I have ANOTHER problem with the Soul Steal arrows. The first is that I never get a letter from Calcelmo regarding a schematic to craft them. Across ten+ saves who have reached level 46 (when they start appearing in stores) he never sends the letter.

Another NEW problem is that on my new game, the arrows will not show up in general merchant or the Fletcher shops at all now. Both characters on this new game are 46+ but I have yet to see Belethor or the Fletcher sell them.

I grinded my PickPocket skill to 100 to get the Perfect Touch perk so I could steal Bryling's fur cloak right off her back.

She's essential. Perfect Touch doesn't work on essential NPCs like her or Jarls.

Some posts say they killed her without mods or console commands but I don't really believe that in a game where mods/cc are a thing and I don't want to kill her, even if I could. Not until after I've done the quest for Pactur atleast. Again, if I could kill her.
