Unpopular opinion about XXX character?HI ELE!

1. What OTPs in your fandom(s) do you just not get?

SasuSaku and NaruHina. SasuSaku is just.... i dont like it. I don’t like Sasuke in canon and it feels so fucking forced. Same with NaruHina. I don’t read NaruHina unless its like a background relationship. like i could do a whole post about how both relationships are basically the damn fucking thing; badass man and girl who’s crushed/obsessed over the man their entire lives. it is... i dont like it.

3. Have you ever unfollowed someone over a fandom opinion?

yes. yes i have. i dont even remember what fandom or what they said but if i dont like something, i unfollow. i dont want that stuff in my life and i have the choice to get it out so yeahhh (i think it either had to do with sakura/lucy heartfillia or maybe even a percy jackson thing,,,,)

4. Do you have a NoTP in your fandom? Are they a popular OTP?*

SasuSaku. I hate it, really. unless its a total rewrite where Sasuke isn’t an asshole and Sakura isn’t obsessed with him and focuses on her development and then they get together later on and have been friends. i really don’t like it. i also don’t like canon NaruHina, it feels forced in my opinion, so same deal with SasuSaku, unless its an AU and the romance is actually developed, i dont like it.

5. Has fandom ever ruined a pairing for you?

i dont think so.... the only fandoms ive ever really been in are fairy tail, naruto, soul eater, and pjo and all of my fav pairings were usually fandom popular or widely accepted so not yet!

13. Unpopular opinion about XXX character?

-i dont like canon sakura. oops! i watched the OG naruto and i would hold those small moments that i did like her so close to my chest and i was so so disappointed on how kishi handled her character. it just makes me upset but not surprised tbh so now ive made it my mission to write her with all the potential she had

-sasuke deserves to be angry and go out and do his thing. but also, he should be held accountable for his actions. Yes. the uchiha were treated like shit and murdered for basically no fucking reason but still. he’s OP and just like your basic “lone wolf bitchass”.

-same with naruto. i love sunshine boys. I DO. but he... doesn’t mature?? he stays naive and ignorant (from what i remember) and he’s so god damn OP. this fic summarizes the way i feel about Sasuke and Naruto. They’re great characters, sure, but im so thankful for critical thinking fic authors who give them depth and realistic lives/characteristics.

19. What is the one thing you hate most about your fandom?

-the toxicity towards woman. its pretty prominent in like all animes tbh. it makes my blood boil and like so angry that i try to steer clear from it

20. What is the purest ship in the fandom?

LEESAKU. i love that ship with all my heart. i feel like they’d just be so good together. like if sakura got some actual character development and lee too, they’d be so kickass and soft together.

22. Popular character you hate?

i don’t really HATE a character, but sasuke. he irks me. i would punch him in the face and shove him into a locked room with 10 therapists.

23. Unpopular character you love?

kishimoto sucks. sure, he wrote one of the greatest anime/mangas around. but i feel like he bit off way more than he could chew. the character development could have been so much better, world building was great tho, and tho some of the arcs were creative as hell,, the writing could have been so much better. if given the chance, i would rewrite it.

i do like Karin, or at least fanon's intpretation of her character. Tbh, i don't like most Canon naruto characteraztions, they bother me and i wanna go in and fix all of them

25. How would you end XXX/Would you change the ending of XXX?

fairy tail: LET NATSU KISS LUCY GOD DAMNIT.

naruto: i would need to rewrite the whole series; but in short, not have sakura want to go with sasuke. let her be happy by herself. let her want to grow in the village and help with the hospital.

27. Least shippable character?

sasuke,,, maybe neji. but sasuke. i see him as such a flat character. like, he’s angry and stupid but ambitious. thats,,, thats it. oh! and he likes snakes and has no use for loyal friends??? idk if you can tell but i dont liek him LMAO

Cherry-Orange Blossoms Chapter 6, in which Ochako asks Katsuki to tutor her in math and he agrees even though he knows it’s a horrible idea to be around her so much;

A Chrome x Ken (Katekyo Hitman Reborn!) story in which Ken learns it’s Chrome’s birthday and hikes through the snow to Tsuna’s house to give her a present, but he’s 10,000% a tsundere about the whole ordeal;

Daffodils Bloom After Winter Chapter 6, in which Ayumi meets Shikamaru at a coffee shop and finally learns what happened to Temari;

A SasuSaku/NaruHina double date request in which Sakura is totally over the moon that her husband is home;

An Edward and Alphonse Elric family fluff story in which Edward visits Hohenheim’s grave for Father’s Day;

A story for two Eraserhead x Mrs. Joke requests in which Hizashi and Nemuri prank Aizawa into going on a date with Emi on April Fool’s Day;

A Gintoki x Tae (Gintama) family fluff request in which Tae goes out shopping and Gintoki has to babysit their kids, which is disastrous in all meanings of the word;

A Haruhi x Mori (OHSHC) request that is a Medieval!AU in which Haruhi is a stablehand lowkey crushing on the handsome captain of the guard Mori;

A Hawks x Fuyumi story where Hawks is gonna propose to Fuyumi but things go south when a villain spoils the occasion;

An Itachi x Hinata request in which Hinata’s team is sent on a long mission to the Land of Flowers and she finds Itachi wounded out in the wilderness and nurses him back to health;

A Natsu & Wendy (Fairy Tail) request in which Natsu teaches Wendy how to ice skate;

A Tsunayoshi x Kyoko (Katekyo Hitman Reborn!) request in which Kyoko helps Tsuna clean himself up after a particularly harsh day of training with Reborn;

and, finally, a Roy x Riza (FMA) request in which terrorists attack and Riza and Roy hunt the dangerous group down.

Seems like a lot, but, sometimes my brain can’t focus on a coherent idea so I end up bouncing from WIP to WIP writing a paragraph or two before moving on XD I have lots of blank WIP documents that I might jump into too, I’ve got some stories to write for some zine applications and a few other requests slotted up too. There is a method behind the madness, believe it tor not XD Great question, Mouse~!

A t a que eu lembro. Mas alguns vêm à memória, então...

Provavelmente foi TaiSora, de Digimon Adventure — eu me lembro bem de sorrir na cena do filme, quando o Taichi envia o email e fica todo envergonhado asdkjadskl

Ou pode ter sido alguma coisa de Naruto, tipo SasuSaku

Ah, não sei. Animes me acompanham há mais tempo do que eu sou capaz de lembrar, e sempre gostei de ver os pares se formando

2) Liste os 3 casais mais importantes que apareceram na sua vida.

Iiiih, mas só três? Vou tentar, mas com certeza sentirei que algum ficou de fora

SpecialShipping, de PokeSpe. Tipo, teoricamente esse foi o primeiro ship que li em uma fanfic (eram vários ships, na verdade, mas esse era o principal) e... me marcou bastante. Sem falar que foi por causa dessa fic e desse ship que fui ler o mangá, o qual se tornou uma das mídias mais preciosas que já conheci. A primeira oneshot que postei foi de Special também... Enfim. SpecialShipping me traz muitas lembranças preciosas.

HakYona, de Akatsuki no Yona. Eu não consigo expressar o meu amor por eles. Todo o desenvolvimento, a forma com que as coisas ainda caminham no mangá... Eles são tão, tão preciosos para mim. É um ship que realmente cresceu em mim e hoje sou capaz de tudo (menos escrever uma fic, porque ela nunca fica decente o suficiente) para enaltecer esses dois ♥

Lass/Arme, de Grand Chase. Se eu to no fandom por tanto tempo, é por causa desse ship e de todas as memórias que ele carrega. É um ship que me lembra de pessoas que me marcaram e de momentos que me fizeram muito bem, como ficwriter e como pessoa.

3) Qual é teu OTP atual?

Eu ousaria dizer Lupus/Lire, mas acho que vão me apedrejar. Atualmente, não estou vendo muitas coisas, então é. Mas mês passado com certeza era Enjoltaire.

4) Qual é seu NOTP?

Depende do fandom sahaskj Mas não tenho muitos. Por enquanto, os que eu lembro são Sieg/Elesis e Add/Elesis (eu não sei quem achou que colocar um maníaco do lado da cópia da ruiva mais linda do planeta era uma boa ideia)

E Gajeel/Levy. Juro que nunca entendi o que tem de tão legal nesse ship

5) Tem ships variados? Por exemplo, shipa uma personagem com várias dependendo da cena ou do desenvolvimento?

HA. Falou multishipper, é aqui mesmo

Se consigo imaginar um desenvolvimento bom, ou um au em que os personagens interajam bem, eu shippo. Assim, não com o maior afinco do mundo, mas shippo. Um solteiro em ato é parte de muitos ships em potência, nunca se esqueçam disso askdsjosdaj

Acho que essa minha mentalidade se deu boa parte por causa de Fire Emblem. São tantos ships lindos, tantos diálogos, que não tem como decidir um só. É um desperdício, sério. Para que se limitar a Gaius/Sumia quando Gaius/Olivia e Gaius/Lissa tão ali do lado?

6) Como se sente quanto a um triângulo amoroso?

Se for para ter um triângulo amoroso, dê-me um bom. Bem desenvolvido mesmo. Qualquer coisa abaixo disso, dispenso.

(Ou me dê algo como o triângulo de AkaYona, que me faz chorar toda hora, seja de orgulho ou sofrimento)

7) O que acha de guerra entre fandoms?

Se você tem tempo para brigar com os outros, tem tempo de produzir conteúdo para o OTP. Reveja as prioridades.

Mas, sério, guerra de fandom é um negócio muito nada a ver. Não compreendo.

8) Alguma vez já shipou você mesmo(a) com uma personagem?

Ha. ha ha. ha ha ha nunca nem vi

Uhhh, depende. Em shoujos, sim. Em shounens, eu diria que Fairy Tail é um ótimo exemplo de como a minha vida deu errado.

Mas, em geral, os canons costumam estar inclusos na lista de ships que eu shippo — só não são meus favs

25) Alguma vez já shipou certas personagens antes mesmo de assistir o anime/jogar o game/etc, simplesmente por que o visual era parecido com outro ship?

Geralmente eu conheço as coisas só quando assisto/jogo, então não que eu me lembre.

26) Você nota algum motivo padrão que te faça shipar certas personagens? Ou o motivo de vários ships seus nunca terem nada a ver?

Eu amo a dinâmica bolinho de sol / kuudere ou tsundere, então boa parte dos ships encaixam nessa composição

Mas o mais importante é a confiança; se eu acho que um confiaria no outro, dado o devido desenvolvimento, o ship pode surgir.

Special. Esse ship me acompanha há mais da metade da minha vida.

Geralmente chegam rápido, mas alguns vêm sorrateiros. Os últimos em geral se tornam mais relevantes.

Nope. Mas com certeza já aguentei ver animes inteiros por causa de ships. (E também li 300 caps de Naruto em um final de semana para ver NaruHina se tornar canon)

So @thedrunkenminstrel did this so I might as well too. Let’s get an Aon’s Top Ten Ships list running! I will say right now that this list is honestly a very shaky thing. A lot of is something that is subject to heavy shifting around, and some of the things that are on it currently probably wouldn’t be if you asked me another day. The top three I can more genuinely state are like Actual Factual Top Three Material and wouldn’t shift much at all. But the rest are up to heavy degrees of change.

10. Naruto/Hinata from Naruto We’ve got to start this list off right and to do that let’s put one of my weirdly enduring baby ships in the ten spot. This was honestly kind of tied with three other ships that I’ll mention later as honorable mentions, but Naruhina gets to win out its spot for its bizarre personal significance to me. Namely the ship is weirdly instrumental in my realizing I was trans, by way of an AU I worked on where Hinata was a transman. And the entire thing was very heavily focused on that woe and also romance with Naruto who tried to teach Hinata the ropes of being a dude. Which sounds like a beautifully terrible trainwreck now, honestly, given that it’d probably involve him showing Hinata the local pornshop and being like YES. THE HEIGHT OF MANHOOD. titty mags. Stepping away from that weird personal significance that no one else save me holds for it though...Naruhina is one of those early ships I clung to really, really hard because I heavily related to one half of the ship and saw, in the other person, traits I found admirable. Like, yes, Naruto’s an irritating jackass who fails all his classes but he’s loud and out there and keeps trying even though he basically always fails up until the point when the plot deems him Ninja Jesus. All traits a nervous kid desperately wished he had and ones that I found endearing or attractive. Even if so much of the rest of him is so grating. Also this sets up the major theme of this list, namely that if you’re earning my undying shipper love chances are I relate to one half and have a crush on the other half. 9. Saria/Malon from The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time This is really low on the list, but it’s here for one very important reason. And that reason is is that it is the crackship that will not die. Years have past since a little kid went ‘but what if the cute farm girl and the fairy girl were a couple!’ and the ship’s stuck. It’s also evolved over the years. Evolved into something that by its very nature is doomed to tragedy. Because really if you think about it there’s no real way it could be anything but. Saria dies in the end and is also a weird eternal child type deal. Malon’s going to grow up and move on from her first dumb little kid crush. It’s not really a ship I like am actively, emotionally obsessed with but it is one that I repeatedly go back to and just toy with the idea of every so often. Like it’s just an idea I find compelling to toy with. Early childhood love that by its very nature must die between a human and what amounts to a fairy. 8. Satoko/Rika from Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Alright now we’re back to something I am like deeply and emotionally invested in. As someone with an abusive family seeing Satoko’s story in Higurashi was a harrowing experience as a kid. Especially as a kid who has outright lied to CPS before to avoid further abuse. It was also a comforting one in a fashion. Since even before saving Satoko, Rika and her friends are always there to at least try and save her. Satoko’s a horrible brat and a horrible brat that I relate to. Rika’s...weird meanwhile. She’s someone who’s technically a child but due to magical fuckery is actually mentally matured past that. She’s also been pretty scarred by the trauma of what she’s gone through and it’s left her not entirely ‘human’. So much so she needs to eventually go through an arc just to realize that, no, it’s time to give up being a witch and to just...try and find what’s normal. Even though everything about that sounds wrong or even impossible. And that in itself is also relatable. But even then she’s still Satoko’s best friend and Satoko is her best friend. They stick by each other and I’d imagine they would later on in life. But even later on in life there’d still likely be mental disconnect there for a good chunk of time. And one also has to keep in mind that while Rika’s mentally lived for at least one hundred years she’s still not an adult. She’s just a child that was forced to grow up too fast and that’s eventually going to bite her I think, when she realizes that in itself isn’t adulthood. That’s an interesting thing to think of an toy with, I think. 7. Porrim/Aranea from Homestuck An entirely unsurprising pick from me if you know anything about me from my Homestuck days. Which are like my normal days, honestly, but the fervor’s kind of died down. Give it a bit though and we’ll get right back to Hamsteaking. Porrim is just...a very one-note little joke. In all honesty. But she’s one that provides like a vast sea of unexplored potential. Porrim is, like so much of Homestuck, a perfect Barbie doll to play makebelieve with. She is also a vampire. This nets her like 50,000 bonus points immediately. Then there’s Aranea. Aranea is a bad person. Let’s make no bones about that. She is a bad person. But she’s cute in a way, when she’s not being awful. She’s also someone that reminds me somewhat of the person my current boyfriend used to be, while also having troubles that I myself find relatable. And the most important part of the ship is that they canonically broke up. Which sounds like a weird ass reason to ship a thing I suppose, but the breaking up is what makes the ship interesting to me. It’s basically a tragedy in action. It can’t work out in the main timelines, though it might in alternates. And I like exploring what led up to it not working out. 6. Chise/Elias from The Ancient Magus Bride This is sadly not in the top ten yet as I don’t quite feel comfortable putting it there when I’m not caught up. But given where I currently am in the manga I have to say that this is one of the most disgustingly me romances I’ve seen in a bit. We’ve got a spooky monster man, an awkward abused girl...He calls her puppy and gives her head pats and they nuzzle each other like dogs. He kind of wants to eat her and he’s kind of a creepy weirdo to her at times, but she’s also not seeming like someone that is just going to bow down and eternally accept that and... And they’re both learning how to people. They both are. Neither of them really knows how to do this whole human thing that well. They’re both emotionally fucked and dysfunctional in their own ways. And they’re learning from each other. In such a fashion that I legitimately cried while reading my comics. Which is a bit hard to manage. Given proper time and catching up they may well travel up this list. 5. Malus/Carrie from Castlevania 64/Legacy of Darkness Alright. Back to childhood ships. Also more monsters. Also these were kind of awful ass games and neither Carrie nor Malus really have much personality at all. Carrie’s personality is mostly relegated to material in the manual, which paints her as an incredibly angry and distrusting child that hates adults and also God for failing her repeatedly. But that’s all just stuff in like a summary. And Malus’ personality is NYEHEHEHE I WAS EVIL THIS WHOLE TIME. So what, pray tell, is the appeal of this besides my obvious vampire fetish. The answer is that like...the bad end of the game has Carrie promising to marry Malus. Malus asking her to marry him presumably so he can like make use of the Belnades bloodline’s magic. Also Malus is Dracula. Dracula and human women do not have a good track record. Both in terms of him being able to resist the rare strong willed woman willing to put him in his place and in terms of keeping those women not murdered for witchcraft. Malus and Carrie is a ship of potential. Potential that plays into one of the central themes of Castlevania’s storyline which is that Drac really just wishes people would stop killing his girlfriends. I may or may not have also had an OC who was their kid who is also kind of basically another character on this list. 4. Glinda/Elphaba from Wicked Listen to What is this Feeling. Now listen to it again. Listen to Popular. Now listen to it again. NOW LISTEN TO DEFYING GRAVITY. NOW LISTEN TO IT AGAIN. We’ve got a green woman who is kind of hideous and who thinks she’s ugly! She’s also angry at the world and wants to change shit! She’s also tragically fucked! In the book at least. How is that not a me character? And Glinda. Gods. Glinda. She’s not stupid. She seems it in the book a lot of the time and Elphaba assumes she is right away but...Glinda’s not stupid. She’s actually very smart and putting on a front. Also she basically annoys Elphaba’s tsundere ass into being her bff. And if there is anything I love in my ships it is one half having to be annoyed into friendship by another happier character who is weirdly trusting and accepting of this horrible monster. Why? Who cares! But they are! Now listen to What is this Feeling. Please. 3. Zero/Fiethsing from Force of Will And now we are finally in the top three. We have also reached the part of the list where we have a character with alarming similarities to my weird kidfic OC from Castlevania. So Zero. She’s cranky and serious. Kind of nervous. Really nervous honestly. She’s also pretty cynical and at her worst points actively gives up on trying to save the world and attempts to destroy it or is like on the brink of giving up again. She’s also got abandonment issues, self hate problems, and uncompromising sense of justice that can be reasonably connected to the self hate problems and shit’s just not a good time for Zero. Also she’s a vampire. And then there’s Fieth. Her Most Important Partner. Lovely, stupid, irritating Fieth. Fieth who adores freedom above all else and who is seemingly full of endless optimism and hope and who is a cocky bitch and who lies and sleeps and is basically a cat become an elf. More importantly though there’s what they are. We don’t get to see Zero and Fieth becoming friends. We meet them when they’re friends already and have years of established history with one another. And shortly after we meet them they adopt a child. Or, rather, Fieth declares she’s going to raise the baby into her apprentice and Zero declares that she refuses to let Fieth raise a baby on her own. And then...they become a family. Just. A family. A pretty happy one at that. It’s eventually torn asunder by death and war but before that they’re just two mothers and their daughter. They are in a sort of quantum gay state like poor Nanofate despite their whole deal, but to me they do unquestionably read as a couple. One with problems. A laundry list of them. But a couple with a kid and, in a weird sort of way, a future. 2. Jame/Tori from The Chronicles of the Kencyrath I adore this ship. It is hard to quantify how much I adore it. But it’s quite a lot. It’s dysfunctional. It’s got issues. It’s incest and that shockingly isn’t one of the issues. And that’s why I love it. Because Hodgell has managed to take fantasy characters and mythic archetypes and humanize them with some of the most starkly real depictions of mental illness I’ve ever seen. Hands down. Tori’s a nervous wreck. He’s an asshole with problems from trauma and Jame doesn’t just take his shit. She actually does the exact opposite and tells him to fuck off. That’s important. Tori not just getting the girl despite being a human disaster is very important. The fact that his very behavior is why the girl does not want to get with him even though she really, truly wants to deep down is very, very important. Jame/Tori is the awkward and rough tale of two people having to recover from frankly atrocious abuse. Two people who are deeply drawn to one another but who also fear and kind of hate the other. Two people who can barely stand being in the same room as one another currently. It’s a bumpy road. It’s a road we’re not even sure they can make it down. But that’s why it means things to me as someone whose undiagnosed BPD almost destroyed his relationship. 1. Sakuya/Remilia from Touhou This just barely beat out Jame/Tori and the sole reason it beats out Jame/Tori is I have shipped this fucking shit for literally almost half my life. And I’m still not through with it or tired of it. It’s been years and years and it is still one of my most favoritest ships ever. So I feel pretty confident saying it is my One True Pairing. It’s also got a vampire. Wow. It’s got a human partner who is bad at humaning too! Double wow! And what it’s got in particular is exceptional flexibility. Like all the Touhous Remilia and Sakuya are kind of just left up to the mercy of the fandom. There’s canonical traits they have and we have seen them interact together and with others, but in a far more limited degree than what is seen in a lot of other works. And the fandom is what basically runs Touhou. It is a self perpetuating machine and Sakuremi is still chugging along years later and with a bunch of variety in it, even if it’s got some tropes I am really tired of seeing at this point. But why is this the Touhou ship to end all Touhou ships? Besides the obvious answer of ‘Duh, it’s a vampire and her maid. What the fuck else do you NEED?’ we have the ever important identification and wish fulfillment aspects. Which breaks into my own personal conception of the characters and their relationship with one another. So Remilia’s like...a kid. Forever. She was turned very young so even after five hundred years she still looks like she’s ten at best. She’s also kind of a brat and at times fairly naive in the way a kid might be. But we do see that she puts on airs. She’s TRYING to be this intimidating, sophisticated vampire lady and she takes pride in the fact that people ‘respect’ her. But that respect is more fear of the fact that she’s a vampire and vampires are stupidly powerful in her world. And as someone who had an extended childhood forced on him by his family and who is trying to learn what it is to be an adult and never being treated like an adult or not being able to handle it when he is...That’s just. Something very ripe for playing with. Especially when you mix it with Sakuya. Who’s an outcast among her own kind and who gave up on bothering with them for it. She’s someone who might have been a vampire hunter than failed to kill Remilia. She takes care of her and chides her like a child, but she also is most definitely subservient to her. And she’s said that she’ll always be together with her as long as she lives. Always. Sakuya’s like this weird mix of a sweet, caring goofball of a woman and a hate filled, mopey edgelord that really only could get along with monsters. So like, I like to think, that they’ve basically ended up finding what exactly the other needs. Remilia gets someone who sincerely respects her authority and takes her seriously, but who also will not entirely put up with her bullshit. Sakuya gets someone who...cares. At all. Someone to give her a name and talk to her and not chase her away for being monstrous. And perhaps more than any of these ships freedom to fuck around is there. It’s what I want to make it. Honorable Mentions We have three of these. Nanoha/Fate from the Nanoha franchise, Usagi/Ami from Sailor Moon and Shimako/Sei from Maria-sama ga Miteru. They were all just barely beaten out by Naruhina, hence their inclusion here.

Eight years flown on by and Naruto makes his return to the city where he once fell in love, only for him to leave hollow and broken after she was persuaded to leave him. Plagued by her memory at every corner, a chance meeting changes fates, minds, and hearts. Thus he tries to silence the memories. Inspired and based on Jane Austen's Persuasion.

-ahhh loving the yearning angst of unrequited love (but it's actually requited) in this fic.

"Amaranthine" by @opttagoyeo - Rated T, Various AU, Series of unrelated one-shots. A few drabbles/ideas ranging from fluff, confusing, humor, and angst regarding the most iconic and popular canon couple of Konohagakure, Naruhina.

"After Office Hours" by Pandora_Imperatrix - Rated M, Canon-Divergent AU, Multi-chapter, Complete. Naruto is lonely after Sakura and Sasuke left the village to travel together, he keeps leaving the office later and later, things start to change after one night when his secretary Hinata and him share a couple of vending machine beers. In this AU Naruto becomes Hokage a lot earlier than in the manga and The Last never happened.

-It's been years since this was updated, and recently Pandora updated and just finished it!!!!!!

"Friends with benefits" by @pastillesch - Rated T, Modern AU, Multi-chapter, Ongoing. "I'm dumping you" --Naruto blinked once. Twice. "But we're not even together". It was more a stress relief than anything romantic, really. A hobby one would say. And now it was time to search for a new hobby. Or at least a new partner for this kind of hobby.

When Naruto comes back to his senses after the battle with Pein, the first thing he remembers are those baffling words she said just before she nearly died for him, and he NEEDS to hear them again. Will the truth set them free? Or are some confessions too much for the soul?

"Hinata (Mirror, Mirror)" from "Chicken Ramen for the Pervert's Soul" by @wickermayne - Rated E, Canon-Compliant, One-shot. Naruto rolled his eyes at the purchase asking why she needed it and complained about how much room it took up, but Hinata enjoyed modeling different dresses in front of it, loved how it let her see all the many different angles. And that seemed to keep Naruto quiet enough about the mirror.

So, I guess it's been months since I worked on this list. Because it's nearing the end of March 2024 now. And up at the top, apparently I was last working on this list in September 2023. And at that time, it had been "months" since the asker sent this. Well, here's the ones I've been reading recently:

"clash of possession - naruhina" by @powerful-niya - Rated E, Yakuza AU, Multi-chapter, Ongoing. In the heart of the yakuza underworld of Tokyo, the passing of Hiashi, the leader of the Hyūga clan, does more than just break Hinata's heart, but it exposes her to vulnerability. Seizing the opportunity, the ruthless Naruto, Uzumaki clan leader, targets not only the conquest of the Hyūga clan but also wishes to claim Hinata as his most prized possession, no matter the cost.

-It's been awhile since I read an irredeemable Naruto, and Niya's not lying when she calls the characterization ruthless!!

"Prey" by @sessakag - Rated E, Modern/Gangs AU, Multi-chapter, Ongoing. Following a midnight chance encounter with Hinata Hyuuga, a smitten sociopath, Naruto Uzumaki, tries his hand at romance, determined to make her fall in love with him the only way he knows how.

-it's the mystery of Hinata's background that really fuels this piece for me. Icing on the cake is Naruto as a wonderfully sexy and dangerous stranger and the sexual tension between them that is absolutely exquisite.

"Paper Rings" by Its_Levioooosaa - Rated E, College/Soulmates AU, Multi-chapter, Ongoing. In a world where soulmates are found after a touch and after a brief moment of pain, resulting in a red loop circling the first knuckle of each person's pinky finger. Fating the two people together and leaving it up to them to decide what their relationship will be. Hinata had just stopped at her friends for a piece of pizza, little did she know that she'd be leaving with a soulmate.

-It's a cute premise and I can't wait to see what happens next! I love a good soulmate AU!

"Wanting More Than A Poolside View" by @bunny-hoodlum - Rated E, High School AU, Multi-chapter, Ongoing. Just a Sukumizu fetish scenario where Hinata is the target of a panty thief and recruits Naruto to investigate himself.

-I've been loving all of Bunny's updates this year, but I'm really hoping for an update on this one....or Narutoland haha, but I dunno what it is about High School NaruHina and their immaturity, it's just so fun!

Naruto! I discovered the anime and NaruHina youtube amvs and fanfiction when I was like in elementary school haha.

LOST!!!! :’D I just finished spending the past few months binging the that TV series for the first time and i’m very sad that it’s over. the fandom seems very dead/small now tho ;A;

The first one that comes to mind is Bleach lol. bc I’ve never really read the manga or watched the anime, but there are a few ships from it that I really enjoy, mostly thanks to tumblr.

In general I like the potential of Everyone Lives And No One Dies aus, and childhood aus!

For KNNW, I haven’t really thought of any alternate universes, but I think I’d love any au as long as MitsuTaki ends up happy together ;3; a fantasy or historical au would be cool!

For Naruto, I really like AUs where Naruto and Hinata are put on the same genin team! also any AU that focuses on Hinata and the Hyuuga clan. Modern AUs/Soulmate AUs etc are fun to play around with. :D

Fanfictions Commissions

I am a struggling student and the only thing I can truly offer at this point in my life are my writing skills and what little time I have left. You can see samples of my writing over on my AO3.

Here’s my price list for commissions:

1000 words: 10$

1000-2000 words: 15$

2000-3000 words: 25$

3000-4000 words: 35$

4000-5000 words: 45$

Whatever gets over the set word count will not be taken in consideration up to 400 words. Beyond that, I will rate another half between the tiers (for example, if a piece is 2600 words, i’ll rate you 30$). I don’t usually write pieces larger than 5k, so we talk about anything bigger than that.

Payment method is through Paypal. I don’t tend to outline my works, so instead I’ll just send you the first quarter of the story when I write it, and if you like it, you’ll send the money and I’ll finish it.

The fics will be posted on tumblr and/or AO3. You can remain anonymous, if you please. You cannot repost my works on any other websites without my express permission.

I reserve the rights to refuse a commission for whatever reasons. I write NSFW and other graphic depictions, but we don’t really know our limits until we think about them. I generally refuse to write OOC fics.

I’ll have at least one beta proofreading each fanfic, so I can offer you quality content. The time required to complete a commission depends on the size of the fanfiction, your requirements and what I have going on during that time; I will do my best to complete them in a reasonable amount of time though!

The more details you offer, the more accurate my fanfics will be to the scenes you imagine. Likewise, you can just give me a prompt and allow me complete freedom to work with what you offered. The choice is yours.

I will write OCs as well, but you have to be willing to share with me as many details about them as possible. For each OC added, I’ll ask for 3$ (please understand, as this requires more documentation work on my side).

If I’d have to go through a short presentation of my style: present tense, third or second POV, lots of descriptions. But I love a good healthy challenge, so you might request some changes from what I usually do, too.

Fandoms I’m most familiar with include: Naruto (especially NaruHina and Sasuhina, as far as ships go), Dragon Age Origins & Dragon Age 2, Hamilton, Natasha Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812, Les Miserables, Sense8, Still Star-Crossed. I also write for a huge amount of books (including ASOIAF, Six of Crows, Captive Prince, The Song of Achilles). I’m knowledgeable about many other fandoms though, I have pretty comprehensive anime/tv and reading lists, so feel free to ask and check if I write for shows/books/games unmentioned in this post. I have a grasp over Harry Potter, and in the past I’ve written a lot for Attack on Titan, Fairy Tail and Daytime Shooting Star. You can check my main blog’s archive ( @dekudekite) to see what else I’m into (and as such, able to write for).

I’m best at writing angst ending in either tragedy or fluff, hate to love relationships, porn with plot, rewritings of scenes from other POVs or with bigger emotional impact, filling in gaps in the original work, comfort fics, AUs.
