Takahashi Atari, a Kappa from japan who’s become indebted to Han Si-Woo after he refilled her sara, or her life-giving water.  As such, she has decided to help him by procuring the various organs and meats from humans for his idol group while she also looks for shirikodamas. 

She also extends her help by having her penpal, Amazake Hayami, do small advertisements for the DKB Girls on her blog.
