Hello lads I am in a bit of a dilemma

So... remember Puppet? If you do not know, Puppet's my lochfolk sona who will also double as a Vtuber avatar if I do pick up VTubing in the future.

This is what they look like!

BUT! Ever since I got out of the Genshin fandom, I've kinda... left it on the shelf. I do still love their design, but I've been wondering whether to swap their species for something other than a lochfolk, maybe a starfolk, who knows!

BUT! I still love their original design, and it still works pretty well... but then there's the entire Genshin thingy and now I'm conflicted...

So let's settle this:

Of course, I'll be keeping the colour palette/ markings, horns, tail, ear fins and potentially wings. If I do redesign them, I'll figure out what their new look would be!

I just have to draw an Album Cover for a potential cover that I want to make! It's going to be vocal cover of the Song "I've had enough of you" because it's a genuine banger and I live it very much!

Also the characters are Puppet (Right) and Marionette (Left) btw. Puppet's my lochfolk sona and potential VTuber Avatar, while Marionette is Puppet's pet Thylacine hydro mimic... and channel mascot. "Puppet's Underwater Theatre" is the potential channel name for the VTuber stuff-

(late) day 4: underappreciated oc. i looked through all my active ocs and i haven't drawn mumbojumbo balderdash in years at this point...my bad, little sock thing. it's largely because i'm more interested in my serious story ocs at this point, and mumbojumbo is from my developing kid's books era. and also i think my old style suited em better, i find them harder to draw nowadays

Finally! Puppet got a redesign! Or… more of a slight reboot really.

They’re now a transcended Starfolk instead of a Lochfolk, specifically a dragon! They keep everything else though, since they were such a unique take on a Lochfolk, they actually TRANSLATED quite well as something else! I’m so happy with how they look! EEEEEE

Now onto figuring out what’s Marionette’s deal-

I know the prompt probably meant real-life animals, and not fictional species, but have two little doodles I made of one of my favourite fictional species (and creature design): the Lochfolks/ oceanids from Genshin Impact!

First one is the most famous one, which is Rhodeia of Loch, and the second one is my oc (specifically sona), Puppet! I know they looks like chibi versions and not actual plushies, but I absolutely want the Puppet one now-
