Kill The Damned Phone - Choso Kamo
[wc: 1500+]
[ tw: Choso Kamo x Reader, smut, fluff, established relationship, interrupted sex, blowjob, throat-fucking, prone bone, slight bondage, Choso being an absolute darling ]
Tumblr media
“Nghh, Choso, right- fuck- right there!” You breathe out as Choso’s tongue runs over the shell over your ear. His chest to your back, your face buried into a pile of pillows, his entire right arm pulling your hips into him as he ruts into you prone bone. “Mhmm” he smiles, “you like it, baby?”
“I like you ∼” How cute. you can feel his lips stretching into a smile against your neck. He gives your wet pussy a slower, deeper grind to show his appreciation, pulling a sweet moan out of you.
A slow Sunday morning with nothing much to do. Choso had woken up much before you, as usual, and by the time you had washed up and dressed, he was done making breakfast. Tamagoyaki rolls, natto rice balls, leftover pizza and two bottles of yakult each. Choso, your sweet man, read you the news headlines he deemed important as you washed the dishes– “A tunnel collapsed in Sendai” “Putin might be gay” “India is stopping rice exports”. He’d given you a spank on the ass as punishment for wiping your hands dry on his sweatpants. That ended up with him pounding you into the blankets, your hands pinned over your head with his left wrist. Ah, to be young and in love.
“You just like me? I thought it was love” He teases. “It’s so sad, my baby doesn’t love me!”
Your giggles are broken by a gasp as he bites into your neck. What a pretty collection of hickies. “Yeah, this is what you get. There’s no love for grown men who bite.”
“Aww” He pouts so cutely that you have to risk spraining your neck to give him a kiss. He adjusts himself further up your body - fuck, that felt good, he’s so deep in me now, shit- to make it easier for you to reach his lips. He deserves all the kisses, that sweetheart. You peck his nose too, for good measure.
“Babe,” He asks. “Should I use Flowing Red Scale? Or would it be too much for you?”
Before you open your mouth to reply, his phone’s ringing. He sighs into the nape of your neck before dislodging himself and reaching for it, taking the charging cable off it before he holds it up to his ear. “Hello? Yuuji?”
From where you lie on the bed, it is a weird mixture of hot and hilarious. Choso’s hair is a mess, his lips puffy from your bites (he tells you to stop biting his lips but you vehemently refuse). His neck, chest, abs and arms have not been spared from your teeth either, all littered with little hickies. He’s squatting on the bed, silently trying to make sure his still-hard cock doesn’t drip your wetness on the bed sheet, while he holds his entire arm up, elbow lifted, to keep the phone to his ear, like a middle-aged dad. “Little brother, is that you?”
“Onii-san!” It’s not on speaker phone but you can hear the kid loud and clear through the phone. “I’ll make it quick: how do you do a Supernova?”
“Oh, good, good! You’re practising the harder skills now!” Choso momentarily forgot the cock-wet-not-touch-bed-sheet thing in his excitement. You just smile, letting him figure it out himself. “It’s hard to explain it over the phone, but it’s like this. Now pay attention: You let yourself feel every drop of your blood, okay? In every cell, then it goes fwoop–” He balled his free hand into a fist, “and then you wait till it’s time, and then you let it go.” He mimicked an explosion with his hand. “But when you let it go, make sure it all goes at once.”
“Ehhhh?” You can vividly imagine Yuuji’s grimace on the other side of the phone. You couldn’t keep your laugh in. For Choso, Blood Manipulation came as naturally as breathing, he didn’t consciously take note of every step. It was a bit hard for him to explain things; just as hard as it was for Yuuji to understand his explanation. “Oh– Is y/n-san there with you?”
“Yeah, say hi-” “G’morning, y/n-san!”
“Hello, is this my favourite little prodigy?” You did baby Yuuji a bit, taking on the role of an older sister that he never had. “What’re you practising?”
“I’ve already gotten Piercing Blood down actually,” he says. “Supernova’s next, but I don’t get anything Onii-san said. Do you wanna come down to practice later?” You mull it over. Yuuji’s punches hit hard (even when he was holding back)  and you didn’t really want to experience that again, but having done martial arts for far longer than him, you could teach him new techniques. You suppose it’s a sacrifice you’re willing to make.
“Aw, sure. 6 evening?”
“6 evening. See you then, y/n-san!” Click.
“He didn’t even say goodbye to me.” Choso huffs. “He likes you too much.”
You laugh, both at his words and the sorrow in his eyes when he realised that he’s stained the bed sheet. “He’s at that age where family is embarrassing, especially his doting onii-san. He’ll grow up, don't worry.” You rise to push a kiss at the crown of Choso’s head. “I hate training with him really, he hits so hard. I don’t know anyone with that kind of raw strength!”
“Really?” Choso has you under him in a flash. “You don’t know anyone?” He wrenches your legs apart and pins them under his knees. “Struggle then, let me show you.”
You grin. This will be fun.
You let a minute pass to trick him into thinking you’re not doing anything. A bird sings out the window, you both turn to look, and -you’re gone. Slipped out from under him and jumped off the bed and out the bedroom door. “Oh, you little!” You hear him laughing as he scampers off the bed, running after you. This was so fun, you can’t stop giggling, even though, as you register now, it is a bit weird running with Choso’s pre running down your thighs.
Oh well, it is what it is.
He corners you at the living room table, trying to catch you while you jump over the table and leap onto the sofas.
I’ve got you now, birdie.
He knows there’s nowhere for you to go, you know you’re not going anywhere. You’ve got your arms ready to strike if he comes any closer, but he doesn’t stop walking to you. This is fine, you can take him hand-to-hand. Uppercut, a left jab, left hook to the jaw, straight punch to the liver- he dodges it all. You’re about to go for his solar plexus, as - “Blood Manipulation: Crimson Binding”
“That’s so fucking cheating!” You yell out at the unfairness of the universe. Your hands are tied behind your back, so you immediately resort to kicking Choso, so he just binds your legs too. “That’s unfair, baby!”
“I like it though.” He giggles, “I never said cursed techniques are out of play.” The bindings on your legs are getting heavier, making you drop to your knees. “Ooh” Chose is way too happy with this, watching your boobs bounce as you fall. “I really like it.”
You look up as he walks close, his cock, growing again at the sight of you like that, gingerly touches your lips. “Make me happy, yeah, love?”
You smile up at him, giving him a little kiss at his leaking tip. “Go ahead, baby.” you tell him.
He leans down to kiss you so deeply, spitting into your mouth to make sure it’s wet enough. Then he straightens up, wiping his cock over your lips and cheek, making a mess of your face. He’s just got his fingers into your hair, thrusting his huge cock full into your throat in one go as you choke back gag after gag, groaning at the feel of your throat constricting around his cock, his perfect little fleshlight, your nose in his happy trail and balls against your spit-slick chin. He’s just started leaning over you, shoving your mouth down his cock as you run your tongue over his shaft, going rougher as the sight of your lust-drunk eyes drives him wild. He’s literally just getting started– when his phone rings again.
He sighs sooo deep, dropping his face into his palms, that you begin to laugh with your mouth still full of cock. He carefully takes himself out again, flings you over his shoulder and carries you back to the bedroom like that, where his phone’s not done ringing.
“Onii-san!” It’s Yuuji again. You’ve been dropped on the bed. Since the bedsheet is already ruined, you wipe your face clean with it, your hands still being tied. “Oni-san, I got it! Supernova done!”
“Good work, Yuuji! I knew you could do it!” Choso musters up all his love for his younger brother, not letting a single trace of annoyance pass into his voice. The genuine love and care Choso has for loved-ones, it warms your heart.
“Y/n-san, can you hear me too?”
Choso looks over at you before realising that your voice would probably betray a hint of being roughly throat-fucked. “Aah, she’s in the washroom, I’ll tell her when she comes back, okay? You keep practising though!”
“Oh, okay. I’ll just tell her myself at 6 then.”
“All right. I was thinking, little brother, Supernova’s a difficult move, I’ll get you dinner today as a gift. Yeah?”
“Oh yeah!! You're a great big brother.” You can see Choso’s heart melt. “Bye-byee!”
“Bye!” Click.
“Should we take him out to Ono Jiro? He’d like the experience.” you think out loud. Choso suddenly realises that he forgot about the Crimson Binding, freeing you with a sheepish apology.
“I’m so proud of him, you know.” says Choso, burying his face into your tits as you both laze on the bed. “Even though he keeps preventing us from giving him any nephews or nieces.”
You both laugh. “We’ve got nothing to do all day and it's still just morning. We’ve just got to keep at it”. You pet his hair poking out from between your tits. Choso’s starting to suck a hickey into the thin skin of your sternum, and edging a hand to grab your left boob. His other hand’s already massaging the fat of your ass.
“We’ll keep at it, then” Choso grins.
Bonus: Choso looks up books and videos about 'how to teach' so that he can help Yuuji learn <3

If Ugandans have a social safety net, it is woven from banana fibers, and if there is a clear path to socialism, it will be lined with banana leaves. The lusuku model, premised on intercropping and smallholder farming, could be the basis for national agrarian reform that improves the lives of Uganda’s agricultural workers without accelerating the destruction of the natural environment. Uganda faces increasing difficulty feeding itself because of climate extremes and land degradation, and this affects farmers more significantly than anyone else. Moreover, since the 1990s, the ruling National Resistance Movement regime sold off and dismantled most of the coffee, tea, and cotton growers cooperatives, leaving smallholder farmers in the hands of the predatory middlemen which cooperatives had been established to protect them against. Unable to collectively bargain and exposed to dramatic fluctuations in the market prices for cash crops, many people left rural areas to search for employment in cities. This has been a driving force behind the massive inequality between rural and urban workers. Ugandans now produce more food than they consume, even exporting to other countries in the region, yet 41% of people are undernourished, and agricultural production has decreased over the last 20 years. For the most part, the strategy pursued by Uganda’s government has been to encourage the development of ecologically disastrous intensive agriculture for export, privileging foreign investors rather than developing the infrastructure that would benefit peasants. Indeed, while more than 70% of Ugandans are employed in agriculture, the sector only receives around 4% of public investment, and projects aimed at helping smallholder farmers have had very little success, even by their own standards. Many of the government’s investments in agriculture very clearly advantage larger landowners, to the detriment of the poorest farmers. For example, most of the government’s investment in labor-saving technologies has been spent on tractors, which are great for large plots but largely unaffordable or unsuitable for the average farmer, whose plot is usually between 1-3 acres large. However, a socialist transition premised on agroecological reforms could make use of the existing lusuku model to create the kind of growth that actually improves poor farmers’ lives without destroying their environment. This could begin with reestablishing cooperatives and engineering agricultural prices around social needs and goals, like guaranteeing access to food. Research from around the world has shown that while large, monocrop plantations are good at producing huge volumes of one crop, smallholder farms are more productive when evaluated on a per-unit area and are capable of securing national food sovereignty. Why, for example, should Ugandans buy rice imported from Pakistan or Vietnam when banana intercropping yields more calories per hectare than rice? Lusukus could feed the nation without relying on foreign experts, development aid, or the capital-intensive inputs now being imported to grow for export. Because lusukus are far better for the soil, they also improve the nation’s capacity to resist severe floods and drought, effects of climate change that hit poor farmers hardest. In these ways, the lusuku model could provide a sustainable path to socialist development.

South Korea's 'Gaming Kingdom' Falling Apart Due to '쌀먹' and 'Gacha'
Tumblr media
Economy insight
CULTURE AND BIZ
published October 4th 2024 this I thought was just an interesting opinion and analysis of the Korean gaming industry which heavily features critique on gacha. it is originally in Korean and has been mtl and edited into english so it’s not going to be a 1:1 but the very basic info should be there. If you see any discrepancies please lmk and I’ll edit it asap. Thanks for your help and understanding everyone
South Korea was once known as a gaming powerhouse; it was a term that frequently described the nation’s gaming industry. Even today, games are the leading export in South Korea’s content industry. As of 2022, South Korea’s game export revenue reached $8.9 billion (around 12 trillion KRW), which accounts for more than 67.8% of the country’s total content exports.
Globally, South Korea's status remains strong in the gaming industry, ranking 4th after the U.S., China, and Japan in a global market worth 282 trillion KRW. Though there have been fluctuations over the years, South Korea has maintained this position since the early 2000s. From a numbers perspective, South Korea still stands as a gaming giant.
However, if you listen to voices from within the industry, the phrase "gaming powerhouse" is hard to come by. A brief look at industry trends reveals concerns about a crisis: "The South Korean gaming industry is in trouble" or "There's no more innovation." Why is it that despite boasting a much larger export volume and market size than K-pop or K-drama, the core of South Korea's content industry, gaming, faces such grim assessments?
Broken growth caused by an incorrect business model (BM)
The key to South Korea's gaming industry growth was PC online games, which spread with the high-speed internet boom in the early 2000s. At a time when other countries were settling into arcade or home console markets, South Korea entered the PC online gaming sector—a move that turned out to be a masterstroke. With a fast market entry ahead of other nations, South Korea took the lead, pioneering its own paradigm. But today, the industry is struggling to even maintain its domestic market, losing ground to countries like China.
Everyone in the industry knows why. The unique business model (BM) of the South Korean gaming industry, particularly the trade of game items, is seen as a major obstacle to growth. The term “rice farming” (쌀먹- note I went thru a bunch of translations of this and this is the one that I thought made the most sense in context.. if you know the actual set in stone translation lmk)—a slang term meaning “making money by selling game items”—reflects how making money through games has become a major reason for gamers' choices. Currently, 60% of the South Korean gaming industry's revenue comes from in-game item trades, showing how central this model has become.
The core of "rice farming" is the sale of in-game currency or items that allow players to save time on gameplay. Game companies have capitalized on this psychology, introducing probability-based items, also known as "gacha." Gacha, a system similar to a lottery, can reward players with rare items but is also highly risky. The system is often regarded as being close to gambling.
The gaming industry has desperately tried to conceal the fact that probability-based item models have elements of gambling or promote a gambling mindset. If public opinion were to focus on the gambling-like nature of these models, it could literally lead to the downfall of the entire industry. Since this "goose that lays the golden eggs" brings in massive profits easily, no one has been willing to sacrifice it, even though everyone knows it's a problem, making it difficult to change.
The issue is that this culture has dominated the South Korean gaming industry for a long time, severely damaging the overall diversity and competitiveness of the industry. The current crisis stems from a decline in trust in the gaming industry as a whole, following multiple allegations of manipulated probability-based items, which has subsequently led to a decrease in revenue.
Instead of focusing on enhancing gameplay or user services, companies have drawn in users solely with gambling elements, while users, motivated by the desire to make money, approach these games with a gambling mentality. This dangerous dynamic is the main reason why the gaming industry is in its current crisis. The fixation on a flawed business model has led to distorted growth, and the industry has so far stubbornly ignored the issue.
It’s not that there haven’t been calls for change. Many in the industry have been raising alarms, warning that continuing down this path will eventually lead to a collapse. However, market forces often silenced these voices. By 2023, the festering issues that had been ignored for so long have now grown into an irreversible cancer.
Today, Korean games are no longer judged by their content but by how well they incorporate gambling-like elements. One might wonder how this is any different from Japan's national gambling game, pachinko. This is the current state of South Korea’s gaming industry. What's even sadder is that all of this is a result of game developers knowingly turning a blind eye to the situation, blinded by short-term profits.
A Gaming Industry that Talents Ignore
Beyond the distorted growth caused by flawed business models, there are numerous warning signs for the Korean gaming industry. The most noticeable problem is the significant decline in competitiveness when it comes to developing new games. Recently, it has become increasingly difficult to find new Korean games making a mark in either the global or domestic markets. This issue has worsened since the gaming paradigm shifted to mobile platforms. In 2022, only one Korean game made it into the global top 10 for mobile game revenue. The domestic revenue rankings tell a similar story, with most of the top 10 games being either Chinese titles or mobile versions of games that have been in service for over 20 years. This clearly shows the lack of competitive new game releases.
Experts point to the distorted personnel structure of current game development companies, where decision-making is dominated by professional managers who often lack a deep understanding of games. They highlight that Korea's game development culture is plagued by rigid hierarchies and processes, rather than fostering individual developers' creativity.
Survey data shows that the average tenure of employees in the Korean gaming industry is only 2.8 years, and six out of ten game developers express dissatisfaction with their current working conditions. This stands in stark contrast to the foreign gaming industry, where passionate developers drive innovation with fresh ideas. The so-called "crunch culture," where overtime and late-night work are expected, is another major factor hindering the progress of Korean game development. The high workload, compared to other IT sectors, causes talented workers to gravitate toward other industries, leaving game development behind. This is not just a problem of individual developers' working conditions; it poses a structural threat to the future of the Korean gaming industry. Unless the industry escapes from its stagnant development culture, a resurgence for Korean games will be difficult.
The rapid pace of technological change surrounding games has also intensified the sense of crisis in Korea's gaming industry. When it comes to adopting and utilizing emerging technologies that drive next-generation gaming trends, such as the metaverse and blockchain, Korea has fallen significantly behind leading nations. The power that once positioned Korea at the forefront of game innovation seems to have all but vanished.
Industry insiders unanimously agree that the root cause lies in the complacency of game developers, who prefer to take the easy route and prioritize making quick money over embracing new challenges. This results in the industry circling back to its distorted business models. Looking at this trajectory, it's no surprise that concerns are growing over whether the Korean gaming industry can maintain its past glory in an increasingly competitive global market.
The Last Golden Time
For the South Korean gaming industry to recover, fundamental innovation is needed. The focus must shift from aggressive commercialization to delivering the intrinsic value of games—fun, emotion, and immersion. A drastic change in game design philosophy is required, prioritizing enjoyable experiences over pushing players toward in-game purchases.
Additionally, a flexible, autonomous development structure that values creativity must take root. Only in such an environment can future hit games emerge. Risky and innovative attempts should be encouraged, even at the cost of failure. More companies need to embrace new technologies and genres.
The road to reclaiming South Korea’s status as a gaming powerhouse will not be smooth, but if the industry collectively prioritizes the essence of gaming and takes one step at a time, the path to revival can open. Now is the last golden opportunity for the industry to unite for its future.

Mudwing Headcanons
I think about them too much. My favorite tribe. Some of these are dumb.
- Mudwing sibling troops often have ‘family names’ that are often just the name of the bigwings. Yes, this means bigwings have a “Mario Mario” type situation going on. The main exception to this are royal mudwings, which often have a last name relating to some virtue they embody that makes them ‘better’ than lower-class mudwings
- Mudwing eggs start out porous and sticky and harden over the course of about half an hour. This ‘glues’ eggs of the same clutch together, making it hard to separate them.
- Separating an egg from it’s clutch is extremely taboo in mudwing society, because it’s robbing that dragon of their troop and vise versa. This is also hard to do after the eggs have glued themselves together, and can often kill the eggs in question.
- Because of the different in clutch sizes (Mudwing clutches seem to average at least 6, normal clutches are 1-2, maybe 3) Mudwing hybrids are often unsibs by default, if raised in mudwing society. It’s not a uncommon practice to ‘plant’ these eggs into another clutch (or split between multiple clutches) so that they won’t be alone. Troops will treat this ‘cuckoo’ sibling like any other, but may receive scorn from other mudwings
- Only-child mudwings are considered cursed by other mudwings, and naturally assumed to be violent, amoral, and/or unsympathetic, or things of that nature. This can become a self-fulfilling prophecy.
- Typically, mudwing dragonets are taught by mainly older dragonets, rather than grown dragons. Sometimes ‘seedling villages’ will occur, where younger dragons will start their own village rather than joining with a pre-existing one. These have varying success.
- Relating to this, ‘respect your elders’ isn’t really a thing in mudwing society. They DO care for those too old to care for themselves, obviously, but respect purely on the basis of age is not a thing.
- Farming is a huge thing in mudwing society, with produce making up most of their exports. Rice is a major crop, and most mudwing dishes feature rice. Pigs and goats are the most common livestock. Cows are high-valued but only do well in the grasslands and are thus more uncommon. Chickens and Waterfowl aren’t considered ‘worth it’ to farm by many due to their size, but are often favored by young troops. It also isn’t uncommon for villages to have half-feral flocks of birds that are picked at as needed.
- Contrary to popular belief, The Diamond Spray Delta is a huge centre of farming activity and therefore population. It got it’s reputation from traders who were disdainful of ‘low-born’ farmers, and the fact it fell into disarray during the war, when many farmers were unable to tend to their crops.
- Blood-red eggs aren’t genetic, but rather caused by an egg reacting to certain factors both inside and outside of the womb. Curiously, it is extremely uncommon for multiple blood-red eggs to occur in a single clutch.

Flameforger's Cuisine
In the Ashfall Waste natural food resources are scarce and much of their food is imported from other Flights. While neither Banescales or Coatls eat plants, seafood is a hot commodity with a large majority being imported from the nearby Churscarf Wharf of Water. Export of metal and weapons was thriving and thus provided the necessary income for the imports; however, with the Magmablood Rebellion those exports have dwindled and so has the treasure needed for seafood. Yet, the chefs of Fire are a passionate group who have traveled throughout the lands and always come back home with presents of food and drink- and of course their ability to cook some amazing meals!
Also spice levels in this post:
MILD: Wild Mustard< Golden Pepper < Cindermint <Ashfall Prickler < Fire Ant< Firefly < Blacktongue Pepper :HOT
Scaleskin Marlin Ham- an import from Redrock cove, the tail of this gigantic fish is brined for 3 days and then coated in a toasted spice mixture of ground Pelagas Feathers, Wild Mustard, and dried Blood Acorn. It is then left to cure for 4 weeks before being thinly sliced and served with a Warm Miniature Potash chutney and Turnip bread crostini. (thanks to Josh Niland for the idea)
Grilled Firecoiler Egg Bowl - fillets of the long Firecoiler are first skewered to prevent them from curling when grilled. Then they are marinaded in Wild Catsup, Ashfall Prickler sauce, and garum (a fermented fish sauce made Anchovies).  After grilling they are put into a pot of fish broth and Wild Onions, simmered, before a Hooded Hen egg is added to be soft scrambled. The whole mixture is poured over a Turnip-Granny Smith Apple mash.
Crown of Roast Ram-cutting and tying a rack of ram into a crown can be a difficult, but chefs often use a Blacksand Annex brand bundt pan to help retain its shape. The juices are mixed with tart Blackberry vinegar, Wild Catsup, and fresh Siltvine to create a tart and sweet sauce for the strong-tasting meat of the Ram.  Typically served with roasted Thistle hearts and baked whole Sweet Potatoes.
Rebel Red Hotpot- started by the rebels to cook food when low on fuel, it is a pot of Dried Jerky broth colored red with Crimson Jadevine. Food is quickly cooked in the boiling broth before being dipped into a ground Fire Ant (or Firefly) pepper in oil. Most common foods for the pot are: Cindershroom, Salamanders, Softshell Scorpion, Red Octopus tentacles, and Fissure Crawdads, but truly the variety is whatever you can catch that day.
Knee Kicker- a very spicy sandwich that starts with frying a recently molted Red Knee Tarantula. The fried Tarantula is then dipped in a Blacktongue Pepper sauce (import from Shadow) and dusted with powered Firefly pepper.  Then this deadly arachnid is topped with pickled Wasteland Pear slices and placed between two toasted Sweet Grass buns. Considered a deadly weapon in all Flights except Fire.
Scorpion Scampi Pizza- the tastiest part of a Scorpion Fly is its tail, which it drops after becoming an adult. Dutifully collected by smaller dragons, it is cooked in wine, garlic, herbs, and sour Miniature Potash Peach juice till barely pink. The crust is precooked before the sauce, tails, and Snow Elk parmesan (import from Ice) is layered upon it. The pizza is baked again for a few minutes (or milliseconds in the volcanic ovens) to get the perfect melty and crunchy bite!
Sweet Potato Poutine- jokingly called a peace offering to Ice Flight, this hearty dish starts with a base of thin and crispy fried Sweet Potatoes from the Volcanic Vents. It is topped with smoked rice milk curds (rice an import from Wind), Cindershroom gravy, and a spicy Cindermint pepper.
Wildfire Kebab- there are some brave flowers and plants that survive and thrive in the Volcanic Vents. They are the divine Smolderpetal, the dangerous Speckled Fire Lily, the caloric Blood Spath, the meaty Cindershroom, and the slightly bitter Cindervine. Together they are roasted on metal skewers and basted with a Ashfall Prickler sauce.
Zeeba Berry Bars- a sweet treat that with came about from a truce between Fire Flight and Centaurs. Ration Pouches filled with oats and nuts formed the base of the bar, and the center is a mix of Strawberry and Blackberry jam. The top is striped with a sweet frosting dyed black with powdered Cindervine.
