Back at it again at the City of Cape Town

Listening: Real iPod hours because I don't have any music on my personal or work laptops at the moment. LOVE almost the entire Arcane soundtrack and a good chunk of the score. I've had Dirty Little Animals going around in my head.

The Arcane soundtrack is so slick, dripping with character, one of the biggest problems I have finding new music in certain genres is comparing it to really good stuff I already know and Arcane is responsible for a lot of that.

Reading: As a theme travelling gets in the way of things. Lots of little Tech Docs because I'm learning rust in my own time and fidgeting with some build system stuff at work. Google's Comprehensive Rust is nice but it is really serious about not teaching you anything other than language concepts, had to spend like fifteen minutes figuring out the intricacies of how rust handles raising something to a power, the very strict type system leads to some interesting syntax.

Watching: The Mzanzi Ballet Company put on an ABBA themed Cinderella show, which was fun. I like ballet, it satisfies a desire to see emotions performed physically at grand scale. Apparently last time they ran this show, Cinderella was played by a guy in drag, this time he was the Prince's advisor and man. I'm sad I missed that, would have loved to see him in a dress for. reasons.

Making: Nothing! Away from my usual tools and workstations while travelling. Missing working on the quilt and my mother is now working at a feverish pace so I'm worried it might be finished before I get back. Well, we still have to sew it down and actually doing the quilting, but still, I enjoy it.

Playing: Also nothing, busy days meeting old friends instead.

Tools and Equipment: Sock garters: I got a pair and some shirt stays. The garters are so very useful, no more sock slippage issues. If you wear thin long socks they're really worth it.

I've found with thicker modern style socks they're less essential because those have much more elastication but I mostly buy four packs of thin formal socks in browns and greys and they barely have any elastication when they're new and that pretty much only gets worse.

Being a digital creator is awesome 😎

There are many perks of being a digital creator, in a sense of creative, financially and all that.

But they are bad potato's that you'll come across from time to time...

And having people that don't aligne with you content is one of those potato's.

And the reason I say those are bad potato's is:

Most people never start they're craft of content creation because you are afraid someone will say something bad or against you

So you have to understand

1���You will never be liked by everyone

2•You will never be align with everyone

3•If you try you'll lose in all ends

So just stay true to yourself, and make your content

The people that need your message will get it...
