Catherine Borowski has always had an active imagination. As a child, she dreamed that the car park on her north London council estate would be transformed into a garden. The reality was quite different. “No one had a car, so it was empty, grey and depressing,” she says. Now a sculptor and event producer, Borowski has made it her mission to fill unloved urban spaces with flowers – albeit virtual ones.
She and her partner Lee Baker are the founders of Graphic Rewilding, a project to install huge nature-inspired artworks into the urban landscape. “Where real rewilding isn’t possible, our goal is to inject the colour and diversity of nature into rundown spaces, urging people to notice – and find joy in – the world around them,” says Baker.
The pair believe that flowers possess serious powers, even when they’re not real. “We know that spending time in nature is good for us, but studies show that even pictures of plants have a positive effect on the mind,” says Baker. He cites research published in The Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine, which found that imagery of plants in hospital waiting rooms can help reduce feelings of stress in patients.
Baker, a painter and music producer, has long understood the benefits of biophilic design. Having suffered a breakdown 10 years ago, he found that drawing flowers was the only way to soothe his buzzy brain. “I would set out to draw dystopian landscapes, representative of my state of mind, but I’d always end up drawing flowers, which uplifted me,” he says.
It was around this time that Baker met Borowski, joining her production company as creative director. The pair have collaborated ever since, launching Graphic Rewilding in 2021. Since then, they’ve installed floral murals at locations including Earl’s Court station, Lewes Castle and Westfield Shopping Centre in Shepherd’s Bush – all hand drawn by Baker. “We love galleries, but we focus on public art,” he says. “This way, our work is out there for everyone to enjoy.”
This year the pair have grand plans to create a series of stained glass pavilions (think greenhouses with colourful floral-themed panels), which they hope might find homes at Kew Gardens and the Eden Project. “The way light shines through the glass is magical,” says Borowski.
Even so, they concede that art is no match for Mother Nature. “Some people have suggested that our project detracts from real rewilding efforts. But both can co-exist,” says Borowski. “Of course we want more green spaces.” adds Baker. “But we aren’t gardeners. We’re artists. In the absence of nature, we want to create inspiring spaces through art.”
Overall, the response has been hugely positive. “The joy that these artworks bring is palpable,” says Baker, highlighting an early project in Crawley, West Sussex. “Many people in the town were employed by Gatwick airport and Covid had taken its toll,” he recalls. In a bid to spread some joy, the duo painted brick walls, billboards, benches and even bins with their signature floral flair. “Peoples’ reactions were heartwarming. There were so many smiling faces,” he says.
Elsewhere, in Earl’s Court, the pair transformed “a ratty piece of tarmac” into a modern-day pleasure garden, which is now often filled with children dancing and doing cartwheels on the way home from school. “Putting art into a place that previously felt unloved feels like cultivating joy where there was none,” reflects Borowski. “If something like this had been installed on my estate when I was a kid, it would have been a dream come true.”

finding out you’re pregnant | kjw
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
➸ request from anon; hi sadie i hope ur having a good day! can i request a scenario where dad!jungwoo and reader find out shes pregnant?(with jaesung!) thank you !🌟
➸ word count; 956 words
➸ jaesang; aged 3
➸ warning(s); infertility, miscarriage mentions, fainting, sickness, hospital
nct masterlist
⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯ ⋆✦⋆ ⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯⎯
Getting pregnant had always seemed like an impossibility. You and Jungwoo had tried for three years, with a multitude of different methods, including IVF, but to no success. Doctors visits and fertility treatments had also amounted to nothing, despite different exams and tests showing that there was no real reason for the infertility, just seemingly bad luck. Eventually, after a long process, you were able to adopt your son, Jaesang.
Jaesang was your everything, the centre of both of your worlds, and you were so unbelievably grateful that the universe had brought your family together.
Once you had decided to adopt and Jaesang was brought home, it was such a relief to not constantly think about conceiving and ovulation. You and Jungwoo decided to stay off of birth control. You could just carry on the same way as you were before, and if you became pregnant, then you became pregnant, and if not, then you still had your beautiful baby boy.
When Jaesang was one, what seemed like the impossible happened. You missed a period, and after a few weeks of putting it off due to a mix of denial and being too busy taking care of Jaesang, you took a pregnancy test, which came back positive. You and Jungwoo were amazed to say the least, terrified but overjoyed. So naturally, you were both absolutely devastated when your baby didn’t have a heartbeat at your first scan. You grieved for quite some time, it was heartbreaking but at the same time, felt like a miracle you were even pregnant in the first place. Jaesang got you both through the darkness, and you and Jungwoo felt your love for your son was reinforced from the experience.
Two years later, and Jaesang was three years old, and still the light of your lives. You had healed, as much as you could possibly, from the miscarriage, you had thrown all of your efforts into raising your son. He was so smart and the most incredible little boy, very sociable and active, keeping you and Jungwoo on your toes. He had just began nursery, and had begun to come home with stories about his new friends and crude paintings of you and your family that now littered your fridge doors.
At the moment, Jungwoo was up to his neck in work, meaning he was often needed at the company and so it was you who was doing the dropping off and picking up. You’d felt off today, a quite dizzy and lightheaded, but you had tried your best to push it away and power through.
‘Mrs Kim!’ Jaesang’s nursery teacher sees you approaching, Jaesang stood by her side holding her hand.
‘Mummy/mommy!’ He exclaims, toddling the short distance to you and into your arms.
‘Hi sweetheart,’ you return his hug, ‘did you have a good day?’
‘Yeah! We played outside!’
‘Oh wow that sounds like so much fun!’
‘Here’s Jaesang’s drawing for today,’ his teacher hands you a piece of paper with various different coloured scribbles on, ‘and here’s a letter with information about the vaccinations for-‘
She continues talking, but suddenly everything feels fuzzy. Black spots fill your vision, and your ears feel as though you’ve just been pushed underwater.
Before you know it, you can feel that you’re laying down, and there is the eerie sound of white noise, and two voices talking quietly. Jaesang and Jungwoo.
‘What happened to mummy/mommy?’ Jaesang asks innocently, sitting on Jungwoo’s lap in a chair beside your hospital bed.
‘Mummy/mommy just needed a little nap,’ Jungwoo explains, ‘but she’ll wake up soon.’
‘Oh,’ JaesangJaesang says, a little deflated at the lack of answers.
’She’s just fine though, Jaesangie. No need to worry.’
Your eyes flutter open to meet Jaesang’s who sits up excitedly at seeing you wake up.
‘Mummy/mommy!’
Jungwoo’s head whips around to see you, and Jaesang wriggles out of his arms and to your bedside, pulling himself up onto the hospital bed beside you.
‘Hello sweetheart,’ you accept him into your arms, kissing his forehead, ‘did I give you a fright?’
The little boy nods, snuggling his head into your neck.
‘I’m sorry,’ you rub his back reassuringly, ‘I must have scared you.’
Jaesang becomes quiet, so you turn your attention to Jungwoo.
‘What’s going on?’ ‘What happened to me, Woo?’
Jungwoo briefly glances at Jaesang.
‘Hey, Jaesangie, how about you sit outside with auntie Minah for a few minutes?’ Jungwoo suggests, ‘they have lots of cool toys in the waiting room!’
‘Okay,’ Jaesang is led outside by Jungwoo, who returns minutes later.
‘Your sister’s here?’ you ask.
‘Yeah, I was in a schedule so the school couldn’t get ahold of me, so they went for the next emergency contact.’
‘Sorry to drag you away,’ you sigh, rubbing your eyes with your hands, ‘I don’t know what happened.’
‘It was a boring schedule. And the doctors ran some blood tests while you were out.’
‘What was it? Low blood sugar?’
‘Baby, you’re pregnant again.’
‘What?’
‘They said you’re around six weeks pregnant.’
‘Oh,’ you laugh, ‘that’s- wow.’
‘I know,’ Jungwoo places his hand on your cheek, ‘how are you feeling?’
‘I don’t know. Like i’m still passed out and dreaming. But scared.’
‘I’m scared too,’ Jungwoo admits, ‘I don’t know what I’ll do if we lose another baby. But for now I think we should be hopeful. We have another miracle baby.’
‘We’re so lucky.’
‘I know. And regardless of what happens, we’re going to be okay. And as of now.. we’re going to have another baby. Jaesang will be a big brother.’
Tears prick in your eyes, ‘I love you both so much.’
‘I love both of you too. You’re both everything to me. All of our babies are.’

Dagon, Andagon and the Need for Oceanic Feelings
It's fascinating how bad-tempered the atmosphere is in both Heaven's HQ and Hell of Good Omens. While the vast white expanses of Heaven's HQ (which incidentally is not Heaven, just its bureaucratic control centre) convey a strong sense of protestant solitude amidst a cold and austere hierarchy, Hell is equally lonesome and hierarchical, but bleak and overcrowded.
Since there are quite a few metas about Good Omen's Heaven and Hell as fascist, authoritarian systems, I won't go into them in detail, but will focus on one particular demon: Duke Dagon.
Duke Dagon is a particularly painful example of the lack of freedom in Good Omens' Hell. When one thinks of the original chthonic Cthulhulian fish demon, Dagon is associated with free-flowing waters, be they the rivers of naiads or the oceans of nereids. Before they became a fish demon, Dagon was a god or goddess of fertility and weather.
Now, in the Hell of Good Omens, the only goal in life that Duke Dagon can aspire to is Armageddon. The lack of freedom and oceanic feelings is compensated for by the feverish ambition to lead an army against the heavens. Militaristic drill instead of archaic emotions. Hierarchical power and paranoia:
Tumblr media
make Dagon an essentially lonely and envious creature, which is perhaps best shown in this image:
Tumblr media
While the demons in Good Omens Season 1 were portrayed as a pathetic bunch full of blisters, eczema and toads on their heads, Season 2 underlines the demons' desire for status, which is evident in their now rather sumptuous robes of fine and luxurious fabrics. This emphasises that they are mainly an inverted image of heaven, but not its true opposite.
The not entirely unfounded fanfiction of shipping the lonely, ambitious Dagon with the equally aspirational but unloved and isolated Archangel Michael is certainly a strong move to subvert these orders and cross the boundaries between heaven and hell. And it is Dagon who says almost triumphantly: "cooperation with our old enemies" ...
Tumblr media
If this move is successful, Dagon and Michael may be a little less bad-tempered and will appear to be rebelling against all odds, but the system will remain intact. Dagon is attracted to Michael's high status and clean, cool and bright appearance - which seems to be the opposite of the dark and crowded, claustrophobic hell.
Tumblr media
You better believe I'm trying (trying, trying) To keep climbing (climbing, climbing) But the higher we climb Feels like we're both none the wiser (ahh) So I hope I learn to get over myself Stop trying to be somebody else So we can love each other for free Everybody wants something You just want me
(I drink wine, lyrics by Greg Kurstin, Adele Adkins)
Being together with Michael won't make Dagon a free fish demon, let alone the god/goddess that Dagon should or could be. So Dagon will not rise above themselves, will not swim in the warm waters of oceanic emotions. Probably Dagon will stay cut off from nature, from all natural elements. Symbolic of this are Dagon's head-canonical dreams of an "angel fish".
What Dagon will need is something like this:
@god-in-the-basement will understand.

Yes it's form a conservative source. But it's one of the few articles that doesn't focus on reproductive purchasers who felt entitled to a child.
by Emma Waters, @EMLWATERS
Olivia Maurel was 30 years old when an ancestry DNA test confirmed what she had known all along: she is the product of a costly commercial surrogacy contract. In Olivia’s case, the woman that her parents paid to gestate and birth Olivia is also her biological mother.
In a recent article with Daily Mail, Olivia shared how “becoming a parent myself — entirely naturally, in my mid-20s — has only crystallized my view. The sacred bond between mother and baby is, I feel, something that should never be tampered with.” After going viral for her testimony before the parliament of the Czech Republic, Olivia now campaigns for the universal abolition of surrogacy.
In the United States, only three states prohibit or do not enforce commercial surrogacy contracts. One of the states, Michigan, is poised to overturn their ban on surrogacy-for-pay through a nine-bill “Access to Fertility Healthcare Package.” Legislators are tying their efforts to the national conversation on in vitro fertilization in hopes of garnering additional support. I detail the concerns with this legislation in detail here, but suffice it to say it undermines motherhood by reducing the intimate relationship between a woman and the child she carries to a highly-lucrative rental agreement.
Several well-respected researchers and pundits claim that surrogacy does not harm children. Yet we know very little about its long-term impact on a child’s psychological well-being.
Most of those who assert that surrogacy is psychologically harmless rely on a longitudinal study by Susan Golombok, Professor Emerita of Family Research, and former Director of the Centre for Family Research at the University of Cambridge. She is the author of We Are Family (2020), a synthesis of 40 years of research on non-traditional family structures—same-sex, single parent by choice, and the use of all forms of assisted reproductive technology, including third-party conception. She concludes that such arrangements pose no additional harm and can benefit children.
Professor Golombok’s “Families Created Through Surrogacy” study began in 2003 and assessed parental and child psychological adjustment at ages 1, 2, 3, 7, 10, and 14. The impact of this single longitudinal study on both public opinion and policy cannot be overstated. To date, it is the only study that specifically examines the surrogate-born child’s psychological adjustment, as well as the only study to do so over an extended period. It is also the only research on child psychological well-being that policymakers in New York used to argue for the legalization of commercial surrogacy.
Professor Golombok’s sample of surrogacy families comes from the General Register Office of the United Kingdom for National Statistics (ONS) and from the UK’s “Childlessness Overcome Through Surrogacy” (COTS) agency. The original sample included 42 surrogate-born children but declined to a mere 28 children by age 14. The study relied on a group of families formed through egg donation and children born of natural conception to serve as the comparison groups.
With such a small sample size, and some families participating inconsistently year-to-year, the study itself runs the risk of selection bias and non-representative outcomes. The study lumps both children born through gestational surrogacy and traditional surrogacy together, too. This means some surrogates are both the genetic mother and the child's gestational mother.
Additionally, only altruistic surrogacy is legal in the UK, so these arrangements do not involve surrogates who legally receive an additional sum of money, beyond generous reimbursements. For context, surrogacy-for-pay brings in an additional $25,000 to $70,000 in the United States, which may affect how a child views his or her conception, gestation, and birth.
In each study, the scholars rely on the mother’s own assessment of the child’s well-being. It is not until age 14 when scholars begin to directly ask children questions to assess their self-esteem.
Overall, Professor Golombok concludes that children born from surrogacy agreements of any sort do as well, if not better, psychologically than their natural-born peers.
For ages 1, 2, and 3, Professor Golombok finds that parents in surrogacy families showed “greater warmth and attachment-related behavior” than natural-conception parents. One explanation for this, as Professor Golombok’s notes, is that “parents of children born in this way [may] make a greater attempt than parents of naturally conceived children to present their families in the best possible light.” Such a bias seems likely, given that parents may feel the subconscious desire to justify their uncommon path to parenthood.
By age 7, both surrogate-born children and donor-conceived children in the control group were doing noticeably worse than their natural-born counterparts. This is the point when many children learned of their biological or gestational origins. The scholars note that this corresponds with adoption literature as the period in a child’s life when they begin to comprehend the loss of one or both biological parents. What goes unnoted, however, is that unlike adoption, surrogacy is the intentional creation of a child for the express purpose of removing the child from his or her gestational and/or biological parent(s).
Beginning at age 10, scholars report that the child’s psychological adjustment returns to a relatively normal state compared to the natural-born children, but the study itself reports little data compared to previous papers. By age 14, when the study concludes, the remaining 28 children seem to fare about the same as natural-born children, despite slightly more psychological problems reported.
Despite these methodological limitations, Professor Golombok’s data from this longitudinal study remains the basis of child psychological adjustment research on surrogacy. Examples of this may be found in prominent pieces such as Vanessa Brown Calder's review of surrogacy at the Cato Institute or Cremieux Recueil's widely shared Substack with Aporia Magazine. Their conclusions that surrogacy confers “no harm” to the psychological well-being of the child are premature, to say the least.
In Calder’s article, she cites three studies in her discussion on the psychological well-being of surrogate-born children. A quick review of each study shows that these authors rely solely on Professor Golombok’s longitudinal study data to draw their conclusions.
In Recueil’s Substack, "Surrogacy: Looking for Harm," he primarily relies on Golombok’s work to claim that “psychological harm appears to be minimal.” Again, this statement is premature and formed on limited data primarily from her longitudinal study. The other five citations in the “Psychological Outcomes for Kids” section tell us little about the psychological well-being of surrogate-born children.
Recueil twice cites “Are the Children Alright? A Systematic Review of Psychological Adjustment of Children Conceived by Assisted Reproductive Technologies,” from 2022. Of the 11 studies that examine the intersection between surrogacy and child psychological outcomes, they fall into three categories:
the longitudinal study by Professor Golombok
child outcomes compared with other children born from assisted reproductive technology, not compared with natural-born children
studies that examine the impact of non-traditional parenting types, such as lesbian mothers or gay fathers, on the well-being of the child. The impact of surrogacy is not directly assessed; it is simply mentioned as a requirement for male-to-male family formation. Of these three categories, the only studies that directly address the claims that Recueil makes are the research of Professor Golombok, which he already cited before these additional studies.
Hence, the widespread claim that surrogacy does not harm the psychological well-being of children primarily relies on a single longitudinal study of 42-to-28 surrogate-born children by the intended mother’s own assessment. That’s it.
This isn’t to say we should discard Professor Golombok’s study. But honest scholars and lawmakers should be far more modest in claiming that surrogacy does not harm the psychological well-being of children.
The most accurate conclusion regarding the psychological adjustment of surrogate-born children is that we do not have enough data to draw a conclusion either way, especially not in favor of surrogacy itself. When the well-being of children is at stake, lawmakers and researchers should employ the utmost scrutiny before advocating for any form of childbearing.
Children rightly desire to please their parents, and there are few conversations more complicated than questioning the method one’s parents chose to bring one into the world. There is reason to believe that many surrogate-born children will not have the emotional or mental maturity to understand their conception and gestation until they are much older.
There is a huge difference between no harm and no known harm. Regardless of one’s stance on surrogacy, we should be able to agree that we need more data and reporting requirements to enable researchers to assess the impact of surrogacy contracts on the well-being of children. In my view, a single six-part longitudinal study does not justify this practice.

First of all have to say I love your puritan au!! It reminds me a lot of the Handmaidens tale I’m not sure if i already seen that au with them and Idk if you’ve ever seen that show but it fits. Like maybe Danny gets sent to bare children for Master silver and Terry is just smitten by the boy he has to claim his as his own…
Thank you so much.
I have not seen it but shall try my best!
As such, I hope this is what you were looking for.
It’s not the usual case the omega breeding centre encounters.
Normally it’s a couple unable to conceive or recently widowed alphas with young pups, omegas taken in to help raise them, but more often then not they end up on the alpha’s cock full with their child and become their new mate.
Daniel though is being sent to the Silver household - an alpha never married who wishes an omega to beget him an heir.
It was supposed to be done the clinical way - the centre contacting Terry when Daniel had been brought it.
Just a couple years over the age of mating, he had no other prospects than to hopefully find an alpha through the centre.
He was everything Terry had been looking for - young and healthy, brown hair and dark eyes, pure and fertile.
NSFW
He would be brought to a room, his legs in stirups so they were open wide for the alpha who would deposit his seed and then Daniel would lie there as to not disturb said seed trying to find its way to his womb. It was a weird ceremony of sorts; the alpha welcome to do it as many times as he desired until his seed took.
Daniel was not particularly looking forward to it.
Not after the stories he was told. It would be painful the first time they warned and if it did not take and more sessions required those would not be pleasant either - if he was lucky his alpha would not take long to spend his seed and it would also take to his womb quickly.
It was, he accepted however, a necessary evil.
But when Terry had arrived, before being brought to the breeding room, Daniel had met Mr. silver first, at the alpha’s request.
One look and Terry had advised the centre the ceremony would not be taking place - not here anyway. He would be taking the omega to his home, breed him there in a more natural setting.
He had bent forward, taking Daniel’s hand placing a kiss to the back.
“You are a Beauty,” he told him while thinking, a bit on the small side but pregnancy would take care of that. “I have been waiting a Long time for you.”
And he had.
Male omegas were hard to find and Terry had been specific in what he was looking for. There was also the added rule that any omega to produce a Silver heir had to be virginal.
Once they arrived, Daniel was bathed and dressed. Dressed in a ceremonial nightshirt, pure white and sheer, before being presented to his alpha for breeding.
The night does by in a blur, and it takes that night, on his first seeding. Terry telling him as such. “I can smell the life I placed inside you, growing safe and strong.”
Still, the alpha continued having him, and Daniel assumed it was something the alphas did until it was able to be officially confirmed.
But, even after it was, he was still taking his rights all during the pregnancy, which also made sense. As long as his pup was inside Daniel than his body was the alphas to do as he pleased, or so Terry said.
Daniel had no problems with that. He had experienced pleasure that he never thought possible, even if he had no other lovers to compare it to, or experience to draw upon.
He always came when the alpha made love to him. He was always more than receptive when he alpha made his advances.
It was also because of his body the alpha got so worked up, so part of the responsibility was on him in a way - for being so enticing to the alpha, and using his body was the most satisfying way to satiate it, although his alpha never stayed satiated for long it seemed.
Not that Daniel was complaining about that either. Far from it. He loved their intimate time; craved the alpha’s touch. He found all the stories not to be true, even in the least bit. The first time had been a lot, and there was some discomfort but, he had enjoyed it very much, as he had every time after that.
Nothing is as it was told to him.
From what he heard though the maids still had their own chambers, for example, and when the alphas would visit them they knew what was required, but he was told these visits certainly were not nightly.
Daniel though, he sleeps in the alpha’s chambers, in the the alpha’s bed, and is on the alpha’s cock most nights.
He has feelings for the alpha, that much he knows, and he knows he loves the pup the alpha placed there more than anything and doesn’t know how he will handle being separated from either.
He knows he will be feeding the pup for the first six months to a year at least, Terry had been adamant, but after that is no longer required, he’s not sure.
The baby is born, a relatively easy labour and birth, Terry by his side the entire time, which is unusual. Normally the alpha is not present in cases such as these.
Even though the alpha is in the room, and the pup his heir, the doctor even places the babe on Daniel’s chest first, the omega beaming up at Terry as he had pushed the sweat matted hair off Daniel’s forehead, placing a sweet kiss there, muttering “thank you,” to the exhausted omega.
The next month is heaven, and his alpha is attentive to both his and the pup’s needs. There are nannies round the clock, if he becomes too overwhelmed. Terry also insists he get his rest.
“You’ll need it,” he smiles, watching as Daniel feeds their pup. He’s not quite sure what he means. While feeding the pup is demanding, nothing else is required of him.
At his next doctor’s appointment, Terry is given the go ahead to have his rights and place another pup in the omega, but their contract was for one child, which Daniel feels pains of sadness over.
He would willingly give the alpha as many pups as he desired.
Terry is there for that appt - like he had been for all of them - never missing not even one - another thing which is odd - normally the alphas were detached for these things - as long as all was well there was no interest.
But Terry takes time off work, which given his position, wealth and power is not hard, and what he says goes, but from what the servants have told Daniel, he rarely ever exercises that, preferring to work.
Not since Daniel though. Terry began taking days off even when there were no appts, simply to spend it with Daniel. Sometimes they stay in the house, Daniel loves to swim and Terry had a pool built, and he loves to cook for the alpha, even if there is a chef. Sometimes they go out, when Terry is in the mood but most times, any stranger around the pregnant omega leads to an incident.
But after that appt, confirming that it is okay to start for a second pup, Terry is called to work, an emergency that requires him, and is quite late when he gets home, Daniel having fallen asleep when he returns.
He wakes up to his alpha behind him, kissing his neck. Daniel can feel how hard the alpha’s need is.
“Been thinking of this all day. You have no idea. I would have been home sooner, little one.”
A hand between his legs, fingers pressing in to find Daniel soaking wet.
Still half asleep, he moans as the fingers play with him lazily.
Then his panties are pushed down, a strong hand holding his leg up and his alpha’s thick cock filling him, the omega crying out at the sudden but very welcome intrusion.
“Fuck, how is your pussy tighter than the first time I had it?” he growls.
“Sir,” he moans as a rhythm is started, the alpha rubbing his rosebud. “What ……”
“Did you think I would let another man have you like this?! Let another alpha put their child inside you? Oh no, you are mine and mine alone.”
He pinches a plump nipple, white beading at the tip, latching onto the small but full breast.
“Been wanting to do that. You have no idea.” Those cute little mounds have been haunting his dreams, especially knowing that he’s responsible for them. He knew if he tasted though, he would have the omega, and he would not risk it, not until the they received the confirmation all was well. There was no way he would take his omega anyway but bare.
“Alpha,” he moans brokenly.
“All pups will be mine,” he growls, the omega shivering at the power there, the alpha biting into his mating gland, the omega coming at the sensation of being claimed, his body milking the orgasm out of the alpha as he fills the omega with seed.
Rolled on his tummy, ass in the air the alpha enters him again, his cock still rock hard despite having just come inside his new mate.
It’s to be expected - denied the omega’s overly generous body this last month.
“Sooner rather than later,” he promises. “You breed so easily after all,” he pants, the wet sounds of their lovemaking filling the room. “Not letting you off my cock until you are.”
By the time Terry truly finishes seeding the omega that night, he’s fucking far more out than in.
Not that it matters. He can smell it already took.
The exhausted omega falls asleep safe in his mate’s arms, a protective hand over his soft belly.

Sumerian Clay Tablet (2500-2000 BC) with a drawing of a house plan (the ground plan of a residence in Umma with a central courtyard). According to scholars, cuneiform inscriptions are making the central portion common, which is a common layout among Indian homes in the villages too. As the ancient and the present Mesopotamian, Persian and Indian architecture - believes in keeping the central portion of a home open from the top - to let in elements of nature. Plus used as a common meeting room for family members. Sumerians considered as the first major civilization of human history, flourished around 4000-2000 BC, between the rivers Tigris and Euphrates of the crescent fertile. This area was prone to violent weather conditions, such as unexpected flooding. These chaotic conditions resulted in Sumerians becoming a highly religious society. However, bleak nature of their religion where the afterlife was essentially a mud pit reflected the harsh conditions of their existence. Their art was also religious in nature as part of an effort to honor their deities in hopes that their lives would proceed with as little tragedy as possible. Art and buildings were constructed of plentiful clay of region as well as wood, copper, rock, and semi-precious stones like lapis lazuli. Study of Sumerian architecture is based on available archaeological  evidence, pictorial representation of buildings, and texts on building practices. Materials used to build a house were similar but not exact as those used today: reeds,  stone, wood, ashlar, mud brick, mud plaster and wooden doors, which were all naturally available around city, although wood was not common in some cities of Sumer. Although most houses were made of mudbrick, mudplaster and poplar. Houses could be tripartite, round or rectangular. Houses had long-roofed central hallways, courtyards, and storeys. Most houses had a square centre room with other rooms attached to it, but a great variation in size and materials used to build houses suggest they were built by inhabitants themselves. Smallest rooms may not have coincided with the poorest people; in fact, it could be that poorest people built houses out of perishable materials such as reeds on outside of city, but there is very little direct evidence for this. Houses could have shops, workshops, storage rooms, and livestock in them. - Subscribe for Detailed Post - Vorderasiatisches Museum, Berlin

In-Vitro-Fertilization : IVF Treatment
Tumblr media
Starting the journey towards parenthood can be a challenging road for couples facing infertility issues. In vitro fertilization (IVF) has emerged as a beacon of hope, providing a pathway for those struggling to conceive naturally.
Understanding IVF or in vitro fertilization is a complex medical procedure that involves fertilizing an egg with sperm outside the body. This process offers a solution to a range of fertility issues, including blocked fallopian tubes, male infertility, or unexplained fertility problems. IVF has witnessed significant advancements since its inception, becoming a widely accepted assisted reproductive technology.
The IVF process typically begins with ovarian stimulation, where fertility medications are administered to stimulate the ovaries to produce multiple eggs. These eggs are then retrieved through a minor surgical procedure. In the laboratory, the eggs are fertilized with sperm and the resulting embryos are monitored for a few days. The healthiest embryos are selected and transferred into the woman's uterus to establish a pregnancy.
Success rates for IVF can vary and are influenced by factors such as age, the cause of infertility, and the quality of the eggs and sperm. It's essential for couples considering IVF to have realistic expectations and to work closely with their fertility specialists to understand the potential outcomes.
One of the critical aspects of IVF treatment is the emotional and psychological toll it can take on individuals and couples. The journey is often filled with hope, anxiety, and a rollercoaster of emotions. Recognizing the emotional aspects, many fertility clinics offer counseling and support services to help individuals navigate the challenges of IVF.
The cost of IVF treatment is another consideration for many couples. IVF can be a significant financial investment, and costs may include medications, procedures, and laboratory fees. It's crucial for couples to discuss the financial aspects with their healthcare providers and, in some cases, explore available insurance coverage for fertility treatments.

In recent years, advancements in technology and medical research have paved the way for additional options within the realm of IVF. Techniques such as intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), and egg freezing have expanded the possibilities for couples undergoing IVF, offering more personalized and targeted approaches to fertility treatment.
While IVF has provided a successful path to parenthood for many, it's important to note that it may not be the right solution for everyone. Fertility specialists work closely with couples to assess individual circumstances, explore alternative treatments, and provide guidance on the most suitable course of action.
In conclusion, IVF treatment stands as a remarkable advancement in reproductive medicine, offering hope to couples facing infertility challenges. The intricate process, coupled with emotional considerations and financial aspects, requires a comprehensive approach. As technology continues to evolve, the landscape of IVF treatment expands, providing more options and opportunities for those on the journey to building a family.

How IVF Centers Handle Multiple IVF Cycles: Managing Expectations
Tumblr media
When couples or individuals embark on the journey of in vitro fertilization (IVF), they often envision a straightforward process that yields successful results in a single cycle. However, reality can differ significantly, as many patients may require multiple IVF cycles before achieving their desired outcome. While it can be an emotional roller coaster, understanding how IVF centers handle multiple cycles can help in managing expectations and preparing both physically and emotionally for the journey. Whether you’re seeking treatment at the best IVF center in Chandigarh or exploring options at an IVF hospital in Jaipur, knowing what to expect can make all the difference.
Understanding Why Multiple IVF Cycles May Be Necessary
Each IVF cycle includes several stages, from ovarian stimulation to egg retrieval, fertilization, and embryo transfer. For some patients, the cycle might not yield a viable embryo or result in pregnancy on the first attempt, which is a natural part of the IVF process. Factors like age, underlying health conditions, sperm quality, and lifestyle habits can impact the success rate of a single IVF cycle.
At an experienced IVF centre in Chandigarh, the medical team will typically assess a patient’s unique circumstances and adapt treatment protocols if initial attempts are unsuccessful. Adjustments may include personalized medication plans, additional diagnostic tests, or even advanced techniques like intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) for improved fertilization rates. With each cycle, IVF centers gather critical data, which helps them fine-tune their approach, potentially improving the odds of success with subsequent attempts.
Setting Realistic Expectations with Your IVF Center
An essential part of managing expectations during IVF is clear communication with your healthcare team. The best IVF centre in Chandigarh make it a priority to guide patients through every step of the process, providing realistic information about potential outcomes, success rates, and the likelihood of requiring multiple cycles.
It's also common for top IVF hospitals in Jaipur and IVF centers in Chandigarh to use predictive models based on previous patient data to estimate the chances of pregnancy with each cycle. However, since each patient’s journey is unique, these predictions are not guarantees. A quality IVF center will ensure that patients are fully informed about both the challenges and possibilities involved in the IVF process, fostering an environment where hope is balanced with a practical outlook.
How IVF Centers in Jaipur and Chandigarh Approach Cycle Adjustments
After an unsuccessful cycle, it’s common for IVF centers to reevaluate and adjust their strategies. For example, an IVF hospital in Jaipur may suggest different medication protocols or recommend additional fertility treatments to boost the effectiveness of subsequent cycles. These modifications can include changes in the dosage or type of fertility medication, the timing of egg retrieval, or even the method of embryo transfer.
The ability to customize treatment plans is what makes the best IVF centers in Chandigarh and Jaipur highly sought after. By examining the specifics of each previous cycle, these centers can tailor future cycles in a way that better aligns with the patient’s unique biology and needs. Additionally, some centers may incorporate lifestyle recommendations, such as stress reduction, diet changes, or counseling sessions to support mental well-being throughout the process.
Supporting Patients Emotionally Through Multiple IVF Cycles
IVF can be an emotionally taxing journey, especially when multiple cycles are required. Reputable IVF centers in Chandigarh and Jaipur recognize this and often include emotional and psychological support as part of their comprehensive care plans. Counseling services, support groups, and stress-management resources are commonly offered to help patients cope with the complexities of repeated IVF attempts.
An effective support system is one of the hallmarks of the best IVF center in Jaipur, where patients can share their experiences, express their concerns, and receive encouragement. This emotional support is crucial in helping patients manage the uncertainty and stress that often accompany the IVF process. Mental resilience plays a key role in maintaining a positive outlook and can also contribute to better health outcomes, increasing the chances of a successful pregnancy.
Financial Planning for Multiple IVF Cycles
The financial aspect of IVF can be daunting, especially when multiple cycles are needed. IVF hospitals in Jaipur and IVF centers in Chandigarh typically offer various financial plans, packages, and payment options to alleviate the economic burden on patients. Some centers even have partnerships with financing organizations or offer discount packages for multiple cycles to make the process more affordable.
The best IVF centers in Chandigarh are transparent about the costs associated with each cycle, helping patients budget and plan for potential additional treatments. Financial counseling services are also available at many centers, guiding patients on insurance options and payment plans to minimize financial stress. Taking advantage of these resources can provide peace of mind, allowing patients to focus more on their treatment rather than financial worries.
The Role of Advanced Technology in Improving Success Rates
Leading IVF centers in Chandigarh and Jaipur often employ cutting-edge technology to improve success rates, especially when handling multiple cycles. Technologies such as preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), time-lapse embryo monitoring, and laser-assisted hatching can enhance the chances of selecting a healthy embryo, increasing the likelihood of successful implantation in future cycles.
These advanced tools and techniques are instrumental in helping IVF specialists adapt to each patient’s unique response to treatment. For instance, at an IVF center in Jaipur, the use of genetic testing might be suggested after several unsuccessful cycles to identify potential genetic abnormalities that could be affecting embryo viability. Such high-tech options, available at the best IVF centers, can play a pivotal role in achieving success over time, especially for patients who have faced multiple setbacks.
Finding the Right IVF Center for Multiple Cycle Support
For couples and individuals embarking on an IVF journey, choosing the right IVF center is critical, particularly if multiple cycles are anticipated. Look for an IVF center with a strong track record in personalized care, transparent communication, and comprehensive support services. Whether you are seeking the best IVF center in Chandigarh or an IVF hospital in Jaipur, it’s essential to evaluate the center’s approach to handling multiple cycles and their willingness to tailor treatment to each patient’s specific needs.
With the right support, advanced technology, and individualized approach, IVF centers can effectively manage multiple cycles, helping patients stay hopeful and resilient. IVF is not always a linear journey, but with the guidance of a skilled medical team, patients can navigate the process with greater confidence, knowing they have the support they need to eventually achieve their dream of parenthood.
Undergoing multiple IVF cycles can be challenging, but the support and expertise of a reputable IVF center can make a meaningful difference in the experience and outcome. For patients at the best IVF center in Chandigarh or an IVF hospital in Jaipur, receiving personalized care, financial guidance, and emotional support can help manage expectations and maintain hope throughout the process. Each cycle provides valuable insights, bringing patients one step closer to realizing their dream of building a family.

Comprehensive SupportThe fertility journey involves not only medical treatment but emotional and psychological support as well. The best centres provide counseling services to help couples deal with the emotional aspects of infertility, ensuring a holistic approach to care.
What to Look for in the Best Fertility Centres in Noida
Choosing the right fertility centre is a critical decision that can impact your treatment experience and outcomes. Here are key factors to consider when looking for the best fertility centres in Noida:
1. Experience and Expertise of the Doctors
The experience of the fertility specialists plays a significant role in your treatment's success. A fertility expert with years of experience in reproductive medicine is likely to have a deeper understanding of various infertility issues and their treatments.
Look for fertility centres where doctors have specialized training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility. Board certifications and membership in professional organizations can also provide reassurance about their credentials.
2. Success Rates
The success rate of a fertility centre is a critical indicator of its quality. Success rates can vary based on several factors, including the patient’s age, the type of fertility treatment, and underlying conditions. However, the best fertility centres in Noida maintain high success rates by using the latest technology and individualized treatment protocols.
When considering success rates, ensure you look at data for treatments relevant to your specific condition, such as IVF, IUI, or egg freezing.
3. Range of Treatments and Services
Infertility can have many causes, which means that treatment options must be varied and tailored to individual needs. The best fertility centres in Noida offer a comprehensive range of services to address both male and female infertility. These services may include:
In Vitro Fertilization (IVF): A popular treatment for many fertility challenges, IVF involves the fertilization of an egg outside the body, followed by the implantation of the embryo into the uterus.
Intrauterine Insemination (IUI): A less invasive procedure that involves placing sperm directly into the uterus to improve the chances of fertilization.
Egg and Sperm Donation: For couples facing male or female infertility, egg and sperm donation programs offer a viable solution.
Egg Freezing: A fertility preservation option for women who want to delay pregnancy for personal or medical reasons.
Genetic Testing: Screening embryos for genetic conditions through preimplantation genetic testing (PGT) to reduce the risk of inherited disorders.
Having a variety of treatment options ensures that a fertility centre can provide the best approach based on your unique needs.
4. Technology and Facilities
The use of advanced technology is essential for successful fertility treatments. Look for fertility centres in Noida that are equipped with modern labs, ultrasound equipment, genetic testing, and embryo culture facilities. High-tech IVF labs, in particular, improve embryo quality and increase pregnancy rates.
Ensure the centre follows strict protocols for cleanliness and safety, especially since fertility treatments involve sensitive processes like embryo handling.
5. Patient Reviews and Testimonials
One of the best ways to assess a fertility centre’s quality is by looking at patient testimonials and reviews. Previous patients can offer insights into the clinic’s professionalism, success rates, treatment protocols, and overall experience.
Consider reading reviews on trusted healthcare portals or social media platforms. It’s also a good idea to ask the clinic for success stories or to speak with past patients, if possible.
6. Cost of Treatment
The cost of fertility treatments can vary widely based on the type of treatment, the complexity of the case, and the reputation of the centre. While cost should not be the sole factor in your decision, it’s important to find a fertility centre that offers transparent pricing and provides clear information about the total cost of treatment.
Some centres also offer financing options or package deals that can make treatments more affordable.
7. Counseling and Emotional Support
Undergoing fertility treatment can be emotionally challenging. The best fertility centres in Noida recognize the emotional toll infertility takes on individuals and couples. They provide counseling services to help manage stress, anxiety, and other emotions associated with the treatment process.
Support groups or one-on-one counseling sessions with a psychologist specializing in infertility can make a big difference in coping with the ups and downs of fertility treatment.

What Are the Fertilization and Pregnancy Success Rates of ICSI Treatment?
Infertility is a challenge faced by many couples, but with advancements in assisted reproductive technology (ART), treatments like Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) have given new hope. For couples dealing with male infertility or previous IVF failures, ICSI is a highly effective technique that significantly improves the chances of fertilization and pregnancy. In this blog, we’ll explore the fertilization and pregnancy success rates of ICSI treatment and why it’s an excellent option for couples struggling to conceive.
What is ICSI?
Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) is a specialized form of IVF (In Vitro Fertilization) in which a single healthy sperm is injected directly into a mature egg. This method is especially helpful in cases of severe male infertility where sperm motility or count is low, or when there is poor sperm quality. ICSI bypasses these challenges by directly facilitating fertilization.
Fertilization Success Rate with ICSI
One of the main goals of ICSI is to increase the chances of fertilization by overcoming sperm-related challenges. While natural fertilization rates vary, ICSI has been shown to have fertilization success rates ranging from 70% to 85% per egg injected. This is a significant improvement over conventional IVF, especially in cases where male infertility is a concern.
At the best ICSI clinic in Delhi NCR, such as SCI IVF Hospital, the use of advanced laboratory techniques and experienced embryologists ensures high fertilization rates, making it a preferred option for many couples.
Pregnancy Success Rate with ICSI
While fertilization is a critical first step, the goal is a successful pregnancy. The pregnancy success rate following ICSI treatment depends on various factors, including the quality of the embryos, the age of the woman, and her overall health.
For women under 35, ICSI pregnancy success rates are typically around 40% to 50% per cycle, comparable to conventional IVF. For women above 35, the success rates may decrease, but ICSI remains a highly viable option for many couples.
Leading fertility centers, such as the best fertility centre in Delhi, focus on providing personalized treatment and care to optimize the chances of a successful pregnancy. At SCI IVF Hospital, experts work closely with patients to monitor each stage of the process, from fertilization to embryo transfer, ensuring the highest possible success rates.
Factors Influencing ICSI Success Rates
Several factors play a role in determining the success of ICSI treatment:
Age of the Woman: As with most fertility treatments, age plays a critical role in determining success. Women under 35 generally have higher pregnancy rates compared to women over 40.
Quality of Sperm and Eggs: The success of ICSI depends on the quality of the sperm and eggs. Even though ICSI can overcome sperm-related issues, the overall quality of both sperm and eggs affects embryo development.
Embryo Quality: The ability of embryos to implant and result in a pregnancy is influenced by their genetic quality. The use of techniques such as blastocyst culture can improve implantation rates.
Experience of the Clinic: The success of ICSI treatment is directly related to the expertise of the fertility specialists and the quality of the clinic’s laboratory. Opting for the best fertility centre in Delhi with advanced technology and experienced staff ensures better results.
Why Choose SCI IVF Hospital for ICSI Treatment?
SCI IVF Hospital, one of the best ICSI clinic in Delhi NCR, is renowned for its expertise in ICSI and other advanced fertility treatments. With a team of highly experienced fertility specialists, embryologists, and state-of-the-art technology, SCI IVF Hospital ensures that couples receive the best possible care and treatment.
Key reasons to choose SCI IVF Hospital include:
High fertilization and pregnancy success rates
Personalized treatment plans tailored to each couple’s specific needs
Comprehensive fertility services, including egg freezing, IVF, and surrogacy
Compassionate support throughout the fertility journey
Conclusion
ICSI has proven to be a game-changer for couples facing infertility, particularly those struggling with male infertility. With fertilization success rates as high as 85% and pregnancy rates of up to 50% for women under 35, ICSI offers a promising option for many. Choosing the best fertility centre in Delhi, like SCI IVF Hospital, can make all the difference in your fertility journey, offering you the support and expertise needed to achieve your dream of parenthood.

Medication Costs: Depending on how the patient’s body responds to ovarian stimulation, medication costs can vary. Some individuals may require higher doses or additional medications, which can increase the overall treatment cost.
Advanced Techniques: If additional procedures like Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI) or Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT) are needed, the costs will rise. These advanced techniques are used in specific cases to enhance the chances of successful fertilization and implantation.
Frozen Embryo Transfer (FET): In some cases, embryos may be frozen for future use. The cost of freezing and storing embryos, as well as the procedure for transferring frozen embryos, is separate from the base IVF cost.
Additional Support: Depending on the patient’s unique requirements, fertility centres may offer services such as counseling, donor sperm or eggs, and surrogate support, which can influence the total cost.
Cost Transparency and Payment Options
Most IVF clinics in Hari Nagar provide transparent pricing, ensuring patients have a clear understanding of the costs involved. Some clinics also offer financing options or payment plans to make the treatment more accessible. It’s essential to have a detailed discussion with the fertility centre to understand what’s included in the quoted price and what might incur additional costs.

Top Surrogacy Centres in Delhi: Affordable Options for Your Family Journey
Surrogacy offers a hopeful path for many couples and individuals who face challenges in conceiving naturally. For those seeking this option in Delhi, finding a reliable and affordable surrogacy centre is crucial.
Understanding Surrogacy Cost in Delhi
Surrogacy costs in Delhi can vary significantly depending on the type of surrogacy, medical services, and legal fees involved. Generally, surrogacy costs are influenced by:
Medical Procedures: This includes IVF treatments, embryo transfer, and other necessary medical procedures. The price may vary based on the complexity of the case and the number of cycles required.
Legal Fees: Legal assistance is crucial for drafting and finalizing surrogacy agreements, ensuring compliance with the laws, and protecting the rights of all parties involved.
Surrogate Compensation: In altruistic surrogacy, there is no direct financial compensation for the surrogate, making it more affordable. Commercial surrogacy, which involves compensating the surrogate, is illegal in India.
Hospital and Accommodation Costs: Depending on the medical facility and the level of care provided, hospital charges and accommodation costs for the surrogate may differ.
