A few captures from the first seven episodes of Mysterious Girlfriend X. I'm re-watching it after recently purchasing the series and reminded how odd a niche it fits into. I'd still stand by my review and speak positive of it, more so in this re-watch and being reminded how much autonomy Mikoto has (so far). She draws a lot of lines, and whether Akira always follows them she stands by them rigidly, a strength that doesn't always happen in anime romances.

I did the thing. Favorite anime character bingo. There are some anime I really like, like Monthly Girls’ Nozaki-kun and Nichijou, where I couldn’t really pinpoint a favorite character. Weird.
