i hate it when people go "oh you have so much self-discipline being able to resist eating" like BITCH if i wanna eat i will eat. it just so happens that i didnt want to eat a heavy merienda because i feel like if i eat more ill throw up or just Not Feel Good™.
anyways yeah, please dont assume things about people's eating habits...
#i kinda feel like i should say somerhing abt people with eating disorders but i cant think of anythinf to say#srry guys#btw PLEASE eat the amount of food your body is comfortable with#not too much not too little#just know when youre hungry or youre craving something or just really want to eat#dont ignore that EAT#but also dont eat all the time cuz too much food is bad just as too much of everything else#it differs to person to person so ull have to figure out what amount is best for you#and ofc for the love of god eat HEALTHY#u dont have to give up cake but eat some fruits and veggies at least once a day PLEASE#lil' talk dont mind this#NOT fatshaming i was just talking abt the importance of balance
