkook eyes your chair distance. 

“You moved away.”

What the heck… How did he even notice? It’s not like you moved across the table! You just moved like… Half an inch. 

“No, I didn’t,” you deny. “But yeah… Sure! I’ve been craving a good burger with extra cheese—what are you doing?”

“I’m moving closer to you.”

“Why?”

“Because you lied to my face and moved away.”

“N-no!” 

Jungkook inches his face closer to yours. He boops your nose and scrunches his. “You sniff whenever you lie. Did you know that?”

“N-no…”

“Now you do.”

For the first time ever… You lose your breath. It’s like you forgot how to breathe. He’s so close to you. His eyes are so doey, you’re literally getting lost in them. The scar he has on his left cheek… You can see it so clearly—the detail of how his skin healed and all. His hair is brushing above his eyebrows and you can’t help but realize how much you like the way it falls on his face. He’s… Cute?

Oh god. 

“D-dont do that—uhh—” You move away from him. This time, there’s an obvious space between you two. Jungkook straightens his posture, completely confused by your burst of emotion. It’s… Conflicting? He swears you two were about to kiss… Now, what’s going on?

“___? What’s wrong?” Jungkook asks with a gentle tone. 

You turn away and shove your notes to your face. Mumbling into the paper, you tell him what’s on your mind. “Everyone thinks you have a crush on me and it’s embarrassing.”

Jungkook doesn’t hear you well. 

“Say that again,” he requests. Without warning, he takes the paper from your hands, leaving you to face him. “Don’t act all cute. What is it?”

You stay silent and contemplate.

Was this worth saying? Was this worth addressing? Would it change anything between you two after? What about the burgers? You’ve been craving a cheesy burger like crazy—

“It’s fine if you don’t feel comfortable. You can tell me later or never. I don’t mean to be pushy—”

Then, you blurt it out. 

“Everyone thinks you have a crush on me… Or something.” 

Jungkook doesn’t flinch. He doesn’t hold his breath. 

He doesn’t deny it. 

“I do have a crush on you.”

Your throat feels dry. What?! Has he lost his mind?

“W-what? You can’t j-just—”

Jungkook tilts his head and pouts. 

“I don’t really understand why I should deny it. Why should I lie? Why should I make an excuse? This is how I feel. You just found out earlier than the confession… I guess this is it though, right?” He laughs. 

You hit his chest. 

“This isn’t funny!”

“Why can’t it be funny?” Jungkook laughs even harder. He catches your wrist and holds you still. “Doesn’t it make you laugh? That everybody on campus watched me wait outside your classes every day for almost 3 months… That everybody waits on me to go to parties but I don’t show up because I rather walk you home and stay home… That everybody on campus watched me enter this goddamn library of a snoozefest—”

“Hey! I like it here.”

“Yeah,” he rolls his eyes at you. “I like you. That’s why I’m here.”

“I… I thought you wanted to study.”

Jungkook laughs even louder, earning a few hushes from others nearby. He groans, throwing his head back. “I can’t even fucking laugh in here without getting in trouble. Why the hell would I like this place?”

“... To study!”

“To be with you.” 

You shut up. 

No words, no thoughts, no feelings. 

Okay…

Feelings. Lots of them. 

“I don’t understand why you’re so overwhelmed,” Jungkook murmurs, leaning his head against your shoulders. “I thought you knew. I thought you figured it out by now. I wasn't exactly discrete."

You sit still, not knowing if you should move or let him settle in. Before you can decide, he sits himself up and grabs your hand. He squeezes it tightly and brings it to his lips. Kissing your hand, he looks at you. 

“Doesn’t matter if you’re dense. Doesn’t matter if you don’t know how you feel right now. I’ll win you over… You’ll fold."

You yank your hand away from him. In response, he leans over and kisses the side of your head instead. You gasp, but your cheeks blush. Quickly, you cover your face with your hands. He laughs heartily, tugging you close to him. You bury your face in his chest and groan at the sinking feeling of wanting to be anywhere but here. This was humiliating!

And just when you think it can't get any worse, Jungkook wraps his arms around you and hugs you tight. As he pats your back, he murmurs—

"You're falling for me already, aren't you?"

"I still don't get what you see in him so much." Kenma casually spat out while you two were facetiming. Even tho Kuroo was his childhood friend he didn't understand much of the hype of you being that much in love with him. "oh come on, he's a great guy. Plus he helps me with chemistry." you said thinking about the many times he helped you out with certain chem lessons cuz you weren't on good terms with the subject. Something about the way he explained it to you, his voice like music to your ears while explaining really made you develop a crush.

While talking, Kenma stared into his screen as his eyes moves from the left to the right. "Kuroo texted me" he said. "Really what did he say?" "He's asking if we want to hang out tomorrow. Looks like he wants to go to the carnival" "That sounds fun! I'd love to go" you said excitingly since you always used to love going on the rides and enjoying the food. You noticed a small smile on Kenma's mouth all of a sudden but decided not to think so much of it.

The 3 of you decided to meet up at the entrance. Making your way up to the entrance of the carnival you saw Kuroo standing there on his phone waiting, "gosh he looks so handsome" you thought to yourself as you slowly walked up to him. He lifted up his head and immediately smiled, greeting you. You two chatted, while waiting for Kenma to arrive so you all can go have fun. Tho it seemed that he had other plans-you suddenly got a text and opened to see it was from him. "hey sorry I can't make it something came up last minute :(" your heart sank knowing you have to now spend time with the guy you have a crush on, all alone and also knowing that you can be very awkward time to time.

"Where is this guy?" Kuroo sighed, looking around. You took a deep breath and told him that he won't be able to make it and that he has texted you. "Oh that's unfortunate. Well we can still have fun together!" Despite having moments like these where something ruins a plan, Kuroo always managed to still put a smile on people's faces. You smiled softly, nodding as you both walked in. And honestly you have to admit that it still went amazing. You were looking at the sunset as you and Kuroo decided to go on the ferris wheel before you both went home. What you didn't know was that Kuroo has been staring at you with such love in those eyes of his-he didn't even realises he was smiling like an idiot, ear to ear.

"The sunset is very beautiful, isn't it Tetsu?" saying that while you decided to start taking a few pictures of it. "It sure is" Kuroo answered still completely out of touch, just staring at your beautiful hair since your back was facing him. "Look at these pict-" you turned around only to catch him off guard. Kuroo immediately looked away, face getting red from the fact that he was caught staring. You let out a slight chuckle and decided to brush it off. The confession was still on your mind and you thought that you should take this as an opportunity- i mean even if he rejected you, atleast you'll be glad that you said it and got an answer, instead of wondering. "Hey Kuroo, can I tell you smth?" He turned around, clearing his throat. "yeah ofc, what is it?" you took a deep breath and swallowed hard before- "I've actually been meaning to say this to you for the longest time but I never really knew how to. I've had a crush on you for such a long time and it's completely fine if you don't feel the same way. I just needed to get this out of my chest befo-" you got interrupted by two hands cupping your cheeks, soft lips meeting yours. You were shocked by his sudden movement that you didn't know how to react- "should you kiss him back? or push him away?" Tho the butterflies in your stomach said otherwise: making you kiss him back. He then pulled away looking into your eyes. Still being shocked and flustered you covered your face with your hands which make Kuroo chuckle showing his smug smile. "I like you too Y/N. I have for some time I just never thought you'd like me back" he admitted while scratching the back of his head.

After the ride was over you both got down and decided it was time to go home. Kuroo insisted on walking you back home, even tho you didn't live who knows how far away-needless to say you let him. As you two were walking he held your hand, enterlocking your fingers which made you smile as you looked down at them. "Thank you for tonight. I had an amazing time" you said while looking at him. "I enjoyed our time together as well. Hey..since we admitted our feelings to each other why don't I.. take you out on a date?" You could tell he was a bit shy and nervous which made you think it was the cutest thing ever. Walking up to him, you kissed his lips before saying "I'd love to go on a date with you, boyfriend"- oh boy he was done for: bright red cheeks, expression of not knowing what to say or how to act, making you laugh. "Goodnight Tetsu" you said as you walked inside of your house. "Y-yeah..goodnight" he was still speechless but after he got excited knowing you accepted his offer and walked back home happily.Plopping on your bed, opening your phone you saw you had a message.

Kenma: so how did it went? You confessed? ;)

Y/N: YES I DID OMG I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE IT AVHJWQKS

Kenma: ha planned worked

Leona vs Malleus

Leona wasn't interested in being part of a play and Malleus just wanted to do it for fun. The two only started to actually pay attention when they saw your name as the already chosen main character. Turns out, this is a love story, and whoever the male lead is gets to kiss the main character

That's when things really start. Like Leona first thought "yeah yeah there's all these other people, I won't have to try hard—IS THAT MALLEUS"

Then Malleus was also like "Hi ^-^" and didn't think much of the rivalry between the two. If anything, if it's another thing he can use to tease the lion prince, then might as well (probably thinks the two of them are good friends but in reality it's a one-sided friendship haha)

You've never seen such dramatic acting from the two of them. Leona's actually trying, it's scaring Ruggie. You don't know why you got signed up as the main character, you really just wanted a good role but not this where two of the scariest people on campus were fighting for the spot

If Malleus wins, he'll be suave about it. He won't really rub it in Leona's face (though Sebek will) and he will be delighted about being able to be closer to his crush. Not only that, but the more time he gets with you the merrier! When he does have to kiss you, he's super gentle about it, probably a very soft kiss

If Leona wins, you bet he will rub it in Malleus's face. He will be like "yeah it wasn't hard" but he really didn't think he would make it. If you congratulate him, he'll be flustered but will try to hide it. I feel like when the time comes for him to kiss you (his crush), he'll be super nervous and end up almost pecking your lips (that's it). Ruggie will tease him lightly about it

Vil vs Neige

The fight of the century? Who would've thought! If you thought being already a popular actor/actress meant a lot of drama magazine articles about you, you're wrong because that number will just double with this new fight.

Vil originally wanted the main character role but he now feels like he NEEDS it because...well...his crush is literally the male lead's true love! If Neige gets it, not only will Vil have to see you kiss that bastard actor but Vil won't get to spend as much time with you.

Neige probably didn't think much of it, but he did want to be closer to his crush so he just tries to be optimistic about it. All of his friends hype him up, his fans hype him up (though some are jealous of you), and the paparazzis and news anchors won't shut up about this love triangle. Are there fandoms about Vil x you vs Neige x you? Yes.

The two of them have stunning auditions, honestly the judges might have to turn to favoritism or flipping a coin because the two are just SO GOOD. You decide not to watch since you think it might help them focus, but if you were there expect yourself to have been a flustered mess because omg they were wayyyy too good at acting as a love interest

If Vil wins, not only will his already high ego shoot through the roof, but he'll have something to one-up Neige in and get more time with you. He won't confess his feelings quite yet, but expect him to be a lot more gentle than you see him around other students. His kiss, when the time comes, is very soft and will make your heart skip a beat. Fans will be raving about you and expect a lot of fan edits haha

If Neige wins, he'll be humble and tell Vil that this is just a play or a movie, nothing related to real life. However, he's just so hyped to have a role with you two as the main characters. He congratulates you on your role and the two of you are just so sweet to each other throughout the whole production. The kiss he gives you is warm and heartfelt, you almost think he's not acting (he's not, but he won't tell you he has a crush on you because he's a bit shy with that). I feel like Bokuto Kōtarō is that extrovert that just kinda approached you one day and then never left you alone.

He’s very playful and friendly so I feel like you’d open up to him fairly quickly, and if not—well he’s very determined !

He’d get all pouty if you lecture him and would go into emo mode if you AND akaashi lectured him. But he bounces back pretty quickly.

Isaac- It has been days since people started shipping you and Isaac. It's not that you were embarrassed by the thought of being with Isaac, but you were embarrassed by what he might think of you. For the past week you would try to either make yourself look busy or try to fill your schedule as much as possible, so you didn't have to face Isaac. This morning you had seen the boys leave to go film a blog and you had thought Isaac went with them, but it turns out that Isaac wasn't feeling well and stayed behind. "Hey, is it okay if I come in?" It was Isaac peeking his head into your room "sure" you kept your eyes on your computer so you wouldn't start getting nervous facing him. Isaac wanders around your room, glancing at your screen from time to time to see what you were doing. you just pretended to work on stuff until Isaac turned your chair around "I know why you've been ignoring me and i don't like it" "you do?" you said nervously asking him "no. I don't know, but I don't like it, "Isaac said sickly. you were fighting yourself inside trying to decide if you should tell him or not "so after i read that fic one of our fans made and seeing the edits i got embarrassed, and i don't mean by our fans but because of what you might think if i do have feelings for you". he stared at you trying to figure out what to say, "you like me" Isaac said looking at you with the biggest smile on his face "well yeah?". another minute had passed but this time Isaac was just smiling at you the whole time "do you want maybe wanna go out" Isaac asked like an excited schoolgirl, you couldn't help laughing at his goofiness. Tanner- After winning discord Batchelor you and tanner kept in touch through a text here and there or doing videos together. you loved talking to tanner no matter what mood you were in or what happened in your day he always gave you something to smile about. you live in Dallas Texas and was in Austin to check out some stores; while being in Austin you texted tanner to see if he wanted to have lunch together which he said yes to. You guys sat down at an outside burger place and started to talk; after small talk the conversation of tanner liking you came up. "I mean it's just a little crush, it's not like I'm totally obsessed with you and have a picture of you on my while" "Damn I was kinda hoping you did." You guys shared a laugh, but you weren't lying you kinda wish he did. After your little lunch date, you went home and showered from being in the Texas heat. Once you sat down to look at your phone you saw people freak out over tanners Instagram post of the picture, he took of you earlier with the caption "first date kinda nervous". you couldn't help but be so happy that you got this man to date you.

-as soon as someone is asked to help out with the Bastard München team, you're the first one to accept that. Every single time

-you don't realize it at first, but you like helping out there so much because of Ness. You always hope for him to ask you for help or just talk to you in general

-outside of working hours, you always try to spend your evening with the Bastard München team. You usually drag either Claire or Mao along

-it doesn't take long until you get jealous of Kaiser. And it shows. Your voice always has some passive-aggressive undertones when you talk to him

-Claire and Mao pick up on that, so they ask you why that is. They actually just want to shittalk about Kaiser for a bit, but the more you tell them the more you realize you dislike Kaiser because you're jealous of how much Ness admires him. And then you realize you have a crush on Ness

-you kind of feel like a hopeless romantic. From the way Ness always talks about Kaiser, you believe there must be some stronger feelings going on

-but!! Claire and Mao are your besties. They're hyping you up (especially Mao) and they're helping you to find ways to spend even more time with Ness

-Mao has made it their second job to get Ness to fall back for you

-at this point, you almost exclusively help out at the Bastard München team. You're barely seen around the other teams

-Ness enjoys your company a lot. He notices you see him as an equal to yourself, which is something he's really not used to from Kaiser

-Ness feels so safe around you, he starts calling you his best friend very quickly

-you try to not make your crush on him so obvious, but whenever he hugs you, your blush a lot because feeling his soft hands on you just makes your heart melt

-you find him with his bloody lip after he gets so frustrated because of Kaiser. You take him to your room (Claire and Mao are currently spending time with the Ubers team) and you comfort Ness

-you let him vent as much as he needs to, and somehow it ends with the both of you cuddling on your bed. And that's when you confess your feelings to him

-you really made his evening go from horrible to amazing. He almost can't process your love confession, but he's very happy to become your boyfriend!

-Ness is the sweetest boyfriend ever. He loves you so so so much and he tells you how much he loves you over and over. Expect lots of compliments from him!!

-although, that starts making Kaiser jealous. All the attention Ness put on him before is now going towards you. But you don't care if it makes Kaiser feel bad, all you care about is making your boyfriend happy

All their vegas scenes I still need to write because they are going to be so cute and romantic, but also you know to idiots who's pining so obviously. And I actually hyped about love confession scene after waking up with hangover and rings

7. What is your favorite scene you’ve written so far?(cause it's so cute and romantic)

“Will you finally tell me where we are going?”Buck asks and looks at Eddie who drives them through Vegas streets, looking so angelic in the rays of the summer sun pouring on them from the windshield of the car. He smiles and sings along to the song on the radio, and Buck enjoys the sight of the little wrinkles around his eyes, which are hidden by Eddie's favorite pair of sunglasses. Eddie looks free and happy, and a little cocky, because he's up to something and didn't tell Buck about his plans. Buck maybe pouts a little, but Eddie can’t see it so no big deal.

“Don’t pout, Buck,” Eddie doesn't remove his gaze from the road in front of him. “I promise you will love it. I’m just surprised you hadn't chosen it yourself for us and left this day free from anything, so I googled something you will love,” Eddie’s smile gets bigger and Buck melts. He wants it so hard to be a date. Eddie takes him somewhere to surprise him, they spend time together and then kiss. Big romantic gestures are their common weak point. But it’s not the date, but maybe in the future Buck will be brave enough to ask Eddie, brave enough to confess to Eddie that his heart belongs to him and Chris forever, but not today. Now he will appreciate a pleasant time with his best friend.

“We are here. Wait inside the car,” Eddie quickly gets out of the car and opens the door, giving him a hand.

Buck accepts his hand but looks at him in confusion and tilts his head slightly to the side, looking at Eddie, who is already gently pulling him inside without letting go of his hand. Buck doesn't know what he wants more: Eddie to let him go, otherwise Buck's cheeks will be too red and he won't be able to use the excuse of the heat inside the building, or to never let go, and also intertwine their fingers.

“Well, it was something new,” Buck says and hopes his voice sounds normal, and not like he’s a teenager and his crush looking at them. “Always knew you were a gentleman, but you never opened my car door,” they enter a beautiful building and Eddie leads him down the corridor further.

Eddie pouts a little embarrassed and bites his lower lip and Buck is about to tell him that he should not explain it, but Eddie turns his hazel interspersed with green like spring leaves eyes to him and his velvety voice and words turn Buck's knees into jelly. He is more than ever glad Eddie is holding his hand and controlling their movement.

“You said you never were the one who was courted during dates when we talked about it some time ago. Of course, it's not a date, but I wanted to show you that you're worth being courted, Buck.”

Buck just smiles back and feels his cheeks turn red. Eddie blushed too.

“Thank you, Eds. You deserve it too, you know?”

Eddie nods and they come to the place they need. Buck loses his breath looking at all the beauty around. Eddie took him to the botanical garden.
