My final piece for @moorishflower gorgeous story "Us and the moon!!!! I'm sure you all would love it as much as I did 🙏🏼✨ It was an honor and a delight to paint this scenes. This was my first big bang and it was a lot of fun(and anxiety sjsjsj) thanks to everyone involved in this amazing experience, specially to Moorishflower for their wonderful narrative that was a great inspiration 🙏🏼✨

How I apply make up and where to get them cheap.

I kinda wanted to do this for a long time but on video but two problems with that. One being I don't have proper equipment as in I only have my phone and don't know how to edit. And two I get anxiety from talking to a camera 😔. I also sound like a little girl on video. But here goes anyway please note I've only been doing this for about a year.

Use primer I use this e.l.f pore less primer which I got at college but you can get it at walmart as well. This helps makeup stay longer and evens out the textures of your skin.

Add color correction if necessary I mainly have dark circles and some times redness. So I use this and something like this for them. To understand what other colors do look at this. Remember to blend it out. One was bought at cvs for $5 idk about the other my mom bought that one.

Use conceler since I do have dark circles I put it in places I put the color corrector as well as the green hiding the redness.I use this one and it helps that it looks like a lipstic. You can find the one I use at the dollar store.

Apply foundation male sure it is your correct shade your face and hands have diffrent shades so color swatching isn't always the best. I use this foundation that I got from biglots I know it says walmart.

Use a compact powder make sure it isn't too dark or too light. I use this one that idk where my mom got it from.

Contour my face cuz I look 12 with little to no makeup. I use this one which again have no idea where it's from. Maybe biglots. I know it says another store.

Eye shadow I mainly apply colors that go according to my outfit. I apply it with a brush like this one cuz I will mess up with anyother. I have this pallete and similar ones. The color corrections I use is there too apparently.

Fill in my eyebrows since all the makeup makes them disappear. One like this one helps especially if it has a comb attached. If you have very bushy and weirds eyebrows like mine I suggest waxing to give them a shape and using nair and tweazers to keep them that way. Be warned you can easily fuck up with the nair so try applying it with cotton swabs. Which I have to do since I have longish nails.

Eyeliner if it's liquid even better it hurts your eyes less. I have this one that works great. Because it's liquid you do have to keep uour eyebrows up and eyes open as long as possible to not smudge. And since I have these kinds of eyes more or less it's worse.

False lashes and eyelash glue cuz I have very small and straight eyelashes. I use these lashes and a glue similar to this glue since the one in the lashes box isn't always functional. Also I'm like slightly allergic to latex like my dad and dog.

Any lash extending mascara before and after the eye lashes. I mainly use this one or a similar one.

Highlight cuz I like the shinny and to be extra. I have this pallete at home that my mom got from burlington I think.

Apply lipstick I do go according to my outfit and if they're extreme colors like bright blues, purples, black, ect. I go for it cuz I don't care. I won't link this one cuz it's many.

Use blush it helps but don't do too much I have a bunch at home so I can't link either. Applying with a big brush helps.

Finish off with setting spray I bought this one at a flee market.

Sometimes I like to add the white shadow in this pallete to the inner corners of my eyes:

That's basically it I use a beauty sponge for applying foundation. Careful not to end up with big ugly eyebrows when filling them in. I hope this helps if you're a bigger and it's ok to watch videos or do research to know more. Again be careful with the nair cuz I have to fill in my eyebriws slightly even when I don't wear makeup cuz I messed up. Also remeber to add powder to visible neck areas or it will seem weird that you're two diffrent tones.
