My Princess
•🪽🦇💙•
Summary: You are Feyres sister and have always been shy but when everything happens and you and your sisters become Fae, you find yourself falling in love with the mysterious shadow brother
Pairing: Azriel x Feyres sister
Content: Sneaking around, fluff, smut, getting caught
•Masterlist•

I never thought much about how my life would turn out, living in a run down home with my three sisters and father gave me no hope for what could come, I thought I would die young of either illness or starvation, I always tried to help Feyre when I could just to help and get away from Nesta and Elain, they never liked me much, I am I second youngest and they liked to point out every flaw of mine
But then one day everything changed when we were kidnapped and thrown into a cauldron changing out forms, from human to far, Nesta took an immense amount of power, Elain could feel the future and me, well I haven’t shown anyone what I’ve discovered, I can morphe into the shadows, dissapear whenever I want, it came in hand when Nesta would get in one of her fits with who ever dared step up to her
But then one night as I was slipping into the shadows I met the most adorable little tendrils of shadow that seemed were alive, they were all over me swirling around with what I assumed was joy as they led me to Azriel, he was quiet like me and I found comfort in that silence but never had the never to approach him until the shadows brought me right into his room, as I’m in the shadow of his book shelf
Noticing him straighten up and peer around as his shadows spoke to him
“I know you’re here” my heart leapt, I shifted back into my fae solid form and stood before him nervously
“So you are gifted after all” he stood infront of me, shirtless showing his broad shoulders and ripped body
“Ummm yeah, please don’t tell the others”
“And why not?” I shrugged unsure of why I had to explain my reasonings only making him smirk
“You’re not like your sisters, you’re…….different”
“Different bad?”
“No different good, you’re intriguing and mysterious, you don’t put everyone out there”
•
From that day forward we kept our nightly meetings between eachother and it was sooooo easy, sneaking through the shadows right to his room, we started just talking and getting to know eachother but along the way I fell for him, how could I not he’s so beautiful inside and out and one night when all the others were busy getting drunk at a bar I felt my soul meld with his and his mine
That night we accepted the bond and we haven’t been able to stop, it’s been a week and our hunger for eachother hasn’t been quenched and it’s getting harder to hide this relationship
“Do you think we should tell the others?” I ask him as we catch our breathes, my head resting in his shoulder, his hand dragging up and down my back
“If that’s what you want my angel, but I can’t say sneaking around doesn’t make things more hot” he smirks as he grips my hip
“Maybe just a little longer” I giggle as I turn and straddle his legs laying forward on his chest
“Ready for more already?” His voice got deeper sending shivers down my spine
“Are you able to” I love to tease him knowing he has taken me multiple times in one night
“Please woman” he grabs my hips and grinds them up and down his hardening dick, I’ve heard about the girls talking about the comparison between wingspans but there is absolutely no way Rhys or Cassian could be bigger than my man, he nearly splits me apart
“I love you Azriel” I moan as he slowly stretches me out
“Not as much as I love you Angel, fuck you feel so good” at this angle he was just hitting every part just right it was impossible to keep quiet
“Oh god more I want more” I scream when he thrusts up into me faster and faster
“OH AZRIEL YES RIGHT THERE” I scream not even caring right now who here’s
“So good, mother above I’ll never get enough of you” right as I’m about to be in heaven the door bursts open and everyone in the group is standing there wide eyed and mouths hanging
“Ummmm what the hell is going on” Nesta shouts anger written all over her face
Azriel sits up and holds me closer covering my body
“Can we have a moment to get decent” he groans his shadows pushing the others out and slamming the door
“I’m nervous, did you see the way Nesta and Elain were looking at me?” He pulled out and helped put his shirt on me as he pulled on his own sweatpants
“Don’t worry it’ll be fine come on!” He took my hand and led me downstairs to where everyone was sat around in the living room
“Congrats brother!” Cassian congratulated Azriel patting him on the back
“How long has this been going on?” Feyre asks with a little smile as she sat next to Rhys
“Well we’ve been talking for a while at night but then last week our mating bond happened and we accepted immediately” I say holding his hand tighter
“Why didn’t you tell us?” Rhys asked
“Obviously she knows she’s not good enough to be with him I mean look at her” Nesta laughed, I hung my head low before Azriel pulled me in at the waist
“Watch your mouth, don’t think I can’t destroy your life just because you’re the high ladies sister
“She’s not wrong” Elain whispered but we all heard
“That’s enough they had their reasons and it’s their relationship, Nesta and Elain you need to leave her alone I’ve had enough of you two always bashing on her just because you know she’s better than you, I’m happy for you sister” Feyre smiles
“You can go to the family cabin if you wish while still in your mating faze” Rhys adds looking happy for his brother the next instant in standing in the cabin Azriel holding me tight from behind
“You know they’re not right, your as pretty as the stars” he says placing kisses up my neck
“Thank you Az, now how about we get back to what we started”
“Don’t have to ask me twice”

AND Jarvela twins (and big sis if you would like!) with uhhhh #10 !
Comedy by Gen Hoshino!! I wanted to cry!!
I'd given up searching for a place where I belong Only to find out I had to create one for myself all along
“You better not be cheating.”
Hayes’s words are as teasing as they are harsh in Rei’s ear and she laughs, trying to keep her head still so she doesn’t disturb the hands covering her eyes. “I’m not cheating! I can’t see anything!”
“That’s not what I meant!” He gives an exaggerated sigh and Rei is jostled forward another few steps. “Don't use your future sight to see the surprise!”
“I wouldn’t do that to you!” She pats their hands as they shuffle around a corner and into a room that seems darker than the hall they were in. Rei’s long since lost track of where they were in the house, half-convinced that Hayes had walked her in circles for that exact reason. The excitement is starting to kill her, spiking when the twins come to a unified stop.
“Alright.” A sort of nervousness is barely hidden by the usual gruff tone of Hayes’s voice and Rei hears them take a deep breath. “Ready?”
“Ready!” Rei taps her feet. “Born ready!”
“Okay, don’t get too excited there.” Hayes sighs, then removes his hands from her eyes. Rei stares as hard as they can, so hard that they don’t even realize what they’re looking at at first. Somehow they’ve circled back around to her room, to the empty wall above her bed, empty no-longer. Dozens of polaroids are arranged on the surface now, outlined with delicate blue lights. The images are all bright: photos of their friends, of places they had traveled, of Kam and her family, of Pesto, arranged in a star.
It’s not just a star, and when the arrangement clicks in her mind Rei spins on her heel to grab her brother's hands. “It’s Lyoko!”
“Yeah?” Hayes looks nervous, green eyes darting from side to side. They yelp when Rei pulls them forward, leaping up onto her bed to be closer.
“I can see it!” She taps the sectors in order, each one built of photos in the colors that match. “Forest, Desert, Ice, Mountains, Sector 5! Hey! The picture in the middle is me!”
“Well, you were in the Heart, it felt right.” The initial burst of concern has died out, and Hayes defaults back to brusk sarcasm in an attempt to hide how proud of themself they are. “I hope you appreciate all my hard work, there’s a lot of museum putty packets in your trashcan and my hands hurt.”
Rei tackles him so hard they both almost end up on the floor. She hopes the death grip she has around their shoulders is enough to convey the feelings bundled up in her chest, but just in case, she manages to squeak out one last thought.
“Thank you.”

Dream; - usually really aware when you guys plan date nights! Even with his busy schedule, he’s on top of remembering important nights - he doesn’t want you to feel neglected or forgotten :’) - however he can get forgetful when he’s playing with Sap and George, or streaming, but when he does oh, he feels devastated and will definitely become clingy
[Short imagine]
12:30 PM - he’d forgotten. You sighed, closing your phone and slouching into the couch, listening to your boyfriend’s laughs echo throughout your shared home; Sapnap’s screams filtering through as well.
Frowning, you turned on the living room TV and turned on Netflix, deciding that a movie would take away from the small sting in your gut. You knew he hadn’t meant to get sucked up into his work, and this one time of a few that he’d forgotten, but that doesn’t stop the sadness twisting in your gut. Turning on the Twilight series, and obviously horrible but entertaining favorite [team Jacob anyone?] before grabbing your warmed-up Panda Express and engrossing yourself into the world of vampires and werewolves.
2:45 AM
Dream groaned as his screen flashed a dull red, congratulating George and Sap about their win from their Minecraft Manhunt; 2 hunters. Glancing at the time, he rubbed at his face and clicked out of everything, ending his video. Stretching he leaned back and glanced towards the bed, expecting you to already be cuddled up and passed out, but the comfy queen was empty…
Furrowing his brows, he scooted his chair back and left his room, moving downstairs as Sap came out of his room, still grinning.
“Hey man, nice hunt, though I’m surprised you made it go for so long,” Sap groaned as he joined Dream on the stairwell making the dirty blonde frown.
“What’re you talking about? Manhunts always go for a couple of hours?” Dream snorted as Sap frowned, only to sigh and pat his friend on the shoulder.
“Dude… You had date night tonight..?”
Dream’s eyes widened as he rushed further downstairs, turning into the living room and frowning at the sight. You curled up into the corner, an empty container on the coffee table and the credits rolling of The Twilight Saga; new moon. Squatting down next to you, he gently cradled your cheek as you hummed in sleep, cracking open your eyes as you broke into a smile, your eyes settling on your frowning boyfriend.
“Hiya handsome,”
“Hi, baby… Fuck, I’m so sorry I forgot,” Dream leaned into you, pressing soft kisses to your cheeks, nose, chin, lips - anywhere his lips could reach as you chuckled, raising your hand and threading it through his hair. “I just got so lost in the video, but that’s no excuse I promise I’ll make it up to you-”
“Dream, babe it’s okay, this is like… The first time you’ve forgotten, just don’t make it a full-time thing, yeah?” You laughed as Dream dove into you, circling your waist with his arms and picking you up, causing you to yell out.
“Clay!”
“We’re going to bed, and I’m not letting you go until I see fit,” Dream stated, carrying you upstairs as you glanced to Sapnap, waving to him before you and your still disappointed boyfriend disappeared into his room.
Sapnap - he’s definitely more forgetful than Dream, but he tries okay? - a lot more clingy when he realizes what he did, definitely becomes more of a hopeless romantic
[Short imagine]
“Shouldn’t you be gone by now?” You turned away from the fridge, seeing Dream entering from the living room as you shrugged, closing it with a sigh.
“Yeah, we should’ve left half an hour ago but he joined Karl’s stream… Again.” You mumbled the last bit as Dream frowned, leaning against the cabinets as you messed with the strings of your boyfriends’ basketball shorts.
“Aren’t you gonna say something?”
“Honestly? Probably not, I mean we’ve already had a talk about if he forgets-” you paused when a sudden crash came from upstairs, causing you and Dream to turn towards the stairs as Sap came barreling down. You blinked as he stood in front of you, wrapping his arms around your waist and tucking his face into the crook of your neck, making you giggle.
“Hi, bubs,”
“I’msorryimsorryimsorryimsorryimhorribleicantbelieveiforgotimsosososorry-” Sap mumbled into your skin, as you reached up, ruffling his hair as he pressed kisses along your neck, going along your shoulder before trailing back up and pressing his lips against your chin before settling back between your shoulder and throat.
Dream snickered from next to you guys as he dug into the fridge, digging out some pizza from lunch as Sap looked up and glared at his friend. “So, what reminded you?” The dirty blonde hummed, getting ready for his dinner as your brunette boyfriend scoffed.
“I obviously reminded myself! I’m not that-” he paused as a chime came from his shorts’ pocket causing him to cringe. Furrowing your brows, you reached in and tugged out his phone, breaking into a smile as you realized it was an alarm.
‘ Date Night Idiot!’ had been going off for an hour, you assuming Sap had snoozed it, not realizing why his alarm was going off.
“Dumb.. Okay! I had to set a few reminders,” Sap mumbled, pressing more kisses to your warmed skin, trying to hide away from his embarrassment. You closed his phone and slipped it back into his pocket before grabbing his hand and tugging him upstairs with you, his head hung low as you went into his room, besides a small light from his screen. You jumped onto his bed, opening your arms as Sap shot you a small grin and dove into you, cuddling into your chest and pressing more kisses to your free skin, his hand sneaking up your shirt just resting against your skin, rubbing his thumb across your navel while smiling into your kiss.
“I know I’m extremely forgetful when it comes to romantic stuff, but please always know that I love you even if I have a shitty way of showing it,” he mumbled against your lips, moving his hand from your stomach to your face, holding your cheek as you stared at each other. Sure, you could be upset at him, you could ignore him, maybe argue… But why miss out on warm cuddles and make-up kisses?
Karl - he’s the one who usually makes the dates up! He always tries to make sure his streams and recording don’t overlap the days you agreed on - but who says you always remember?
[Short imagine]
It was the long-awaited shock & facecam stream! You had promised to follow in your friend’s - George, Sap, and Dream’s - steps in a shock stream and even threw in a facecam if your followers had gotten one of your posts to hit one million likes, and your fans did not disappoint! Your tweet promising this stream had hit two million likes, 10,506 retweets, and continuous replies. So, here you were, setting up for your stream when Karl walked in…
“Sweetness..? What’re you, uh, what’re you doing..?” He nervously giggled as he stood beside you, his hands nervously tugging on your hoodie as you turned towards him, frowning.
“I’m getting ready for the shock stream? Remember? I planned this a couple months ago and we agreed on today?” You blinked at your boyfriend. You both had talked about this stream since you arranged the day - why is it suddenly a problem?
“Oh, well, remember we agreed that today - tonight - was going to be date night? We were gonna watch some of the new season of Survivor?” Karl hummed as you blinked, turning fully towards him with your eyes wide as you glanced towards your starting soon screen. You could feel your heart plummet into your stomach - you had done the one thing you and Karl agreed to never do, yet here you were..
“Baby, oh my god, I’m- holy shit, I’m so sorry,” you murmured, rubbing your face as Karl shot you a small grin, scooting closer and musing your hair as you leaned into his touch, cradling your own face with dread coursing through you.
“Bubs, it’s okay, I know you’ve been planning this, and I should’ve thought ahead-”
“No!” You burst, gripping his wrist and pressing light kisses to it before groaning against his skin. “No, it’s not okay, we always try and plan for us to have date nights between our busy schedules and it’s such an asshole thing for me to not double-check that it was-” Karl leaned down, quieting you with pressing his lips to yours. You melted into it as he turned your chair to face him more, causing him to grip your hands tightly in his before pulling away.
“It’s okay because I want you to go through with this stream! You’ve been excited about it and I know the guys are wanting to join, besides-” he paused, pressing butterfly-like kisses to your hands as you grinned at your boyfriend.
“Date night can be any night for us,”
“So, what I’m hearing is you love me more than Survivor?” You giggled as Karl furrowed his brows and scoffed, dropping your hands dramatically before pulling his gaming chair next to yours as you began to set up your facecams’ final touches.
“I love you, like a lot, but know your boundaries, Bubs,” Karl scoffed as you rolled your eyes, leaning over and pressing a quick kiss to his cheek and clicking through your screens before popping up on your stream with a ‘Hey guys!’

A/N: this was a request sent by a lovely anon, i’m so sorry that i got carried away with this lol (and i hope it was what you wanted! apologies to members of itzy :)
“Jaehyun, could you take a picture of us?”
You handed your phone to him, smiling sweetly as you took up position with your members in front of the heritage building. Both of your groups were on tour together, which you were elated about because you and Jaehyun were secretly dating, only that Jaehyun insisted on pretending to be mortal enemies whenever a camera was around. It was a good ploy, he had explained to you, it would throw people off and make them think that you hated each other.
Except that sometimes it worked too well.
He took your phone from you, smirking the entire time, an evil glint in his eye. You knew that look, but you could only smile woodenly as cameras were filming all around you. He took a few steps back, raised your phone up, and you and your members posed as you waited for him to take a picture.
“Smile!” he said, clicking away, but you noticed that two of his members had joined him, standing beside him and making funny faces. When he was done he showed the phone to them and they all laughed hysterically, before walking away to join the rest of the group. Jaehyun handed your phone back to you, a wide grin on his face, a camera trailing him.
“Hope you like them,” he shrugged, “they’re not my best work.”
You took your phone from him, scrolling through the pictures, your members crowding around you to see.
“Hey, those aren’t of us!” Lia pouted, as you scrolled through picture after picture of Jaehyun, Mark, and Winwin. He’d obviously taken selfies while pretending to take pictures of you and your members. You looked up at Jaehyun, his eyes practically dancing with mischief.
“Jaehyun,” you sighed exasperatedly, and it wasn’t for show. “I asked you to take pictures of us.”
“Come on, Y/N,” he jabbed you lightly in the shoulder, “it was just a joke.”
“Well it’s not funny! I wanted pictures with my friends!” you fought to keep your tone level, keenly aware of the staff holding up cameras to your faces.
“What’s the big deal, it’s just a picture,” he said lazily, “I’m sure you have a billion pictures of yourselves.”
“That’s not the point!” you shot back, and you could feel Yeji tugging at your arm. “I wanted a picture in front of this building!”
“Fine! Give me your phone back and I’ll take it!” he yelled back.
“I don’t trust you anymore! You’ll probably take more selfies of your pompous ass!”
Ryujin suddenly jumped in front of the cameras. “Okay, cut!” she yelled, waving her hands in front of the cameras nervously. The staff just chuckled, and as they walked away you could hear them saying the footage was perfect. Jaehyun smiled.
“Good job,” he leaned in and whispered to you, before he walked away to find his members.
You were left seething, your anger very real. Yeji patted you on the shoulder.
“Don’t let him get to you,” she said soothingly, “he’s obviously doing it to rile you up, and it’s working. Either that, or he has a crush on you.”
She winked at you and walked away, and suddenly you had a pang of guilt that you were keeping your relationship a secret from her. Lia was the only one who knew, as your roommate she had to keep your secrets.
“That worked well,” she said, coming up to you and putting an arm around your shoulder.
“Too well,” you grumbled.
---
“And this is where we get ready for the concert.”
You were filming with a staff member, showing them around the concert hall backstage. As you walked by a doorway, you saw Jaehyun standing in the room, talking to another member. But as soon as he noticed you, a camera trailing behind you, he suddenly grabbed a towel that was draped over a nearby chair and pulled it in front of him.
“What are you doing, Y/N?!” he feigned shock, “some of us aren’t decent!”
You panicked for a second, but you saw that he was fully clothed behind the towel. “Very funny, Jaehyun.” You rolled your eyes at him.
He just snickered, and you were about to walk away but the staff member lingered in the doorway, pointing the camera at Jaehyun, hinting to you to continue your conversation. You sighed and entered the room.
“So are you ready for the concert tonight?” you asked Jaehyun, putting on your best interviewer voice.
“I’m always ready, Y/N,” he said with ease, smiling sweetly at the camera so that his dimples came out. “How about you, hm? I heard an awful lot of noise coming from your hotel rooms last night, hope you weren’t up too late partying.” He furrowed his brows at you, feigning concern.
You felt the blood rising to your face. “We were not partying.” Again you tried to control your tone, remembering Yeji’s words, but he was really pushing your buttons.
“Don’t worry, I won’t tell,” he said, putting a finger to his lips and winking at the camera.
“Jaehyun, I told you, we were not partying!” you knew you were raising your voice, but you really couldn’t help it. Behind the camera, you saw the staff member smiling.
“Whatever you were doing, I just hope it doesn’t compromise your performance, that’s all.” He shrugged, putting his in-ears in and adjusting his mic, as the staff signaled for his group to head up to the stage.
You wanted to scream but he just walked by you, saying some last words to the camera before he headed up to the stage.
---
You hadn’t had a lot of time to spend together as you had wanted, most of your time spent in practice and preparation for the concerts. Your free time never seemed to match up with his, and whenever you could see him there always seemed to be cameras around filming everything. It made you annoyed and frustrated, and by the time the tour was winding down your mood was downright foul.
It was the last night of the tour and you were in your room resting, when Lia burst in.
“I just saw Jaehyun downstairs in the cafe, and he was alone!” she pulled you by the arm, and you barely had a moment to put your shoes on. “Go!” she yelled, pushing you out the door.
You made your way down to the cafe, excited that you would be able to have some alone time with him, but then you wondered why he hadn’t told you he had some free time, so you could spend it together. You figured he must’ve had a good reason, and just shrugged it off. When you caught sight of him, sitting alone in a corner of the cafe, your heart did a flip. Excitedly you ran up to him and slipped into the seat opposite him. He looked up in surprise.
“Y/N?”
“Why didn’t you tell me you were here?” you scolded him playfully, reaching to grab a piece of the croissant on his plate. He slapped your hand away.
“Because then you’d steal my food like that!” He looked at you with a stern face, and you thought he was joking, but his face didn’t change.
You rubbed your hand where he’d slapped it. “Jaehyun?”
“I didn’t invite you here, Y/N, don’t you have some partying to do or something?”
You were blindsided. Tears sprang to your eyes, your face feeling hot. “What- what are you talking about?”
He suddenly started motioning with eyes, looking to his right side repeatedly, and when you finally got the hint you looked over. There was a staff member at the next table, a camera pointed at the two of you. You had completely missed them when you first walked into the room.
“Oh for fuck’s sake!” You slammed your hands down on the table. Jaehyun’s eyes widened, looking at the staff member out of the corner of his eye. You didn’t care, you’d had it.
“You can’t keep acting like a shithead just because there are cameras around!”
He looked affronted. “Me? Are you calling me a shithead?”
“You’re rude, and you’re mean, and you’re full of yourself!”
“Oh yeah? Well you’re a goddamn princess, and you need to learn how to take a joke!”
“I can take a joke, if it’s funny! And you’re not funny!”
“Well you’re not as hot as you think you are!”
You suddenly stood, your face burning up. “Why you-”
Jaehyun stood up too, signaling to the staff member to cut the camera. He grabbed you by the arm and dragged you out of the cafe. “Come with me.”
---
The ride up the elevator was silent, Jaehyun never letting go of your arm. You were still seething, and once you got to your floor you tried to wrench your arm out of his grasp, but he held fast.
“Stop fighting,” he snarled, gripping your arm harder. You winced at the tightness of his grip, but could barely do anything about it with the way he was pulling you along.
“Let go of me!” you seethed, but you could barely catch your breath keeping up with his long strides. He didn’t answer you, just swiped his card to open the door to his room, dragging you in. Once the door closed behind you, you finally succeeded in pulling your arm free, giving him a hard shove.
“How dare you!” you started, your voice dripping with anger, “I’ve had it with you embarrassing me in front of the cameras!”
He towered over you, getting in your face, his eyes hard. “You need to get a sense of humor, sweetheart.”
“Don’t call me that!” you were furious, unable to think straight, “Don’t ever call me that again!”
“Or what?” he suddenly got closer, his nose almost touching yours, the faint scent of coffee on his breath. His body was almost right against yours so you involuntarily took a step back, right into the wall. He had you trapped, his arms coming up to cage you in. “What are you going to do about it?”
You wanted to shove him, kick him in the groin, run out of there, but instead you fisted your hands in his shirt and crashed your lips against his.
He kissed you hard, his lips unrelenting, your tongues and teeth clashing. You kissed him just as hard, channeling all of your anger and making him feel it. You pulled and grabbed at his shirt, and he pressed his body harder against you, shoving his knee between your legs.
“You’re such a fucking brat,” he said, breaking the kiss to suck harshly on your neck.
“Fuck you,” was all you were able to get out, because he was rubbing his knee against your core, your panties getting wetter the more he moved.
“You’d fucking like that, wouldn’t you,” he growled, his hands going to your hips, fingers digging in.
“You wish,” you responded sarcastically, tugging at his shirt to get him to take it off. Once he pulled it off you rubbed your hands all over his chest and abs, but he suddenly grabbed your wrists, pinning your arms to the wall.
“Uh-uh,” he said, shaking his head at you, “I don’t think so, sweetheart. You need to take your punishment.” He leaned forward to kiss you but you turned your head, anger bubbling up inside of you at the pet name. He just attacked your neck instead, sucking so hard on your skin it took your breath away, and you were instantly glad you didn’t have any more concerts because the make-up artists would have had a hell of a time trying to cover up the marks he was giving you.
“I told you to stop calling me that,” you said, trying not to moan but he’d gone back to rubbing your crotch with his knee. You bit your lip as he kept at it, but then he suddenly picked you up and carried you to the bed, dropping you on it before he stepped back and started taking off his pants.
“Take off your clothes,” his voice was low, commanding, leaving no room for debate. You decided not to make it easy for him.
“Fuck you.”
His eyes narrowed, his upper lip twitching. You smiled, but it was the wrong thing to do. Suddenly he was on top of you, his full weight pushing you down onto the bed. His hands seemed to be everywhere, under your shirt, over your bra, down your pants. The rough way he was handling you was so arousing that your breath was coming in short gasps, heat rising through your body.
“We can do this the hard way, or the easy way,” he growled, leaving a trail of marks down your chest as he rubbed a nipple over the fabric of your bra. You were panting so hard you could barely breathe, but you knew exactly how you wanted this to go.
“Hard.”
He barely reacted to your answer, but you thought you could see a hint of a smirk on his face. He paused only briefly, catching your eye as if to say you could still stop this if you wanted to, but you didn’t move, just stared him down. In a flurry your clothes were practically being ripped off your body, and when he got to your panties, he actually did rip them, taking a hold of them and tearing them at the seam. When you were finally naked on the bed he pushed your knees apart and settled his face between your legs.
You couldn’t help but cry out, because he didn’t start off gentle, not that you were expecting him to. You were expecting him to be rough, but you got a lot more than you bargained for. He’d never eaten you out like this, like a crazed man, his tongue harsh against your folds, sucking and licking until you were a thrashing mess. You tugged at his hair but he still wouldn’t let up, adding his fingers and ramming them deep inside you while sucking your clit into his mouth.
“Oh god, oh Jae,” you moaned, delirious with arousal, your body tensing as your orgasm hit. He didn’t stop, overstimulating you until tears pricked your eyes and your knees wanted to close around him.
“Jae,” you whined, “fuck…” you didn’t know whether to beg him to stop or keep going, your fingers still entangled in his hair. Finally he pulled back, lips flushed, chin shiny with your juices. His eyes were hooded, hair mussed, and he was so unbelievably sexy in that moment you would’ve let him do anything he wanted with you. Yet you still didn’t want to make it easy for him.
“You enjoyed that, didn’t you?” he asked, a smirk forming on his lips.
“I’ve had better,” you replied in a bored tone. It was a lie, but it produced the desired effect. The look on his face darkened and he leaned over you menacingly.
“On your hands and knees.”
When you didn’t comply, just stared at him defiantly, he flipped you over onto your stomach, pulling your ass up until you were on your hands and knees. He entered you without warning, but you were already so wet that he slid in easily. You whimpered at the stretch, your body still getting used to his size.
“I know you like this, sweetheart,” he leaned forward to whisper in your ear, “I can hear it in your voice.”
Indeed you hadn’t stopped moaning since he’d started pounding into you, this position one of your favorites since he could hit so much deeper in it.
“Fuck…. you….” you could barely breathe, only managing to get out the words between his harsh thrusts.
Suddenly his hand landed on your ass with a resounding smack, and the impact of it went straight to your core, making your pussy clench.
“Hmm, you like that too I see,” he commented, and you could hear the astonished delight in his voice.
“Not at all,” you replied, fighting for a nonchalant tone, which was almost impossible with the way he was drilling his cock so deep and so hard into you. Another slap landed on your ass, followed by another, and another, and soon you were moaning so loud he had to stop for fear of getting a noise complaint.
“You’re a really bad liar, sweetheart,” he said, and you could hear the sly grin in his tone.
“I told you to stop calling me that!” you panted, but suddenly he grabbed your arms and pulled you up to him. Impossibly he quickened his pace, slamming into you so hard the room was filled with the obscene sound of skin slapping on skin.
“Don’t fucking test me,” he growled into your ear, and then he slid one hand up to your throat, the other one down to your clit.
You came with a scream stuck in your throat, as he constricted his hand around your neck, his fingers rubbing furiously at your clit. He fucked you through your orgasm, letting you go so that your upper body flopped back onto the bed. He pulled out, flipping you onto your back and throwing your legs over his shoulders as he entered you again. You bit your lip to stop yourself from crying out, not wanting to give him the satisfaction, seeing as he already had a smug look on his face. All you wanted was to wipe that self-satisfied look off his face so you pulled him down and kissed him, sticking your tongue down his throat until he was moaning into your mouth.
He came with a deep, guttural groan, the sound of it reverberating through you, triggering your own orgasm as he thrust deeply inside you one last time before his hips finally stilled. His lips never left yours, but the kiss softened, turned less heated, more tender, until he finally pulled away. He rested his forehead against yours, as you trailed your fingers up and down his back.
“Now that wasn’t so bad, was it?” he said, running his finger along your jaw.
“Fuck you,” you said, smiling.
The corners of his lips tugged up into a smile. “Watch it, sweetheart.”

tension in a touch
Octoberfest 5: Hover
People were afraid of Geralt.
As Geralt’s half-official barker, Jaskier was deeply aware of this. His main obstacle in improving Geralt’s reputation was not hate, despite what Geralt thought. The witcher didn’t discuss it much, but when people shied away from him, when their heart rates skyrocketed, when they cast him sideways glances, Geralt assumed it was because they despised what he was. A mutant, a freak of nature, a monster. And he was right, in many ways, but Jaskier thought Geralt sometimes didn’t quite understand why human beings hated things. Almost always it was because of fear, and Geralt made people nervous. Jaskier was there to comfort them, and then to rally them. It was a process.
Unfortunately, as they began traveling together Jaskier realized that he was afraid of the witcher too. It wasn’t something he was proud of, and he hoped Geralt never picked up on it. Jaskier was drawn to the man anyways, of course. He’d been able to smell the adventure on him from across the tavern in Posada, literally. Dirt from the road, old blood rust and an air of tragedy clung to the man like a thick cloak. It had been a moment of clear and crystalized genius, when his eyes settled on Geralt. Jaskier had known that he would follow the witcher across the Continent even before he’d heard the man speak.
But all his enthusiasm didn’t mean that Geralt stopped being intimidating as shit. Jaskier, fresh faced and still not used to the rough and tumble way of the world, was a little scared of him. Geralt was careful, always projecting his movements and making himself obvious, but something in Jaskier’s hindbrain still raised its hackles and screamed at him to run anytime Geralt was near. It was pure instinct, an animal recognition of a predator nearby.
But it just wouldn’t do. If he was going to convince the world that Geralt deserved to be praised for his deeds, great as they were, he couldn’t be afraid of his own muse. So Jaskier decided that he would just do the exact opposite of whatever his instincts told him to do, until they learned to behave.
He forced himself to be close to the witcher, all the time. At night when they settled down to sleep, Jaskier desperately wanted to put his bedroll on the other side of the fire. Instead, he plopped right down next to Geralt, receiving a brief glare that made him sweat. When they ate at taverns, Jaskier sat in Geralt’s space, instead of allowing the table to act as a barrier between them. After hunts, he made himself help wash off the worst of the muck and blood and ichor, at least so that people wouldn’t truly bolt at the first sight of Geralt down the street.
Over time, he found that his palms sweat less, his fingers were steadier, and his heart stayed calm in his chest even when he was pressed shoulder to shoulder with the witcher. Geralt was often snappy, peevish and foul tempered, but he never hurt Jaskier after the first punch to the gut. And that was really on Jaskier for bringing up Blaviken. Generally speaking, Geralt was perhaps even overly cautious. He never returned Jaskier’s friendly gestures, carefully keeping distance between them as if he expected Jaskier to startle at every brush of their fingers. And he had, in the beginning. But slowly he felt himself grow less jumpy, a part of him learning to recognize that Geralt wasn’t going to harm him.
It was fine, the neutral ground Jaskier had been searching for. Things might have stayed that way, if not for the cockatrice hunt.
Jaskier had insisted on going along, as they were exceptionally rare creatures. He might never get the chance to watch Geralt fight another, he reasoned, and had worn Geralt down though a slow process of argumentation supplemented by a few strategically placed ales. Geralt had reluctantly agreed, warning Jaskier that he had to stay well away from the fight.
They had both underestimated the beast. Jaskier got too close, he could admit; Geralt wasn’t paying him any mind, focused on dodging the creature’s massive tail and razor honed beak. It was a fascinating fight. The cockatrice was like a strange mix between a rooster and a lizard, its beady eyes watching Geralt intently as it used the ends of its hooked wings to claw into the ground. The fight was fast, almost too fast for Jaskier to follow. Geralt was like water, here one moment and gone the next, baiting the creature into reckless attacks and popping up somewhere else to hack at its flank. Occasionally the cockatrice would attempt to take off, and a concussive burst of aard would echo across the small field that they fought in, knocking it back towards the ground.
Everything would have been fine, truly, if Jaskier hadn’t seen Geralt get knocked over by the cocktrice’s tail. He shouted in alarm from his place on the hill, far enough away not to draw attention to himself, if he’d kept his silence. The cockatrice, circling Geralt, looked up sharply at the sound, interested in a potentially less threatening meal. Milky eyes focused on him, and Jaskier felt panic pulse through his chest, so strong he wondered how he ever could have called his nervousness around Geralt fear at all. As the cockatrice turned to advance on him, he knew this was what real fear was.
In that moment, Jaskier didn’t think. He didn’t do the smart thing, which would probably have been to run back towards the village and try to take shelter amongst the smattering of houses there. He didn’t do the cowardly thing, ducking down to try and hide where he was. Instead, he did the incredibly stupid thing, and ran towards Geralt. The cockatrice, being directly in his path, was probably thrilled.
Jaskier ran faster than he ever had in his life. The cockatrice was barrelling towards him, and Jaskier took off at an angle, rushing down the small incline towards Geralt, who was already up from where he’d been knocked prone. Jaskier could see the moment that the situation caught up with him, Geralt’s eyes going wide and panicked as he realized the danger. Jaskier didn’t think he’d ever seen Geralt move above a light jog before. The man usually let monsters come to him, rather than the other way around, but he was running now. He was amazingly fast, and Jaskier wondered who was faster. Geralt, or the monster.
The cockatrice had flown up, gaining some distance. Probably to dive down and catch him with some momentum. It gave Jaskier a precious extra moment, but he could sense the bird-like creature getting ready to move. Geralt was only feet away now, sword held in reverse as he sprinted towards him, and Jaskier’s lungs were burning with exertion and fear. The cockatrice let out a shriek above them, and Jaskier heard a rush of air past its wings as it dove towards them.
Jaskier ducked.
Geralt slammed into him almost at the same instant that the cockatrice did, throwing Jaskier bodily to the ground as a shimmering golden field sprung up around them both. The cockatrice slammed into it full force, its huge body impacting with a horrible cracking sound and spinning off to the side. Geralt winced at the force of it, the quen shield shattering apart harmlessly. He was curled protectively around Jaskier’s fallen form, one hand - the one that had been holding his sword, now abandoned - clutching the back of Jaskier’s head. Protecting him from hitting the ground when he fell.
For one brief moment the two of them were still, Jaskier fighting to get his bearings as Geralt hovered above him. Their faces were inches apart, Geralt’s panting breath ghosting over Jaskier’s cheek. His palm was warm against the back of his neck, and his strong thighs bracketed Jaskier’s hips in a grounding press of limbs. Though the danger had not yet passed, Jaskier felt a sense of pure, undiluted relief wash over him. Geralt was here, and nothing could hurt him.
It lasted only a second before Geralt was back on his feet, stalking over to the fallen cockatrice. The creature’s wing had been greviously injured in the fall, and it was no hardship for Geralt to dispatch it once he retrieved his sword. Jaskier sat up slowly, wincing at his newfound bruises. Better than a cockatrice talon in the back of his skull, he thought, but he’d still be sore in the morning.
Geralt stomped back over to him as soon as he’d finished the job. “I told you to stay back,” he growled. His face was stormy, but Jaskier had seen his expression just before the cocktrice dove. It had been just as panicked as Jaskier had felt, a naked fear and determination that Jaskier had never seen on Geralt’s face in battle before. He’d been worried. He was worried still. “I never should have let you come,” he grumbled, kneeling. Warm hands pressed over Jaskier’s shoulders, his chest, working their way through his hair to check for injuries. Where once it might have made Jaskier nervous, now he only felt warmth blossom under his breastbone.
Placing a hand over Geralt’s where it rest just under his collarbone, he said, “I’m alright, Geralt. I’m not hurt.”
Geralt glared at him. “Not for lack of trying, bard. What possessed you to shout at it like that?”
Jaskier blushed. He was winded from the sprint, heart still pounding away in his chest at how close he’d come to serious harm, so hopefully Geralt would attribute the flush to exertion. “I, ah. Saw you fall. I was afraid you’d been hurt.”
A strong eye roll was directed his way. Whoever said witchers couldn’t feel apparently didn’t recognize annoyance as an emotion, because Geralt was clearly experiencing it. “I would have been fine, Jaskier. You could have died.” His hand was still on Jaskier’s chest, over his slowing heart. Jaskier was supremely comforted by the touch, in a way that perhaps should have been concerning.
He gave Geralt a look he hoped was sufficiently chagrined. “It does seem I owe you my life, witcher. I hope to be able to repay you.”
Geralt raised an eyebrow. “Just don’t go shouting at any more cockatrices in the near future.”
“Wouldn’t dream of it,” Jaskier said, and then added, “but I know you’d be there to rescue me if I did.” He gave Geralt a grin, to take a bit of the edge off of the statement. It was too much, he knew, too much trust to put in the witcher’s hands.
He was rewarded with an embarrassed huff of breath, and was allowed to watch as Geralt’s ears turned just faintly red. It was amusing, but Jaskier knew deep down that it wasn’t a joke. From then on, Geralt would always mean safety to him.

A Princess. A Queen. A Wife. A Mother.

Medieval Au
Princess Y/N Stark of York New must marry a man chosen by her brother, by the time she is 21. Her brother's council have the perfect man in mind, one that is terrifying and hell bent on having his Queen. But Princess Y/N's heart belongs to another, and luckily so does her hand in marriage.
A princess is far more powerful than a king, my love. You have the power of merging families and kingdoms. You have the power of carrying hopeful heirs to the throne. You have more power than you know...'

"What's the matter, Princess?" Lady Natasha asked.
The two of you were taking a stroll through the castle gardens before you had to begin getting ready for the ball. You had thought the time leading up to the ball would drag, giving you time to prepare yourself, but it seemed a month was no time at all to prepare yourself for meeting your possible future husband.
"Oh, nothing really, Natasha," You let out a heavy sigh as you came to a stop beside the rose bushes. You pinched one between your thumb and fingers, breaking the stem and lifted it to your nose, breathing in its floral scent. "Just dreading this evening, I think."
"But you have nothing to dread. It's just a ball, Your Highness." Natasha smiled at you.
You nodded, "I know but," You let out a soft sigh and looked at her. "I don't think King Steven will be attending." You frowned.
"There's still no word from him?" Natasha frowned.
You shook your head, "I don't think he's never attended a ball we've thrown, other than when he was at war." Your frown deepened at the thought of him fighting in battle. "It's not just Steven, I'll miss if he doesn't attend. There's James, and Samuel... anyone who comes with him, really." You chuckled to yourself, "They are far more interesting than anyone from here."
Natasha giggled, "I know what you mean, Princess."
You grinned at her. "I bet you do. How many times did you disappear with Sir James whilst we were in Brook?" You teased.
She began blushing and looked away. "You mean how many times did Lady Wanda disappear with Sir Samuel?"
Your eyes widened with a gasp. You reached out and took hold of her hand. "I thought it was just a crush?"
Natasha shook her head grinning. "Not anymore. Sir Samuel asked her to accompany him on a walk of the gardens multiple times whilst we were there, and they shared a kiss on the last night we spent there."
"Oh, wonderful." You sighed happily, "She deserves a little happiness. I'm glad she got to see her brother whilst we were there as well."
Lady Wanda's brother, Sir Pietro, was one of King Steven's knights. As a mark of respect for Anthony and the kingdom of York New, King Steven moved Lady Wanda to your court so she could be one of your ladies-in-waiting. It was two birds with one stone, he had no need of a lady-in-waiting in his castle due to the lack of female presence, and he knew she would be welcomed with open arms. He knew you would become one of her close friends in no time because you were such a caring and loving person.
"I hope you got to visit Sir Clint and his family whilst we were there?" You asked hopeful that your friend got to see the small family that she was so close to.
She nodded with the biggest grin on her face. "I did, Princess. Baby Nathanael is going to be strong like his father."
"I'm glad to hear. I must try to visit the next time I visit, Brook." You reminded yourself.
"Your Highness," Peter called out as he ran down the stairs and up to you and Natasha. You gave him a smile as you turned around to face him. "King Anthony wanted me to let you know that the Kings are about to arrive."
"Oh," Your voice was barely above a whisper. "I best, greet them then, hadn't I." You gulped, giving Peter a panicked look.
Peter stepped closer to you and gave you an encouraging smile, "There's nothing to fear, Princess. I'll be there to protect you. And Lady Natasha and Lady Wanda will also be close by. I'm sure the two of them can scare any unwanted attention off if you wish them to." He sent you a wink along with a cheeky smirk, putting a genuine smile on your face.
"Oy," Lady Natasha smacked the back of her hand against Peter's shoulder playfully. You let out a giggle as you looped your arm with Natasha's. "He's not wrong though, Princess. We'd gladly beat anyone you asked us to." She giggled making you laugh even more.
You nodded, "Yes, I do believe you would." You smiled at her. "But for now, we need to greet our guests or we shall all be in trouble." You smiled at Natasha and Peter. "Shall we,"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"It's a pleasure to see you again, King Thor," You greeted the King of Asgard with a small smile. You began blushing as he pressed a soft kiss to the back of your knuckles.
"The pleasure is all mine, Princess Y/N. You are more beautiful than your portrait does you justice." The King of Asgard gave you a flirtatious smile.
Your eyes widened a little, "So, you thought I wasn't beautiful when you saw my portrait?" You asked playfully, not being able to help yourself.
King Thor's mouth opened and closed before he looked away from you and up to your brother who began laughing. "I-"
"You are a fool, dear brother," Prince Loki snickered as he stepped from King Thor's side and took your hand. "It's a pleasure to meet you again, Princess Y/N. You've most certainly grown into an even more beautiful woman than the last time we met." He bowed to you.
"Thank you, Prince Loki." You quickly withdrew your hand and stepped closer to your brother.
"Gentlemen, if you'd like to follow Sir Hank he will escort you inside." Tony smiled warmly at his friend and his brother. He turned to face you with nce the pair of you were left alone. "Not so bad, is it?" He asked with a pleased smile.
You hummed. "We've only exchanged greetings, Anthony." You sighed, looking over towards the gate with a hopeful look in your eyes.
King T'Challa, the King of Wakanda had already arrived and just like last time you met him, he was a kind man and didn't make you feel uncomfortable like King Thor had. The Asgardian king was also harmless, just a bit openly obvious of his... kingly duties towards women. Prince Loki however, you weren't so sure about him, he gave off unsettling vibes but you knew for sure he was not going to be your future husband. The deep scowl your brother wore made that obvious.
"Are we expecting anymore guests?" You looked away from the gates to your brother.
Anthony nodded, "One or two other kings whom you've never had the pleasure of meeting before." He smiled softly at you. "Why?" He asked with a raised eyebrow as you let out a disappointed sigh.
You shook your head, "No... reason... may I be, excused from meeting the other kings at this moment in time? I don't feel, all that up to it, and I much rather rest and be... fighting fit for this evening. I'll make sure to spend extra time with them." You gave your brother a tight lipped smile.
Anthony nodded, "Of course, Y/N. I'll have lunch sent up to you, for you and your ladies."
"Thank you, Tony," You leaned up on your tiptoes and pressed a kiss to your brother's cheek. "Until this evening then, brother." You bowed to him before turning and leaving your brother's side.
It took everything in you not to show your disappointment or to let the tears that were threatening to fall to run down your cheeks.
"Come, Lady Natasha," You smiled at her as you once again slipped your arm through hers, "I'm to rest for the rest of the day until this evening." You smiled at her, "I'm going to need it if I'm to keep a fake smile on my face all evening."
Natasha nodded, "Oh, don't think it will be fake all evening, Your Highness. You seemed to genuinely smile when speaking to King T'Challa." She grinned at you.
You hummed with a nod, "I do quite like the King of Wakanda," You smiled with a slight blush. "He is a kind man, James said so himself," You wiggled your eyebrows at her making her giggle.
"And the King of Asgard? Is he a kind man?" She smirked at you knowingly.
You let out a soft sigh and leaned close so only she may hear your next words, "I believe his brains are in his breeches." You giggled along with her.
"I've heard he's a mighty lover, almost as if he was a God." Natasha whispered, "At least if you were to become his Queen that would be a positive. Most men are selfish lovers..." She sighed softly.
"Is Sir James?" You teased, letting out a playful giggle as Natasha let out a startled gasp.
"Princess, how dare you ask such a question?" She burst out laughing along with you. "I am in no position answer."
"You're not denying it either." You snickered.
As you came to your chambers the two of you stopped your giggling, bowing to the knights that were standing guard before heading inside. The door had barely been shut a minute before it was flung open and Lady Wanda skipped in extremely excited.
"Ah, Princess, there you are," She grinned at you. "I've been looking everywhere for you."
"You have?" You asked, sitting in the armchair that was by the fire. "And why would that be, Lady Wanda?"
"I've been making sure everything you require for the ball is prepared for you." She answered with a grin, "And your gown is just beautiful," She swooned.
"You really think so?" You asked. You chewed on the inside of your cheek nervously. You weren't sure if you had made a wise decision with your gown. It was most certainly different from the appropriate attire that a proper princess should wear. "I was a little worried it may perceive me as... a whore, or unladylike."
Both of your ladies-in-waiting let out a shocked gasp, "Princess, you can't think things like that."
"Lady Natasha is right, Princess. You will look breathtaking in your gown, I swear on the Kings life." She admitted.
You blushed at her words and gave her a thankful smile. "Be careful no one hears you say that, Lady Wanda." You smiled at her. "But thank you," You stood up from your chair walked towards her and Lady Natasha. "And I am sure the two of you will look equally as beautiful."
"Thank you, Princess," Both your ladies-in-waiting smiled at you.
"Now, there should be lunch on the way up, and I would like for the two of you to join me." You smiled at them, taking a hold of their hands. "Then I think, since the three of us have nothing to do for a while, we should take a nap." You grinned.
"Agreed!" The three of you began laughing.
When He Finds That You’ve Fainted ~ GOT7 Reaction
Mark:
Walking through the front door was the moment he’d been waiting for all day after a long day at work, and seeing your car already parked up was the icing on the cake. His smile was wide as he walked into his apartment, that was until his eyes fell on your body laid in the middle of the hallway, doubled over against the walls.
“Y/N!” He yelled, dropping everything, and racing over to your side. His hands gently shook your body in the hope that you’d just be asleep, but the lack of response from you confirmed his worst thoughts.
He was calm enough to know these things weren’t easy fixes, taking a seat beside you with his hand in yours, waiting until you woke up. It felt like a lifetime he was waiting until you finally woke up, staring across at him.
“When did you get home?” You asked, looking away from his stare. “I’m sorry you had to see me this way,” you added.
His head shook, squeezing gently against your hand, “it doesn’t matter to me what you look like or what state you’re in, I just want to help you,” he frowned, helping you get more comfortable as you began to cease up.
“I don’t even know what happened, I wish I could explain what’s happened, but I can’t,” you frowned, laying closer into his body.
“Sometimes these things just happen, without being able to explain it.”
Jaebum:
He was more than happy to leave you in his studio whilst he went off to rehearsal, making sure you were alright before heading off. It was something the two of you had done countless times before, but never had it ended like this. “JB!” Youngjae yelled, bursting into the rehearsal, “you need to come with me, now.”
“What’s happened?” JB asked, already running before Youngjae had a chance to answer. He never received an answer until Youngjae pushed his studio door open and revealed your figure laid out with Jinyoung staying beside you.
The two of them soon left to give you a bit more space in the cramped room, as JB laid down beside you, waiting for your eyes to slowly open. As soon as they did, he felt his heart race at how tired you were.
“Why are you on the floor?” You frowned, pinching the bridge of your nose. “I don’t suppose you could get me a drink, please?”
“Y-yeah, of course,” he stuttered, finding a water bottle around the studio, taking the lid off whilst you sat up and passing it to you. “You do remember that you just fainted, don’t you? Why are you so calm about this?”
Your eyes widened, “I just thought I’d fallen asleep for a bit, I didn’t realise I’d actually fainted,” you blushed, covering your cheeks.
“Don’t worry about it, you’re awake again now, and that’s what matters.”
Jackson:
His smile grew as he walked up to his apartment to see the light on, excitedly opening the door and calling out your name. He stood for a moment and waited for you to appear, but you never did. He began to walk around the house, following all the lights that were on as he tried to figure out what was going on.
“Babe!” He yelled as he walked into the bedroom and saw you laid out just in front of the bed. “Oh god,” he muttered, trying to keep himself come. He dropped to his knees beside you, trying his best to make you comfortable. “Please,” he whispered.
Tears threatened to spill as the more time passed the more frantic he became, touching across your body for any sign of movement. It was torturous to him until finally he watched as your left eye opened, and then your right.
“Your home,” you whispered, feeling a throbbing pain in the top of your head. “What’s going on?” You asked cluelessly.
“You must have fainted,” he frowned, taking a hold of your hand, “what’s been going on?” He questioned, squeezing your hand gently. “Do you want anything for a moment? I think it’s best if you stay here for a while.”
You smiled with a light shake of your head, “I think I just need a minute to process what’s just happened, and then I’ll be alright.”
“Just take your time, I’ll be right here for whenever you’re ready.”
Jinyoung:
The only thing he knew he could be in moments like these were logical and try anything to help you feel better. With that being said, blankets and cushions were all around you, a glass of water and tablets by his side for you. He wasn’t quite sure when you collapsed, and he hated that he wasn’t there to help.
“I’m here now,” he continually whispered as he played the waiting game to see when you’d wake up. “I hate that you’ve suffered all by yourself, you must have been so scared when you fell,” he mumbled, feeling all kinds of guilt.
Straight away he knew he shouldn’t have worked the extra hour at the studio, and he knew he should have taken you up on your offer of lunch today, all things that he could have done to prevent this from happening, but he declined.
Eventually, he watched as your fingers wiggled and your eyes opened up. “Hi,” you stuttered, waking up and seeing Jinyoung leaning over you as the first thing. “I’m sorry this has happened.”
“There’s no need to apologise,” he quickly assured you, draping one of the many blankets over you. “If anyone should be apologising, it’s me. I should have been around more to help you and not let you get into such a state.”
Your head shook in response, “neither of us could have ever seen this coming, someone fainting isn’t something that can be predicted.”
“Still…I should have done more; I should have been there with you more.”
Youngjae:
He was often used to Coco’s barks filling the house, but the sheer volume of her barks as he made dinner was enough to even divert his attention. “This better be good,” he sighed, following the sound into your bedroom, spotting her sat down beside your figure laid out cold across the foot of the bed frame.
His stomach dropped for being so dismissive, moving Coco out of the way so he could take a closer look at you. He wasn’t quite sure what to do in these situations, opting to just sit and hope that you’d wake up whenever your body was ready.
He held Coco tightly in his lap as she too began to stress about the lack of reaction from you, barking at you continuously until finally your lashes fluttered, quickly shutting at the brightness that the bedroom light gave off.
“She’s awake,” Youngjae smiled, placing Coco beside him so his hands could hold onto you. “How are you, do you feel alright?”
“I think so,” you mused, slowly turning your body as you felt the aches from laying on the floor. “I don’t even know what happened, although one thing I’m certain of is I definitely just fell off the bed,” you smiled.
His eyes rolled, “I’m glad you can laugh about this, do you know how scared the two of us were? Coco’s never been as frantic as she was just then.”
“I’m sorry, both of you, but I’m alright. I’ll be fine in just a moment.”
BamBam:
No one quite knew what to do as they hurried to catch your falling body in the wings of the stage, trying to hide you from BamBam’s sight. They thought they’d done enough, until JB caught sight of the commotion, running straight to BamBam, and pushing him off the stage so that he could be there with you.
What’s happening?” He nervously asked, pushing through the crowd of stage crew to see your body. His own body collapsed beside you as he saw you, feeling tears threaten to spill as panic overwhelmed him. “What do we do?”
With the help of the crew around him BamBam eventually calmed down, sitting beside you until eventually you woke up to see a swarm of people around you, and BamBam’s voice letting go of several sighs of relief.
“Your performance,” you mumbled as soon as you remembered where you were. “You can’t be with me; you’re needed out there.”
“I’m needed with you,” he clarified, intertwining his hand in with yours. “It was JB that told me to come and be with you anyway. Please don’t worry about the performance right now, my priority is wholeheartedly on you.”
You nodded, slowly trying to sit yourself up. “I’m sorry if I’ve ruined it, from what I did see of it though, you were doing really well.”
“You’ve not ruined anything, let’s just focus on getting you better.”
Yugyeom:
His eyes had never been so wide then when he saw you collapsed in front of the sofa, with your book crushed on the floor beside you. He knew there was no time to start freaking out as he ran over towards you, pushing the table out of the way before adjusting your body into a comfortable position, sitting down beside you.
“I leave you alone for five minutes and this is what happens,” he chuckled, brushing his hands through his freshly washed hair. He didn’t know what to do as he desperately pleaded for some sort of sign from you as soon as you could give him one.
He didn’t move a muscle out of fear until finally a small groan came from you as you woke up to a horrendous pain in your back. Yugyeom could tell immediately what you were getting at, grabbing a pillow, and placing it under you.
“You gave me such a fright,” he frowned, as finally the emotion of it all hit him, knowing you were alright. “What’s been going on? What’s brought all of this on?”
“I don’t know Yugs, one minute I was fine reading, and then the next I just felt this weight pushing me down, I’m so sorry,” you sighed, feeling your own eyes water. He was quick to wipe away your tears and calm you down.
His touch was cold as he tried to force a smile to his face, “I’m not letting you out of my sight at all for the foreseeable future, I’m going to be right with you through everything.”
“You’re worrying too much, I’m fine, I promise you Yugyeom.”
Prompt: Kate ever the older sibling immediately takes to the younger Bridgertons and Anthony falls a little harder (set during Anthony’s “nope I can’t love my wife, not me” phase)
Anthony pored over the accounts in front of him, the numbers and information on the pages stable and dependable. The work had come on stronger in the weeks since his wedding, which had led to a host of incredibly busy days for the young Viscount upon his arrival back in London.
This was good. Work was good. It kept his mind sharp, it made sure he stayed busy, and perhaps most importantly: it meant he was not thinking about his wife.
(It was a task he was resolutely failing as of late.)
They had only been married for two weeks, and already he felt himself far too happy.
He didn’t love Kate, of course, he’d made sure of that. But he could not deny she’d proven to be a much better companion than he might have ever hoped for. Kind, compassionate and intelligent, with a wit so sharp he was unsure how it was her barbs felt so sweet — and then at night…
Anthony shook his head. This was precisely the problem. She occupied his thoughts far too much, and what he needed to do was focus on his work.
Which became increasingly difficult to do, as the moment he forced his head back down, there was a knock at the door of his study.
“Anthony?”
Kate had a tendency to take Anthony’s breath away, and today was no different.
(His attraction to her was growing slightly out of hand. This, he would admit. How else to explain that burst of light in his chest, whenever she graced a room with her presence?)
Her gown was of a soft lavender color, one that highlighted the mesmerizing darkness of her hair.
(Then again, was there anything Kate wore that did not compliment her?)
She looked regal, like some sort of Empress, and yet the way she tapped her fingers nervously against the door signaled there was more to her appearance than a mere desire to see him.
“Is everything alright?”
“Yes, yes,” she turned to check for something in the hallway and then turned back to face him, smiling, though there was an edge to it. “Are you very busy this afternoon?”
“I suppose it depends,” he grinned, ready to put his papers away at a moment's notice for a very particular activity if she so desired. “What do you need?”
Kate opened her mouth to reply, but before she could do so, two vaguely chestnut-colored whirlwinds stormed into his study, followed by Newton’s excited barks and taps on the hardwood floor behind them.
“Anthony!”
“We’re so pleased you’re back!”
“I’ve learned a new song on the pianoforte, I must sho—”
“I taught Newton how to sit just now! I think he’ll—”
“I was speaking first, Gregory! Do not interrupt me!”
“Well if you would speak like a lady instead of shouting, then perhaps—”
“Settle down, the both of you,” Anthony bit down a laugh, forcing his most stern expression. “What is the meaning of all of this?”
“Kate came to see us yesterday,” Hyacinth floated to where the woman in question was primly seated on the armchair in front of his desk and took one of Kate’s arms in hers. “She told us we could come and stay!”
“Oh?” Anthony darted his eyes between the two younger Bridgertons and his wife, whose cheeks had become stained with pink.
“Just for the night,” Kate said, with a warm smile on her face. “I thought it might be nice. If you’re not busy, perhaps we can retire to the drawing room after dinner and play cards?”
“And I still want to show you that song. Both of you. Please?”
Gregory was holding Newton now, attempting to act removed from the situation –– such was the attitude of a slowly growing young man –– though the glimmer in his eyes said otherwise. “And I get to play with him for a while. I like Newton.”
Kate chuckled, reaching out to scratch the beast between the ears. “He likes you, too.”
Anthony’s heart fell just a bit, seeing his two youngest siblings so excited, each of them in their own ways. As a child, their father had made it a point to provide them all with quality time, but Gregory and Hyacinth hadn’t quite had the chance to receive the same sort of attention.
“Why wait until dinner?” He made a show of closing his books, meeting Kate’s eyes with a smile for a brief moment before standing up. “We can begin now.”
Hyacinth squealed — a most unladylike sound, but he was feeling charitable — and dragged Kate ahead of them, while Gregory carried Newton and Anthony followed closely behind.
That afternoon, he indulged in Hyacinth’s performances and engaged Gregory in his ambitious animal training — Kate’s dog did many things, but paying attention to commands was not high on the list — all the while watching his wife: gossipping with Hyacinth while they prepared tea, kneeling to show Gregory some sort of card trick, and answering any questions the two of them had about how she managed to win Anthony in the particularly noteworthy game of Pall Mall that had quickly become legend.
Regardless of what she did, he couldn’t help but notice that she fit right in.
(Or the way it made him feel fuller and happier than he had in a long, long time.)
After dinner and sweets, the four of them sat in the drawing room once again, while Newton slept peacefully by the fire. The atmosphere was so peaceful, so quaint, that he couldn’t help it if he nudged Kate closer to him and inhaled the soft scent of her.
She was his wife after all — he didn’t need to love her to do any of that.
(Or to run his thumb across her knuckles softly. To closely watch the way her lashes fluttered when she was teasing the children and how her lips pursed when she was figuring out how to answer something. Right?)
“Thank you for bringing them,” he murmured in her ear, low enough that the two younger ones would not hear. “I didn’t realize how much I had missed them.”
“They missed you, too,” she smiled. “It’s a big change for them, I imagine. Having to leave their childhood home all because I turned up.”
“You’re natural with them. They like you.”
“It’s true,” Hyacinth said, grinning at them when they met her gaze and lacking any shame in having overheard their conversation. “We do. Very much. Right, Gregory?”
The boy nodded, an abashed expression on his own face.
Kate seemed to be at a loss for words, much to Anthony’s amusement. He gripped her tighter and was inordinately pleased when she sighed and dropped her head on his shoulder.
“I’m not sure what my brother did to deserve a wife like you,” Hyacinth continued, “but I dare say we are all the better for it.”
Kate blushed, waving away the compliment. She smiled and told the two of them, “When you’re older, I’ll tell you exactly what your brother did to lead us here.”
Hyacinth frowned, clearly confused as to what Kate meant, but too close to exhaustion to put up much of a fight. “Well. As long as my future husband loves me the way Anthony clearly loves you, it doesn’t quite matter how one gets there, I think.”
Kate smiled and fiddled with her hands, though it didn’t quite reach her eyes. “I suppose so.”
Anthony tried to refute Hyacinth’s claim, if only internally, but he couldn’t.
Not when Kate was so sweet and warm against him; not after she’d set up an entire day for him to be with his siblings and enjoy their company; especially not when it was clear she’d blended so seamlessly into his life, that he didn’t understand how he’d ever managed without her in it.
No. In that moment, Anthony only knew one thing for certain.
(He was in big, big trouble.)
Merry Christmas
A/N: It should have been a follow-up to this 👉 New Dodger Photo, but Chris didn't upload a new Dodger photo and I had to improvise because I really wanted the story to go on. I'm sorry for the mistakes and hope you enjoy it.
P.S. Why do I always have such a problem with writing the ending
Summary: Every woman loves diamonds
Words: 1200+
Warnings: AGE GAP, fluff, mistakes
My works: You are my home; I do not stare, I admire; Christmas Shopping
Christmas is a time for family and friends, for warm drinks and warm laughter, for sharing good stories and books, a time for the wealth of loving bonds, to see the "unseen" everything that makes living so wonderful every day of the year. This year was really hard and for you, it was the first time you spent Christmas without your family. Luckily, you weren't alone.
"Y / N have you seen my watch, the one Scott gave me last year?"
"Did you check on your hand?" you laughed.
"Don't be so smart pretty girl" Chris walked up to you and kissed you on the forehead.
You smiled as you turned away from him and walked towards the wardrobes. Although you did not spend these holidays with your family, you did spend them in the company of the sexiest, most wonderful, and beloved man in the world. You were happy that at least he came into your life in this strange and crazy year.
"Ready?"
You nodded and grabbed his hand.
The Evans family home was far from a peaceful oasis. Children running around, adults talking, the sounds of the TV and toys mixed with Christmas songs in the background. You had to admit that you liked such a holiday very much. For as long as you can remember, it was always just you, mom, and dad. There were many more people here.
Late in the evening time slowed down. Tired children sat and watched Christmas cartoons and movies, while adults sat on the couch, armchairs, and the floor. The gingerbread men with their chocolate buttons and eyes were resting on the plate. Soon they will be dunked in Italian style hot chocolate.
When the end credits of Frozen appeared on the TV, Chris stood up and walked over to the piano in the corner of the room. You smiled as you stroked the Dodger who was sleeping soundly on the couch next to you, his head in your lap. Scott took his brother's place on your dear side mumbling something under his nose that how was it possible that the dog was sitting on the couch and he was on the floor, and you burst out laughing and nudged him with your elbow. After a short while, Chris started playing one of the famous Christmas tunes.
Christmas tree lights flickered as if they are the moon on a starry night; bright, beautiful, and breath-taking, illuminating your boyfriend's profile. And the sound stirs wonders in your soul.
You were never in love like you were in love with Chris. This feeling is so strange; it stretches throughout my whole body. It’s overwhelming, yet makes you feel complete. It feels as though you are in a dangerous fire, yet you are completely safe at the same time. It feels as though someone's given you peace. It feels as though your heart is dancing around your chest.
After playing a few songs, Chris stood up and, not taking his eyes off you, walked over, taking something out of his pocket in the meantime. You were a little distracted from talking to Scott until Chris stood in front of you and looked at you with those blue eyes of his.
"Y / N" he began and knelt on one knee. In his hand, he held a small satin box which he opened, and you saw a silver diamond ring. "When I first met you, you seemed like a free bird who doesn't care about the future and lives only in the present, but I quickly realized that there was much more to you. Getting to know you day after day I saw how you have your life planned, and at least you try to do it as far as fate allows you "he laughed nervously. Tears started to build up in your eyes and your breath got stuck in your lungs, you couldn't draw air, but it felt good. " Falling in love with you and I realized you are my home. When you smile at me, time stops, when your hands wrapping around me you made me feel safe. When your eyes are locked on mine, it's like I can see galaxies instead of just pupils. Having you in my life makes me feel like everything's possible in this world like I can conquer anything. I don't regret meeting you and I know I might be your first but what I really wish in life is for you to be your last.” Chris took a deep breath. "We used to talk about children, the future, marriage. And when I asked if at 22 you would be ready to start a family with someone, you replied that if you could find the right person you would say yes without hesitating. So I hope I am the one. the right person and answer "yes" to my question. Will you marry me, Princess? "
When he asked you it was as if every ounce of breath was taken from your lungs floating into the air like midnight smoke. You never thought you would hear that question from someone, and certainly not from Chris Evans. But life likes to surprise as it turns out. Seeing the man kneeling in front of you, the world began to spin around you. But you knew he was the one.
Every time he kissed you it felt like the world stopped, leaving just the two of us to wander the earth together. Every time you held your face between his hands it felt like he was untying all of my knots. Holding you for eternity in the arms you’ve grown so accustomed to. This is what falling in love was like, a story you never wanted to end. For so long you had longed for it, and now you feel so complete.
You were so lost in your thoughts that you did not realize how many minutes had passed since Chris asked you.
"Y / N" you heard a little girl's voice "I guess you should answer now," Stella said as she stared at you.
You looked again at the man kneeling in front of you. Chris was clearly panicked and nervous. His eyes looked at you, waiting for what you said. His whole life depended now on what words left his mouth.
"I'm sorry ..." you started and you swore you heard the loud beating heart in Chris's chest break to pieces and tears appeared in his eyes. You smiled and put your hands on his cheeks, unable to contain your emotions. "Yes, yes, I'll marry you, Chris," you finally said, feeling the tears trickle down your cheeks.
Chris breathed a sigh of relief and slipped the ring on your finger and practically attacked your mouth. He did not care that his relatives surrounded him. At that moment, he was the happiest man in the world. He shoved his tongue into those mouths, making you groan softly as your tongues danced together.
"I love you so damn much, Princess"
"I love you too, handsome"
You both confessed when you pulled away to catch your breath.
Maybe 2020 hasn't been as fucked up as it seems.
Sambucky wedding?🥺👉👈
((Here you go, anon! Hope you like it. 🥺️))
***
“You okay?” Bucky asked as he watched Sam pace the floor. “You haven’t changed your mind, have you?” He couldn’t hide the nervousness in his voice.
Sam threw him a scared look that spoke volumes, and without even saying anything, Sam gave him his answer. “I need a sec,” he said before running out of the church.
“Sam! Wait!” Bucky shouted, and ran out after him. He found Sam under the small gazebo in the church garden. When Bucky approached him, he realized Sam was breathing harshly. He started pacing the gazebo while loosening the bowtie.
“Sam…” Bucky called out as he approached his fiance.
“I can’t do this, Buck.”
Bucky felt his heart break. But he hid the pain and instead took Sam by the shoulders and sat him down on the bench near the entrance. He then crouched in front of Sam and took his hands into his own. “Why not?” He asked. “What’s going on in that pretty little head of yours?”
“We tried it in the past,” Sam reminded him like he needed reminding. “And look how that turned out.”
“Sam--”
“This time it’s not just us. We have a little girl, Bucky. What if it doesn’t work out between us and we end up breaking her heart?” Sam continued to ask. “She’s already been through that once. Granted, she didn’t understand things back then, but she will now. I can’t put her through that again.”
Bucky sighed and brought Sam’s hands to his lips and kissed them. “I don’t know what the future holds, doll, No one does. But I can tell you that today I am head over heels in love with you, and I know you feel the same way. Do you really want to lose what we have now for something that may or may not happen in the future? Your fears a very valid. We’ve been down this road before and it ended horribly but we’ve changed since. We’ve grown. We’ve become more responsible and level-headed. I am not saying that things can’t end badly between us this time. It might still happen, but let’s give us a chance, anyway. We might surprise ourselves.”
Bucky noticed tears on the edges of Sam’s eyes and he reached out to wipe them away. “So what do you say, baby? Are we doing this? If not, then no hard feelings. I am not going to force you to marry me. I’ll let you go.”
Instead of answering, Sam threw his arms around Bucky and hugged him tight. The weight made Bucky rock on his haunches and he fell back, taking Sam down with him. Sam landed on Bucky’s lap and the two of them burst out in laughter. As their laughter died down, they looked at each other and Sam bit down on his bottom lip before leaning forward and kissing Bucky. The kiss turned heated pretty quick and Sam pushed him down on the floor while Bucky brought his hands and rested them on Sam’s waist. Sam licked his way inside Bucky’s mouth and-
“Hey! Horndogs!”
The two of them pulled apart abruptly and Bucky looked over to find Sarah approaching them.
“Fellas, come on, not in the church garden!” She chastised them when she reached the gazebo. “You’re supposed to be getting married right now! Everyone is waiting on you.”
Both Sam and Bucky giggled like a couple of teenagers. Sam got off of Bucky and gave him his hand to pull him up as well. Bucky dusted off his suit and hoped he didn’t get dirt on it.
“Turn around,” Sarah ordered like she had heard his thoughts.
Bucky turned and Sarah brushed his suit and sighed. “Good enough.” She then looked over at Sam and frowned at him. “And you, redo your bow tie. Come on, we gotta go before the pastor bites my head off.”
Bucky stepped forward and tied Sam’s bowtie for him and smiled when he was done. Sam returned his smile with a gap toothed grin and somehow Bucky fell even more in love with him. He couldn’t help himself and kissed him.
“Hey! None of that now!” Sarah groaned.
Bucky pulled away from Sam and took his hand and followed Sarah back to the church.
“You two really couldn’t wait a little longer?” She asked, disappointed, when they got inside.
“Sorry,” they both apologized at the same time and looked down like kids who were being chastised.
“It was my fault,” Bucky told her. “I was nervous and Sam was just giving me some encouragement.”
“You’re not having second thoughts about marrying my brother, are you?” Sarah glared at him. “Because I forgave you for walking out on him last time. I won’t be so kind this time.”
“Noted,” Bucky nodded.
Sarah gave Bucky one last glare before making her way inside.
“Ready?” Bucky asked
“As I’ll ever be,” Sam kissed his cheek and they linked their arms together.
Music started to play and everybody stood up, the moment they walked in through the door. Bucky’s heart melted when they passed Riley and saw their 5-year-old excitedly clapping her hands, while her curly hair bounced in the air. There was no way in hell, Bucky was breaking this little girl’s heart.
They unlinked their arms and stood on the opposite sides of the altar. Bucky gave the pastor an apologetic look when he glared at him.
“Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to--”
Bucky tuned out the pastor and instead focused on Sam. He wondered how he got so lucky. How even after their ups and downs, they found their way back to each other.
Genre: local!Yuta x tourist!reader (gender neutral), fluff, a dash of angst
Warnings: none
Word count: 1.9k
Plot: You went on a solo trip to Japan after your friend backed out, despite the fact that you barely knew Japanese as you were relying on your friend to be your translator. Thankfully, a local boy helped you out with his limited vocabulary in English.
A/N: in loving memory of my japan trip that got cancelled last year (eff you covid!!) Please let me know if there are any issues with the gender-neutral assignment.
gif: mine
- ❀ -
“I’m really so so sorry, Y/N. I feel so bad,” Aeri said over the phone.
“It’s okay. I’ll be fine. And I’m always down for a challenge.”
Aeri being the one who planned the trip was upset that her boss decided to be rude and have her come in for work, stressing about her presence being needed to handle a very important client. “I swear, I would have handed my resignation letter if it weren’t for the good pay.”
You rolled your eyes at her words. “Don’t say that. I’m sure we can go again together in the future.”
“Yeah, but are you really okay going alone? You don’t even know any Japanese except for like four words or something.”
She was right. You had only picked up a few words from the handful of anime shows you watched, not to mention that you knew nothing on how to read any of the writing systems. “I have the translator ready on my phone. I should be fine.” Though your confidence wavered the last second before hearing the boarding announcement of your flight, you tried to remain strong and think that everything would all work out. “It’s time for me to go now. I’ll text you when I get there.”
- ❀ -
[Memory one]
You let out a long sigh as you stared at the foreign characters on the menu board, never learning any of the Japanese writing systems. The lady owner patiently waited for you to give her your order.
“I… I don’t know,” you muttered, your head hanging low. Anything would do as long as it filled your stomach and was an authentic local specialty.
“Um hello?”
You heard from behind you. Turning around, you found a boy giving you a shy look. “Oh hi,” you politely greeted back with a confused look.
He shifted on his feet. “I uh... you help?” he offered with an unsure tone as he struggled a bit with his broken English.
“You want to help me?”
He nodded.
You smiled gratefully. “Thank you so much! I just want anything good and will add to my experience here.”
“Good?” The boy picked up and said, “I...” and lost his words before pointing at him and then at the owner.
“Oh, you want to order for me?”
He hesitated but nodded eventually when hearing ‘for me.’ “Yes.” The boy turned to the lady, placing an order with two fingers held up. The lady smiled and quickly got to work preparing the round fried food, and soon enough handed two plates of takoyaki to each of you.
You thanked her and took a bit of it with your chopsticks, eyes going wide with the flavour bursting in your mouth. “Woah! This is really good!” you beamed happily at him. “Thank you so much! And oh, I almost forgot. I’m Y/N,” you introduced yourself with a wide grin.
He mirrored it back, making him look like an angel with his healing smile. “I Yuta.”
- ❀ -
[Memory two]
“So cool,” you uttered under your breath as your eyes wandered around the vast array of Japanese sandals on the walls.
Too busy deciding which style to go for, you didn’t hear another customer enter the small traditional shop until they spoke your name.
“Y/N?” The voice was familiar, and you twirled around to see Yuta’s smile grow, relieved that he guessed you right.
“Oh! Yuta!” you smiled back. “It’s nice to see you again.”
He nodded in agreement. “Yes. How... are you?”
“I’m great, except...” your eyes traveled back to the wall.
His face fell slightly in worry. “What wrong?”
You shook your head. “Nothing bad. I just don’t know which pair to buy. They all look so good,” you pointed to the variety of sandals.
He hummed and asked, “Can I help?”
You blinked at him. “You want to?” An opinion from the local cute boy was definitely something you’d be down for.
His pearly whites were on full display as he nodded eagerly. “Yes.”
- ❀ -
[Memory three]
Just as your eyes were fixed on observing the cute little souvenirs on the shelves, you heard a series of loud knocks on the window and you jumped, being startled greatly by it. You looked out the window and found a familiar Japanese boy peeking into the shop, laughing happily when he caught your attention. He backed off to make his way into the shop.
“Yuta, you scared me there,” you laughed it off.
He sheepishly apologized. “Sorry.”
Shaking your head, you said “It’s okay. But it’s nice to see you, once again.”
He nodded and was lost in his thoughts for a moment. “Um Y/N?”
“Yes?”
“You alone?”
You nodded. “Yeah, my friend couldn’t come, and I really wanted to explore Japan. So I came alone.”
He took in your words, his brain on full gear to process them. “Can I help?”
“Help? Like how?”
He pointed at himself. “I... uh travel... you...”
It took you a few seconds before you were able to grasp his thought. “Do you want to be my tour guide and show me around here?”
“Ah! Yes. Your tour guide,” he beamed excitedly like a little child who learned a new word.
That sounded like a great idea. While you had the itinerary that you and your friend prepared, you weren’t dead set on doing everything list there as long as you were able to enjoy your time and explore to your heart’s content. After all, you were going to come back anyway with your friend in the future. And a plus point with having Yuta as a guide, you wouldn’t be struggling with your limited Japanese ability.
You nodded, your lips curling up joyfully. “I’d love that.”
- ❀ -
[Memory four]
“Yuta? Where’s-”
You had probably asked the Japanese boy a million things by now when shopping inside the variety store. Before Yuta became your traveling buddy, you had to rely on capturing the Japanese writings on your phone and have the texts translated via an app. Not to mention having to stroll down the aisles endlessly looking for a particular thing.
He showed you the ramen cups of interest as well as recommended some face masks, cleansing tissues, and sweet treats, especially matcha flavoured. “This good,” he pointed out.
You hummed curiously and put them all in your basket. “Thanks, Yuta. You’re a lifesaver.”
His ears perked up at the thought of him ‘saving your life’ and smiled proudly.
- ❀ -
[Memory five]
“You sure you’re doing it right?” you asked worriedly.
Getting lost in Japan was not on your to-do list. But it was fine to as long as you weren’t alone.
Yuta was trying to figure out how to get the tickets printed at the Kyoto Station. “Long time,” he chuckled nervously.
Going around Kyoto was apparently something he hadn’t done in a while being an Osaka man. You shrugged, “Looks like this will be an experience for both of us,” you joked.
He managed to have gotten the right tickets and you two sat in the train side by side. “Kyoto pretty,” he commented. “Very good,” he added with thumbs up.
The train began moving and you by the window made sure to pay attention to the scenery.
“Wow! The cherry blossoms are so beautiful under the blue sky,” you chatted cheerfully. “And those houses look so pretty,” you gushed, getting anime vibes from how neighbourhoods looked in them.
Yuta watched you getting excited over the sceneries, and was pleased to show you something that wasn’t on your itinerary in the first place.
- ❀ -
[Memory six]
Yuta watched you closely as you licked the matcha soft serve in hand.
You let the cold cream swirl around your tongue and hummed. “Wow, this is nice!”
He beamed, squealing as he clapped his hands from the happiness. “Yes,” he exclaimed. “My favourite,” he pointed to your cone.
The cream got stuck in your throat and you choked a little. His eyes grew concerned and asked, “You okay?”
“Yeah yeah, don’t worry. It’s just... you look so cute when you get happy like that,” you spoke a little shy.
He blushed deeply and looked away, a smile threatening to tug at his lips from hearing you call him cute.
- ❀ -
[Memory seven]
Ferris wheel.
The perfect way to end your trip by looking out into the nighttime view of Yuta’s hometown.
He sat across from you as you curiously looked at every lighting in the city. “Wow, it’s all so really beautiful, Yuta,” you breathed out.
His smile wasn’t his usual one. It was more forced, almost sad and you noticed it.
“What’s wrong?”
He shook out of his thoughts and said, “Nothing. Um... you like Japan?”
A fond smile took over your features. “Yes, very much. It’s all thanks to you, Yuta.” Your heart started aching at the memories made during your trip. If it weren’t for him, you would have struggled to get through with the littlest things.
He hummed and gave you a courteous smile before fixing his eyes out the transparent windows of the cart, silently willing himself to not tear up in front of you.
[Memory eight]
Tears threatened to spill out of your eyes as you became emotional and super grateful standing in front of your personal Japan tour guide for one last time at the airport.
“Thank you so much for all your help, Yuta. It was really nice meeting you,” you smiled sorrowfully. Truth being told, you were sad that you had to say goodbye to an amazing friend made on your beautiful journey. “Let’s keep in touch. You have my contact, right?”
He nodded. “Yes. Um Y/N?”
“Yeah?”
Yuta dug his hand inside his pocket and pulled out a cherry blossom keychain. “For you,” he said, holding it out for to take.
You were speechless, not expecting a gift from him. “For me? Why?”
He was quiet for a moment before speaking up. “I like you.” His confession caught you by surprise. “I hope you come back. I... I hope we still talk...” he trailed off, doubting himself if he said the right thing at the wrong time, considering it was minutes before you’d have to catch your flight.
Slowly, your head nodded to his words, confirming them all. “We will. We will keep in touch, I’ll come back again. And I like you too,” you spoke sincerely with soft eyes.
You reminisced the beautiful memories made in Japan with Yuta. It had been almost a year and the two of you were in frequent touch, talking about anything and everything in your video calls. You even learned some Japanese while he worked on improving his English.
While your eyes were focused on glancing at all the people sitting in the cafe, the door chimed open and in walked the Japanese boy that you had been waiting forever to see again.
He spotted you immediately and made a straight beeline towards you. “Y/N!” He beamed excitedly. “I’m so happy to see you again!”
You laughed at his cuteness. “Same, and you’ve gotten better speaking English.”
“All thanks to my beautiful English teacher,” he flirted boldly.
You rolled your eyes playfully at him and asked, “So Yuta, are you ready to explore my country?”
The Rescue: BNHA x Fem! Reader- Newfoundland Dog
She gently placed Izuku into a glass cage before pulling you to a back door labeled "Dogs," the Golden retriever slipping in behind you before you closed the door.
Upon entering, you were greeted by lots of barking, the dogs obviously not using their indoor voices. The wall of sound left you a bit dazed as you took in the activity in front of you. You were actually surprised by the variety back here. There was a husky, Pitbull, and even a German Shepard. The room was rather large and open for them to interact with potential owners, various dog toys strewn across the floor with the dog kennels to the back.
The animals seemed to have an unspoken respect for Inko. They made sure to get out of the way as she walked or stop playing long enough for her to pass by before continuing their fun. It was amusing to watch. You followed her path with your eyes before she came to a stop next to two big dogs. You paled as she led the bigger animal over to you.
"Here he is, (y/n)! This is Taishiro!"
Inko looked absolutely tiny compared to the behemoth of a dog beside her.
"Are you sure that's a dog? I'm fairly certain that is, in fact, a bear."
You eyed the golden-brown dog cautiously a bit intimidated by his size and the fact that if he so chose, any walk would become a drag with no contest on who was stronger.
Inko laughed and ruffled the fur on his head.
"He's a dog, just a big one. This big boy is a Newfoundland. Sure he can have a bite if he's in danger, but he's really just a big teddy bear. He's a sweetheart."
Tai cocked his head to the side and looked you over as Inko continued to reassure you. He was skeptical about this whole being adopted out thing but with no foreseeable human future for him, he would have to put his trust in Inko and Nezu. You were obviously a bit intimidated by him, but he hoped he could prove to you that you had nothing to worry about.
You offered him a shy smile that quickly grew as he wagged his tail.
"see! He likes you! I'll go get some gear for you and you can get to know him a bit." Inko patted you on the shoulder before leaving to get supplies from the main half of the store, not noticing or electing to ignore your panicked look.
You swallowed nervously before looking back at Tai. He was waiting patiently for you to make the first move, not wanting to scare you off. You gave a nervous wave.
"Hey, Taishiro... I'm (y/n)."
He stepped forward and pushed his head into your offered hand, causing you to give a shaky laugh.
"Inko was right, you're not scary... sorry for misjudging you."
You began to pet him and were pleased when he stepped closer so you had easier access. He was so fluffy! He was a brown dog with golden tones in his fur and intense golden eyes. He was quite a big dog, big enough to bowl you over without much effort, but he was gentle with you.
Inko came back to find you sitting on the floor next to Tai, petting his stomach as he laid on his back for you. Your face was scrunched up in happiness as you talked to him, complimenting his behavior and telling him he was a good boy. All too soon though, it was time to go. She made you promise to give updates over the phone before sending you on your way with the big dog.
~~~~~~~~
Taishiro was very confused when he woke up the next morning. After the accident that transformed him into a dog, he was used to the hustle and bustle of a crowded dog kennel. He was not used to the peace and quiet of your apartment. Usually, he would have been woken up early by Kirishima to spar, or as close as they could come to sparring in these forms. Still, he much preferred your couch to the kennels that were in the pet store.
"Morning sleepy head"
He looked up as you walked into the room, your uniform from yesterday traded for black shorts, a tank top, and a suspiciously familiar-looking yellow hoodie.
You sat down on the couch next to him and ruffled the fur on the top of his head.
"good morning Taishiro! Thanks for being a good boy and letting me sleep in."
He watched you intently, trying to place what about your outfit stuck out to him. He almost fell off the couch when he realized. You were wearing his merch. His pro hero merch. You had a Fatgum hoodie.
"what's up, do I have something on my jacket? "
You quickly searched the yellow material, a concerned crease between your eyes.
"I better not, this is my favorite hoodie..." You sighed with relief upon finding nothing and smiled back at Tai.
"Good news bub, all is good and my hoodie is safe. "
Had he been human, Tai would have been smirking. You had absolutely no idea who you were talking to and he found that hilarious. He was quite flattered that of all heroes, you had chosen him as your favorite.
You turned on the tv and settled onto the couch, pulling the hoodie close, your hands vanishing in the oversized sleeves. It was a good replica, he had to admit, but his real costume was a lot bigger. He took a moment and imagined what you would look like in it. He snorted lightly in amusement. You would be swimming in it. It would be really cute, but it was just a passing thought, seeing as he was a dog now and couldn't give you that opportunity. The cheerful mood he was in before slipped from him as the thoughts of his new life set in. He sunk onto the couch next to you.
You weren't sure what had changed, but you noticed that he seemed sadder somehow. Now that just wouldn't do. You carefully pulled his head into your lap and focused on petting him while some baking competition played on tv. The day passed in much the same way. You watched tv and made a commentary for him, occasionally looking down at him with a tut and an explanation of how the contestant went wrong. It was early evening when you decided it was time for your relaxation to come to an end.
Tai was content and on the verge of sleep before you moved to get up. He wasn't having it and moved so more of him was in your lap, effectively trapping you on the couch. He was comfy gosh darn it.
You laughed and started to playfully shove at the mass of fur on your lap.
"Tai, get off me, you big galoot! I wanted to take you on a walk before sunset."
He begrudgingly removed himself from your lap and you skipped to your bedroom to change. As comfy as the hoodie and shorts combo was, it was still snowy from the night before. Tai was surprised with how quickly you had warmed up to him. As anxious as you were yesterday, any doubts about keeping him seemed totally gone. He hopped off the couch and settled by the door to wait for you. You were sweet, and he could see himself enjoying his time with you. Not to mention you obviously had good taste based on your choice of hero.
You emerged wearing Red riot leggings and a Suneater beanie. Tai was in awe of you. Not only were you his fan, but you also supported his protegees. The more he got to know you, the more he liked what he was seeing.
You grinned as you noticed his tail going a mile a minute.
"Ready to go, big fella?"
You clipped the leash onto his collar and took him outside.
~~~~~~ Tai quickly fell into a routine with you. You took him on a walk in the morning before work, Next, you had breakfast and then got ready for work. Tai was quickly learning to hate the time left alone. Back at the store, he was able to talk to the others, especially because he was able to talk to everyone hit by the quirk regardless of species. Now that he was left to his own devices, he didn't have that much to do.
One day while you were gone, he decided to properly explore the apartment. The living room was where he was most familiar, seeing as that's where you had him sleep. He hadn't gone into your room yet because he wanted to give you privacy, but... He was curious. He decided he might as well check it out. He pushed the door open with his nose and looked around with interest. His heart warmed at your choice of decor. You had several Fat Gum posters hanging on your walls as well as a few of Suneater and Red Riot as well. There was a singular All Might poster as well. It was a small room, seeing as you couldn't afford a large apartment. It was cozy though. Your bed was pushed into the far corner away from the door. It had many pillows, some stuffed animals, and what seemed to be a weighted blanket. He hopped onto the bed to get a better view. Your room smelled strongly of your favorite perfume and had a very cozy feeling. He had come to associate the smell of you with relaxation and safety, so it wasn't long before his eyes drifted closed.
When you came home two hours later, you weren't expecting the empty living room. Your first instinct was to panic and you started a frantic search. You scolded yourself internally, walking through your day to make absolutely sure he didn't have a chance to run away. You quickly ran to your room to grab a better jacket to go look for him. As soon as you burst through the door, you froze. He was sleeping, in your room. You gave a tired sigh and smacked your head against the door frame lightly for jumping to conclusions.
"You are so lucky you're cute because you just gave me a heart attack." You muttered to yourself, adrenaline fading. Stepping further into the room you threw your jacket over your desk chair and slipped off your shoes. You faceplanted onto the bed beside your bed, tired from the scare on top of the shift you just worked. What you didn't expect was Tai to feel the shift on the bed and subsequently roll over to cuddle with you. You suddenly had a face full of fur and a near 200-pound dog smothering you. You laughed painfully and shoved him off you, waking him in the process.
"Hey silly, try not to squish me, I still have to get you dinner, you still need me. You can make me into a pancake later."
He stared at you in sleepy surprise as he slowly woke up. His first coherent thought was that he liked waking up to such a pretty smiling face. And you were offering to feed him? Bonus. Dog food was not appetizing as he still regained his taste from being a human. Still, there wasn't much he could do about it besides stealing human food from you when he had the chance. You would scold him, but he could tell you weren't really mad at him.
You scratched behind his ears and sat up, scooting up further on the bed so you could pet him more easily.
"You had me worried carebear. You usually greet me at the door. I was so scared you'd gone and run away."
You squished his face between your hands and kissed the top of his nose.
"I don't know what I would do if I ever lost you. You're really important to me, you know." You hugged his head to your chest and before peppering his ears and face with kisses.
Tai accepted the affection happily, but a part of him felt guilty for making you worry. Sure he was just your pet, but you really did love him at this point. He didn't like the spike of distress that coursed through him as you told him how upset you had been. He made a silent vow to himself not to make you worry again.
Little did he know that you would turn the tables on him later and he would be the worried one.
~~~~~
You had gotten sick. You weren't sure how, but you were fairly certain that a coworker had given you their cold. It wasn't that bad, but you were still fairly miserable. You woke up on your day off with a stuffy nose and throat feeling of sandpaper. It was far from pleasant.
You carefully slipped out of bed, careful to keep from waking Tai, who had taken to sleeping on your bed after you had invited him the first night when you thought he ran away.
While you would have liked nothing better than to lay in bed and wallow in how awful you felt, there were some errands that needed to be run. Sickness or not, you had to be up and moving today.
You got dressed in a simple Deku T-shirt and leggings before pulling on your fatgum hoodie, wanting to be comfy if you were going to face the masses. Pushing the sleeves up so they no longer covered your hands, you sat on your desk chair and mentally prepared yourself to leave the house. Just as you were putting on your shoes to leave, you heard Tai whine.
You gave him what you hoped was more smile than grimace and patted his head.
"Hey, bud. No walk until later. I don't feel too well. I'll make sure you get a short walk when I get back though. I have to go to the store first."
Tai was absolutely not having it. He could tell that you weren't feeling well by your miserable posture. Hunched in on yourself and wrapped in your comfort items with a red nose and bags under your eyes, you made for a pretty pitiful picture. He wasn't about to let you leave like that! You needed sleep. And soup. He wasn't sure how he would manage the second thing, but he was determined to make sure you took it easy today.
As soon as your hand reached the doorknob, you felt a warm body plant itself in front of you, effectively blocking the door.
"Carebear, I need to run errands. You've got to let me go out."
Tai made a disgruntled noise and stayed put, knowing that it would be a pain to move him and you currently did not have the strength.
You, of course, took his actions to mean something else.
"Are you sour because I said no walk till later? I promise as soon as I'm done with errands I'll be back and we can go for a short walk. If you're really upset about it we can go for a longer walk, but I still need to go run errands."
Tai just planted himself more firmly against the door and looked up at you with defiance shining in his eyes. He was not going to let you leave. Had he been human, he would have simply picked you up and brought you back to bed, but that wasn't an option. He would have to be creative.
Seeing as Tai didn't look like he was moving, you made a decision You stepped back and put your hands up in surrender. You turned around and started to make your way towards the couch.
"Fine, fine, I'll stay..."
Once you saw him trot back into the living room, you grabbed your stuff and booked it to the door, slamming it shut behind you before Tai could catch up. You grinned triumphantly at him through the living room window, cheeks glowing from exertion, but eyes bright with victory. Tai put his front paws against the window sill, staring at you with peeved disbelief. You had tricked him! He was just trying to look out for you. He gave you an unimpressed look before turning around and sitting with his back to the window, effectively giving you the cold shoulder.
You shook your head with a small smile before walking away, determined to go get your errands done quickly. You made a mental note to grab a treat for Tai to apologize for tricking him, he was still a good boy after all, albeit a salty one.
You returned that evening with several shopping bags, your energy all but spent. Slipping into the apartment, you had to take a moment to lean against the door for support. You frowned a little when Tai didn't greet you at the door but you didn't panic like last time. setting the groceries aside, you searched the apartment. Like last time, he was in your room. He wasn't asleep though. He sat in a corner of your room, lifting his head when you entered before standing and turning his back to you before sitting back down again.
"Awwww, still grumpy from this morning? I'm sorry carebear. I just had to get some things done I'm back now. I've got treats for you..."
You tried to coax him out of the corner, but he was resolute in his sulking. You pouted to yourself and headed back to the kitchen to work on dinner, deciding to give him his space.
As much as Tai wanted to be annoyed with you, he couldn't stay upset with you for long. Within ten minutes of your return, he was wandering out of the room to come see you. He told himself it was just to make sure you were alright, but really he admitted that he just missed you.
You hummed to yourself as best you could as you worked on dinner. It was supposed to be a really simple soup, but concentrating was becoming difficult with the headache that had made its presence know while you were out and about. That's why you weren't surprised when you cut yourself while chopping onions. You hissed in pain and instinctively shoved the offending digit into your mouth.
Tai was by your side in an instant, eyes wide with concern and body tensed. You gave him a sympathetic look and removed the finger from your mouth to show him.
"It's okay boy, it wasn't a bad cut, it just startled me is all. I should have been paying more attention. I'll get it fixed up and finish dinner, then we can relax. Sound good?"
He relaxed a little bit, but you could tell he was still on edge. You quickly sanitized the cut and put a bandage on before finishing the soup and grabbing a bowl.
Once you sat down to eat, Tai was next to you, carefully examining your newly bandaged finger. Once he had deemed it worthy, he sat next to you, leaning against you.
After finishing your soup, you stretched and got up, sniffling pathetically as you started to get your jacket, preparing to take Tai on the walk you promised him.
He quickly hopped up and stopped you in your tracks, gaze fierce. You frowned in confusion and paused, not used to seeing him so intense.
" What's wrong buddy? I promised you a walk."
You were so oblivious sometimes and Tai was so done with being a dog. It was hard to properly convey his worry in this form. He decided since he couldn't outright tell you, he would have to show you. He stepped forward and snagged your sleeve cuff in his teeth before jerking it towards your room. You followed him with a puzzled expression, not quite sure what he was up to.
"Yes, this is my room. What did you want to show me? The bed? Why'd you bring me here?"
Tai released your sleeve and jumped onto the bed before grabbing the back of your shirt and tugging. You quickly lost your balance and toppled onto the plush surface with an undignified squeak of protest.
"Taishiro, what on Earth are you doing?"
He paid no mind to your question and instead grabbed your blanket. He dragged it over your protesting form before laying across your stomach so you couldn't get up. That ought to keep her, he grouched to himself.
You struggled for all of one minute before accepting your fate with a mumbled insult about him being a jerk. It didn't take long for you to settle down though. Soon enough, you were petting Tai and drifting off. You leaned up and kissed his nose before giving him a mumbled goodnight followed by an "I love you"
Tai smiled tiredly and licked your hand in response before he too surrendered to sleep.
~~~~~
Taishiro was seriously starting to lose it. He had been your pet for five months now and it was starting to catch up to him. It was safe to say at this point that he adored you. He found himself looking forward to spending the day with you. He loved spending time with you, no matter what you were up to. He liked the way you talked to him like he was still human. You were so funny and kind and he was getting addicted to your laugh.
He wasn't foolish enough to mistake what he was feeling. He had fallen for you. Hard. This complicated things. He was a dog. He wasn't supposed to love you. Sure he had been human before and was still a human in his mind, but that didn't change the fact that the situation was messed up. He wasn't sure what he was going to do, but he knew things had to change.
He was startled out of his ramblings by you rattling his leash. You were wearing his favorite outfit on you since the weather had warmed up. You had on black shorts and a tank top accompanied by the too big fat gum hoodie.
"Hey carebear, up for a walk? The park is beautiful right now!"
He couldn't deny you anything if he tried. He bounded over to you, tail in overdrive. You snorted in amusement as he bumped his nose against your cheek when you clipped his leash on.
"Eager today?" You asked cheerfully, bumping his shoulder playfully with your hip.
The two of you were quickly out the door and on your way to the park. Once you reached it, you closed your eyes and tilted your face towards the sun as you enjoyed the fresh breeze that carried the scent of freshly mowed grass and the sound of happy chatter from the other park goers.
You beamed at Tai as you started along the trail. He was pleased you were so happy. Even though he loved how you looked, you were always a bit shy about how you looked when you went out to the park with him. You had confided in him that the joggers on the trail made you a bit self-conscious. He saw your outfit and attitude today as a step in the right direction. You were just enjoying the nice day and a nice walk, nothing else.
After about an hour of walking, you settled onto a shaded bench, hoodie now tied around your waist by the sleeves due to the heat. Fanning yourself lightly, You sighed in relief.
"We should head home soon buddy, you must be dying in this heat!"
Tai could only pant in agreement, the heat seeping through his fur. Apparently, this breed thrived in colder climates. He perked up though when he saw an ice cream cart a few meters away. He grabbed the edge of your shirt and whined to get your attention.
You laughed and allowed him to lead you, confused but interested nonetheless. It quickly became apparent where he was taking you. You rolled your eyes and ruffled his fur on his head.
"You want a cold treat, huh bud? Fine. But only this once as a treat."
You smiled and walked over to the vendor and purchased a scoop of vanilla icecream for Tai and (Favorite flavor) for yourself. Content with your purchase, you hurried back to the bench. Tai was dancing from foot to foot, elated to be getting ice cream after such a long time without the frozen treat. It was just as heavenly as he remembered. Setting the paper bowl on the ground for him, you settled back on the bench and ate yours.
All was going fine until a jogger stopped in the shade nearby. You gave her a polite smile and she nodded in response. Her gaze was friendly enough until it drifted from your face to your frozen treat. She grimaced and looked you up and down before giving a disapproving tut and continuing on.
The sweet taste of the ice cream quickly began to become bitter in your mouth as her look of judgment flickered through your mind. You bit your lip as tears began to sting the corners of your eyes. Setting the bowl aside, you unknotted the hoodie from your waist and zipped it up to your chin. Tai was surprised to see your transformation when he looked up from his clean bowl.
Giving a tight smile, you threw away both paper bowls.
"I think we should head home, carebear. It's been a long day."
Tai trailed after you with uncertainty, not liking this muted version of the (y/n) he loved. You were subdued, smile there, but clearly fake. He quickly found the source of your discomfort when the original jogger passed with a friend, whispering about you and the ice cream. You wouldn't have been able to hear the cruel words, but being a dog did not afford Tai the same deafness. What he heard made him livid.
How dare they? How dare they talk about his gummy bear like that?! You were perfect to him and they were putting you down as if they had any right. He couldn't help the deep growl that left his throat as he bared his teeth at the two.
You whipped around at the sound, having never heard so much as a threatening whine from him before.
"Taishiro! What's gotten into you?" You worriedly tugged him away, hastily leading him back towards the apartment.
Once you reached home, you dropped to your knees in front of him, cupping his face with your hands as you looked him over.
"What happened there, bud? You doing okay?"
He was touched by your worry, but truly he was more worried about you. He knew you were never the most confident in yourself, so to see someone so cruelly tear that away from you made him angry. You deserved the world and he was not going to stand by while someone hurt you. He licked your cheek in an effort to calm you, reassuring you that he was alright now.
Throwing your arms around his neck, you happily buried your face in his shoulder, taking comfort in his soft warmth. After a few minutes of just snuggling against him, you stood and unclipped his leash.
"Go on bud, I'll be there in a sec."
You removed your shoes before heading to the kitchen. You fed Tai and hesitated in front of the fridge before going to your room. Tai was not going to let that slide. He quickly followed you and grabbed the edge of the hoodie to drag you back to the kitchen. Once you saw the destination, your face pinched in annoyance.
"it's okay Tai, I'm not hungry tonight. You eat up. I'm going to head for bed."
As you started to head for your room again, Tai once again snagged your jacket.
"Tai, I said drop it." Your tone was firm this time, not in the mood for his antics. He repeated it once more time, this time he growled to punctuate how serious he was taking this.
"Taishiro, let go. I am going to bed, and that's final."
When he held fast to the hoodie, you had had enough and unzipped the article of clothing. Letting it fall limp in his grip, you went to your room and closed the door, eliminating his chances of getting you out, what with the lack of thumbs.
Had you known how to speak dog, you would have heard some fairly colorful language on the other side of your door. You did your best to ignore it though and got ready for bed.
While Taishiro was impulsive and determined to solve problems, your stubbornness was easily a match for him. He paced anxiously in front of your door before he heard you rap your knuckles against your side. He waited for the telltale twist of the knob, but he was disappointed.
"Goodnight Carebear. I love you, be a good boy out there, alright?"
He was beyond frustrated now. You refused to listen to him and had isolated yourself with your thoughts and he couldn't get to you. He fumed silently, his heart breaking for you as he tried to come up with ways to encourage you to feel better about yourself. He eventually settled down with a discouraged huff and hoped he would have a clearer mind in the morning.
He did not end up sleeping until morning. In the late hours of the night, he woke to a strange feeling coursing through him. Tingles and warmth spread through his limbs like fire through his veins. He shut his eyes tightly as he weathered through the sensation. The last time he felt like this was when he was hit by that godforsaken animal quirk that got him into the whole mess.
Once it felt like it had reached its peak, it vanished altogether with a quiet pop. The relief was immediate. Tai carefully opened his eyes before pausing in confusion. The room looked completely different. He was seeing it from an all-new perspective. When he tried to move, he was stunned to discover the reason for his new line of sight. He was human again. He gasped and immediately pinched himself, pleased to find that this was not in fact a dream.
He was elated. However, something important had not come back with the transformation. His clothes were missing. He briefly considered waking you up to ask for help, but quickly vetoed that idea. That was a good way to traumatize you and get arrested. He decided his best choice was to call his agency. They had plenty of his spare costumes and clothes and were actually fairly close to your apartment.
He snagged your phone from where you had left it on the counter in your haste to escape to your room. He took a moment to marvel at the size difference between the two of you. Though he was in his skinny form, he had gotten to know you from the perspective of someone smaller than you so the shift in perspective was disconcerting.
The call to his agency took longer than he hoped it would. He had to give a short summary of what had happened before promising to give a full account the next day. It was tiring, but he was soon dressed and comfortable. He decided he would let you sleep and spring this whole thing on you at a much more decent hour.
~~~~~~~
Without any clue of the mess that was soon to be, you dragged yourself out of bed the next morning. You were decidedly crankier due to your favorite cuddle buddy being locked out of your room by yours truly. You were starting to regret your tantrum and resolved to yourself that you shouldn't have let the incident at the park get to you. Rubbing your eyes with a yawn, you stepped out into the living room only to freeze as a heavenly smell grabbed your senses. Picking up your hoodie from where Tai had left it by your door, you slipped it on and followed your nose to the kitchen.
You froze for the second time in the brief time you had been awake. There was a man in your kitchen. But not just any man, the man you had been crushing on since you had first seen him in action shortly after you had moved. Fat gum was in your kitchen, and... cooking breakfast?
You concluded that this was simply an elaborate dream and walked in to stand next to him.
"Whatever you're making smells amazing."
He turned around so quickly that you almost got whacked upside the head with a spatula.
"(y/n), gummy bear, you're awake!"
His smile was absolutely radiant and your cheeks quickly retaliated with a dusting of red.
"Y-yeah. Good morning. "
He pulled a chair out at the counter for you and you quickly complied, sitting and watching him with awe.
"I just made french toast. I hope you don't mind."
He placed a plate in front of you with the prettiest breakfast you had ever seen on it.
"Best dream ever," you mumbled to yourself before taking a bite, almost melting at the taste.
Tai grimaced and rubbed the back of his neck awkwardly.
"It's, uh, not a dream sugar. I'm actually here. Have been for a while actually. It's pretty hard to explain."
You listened patiently before shaking your head and pointing your fork at him.
"Yeah, no. There's no way this isn't a dream. There isn't a single realistic thing in this whole sequence. The man of my dreams makes me breakfast? Yeah, a nice domestic fantasy, but just that. A fantasy."
You made a vague gesture with the fork between the two of you.
"Besides, you are so far out of my league."
He frowned and stepped forward, flicking your forehead lightly.
"Now you cut that out. I am perfectly in your league. Don't you dare badmouth yourself again, honey."
You pouted and clutched your forehead in pain before realization started to dawn, pout fading into a look of pure shock.
"You can't feel pain in dreams..." you murmured absently.
"And I told you, it's not a dream. Now eat your breakfast and I'll explain."
You nodded dumbly and shoveled another forkful of the french toast into your mouth as Tai looked on encouragingly. He leaned on the counter.
"So, I was hit by a quirk roughly six months ago. This quirk was suped up on an experimental quirk enhancement drug. "
he frowned as he remembered getting caught in the blast of gas that had formed after the criminal's quirk went haywire.
"This quirk turned me and several others into animals. The pros tried everything and weren't able to reverse it. Those of us struck by it had to resolved ourselves to spending the rest of our lives as animals."
You nodded along, thoroughly invested in the story
"Eventually, we were relocated to a pet store for care from a trusted parent of one of the heroes hit by the quirk. You may know her as Inko Midoriya."
At this revelation, you nearly choked on your food.
"WAIT! YOU MEAN, ALL THIS TIME... you...My dog Tai, That was you?" Your voice rose in both pitch and volume as both horror and embarrassment took over.
Tai simply laughed and took your hands, rubbing soothing circles on the back of them.
"It's alright gummy bear, it all worked out. I wouldn't have wanted anyone else to have taken care of me in such a vulnerable state. Sorry if I scared you."
You looked from his hands holding yours to the yellow sleeves of your hoodie before you quickly snatched your hands back and buried your face into them.
Tai had the nerve to laugh.
"sorry to fluster you. But I'm glad I could finally tell you the truth."
He had to lean in close to hear your muffled response.
"My crush was my dog!" You wailed into your hands, face alight with a bright blush.
He carefully moved your hands away before tilting your chin up tenderly.
"We can talk about this later if you want, maybe over coffee?"
You looked at him in disbelief.
"Are, are you asking me on a date?"
He grinned and kissed your nose.
"I most certainly am. I'd be a fool to not after all the time I've spent falling in love with you."

tears of gold | the aftermath.

pairing: min yoongi x reader fandom: bts warnings: anxiety ; depression genre: angst ; fluff word count: 3.3k+ previous: x
summary: if yoongi had a super power, it would be to turn back time and undo his past mistakes.
a/n: tumblr, you better not do me dirty again, let ME POST THIS NOW.

This started out as a very normal day on tour.
Yoongi got woken up by his alarm at 6 in the morning, turning it off with a heavy sigh before lying on his back and staring up at the ceiling through the darkness of the room. As always, his first thoughts were about his daughter, hoping that she was doing okay, that she was healthy and happy. Then his thoughts drifted to you, hoping that you were better off now that you were away from him.
It's been two years since Hoseok had told him that he had spotted you out on the streets with his child and back then, he had done everything he could to track you down, only to find out from one of your old friends that you had decided to move out of the country.
And he didn't know where to.
Two years of the never ending wondering where you were, sadness about the what-could-have-been, disappointment in himself, all the while pretending he was still the same bubbly Suga that fans loved so much.
One of those days, he wouldn't be able to put on the facade anymore.
Finally, he slipped out of bed and under the shower, getting ready within ten minutes, before joining the others for breakfast.
He got himself a plate, sat down and continued his morning like he always did, his thoughts slowly managing to focus on the performance today.
Until Namjoon said something that made him freeze, a cold shiver running down his spine, because he hadn’t expected to hear that name being said out loud ever again.
“What the hell?” he turned the flyer in his hand around, his eyes widening, before reading what was on it: “Join (Y/N) (Y/L/N) for the reading of her bestseller that captivated the hearts of millions.”
It got very quiet for a moment, everyone that was sitting at the table stopped eating and now stared at Namjoon, but he stared at Yoongi.
“I thought (Y/N) was in management?”
“The (Y/N)? Yoongi hyung's ex girlfriend?”
“She's an author now?”
“She moved here?”
Question after question was being thrown around a moment later, but Yoongi couldn't do anything other than stare at your smiling face printed on the flyer.
You looked so happy, your eyes literally sparkling and your posture screaming nothing but confidence.
Had it really only been three years? Because looking at you on that flyer now made it seem like it’s been over twenty..
Hoseok was the first to clear his throat, knowing more than the others did, “Doesn't really matter, right? They broke up, I don't think that it's any of our business.”
Even if they were all curious, a look at Yoongi, whose head was hanging so low that nobody could see his face through his long strands of hair, was enough for them all to return to eating quietly.
No matter how long it's been, he was clearly still struggling, they all knew that. They had tried to help, had done everything in their power, but at one point, there was nothing left to do for them. None of them could truly help.
Nevertheless, Namjoon left the flyer on the table as he and the others got up to go back to their rooms to get their things before they had to leave for the venue and Yoongi couldn't help but to reach for it and stare at it for a long time, his fingertips running over your printed face.
“You look beautiful,” he whispered to himself.
And once again, he got reminded of just how much he missed you. Your face, your touch, your lips against his. Everything about you, he missed, yearned for.
So even though it was a bad idea for both parties and his mental health, he made the decision to go there, hoping that he’d get to see a glimpse of his daughter from afar.

The room filled up within the first ten minutes until there was absolutely no seat left.
You truly hadn't expected so many to turn up, but looking at the crowd of so many clutching your book to their chests with a happy and excited smile on their face made you once again realize of just how good of an idea it had been to write down your struggles and thoughts, knowing that so many could relate and connect with you like that.
“Are you ready?” your agent placed her hand on your lower back, “They're all waiting for you.”
“I'm nervous,” you admitted.
“That's normal. But you'll do great. Just read the passages that we've talked about, don't think too much about it.”
And while you and your agent discussed some final things before you’d go on stage, Yoongi managed to sneak in and stand at the very back, his eyes immediately scanning the room in hopes of seeing a little girl, but there was none.
Just.. fans.
You had fans now.
A part of him was so proud of you, of what you had achieved after everything that he had put you through. But that other part hated him for that exact reason.
“Please welcome (Y/N) (Y/L/N).”
Your name made him snap out of his thoughts, his breath getting stuck in his throat when you stepped out on that stage and he swore that for a moment, the world stopped spinning. He couldn't hear the claps and screams anymore, it was as if everything blurred except for you on that stage, smiling so happily and carefree, even if you seemed a little nervous.
You looked gorgeous.
Your hair had grown a little, but it suited you so well. You wore a blue dress, one of his favorite colors on you, with black heels that he loved so much. And like when he saw you on that flyer, all the feelings for you that had never vanished came crashing back down and all he could think about was: ‘I love you so much.. even after all this time.’
“Uh, thank you all for coming here, I really didn't expect so many of you to show up,” you chuckled nervously and sat down, grabbing your book from the floor, “If you read my book – which I assume you did, since you showed up here today – then you know how much it means to me. Sharing it with the world and reaching so many of you that have been or are in the same boat as I used to be in... if I was able to help even one of you with it, then I've achieved everything I wanted.”
Another round of claps echoed through the room, Yoongi's eyebrows furrowing as he shifted his weight from one foot to the other.
Maybe he should have read up on what the book was about.
Probably would have been a good idea.
Because he really wasn't prepared for what he heard once you started reading.
“I used to think that my live was perfect. Perfect job, perfect friends, perfect family, perfect partner. There was not a single thing in my life that I had wanted to change at the time. I was living in a bubble with nothing but happiness and bliss. A bubble that I wasn't prepared to burst.. ever. But that's what happened when the pregnancy test showed two lines. That day, time stopped for a very long time. I truly thought that my life was over when these two lines appeared. It's not that I wasn't well off financially, or that I had parents who would disapprove. It's just that I wasn't ready to be a mother yet. The thought of taking care of something so precious and raising them to be the best possible version of themselves, that was something that scared the living shit out of me. It paralyzed me to the point where when I walked out of the bathroom that day, I was just the shell of my former happy self. I knew I had to tell my partner right away, was expecting him to put his arm around my shoulder and tell me that everything would be alright. That he'd be with me and that we'd raise this child together, that no matter what, I wouldn't be alone in this,” you stopped for a moment to gulp down hard, then you looked up at the crowd with tears in your eyes, “But I was.”
The more you read, the weaker Yoongi's legs became.
This was about him.
“I gave him an ultimatum that one day. That if he didn't want the child now that he'd never get another chance at being a father again. Even if I wasn't ready for the baby, I never would have abandoned it. But he did. He abandoned her before she was even born. He walked out that day and I was completely alone.”
When the world started spinning around Yoongi, he took a step back until he hit the cold window, trying to regain control over his body and emotions.
“The following weeks were the worst of my life. I didn't feel alive anymore, despite the life inside of me growing. I didn't feel anything, gave up on crying eventually, stopped eating and just didn't function properly anymore. Anxiety and depression consumed me, I was feeling worthless and unloved and nothing could fix it. No matter what I did, no matter who tried to help me. That continued on until I went for my first ultrasound appointment,” despite the tear that rolled out of your eye, you smiled, “I've never heard anything more beautiful than that sound. The heartbeat of my child. Beating so strong and loudly, despite me taking so little care of myself. I sobbed my eyes out that day, kept apologizing to the screen, to my baby and made a promise that day to take better care of myself to take care of the baby. The baby, that was so strong, even when I couldn't be. But I wanted to be. I wanted to be strong for her and so I made a decision that day. I became the mother that I wanted my child to have. A strong one. I changed my number and I moved, I started a new life, far away from the man that promised me the world but threw me away the moment that his idea of the future got destroyed. I was done crying over someone that treated me like trash, that treated my child – our child – like trash. So I regained control over my life again, saw a therapist to talk about my issues and by the time that my daughter was born, I could hold her in my arms with the happiest of smiles and say: I love you and I'm so glad you're in this world. I’m so glad that I get to call you my daughter.”
At that point, Yoongi was silently crying, biting down so hard on his lip as to not make a sound and alert anyone of what was going on that it started to bleed.
“I raised my daughter on my own and I couldn't be prouder of who she is today. This beautiful bundle of pure joy and happiness that loves with all her heart. I did that. I didn't need her father and she didn't either. Him leaving us was so hard at first, but it made me so strong, it made our bond so strong. But I guess, if I could say one thing to him now..-”
Yoongi hadn’t expected you to spot him in that moment, but maybe you had seen him from the very beginning and had only waited until now to acknowledge him.
You weren’t surprised to see him here, you had heard that BTS was in town and since he had tried to contact you for so long after your break-up, you had assumed that he'd come by.
But you were still composed, were smiling at him, very softly, actually. Something that he hadn’t expected, “I forgive you.”
When you closed your book and signaled the crowd that the reading was over, everyone got up and clapped, but you still stared at Yoongi.
You meant what you said.
You were done being angry and disappointed. You had grown as a person and had decided that you'd rather spend your days surrounding yourself with things and people that made you happy, than hold a grudge over people from the past, that including Yoongi.
People started to line up after the reading was done for the signing of your books that came afterwards. Many of the ones that came told you just how much your book had helped them on their journeys, knowing that they weren't alone and that this feeling of hopelessness would go away once they realized they were so strong and just how much stronger they could be for their child.
It took a while, but eventually, the room started to clear, until there was only one more person, still standing at the same exact spot as before.
“Uh.. do you want me to..-?” your agent asked, but you shook your head.
“It’s alright. I will see at the office tomorrow.”
She hesitated for a moment, but then she nodded and walked away. Whoever this person was, the way you looked at him made her believe that you two had a lot to discuss.
You took a few deep breaths to prepare yourself for what was coming, then you got up and walked over to him, smiling as softly as before, “It's been a few years, hasn't it?”
“Three years, two months and one week,” he said without having to think twice about it. He remembered when he made the biggest mistake of his life.
He would forever remember that day.
You watched him for a moment, cocking your head to the side, before your smile dropped, “I wish I could say you look good, but.. you don’t, Yoongi.”
“You do,” Yoongi nodded, “You always did.”
You brushed over your dress, almost lovingly, before you said: “Thank you.”
Yoongi had so many questions and so many things to say and ask, but the most pressing thing was: “Is.. she here?”
“No. She's with my mother.”
His shoulders dropped in disappointment, “Ah.. I see.”
You knew that he regretted his decision, despite never having read his messages since you had blocked his number soon after the break-up and then having gotten another number altogether. But your friends had told you about how often he stopped by their places in hopes of you being there or them telling him about you and your daughter.
“I've worked very hard for the last years, Yoongi. To raise my child, but also to become the woman that I am today. I've grown. And I've.. been thinking a lot. What I said before, about me forgiving you. I mean that.”
“Why, though?” it’s not like he deserved it.
“Because even after everything that happened between us... you gave me the most beautiful gift I could have asked for. And if I had to go through all that pain again, just to hold her in my arms eventually, I would.”
“I’m sorry,” he shook his head, pressing his eyes shut before more tears could escape them, “I’m so sorry, (Y/N).”
“Don’t be,” you put your hand on his shoulder and waited for him to look at you, before you said: “I’m happy now, Yoongi. We both are. What’s done is done and there’s nothing we can do to change it.”
You didn’t say anything else after that, just gave him one last smile before disappearing.
At first he thought about running after you, but you had forgiven him and that is much more than he deserved. He couldn’t really ask for anything else, could he?
But someone else? Maybe.

Two days later, Yoongi was packing up his suitcase, ready to fly back to Seoul to return to his daily routine, when someone entered his hotel room.
“Hey hyung,” Namjoon smiled a little, “You got a second?”
“Almost ready,” Yoongi said in a small voice.
“Yeah, about that,” Namjoon opened up his suitcase again when Yoongi had closed it and pressed something into his hands, making sure he was holding whatever it was tightly, “Why don't you take a few more days off to relax? I think this city would do you some good.”
And with a wink, he left, Yoongi spotting Hoseok leaning against the doorframe, smiling encouragingly at Yoongi
He didn't know what he meant. It was only when he unfolded the piece of paper that his legs gave in and he had to sit down for a moment.

“Namjoon?” your eyes widened, a huge smile spreading on your lips as you embraced him without thinking twice, “What are you doing here? And Hoseok too? You guys!”
“Hoseok hyung told me.. well.. everything. We wanted to hear your story and wanted to apologize for everything. If we had known sooner, maybe we could have helped.”
“No, don't blame yourselves. Yoongi is his own person, he made that decision himself.”
“That.. is actually another thing that we wanted to talk to you about,” Hoseok sighed heavily, “We would never ask you to give him another chance, not after everything. But.. would it be too much to ask you to let him meet her? Just... once?”
That question caught you off-guard, Namjoon quickly adding: “You can say no if you're uncomfortable with it, of course!”
It was something that you had thought about a lot over the course of the last years. Would it be so bad if he met her? Just once? Or if you sent him a picture of her, at least? If not for his sake, then for hers? You were raising her on your own and you didn’t need a man to help you, but the older she got, the more questions she had about why she didn’t have a dad.
If he really had changed..-
You were quiet for a long time, before saying: “I promised myself I would never let him see her when he walked out that day. But the older I get and the older she gets, the more I think about it... if it really were so bad if he met her just once.. if maybe they could have a relationship, even when we couldn't.”
“It's your decision just how far you want this to go, we're just asking you for letting him meet her once.. just to see her face, so he doesn't have to imagine it anymore.”

With the piece of paper in which your address was scribbled on clutched tightly in his hand, Yoongi pressed the doorbell with a shaking hand, his breathing uneven and his legs wobbly.
He didn't know what to expect. Three hours ago, he hadn't expected any of this to happen, so now he wasn't able to wrap his mind around it that it was actually happening. That he would meet the girl that was on his mind constantly for the last three years.
Once again, he was face to face with you, the one he called the love of his life once.
And a moment later a little girl squeezed herself through your legs, looking at him with the same eyes that he found himself looking at when he looked in the mirror, only a lot more alive and happier.
“Hello, mister. I'm Dae!” she introduced herself without hesitation and a beaming smile.
Yoongi couldn't help but let out a happy laugh, all the tension easing for a moment.
What would happen after today? Only time could tell. But for today, you would let them have this. And maybe you did this as much for him as you did for yourself.
To finally find real closure to all this.

a/n: hi! it’s been a year since i’ve updated! this has been a long time coming and im sorry for taking so long but i have a love/hate relationship with this story. it kinda got a mind of its own and turned into a vmin love story instead of jungkook, which is why there’s a JJK version. as sad as I am to see this end, it feels like there’s a weight off my shoulders. thank you to everyone who read it and commented, it means the world to me. I love you all!
date: November 15, 2020

“She’s so tiny!” You coo as you hold baby Eun-ji in your arms three months later. Jungsook hadn’t wanted too many people around the baby, but now that she was older and had some vaccines under her belt, she allowed you all to visit.
You rocked the infant in your arms, your chest filling with warmth as your eyes shined with giddiness. Jimin smiles as Taehyung wraps an arm around his waist, pulling him flush against his side.
They both watched you gush over the infant, looking at each other before blushing. Maybe someday the three of you would be parents as well.
This was the first time all of you had been in the same room together, and Jungkook was surprised he wasn’t upset at seeing the three of you together. If anything, it made him happy to see all of you.
“Here,” you whisper as you turn to Jimin, passing him baby Eun-ji. He holds her, cooing at her as a bright smile appears on his lips as he looks from Eun-ji to Taehyung.
“She’s beautiful,” he murmurs as he rocks her in his arms, singing softly to her before looking up to take a picture. He then passes the baby to Taehyung, who lights up like a Christmas tree.
“She’s so tiny and cute,” he chuckles as he looks at Jimin. “I love her already.”
You all laugh, taking pictures of each other holding the baby before Jungkook gets a turn. He sits on the rocking chair, scared he may actually drop her, but you reassure him he won’t as you kneel in front of him.
“You’re doing well, Kookie. Relax,” you murmur as you look at Eun-Ji then up at him. He smiles softly at you, mouthing thanks as he goes back to gently rocking the baby. You place your hands on his knees, watching the baby squirm in his arms, and your heart feels like it’s going to burst from happiness.
“Jungkook’s a natural,” Jin chuckles from his spot beside Jungsook, who nods in agreement.
Jungkook holds her a little longer before handing her off to you. He looks at Taehyung and Jin asking, “ready?”
“Yeah, I just need to get my toolbox from the garage,” Jin says as his two friends follow him out of the room to the garage.
“Oh, she’s so adorable!” you gush as you coo at Eun-Ji, her small hand gripping your pinky as you take a seat in the rocking chair. Jung-sook hovers nearby, smiling but apprehensive despite knowing you’d never drop her child.
“She is, isn’t she?” Jimin whispers as he wraps his arm around you as you hold the baby, rocking her gently. Taehyung walks by the doorway on his way to the nursery, a smile on his lips as he watches the two of you, having held the baby first and longer than the both of you. His heart skips a beat as he watches the two of you with baby Eun-Ji. Jin appears behind him, placing a hand on his shoulder, “it’ll happen for you.”
Jungkook watches the exchange, smiling. He’s genuinely happy for the three of you, no longer holding malice for the way things ended. He realized the three of you belonged together. Who was he to stand in the way of that?
“Would you mind watching her so I can shower? I promise I’ll be quick,” Jungsook pleads and you nod, telling her to take her time. She thanks you before she makes a mad dash for the bathroom, the door shutting after her.
“She’s such a cutie,” Jimin coos, squatting beside you to get a better look at the baby. His heart thumps erratically in his chest. Was this in your future with them?
Jimin hoped so.
“Do you want to hold her?” You ask him, he looks at you nervously before nodding. You carefully rise from the chair, telling him to have a seat before you place the baby in his arms.
“She’s so little,” he whispers, his eyes on the baby’s face before he looks up at you with a dazzling smile.
“Do you want kids?” You find yourself asking as you take a seat on the bed.
“Someday,” Jimin grins. “Do you?”
“Yeah, someday,” you mirror his smile as you take a seat on the bed. You watch Jimin rock the baby in his arms, softly singing to her.
“Someday.”

“I’ll get it!” You called as you ran down the hallway toward the front door.
“I wasn’t rushing to get it,” Jungkook chuckles from his spot on the couch as you open the door with a smile on your face.
“Jimin! Tae! You’re actually on time!” You exclaim as you let them in.
“You know, we’re not always late,” Jimin huffs as he takes a seat on the couch beside Jungkook.
“Yeah, Jimin managed to get out of bed today,” Taehyung teases as he wraps an arm around your shoulders to pull you to his side.
“Anyway, the rest of the guys should be here soon. Jungsook is staying behind with baby Eun-ji, but Jin said he’d definitely be here,” Jungkook interrupts, you nod as you and Tae go to the kitchen to grab the menus.
“Pick something while I finish setting up,” you hand the menus to Jimin and Jungkook as you go to your bedroom to grab a few blankets and cushions.
“Can you bring my blanket too?!” Jungkook yells from the living room. You roll your eyes but stop in his bedroom to grab his blanket before making your way to the living room. You toss everything on the recliner before handing Jungkook his blanket, which he thanks you for as you place the blankets on the floor in front of the TV.
The door opens and in come Hoseok, Yoongi and Namjoon. You greet them all as they pile into the living room to pick their seats. Taehyung offers to grab the snacks from the kitchen as the door opens one more time as Jin walks in.
“Hey,” he smiles brightly as he shuts the door after him, taking a seat beside Yoongi.
“Hey, glad you could make it,” Jungkook smiles as you take your seat beside him.
Namjoon looks over at the two of you, smiling to himself. He’s glad all of you could finally hang out all together with no tension. He wasn’t sure that would ever happen again, and the rest of his friends all felt the same way.
Yoongi looks at Namjoon, elbowing him in the ribs, “quit staring. You’re gonna make it weird, and I just got here.”
“I’m not staring… I’m admiring.”
“You’re gonna admire my foot in your ass if you make things weird,” Yoongi hisses in response.
“Kinky,” Hoseok smirks. Namjoon rolls his eyes.
“What are you guys whispering about?” Jin asks as he lays down across Yoongi’s lap. Yoongi resists the urge to push him off, noting how tired the eldest man looks. Instead, he runs his fingers through his hair. Jin sighs, “I’m so tired.”
“Sleep,” Jimin tells him. You nod in agreement.
“Nah, I’m good.” Jin yawns within a few minutes, he’s sound asleep.
Jungkook turns the volume down a bit, as to not wake him as the rest of you continue to talk in quiet voices, ordering dinner.
“How about next time, we do it at our house?” Taehyung asks tentatively.
Jungkook’s brows furrow, voice soft as he asks, “what’s wrong with my house?”
Taehyung’s eyes widened, “n-nothing! Nothing, we just haven’t been able to host since…”
Jimin clears his throat awkwardly, looking at you.
“That’s a good idea! We can all take turns hosting,” Hoseok pipes in with a grin, Taehyung sends him a grateful smile.
“Oh yeah, that sounds good,” Namjoon agrees and Yoongi nods beside him. Jungkook nods, finally agreeing. You’re glad an argument hasn’t broken out; things were still rocky but were on the road to improvement.

“Are you sleeping over this weekend?” Taehyung asked as he held your right hand while Jimin held your left, the three of you making your way down the driveway. You move to stand beside their car by the passenger door.
Jimin places his hands on your hips, pulling you into him. His lips brush the sensitive skin of your neck, “we miss you.”
“I miss you too,” you admit, reaching out for Taehyung.
Your lips meet Tae’s, kissing him before kissing Jimin. A gasp escapes your lips when Jimin nips at your bottom lip, tugging it before stepping back with a smirk.
Your fingers press against your lips, heat rushing to your cheeks, “Jimin!”
“Sorry, I couldn’t resist.” he apologizes with a giggle.
Taehyung chuckles, his arms wrapping around you to hold you tight. He kisses your cheeks, then your nose and finally your lips, “I love you.”
“I love you too,” you say, kissing him once again. He steps closer, his body pressed against yours as your back meets the car door. His hands cup your face, holding you as your fingers embed themselves in his hair, tugging it.
“Fuck,” he curses, kissing you deeper. His lips trail kisses to your jaw and down to your neck, where he nips at the flesh.
You melt beneath his touch, your body burning with desire.
“Alright, lovebirds. We gotta go before you fuck her on the car,” Jimin interrupts and you smile, shaking your head.
“Like you haven’t done that before,” you state with a smug smile.
Jimin steps closer to you, Tae steps aside. The dark look in Jimin’s eyes sends a tremor down your spine and excitement fills your stomach.
“I’ll do it again, baby. Don’t tempt me,” you bite your lip at his words.
Jimin smirks, his fingers gripping your chin to get you to meet his gaze, “would you like that? Would you like me to bend you over the hood of the car? Spread you open for me while I get on my knees to eat you out until you’re fucking my face? Do you want all the neighbors to hear you screaming my name as I bury my cock in that tight cunt? Fucking you until you cum wrapped around me and fall on the hood?”
Taehyung’s gaze darkens, swallowing thickly as he watches the both of you. Your eyes glazed with lust, nodding at Jimin with a pleading look.
“Too bad we have to go home, princess.” Jimin lets you go, grinning madly as he kisses your cheek and goes around to the driver’s side to get in the car.
You look at him, mouth agape.
Taehyung chuckles, kissing your forehead, “goodnight, baby. We’ll text you when we get home. Love you.”
“Love you,” you respond as you move aside to let him get in the car. You wave as they leave, turning to go back inside, flustered. Damn your tease of a boyfriend.
“You okay?” Jungkook asks as he finishes cleaning up the living room. You blanched, nodding as you step out of his way, following him to the kitchen.
“Yeah, just tired. I would have helped you clean,” you say as you take a seat at the dining table.
“It wasn’t much, Namjoon helped.”
You nod as you get up to open the door for him to throw the trash out. You look up at the moon. You wrap your arms around yourself.
“It’s so beautiful,” you whisper.
Jungkook looks at you, your face illuminated by the full moon. He swallows, clearing his throat before muttering a “yeah.”
You’re silent for a moment, “do you regret it?”
Jungkook’s brows raise, “w-what?”
“Do you regret ever getting involved with me?” You ask, looking away from him. He shoves his hands in the pockets of his sweatpants. He bites his bottom lip; he’s not sure what to say.
“You can be honest, you know. I know what I did to you, Jimin, and Tae was shitty…”
Jungkook still hesitates.
“Forget I said anything,” you apologize after. Inhaling deeply before turning to head back inside the house.
“I do. I did…” Jungkook finally admits.
You turn to face him, your heart sinking in your chest. Jungkook avoids your gaze, turning to look at the moon instead.
“I wish... I wish we had just left it as friends. Or at least just fucked to get it out of our systems. I don’t know, Y/n. I just…”
You wait for him to continue.
“I just wish things could have been different. Maybe if we hadn’t wanted more, we could have been best friends.” You nod.
“Don’t get me wrong though,” he says. “We’re still friends, but there’s a lingering ache whenever I see you. Knowing what we were and what we had... what we could have been...” Jungkook shakes his head, he would not delve back into those useless thoughts. “It’s better this way though, in a way. At least I know we wouldn’t have amounted too much…”
You wrap your arms around yourself.
“I knew all this pursuing you though, so I guess that’s my own fault. However, I am happy for you. You’re happy with them and they’re happy with you. Everyone can see how much you all love each other, and that alone is enough for me. Make each other as happy as possible, love each other deeply and take care of each other. That’s all I can ask of you now. You deserve happiness.”
“Jungkook…”
“Come on, it’s late. Let’s go inside.”
You blink, agreeing as you follow him back inside. You grab him by the arm, making him turn to look at you.
“For what it’s worth, you deserve happiness as well.”
Jungkook bites his lip, nodding before leaving you alone in the kitchen. The door of his bedroom slams shortly after.
It was going to take a lot of work to mend your relationship with him, but with everything out in the air, you were sure you could fix it… or at least make it more bearable for the both of you.

“You couldn’t have come out sooner?” Taehyung complains as Jungkook comes out of the house, rolling his eyes.
“I wanted to see how long it’d take you to come get me,” Jungkook shrugs as he helps Taehyung move your mattress out of the moving truck.
“You’re evil,” Taehyung huffs as the two of them walk past you and Jimin to get into the house.
“I don’t know why you need your mattress,” Jimin says as he walks to the moving truck to grab a box to carry inside.
“To put in the spare room for now, plus I like it,” you tell him as you follow him inside where Jungkook is waiting on Taehyung to recover from his exertion. The mattress blocks the hallway. Jungkook points at Tae, “his fault.”
“Get it out of my hall, please,” Jimin demands before walking past them with his box. You follow him to your bedroom. Boxes litter your floor, most of them being clothing. You had mainly used the bedroom as a closet, deciding to sleep with your boyfriends in the other room instead.
It had been six months, and as your relationship with them grew more serious, you found it easier on you and them if you moved in. It was hard to sleep without them every night and Jungkook had noticed your restlessness, the sad look in your eyes when you’d go to bed after wishing them goodnight.
In fact, he was the one who suggested you move in with them, not wanting to see you, his friend, so despondent after they left for the night. Jimin and Taehyung had agreed excitedly, and now Jungkook was helping you move into their home.
“Alright, there are a few more boxes and then we’re returning the truck,” Jungkook informs you as he pops his head into your room, where you’re ripping the tape off a box.
“Thanks! Don’t forget, we’re doing movie night at 7.” You remind him and he nods.
“I gotta go home to shower, but I’ll be back,” Jungkook waves before he goes back outside to unload the truck with Jimin and Taehyung. You can hear them laughing and joking around when they come back inside, depositing your boxes in your room.
“Come on, Tae. We gotta take the truck back and I need you to drive my car.”
“Do I have to?” Tae pouts as he wipes the sweat from his brow.
“Yes, you do.” Jungkook throws Taehyung over his shoulder, waving at you and Jimin as Tae admits defeat and doesn’t struggle at all to get out of Jungkook’s hold.
You shake your head at their shenanigans, thankful they’ve gotten back to that level of friendship once again.

That night, you’re curled up in bed with Taehyung. His lips gently kissing yours as his hand cups your cheek. The two of you waiting on Jimin to get out of the shower, exhausted from hosting movie night. You were all thankful to be in bed rather early.
That was mostly because of Jungsook, Jin, and Eun-Ji having to go home. You had spent most of the night cooing and holding Eun-Ji, helping her stand, and to your surprise, she took her first steps in the living room, making everyone cheer.
Your heart had filled with warmth at the scene, wondering what it would be like to see your own child do that.
“What are you thinking about?” Taehyung asks, noting the distracted way in which you kiss him back.
“Our future,” you admit with a shy smile.
“What about it?” Jimin asks as he enters the bedroom with his hair damp and a towel wrapped around his waist.
“I just wonder what it holds for us. I want to be with both of you forever,” you tell them as Jimin sits beside you, cupping your face to kiss you before kissing Taehyung.
“I’m both of yours forever,” he assures you, kissing you both again.
“So am I,” Taehyung agrees easily, sealing his words with a kiss to you and Jimin. You grab both of their hands, promising yourself to them forever as well.
“Forever,” Jimin loves the sound of that, grinning as he kisses Taehyung deeply, then you. His towel comes undone, falling to the floor as Taehyung and Jimin climb over you, both kissing your body. Soft moans escape you, your fingers weaving in their hair as you try to hold them in place.
Taehyung claims your lips, holding you tight as Jimin kisses his way down your body. A delighted sigh escaped your lips, not too long after as your legs are spread and placed over his shoulders; one of your hands embedded in his hair.
Taehyung smirks. You’re so overwhelmed by their love, it fuels a fire deep inside you as you kiss Taehyung. His soft lips move perfectly with yours, capturing each of the moans that Jimin draws from you.
His heart beats in tandem with yours, each of his kisses a promise to love the two of you for as long as he shall live.
Taehyung’s eyes meet yours, his sincerity obvious as he whispers, “forever.”

honeymoon stage
genre: fluff, smut :)
pairing: jisoo x reader
anon: So, hello big fan of your work 👀 when you have the time could you write a scenario with the next prompt? Reader and Jisoo on their wedding night. Reader has had sex before, but Jisoo is a virgin and she's extremely nervous but reader make everything soft and nice
A/N: hi anon, thank you for your patience! i hope you like it :>
-
In this moment, there was nothing else you could ask for.
Looking at your fiancee- no, your wife now, made your heart swell with happiness. Jisoo was beaming as she spoke with all of her friends and family, her white dress looking as beautiful on her as she had hoped, and then some.
Everyone was congratulating you, patting you on the back, your friends practically complaining about how beautiful Jisoo was, and how lucky you were to be able to take her home.
You agreed. You were the luckiest person in the world, and as you watched her enjoy your guys’ special night, you couldn’t wipe your goofy smile off your face.
Away from the bustling crowd hopping around on the dance floor, you stood at the bar, chatting with the bartender as you grabbed a drink for you and your already buzzed wife.
“So, Casanova,” your best friend came up to you, smacking your shoulder, “are you ready for the after party?”
You nearly choked on your drink as you turned to stare at them. “The after party?” You scoffed, “This is the after party. Dude, I swear, you better not have-”
Your best friend laughed, shaking their head at your blatant obliviousness. “No, you dummy. You and Ms. Kim-Y/L/N’s private after party.”
You pause to process what they had just said. A private after party? With Jisoo. Your ears quickly turned a bright pink.
“What!” You shook your head, “Get away from me, nasty-”
“Oh, don’t be such a child, y/n! You don’t have to hide it. We’re adults now. I know you’ve done it.” Your best friend seems so nonchalant as they call out an order for a drink. Meanwhile, you stand there, dumbfounded.
Yeah, you have done it. Just not with Jisoo.
It was something you didn’t want to bring up. That was private information between the two of you, after all- you weren’t very proud of your past hook-up experiences, though you weren’t ashamed either. When Jisoo came along, you didn’t want that same thing to happen again. When you two talked it out, you learned that Jisoo was abstinent, and that was of no concern to you. You saw a future with this woman, and you wouldn’t let something as small as physical touch ruin that.
Your best friend must have thought you were daydreaming about what was to come, because they were bent over their knees laughing when you snapped out of your daze. With a huff of annoyance, you flinched at them and threatened to spill their drink. “You are so nasty, go away,” you shoo them off just as you turn to make eye contact with a beautiful woman in white across the room.
Jisoo smiles a warm smile at you. Her arms are stretched out in the middle of the dance floor, and you nearly throw your glass to the side to rush into her arms, slow dancing in each other’s embrace.
-
You were thankful that you and Jisoo opted to stay at the resort the night of your wedding. You two would’ve been far too exhausted to go home, what with all the dancing and drinking that was going on around you.
With Jisoo in your arms, typical bridal style, you carry her down the spacious hallways, the two of you giggling like children with silly crushes. You stop at your door that she then unlocks, and you were able to swoop her through the doorway.
“Tonight was fun,” you grin as she cups your face and pulls you into a kiss. Jisoo smiles against your lips.
“It was fun, wife.”
The grin on your face is smug, and you don’t let Jisoo go yet. You stood with her in your embrace, peppering her with small kisses as she laughed and squished your face.
“Shall we change out of these suffocating clothes, my love?”
Jisoo nods without hesitation. “Yes, please. This dress of mine isn’t as comfortable as it is beautiful.”
“Beauty hurts, baby,” you chuckle as you gently set her down on the bed, “want me to help you out of it?”
She turns to expose her back, giving you a soft smile as she does so, “Yes please.”
You trace your hands along Jisoo’s shoulders and give her a kiss on the nape of her neck. You undo the hook on the top of her dress and proceed to unzip the back of her dress, enough so that she can slip out of it with ease.
“There you go,” you give her another kiss on her shoulder. She smiles at you, and you turn your back to get out of your own clothes as well. You undo every hook, unzip every zipper, until it flops to the floor and you’re simply left in your undergarments.
Before you can reach to grab your clothes hanging from the closet, you feel soft hands snake around your abdomen.
You turn your head and peek at Jisoo behind you, who is now letting her fingers drag along your stomach, humming and smiling against your skin.
“You looked so good tonight, baby.” She kisses you just as you did her, “I couldn’t keep my eyes off of you for more than a minute.”
You laugh, covering her hands with yours to bring them up to kiss her knuckles. “I could say the same to you,” you turn around. Your cheeks suddenly burst with pink at the sight of Jisoo in nothing but her bra and panties as well; no matter how many times you’ve seen her this way, it never failed to fluster you.
You let out a deep breath, sighing at the sight before you. You see the small curve of Jisoo’s lips, the dust of pink across her cheeks as her hands ghost the skin of your hips.
Gently, you take her wrists and do her the favor of pressing her palms to you. Her eyes dart up to look at you, but all she sees is the darkness of your eyes as you gaze at her through your hair.
“You can touch me, Jisoo.” You whisper as you draw closer to her, your hand curving around her neck. The subtle roughness of your skin gives her goosebumps.
“I’m yours, you know.” You smile at her.
In all your time with Jisoo, you both have never gone farther than soft make-outs and cuddling. Whenever there was the urge, you would pull away, as would she, and respect her wishes to wait.
Jisoo always appreciated your acknowledgement of her boundaries. Even she would sometimes have a hard time of pulling away, but right now, as she let her eyes wander over your lack of clothing, still intoxicated by both alcohol and the happiness of finally claiming you as hers... she didn’t want to stop herself anymore.
She began to lean in, slowly. You took the liberty of meeting her halfway, pulling her to your lips and playing with her hair behind her neck.
Jisoo’s lips were soft against yours. She sighed into your kiss, letting her hands move upwards from your stomach to you shoulders until she could pull you into her arms.
The kiss that began as soft and loving quickly changed into something more. Jisoo’s embrace tightened, your bodies so flushed together that you could feel every twitch of her body, every breath that she would take. Your hands found themselves tangling into Jisoo’s hair, gently twirling her locks between your fingers.
You wanted Jisoo closer, closer than you had her right now, closer than you ever have. With a quick motion, your hands move to the backs of her thighs and lift her up, her instinctively wrapping her legs around your hips. Jisoo doesn’t stop kissing you. She gasps, surprised at your sudden change, but you claim her lips once again before she can say anything.
One of your arms holds her in place while the other traces along her spine. She shivers against you, a whimper slipping from her mouth to yours.
There’s something different about Jisoo tonight. She knows it herself, because she lets go of your neck to reach behind her back, unclasping her bra herself.
That’s when your eyes shoot wide open. You look at her, eyebrows raised, and look into her eyes.
“Baby... are you sure?” You ask, your voice coming out a bit quieter than you meant to, “You- you don’t have to-”
“It’s okay,” Jisoo breathes out. She tosses her bra onto the floor and places her arms back around your neck. Your entire body freezes when she presses into you again, your heart races more than it ever has. Jisoo is still shy, you can tell by the way she’s refusing to make eye contact with you.
You want her to feel comfortable. You want her to feel loved across every inch of her body. Taking slow steps over to the bed, you lay her down, following her lips as you did so.
You couldn’t stop your wandering eyes as Jisoo now laid before you, nearly bare, her eyes so intensely looking at you. Nervousness filled your entire body. You wanted this moment to be special for Jisoo. For the both of you.
When you gently brushed her hair from her face, you saw how her doe eyes gazed at you, how her eyebrows were tensed in the softest way. Her eyes scanned you up and down as you hovered over her.
“I’m nervous, y/n.” Jisoo whispered. Her hands were just slightly trembling as they clung onto your shoulders.
You couldn’t help the soft smile you gave her as you stroked her cheek with your thumb. “If you’re not comfortable baby, we don’t have to. There’s no rush.” You kissed her forehead, “We have a lifetime together.”
Jisoo’s eyes seemed almost glossy when she looked into yours. Her hands moved from your shoulders to cup your cheeks in her hands, pulling your face in so that you two were forehead to forehead- with a nervous breath, she shook her head.
“I- I want you, y/n,” Jisoo’s words floated past your burning ears, “tonight.”
A swarm of butterflies seemed to completely take over your stomach as you looked down at your wife, your innocent wife. You swallow nervously, but you nod.
You start by leaning down just to give her a simple kiss. You make sure to ghost your lips over her cheeks, giving a peck anywhere you can- her eyelashes, her nose, her forehead. Jisoo’s eyes are closed as you shower her in adoration.
When you press against her, she bites at your bottom lip and tugs ever so gently. You grin at her eagerness.
“I’ll be gentle, okay baby?” You whisper. Jisoo’s breathing is already ragged, but she nods, her hands skimming up your sides to rest on your back.
Your hand slides down her hips to hook onto the band of her panties. With her help, you push them down as she raises her body, the panties tracing along her slender legs until you toss them onto the floor.
Jisoo shivers at the cold air that she now feels, but a gasp soon replaces it when she is able to feel the warmth of your hand cupping between her thighs. Butterflies pool in your stomach when you realize that you are finally experiencing this moment with Jisoo; you’re listening to her soft breaths that are turning into hushed pants, you feel her wetness slicking across your fingers as you trace up and down her folds.
“You’re so beautiful, baby...” The words slip from your mouth in a whisper as you trace down her neck with your lips, following the perfect dips of her collarbones until you’re traveling down the skin between her breasts. You pause, letting your breath be felt on her skin before you move up to take a nipple into your mouth.
Jisoo buries her head into the bed beneath her. Her hands are barely holding onto you now, but she tries as much as she can to keep you close as her breaths become moans.
“Baby, y/n,” she whines. She’s experiencing so many feelings at once, she’s not sure what to do with herself. She isn’t sure what to say, what noises to make, how to react. All Jisoo knows is that she feels good, and she wants more.
You look at her through the hair that hangs in your face as you continue alternating between her breasts. You fingers are still moving, one finger rubbing against her in fluid motions as your thumb holds it’s spot on her clit. Jisoo bites her lip at the sight of your expression, and she lets out a shaky breath.
“I’m ready, baby-” Jisoo is desperately trying to tug you back up, “please, be near me.”
The slight worry in her voice is what leads you two to be face to face once more. Jisoo lets her hands take hold of you once again, hooking under your arms and nearly hugging you to her body, your face buried into her neck. she smells like peaches, you think, and you can’t help but wonder if she tastes the same way.
“I’m going to start. It might hurt, okay?” Your voice is quiet as your fingers spread apart her folds, slowly. Jisoo nods and you feel her hug tighten. With a small breath, you align your finger to Jisoo, and you begin.
The squelching sound of your finger pushing into Jisoo’s tight core sent shivers down your spine. Combined with the moan that escaped through your wife’s clenched teeth, you might have come right then and there.
“Are you alright, my love?” You pulled away to look at her face. A blush exploded across your cheeks.
Jisoo was looking at you through lidded eyes, her bottom lip trapped between her teeth. Her chest was rising and falling with every motion of your fingers.
“I’m fine... I’m-” her breath hitched in her throat when you curved your fingers ever so slightly. Concern spiked within you, but when you saw her arch her back, her hips stuttering in the slightest way, you paused.
With a faint shade of pink across her cheeks, Jisoo dug her nails into your back. You hissed, not loud enough for her to hear, but you wouldn’t have wanted her to know that you enjoyed it anyway.
To bring more comfort to her, you lean in to give her a gentle kiss. You nip at her mouth, licking and sucking on her bottom lip, resuming the gently thrusting of your finger.
Jisoo’s moans become louder. You rest yourself on your forearm as to give her some breathing space, though she immediately arches her back, her hips pushing onto your finger.
“Tell me if it’s too much baby,” you reassure her that it’s okay to stop, but she shakes her head.
“No, please,” Jisoo shudders, her breath nearly catching in her throat, “keep going..”
Seeing her in her flustered state, you knew that you were in no position to argue. Your smile is soft and reassuring in Jisoo’s eyes as you continue to pump your wrist, moving your thumb in a gentle circular rhythm, trailing down to her breasts to take one into your mouth. Your tongue moves in the same motions as your hand as you alternate, and Jisoo isn’t sure how much she can take.
“Baby, oh my god-” she’s gasping between her moans, her hands are gripping at the back of your neck and tugging at your hair. You begin to move your wrist at a quick, steady pace, taking note in the way her thighs are twitching, threatening to close around your hand.
The sight before you is one to die for. You scan your eyes over Jisoo, and you can’t believe that this woman, as beautiful as she is, is yours. You imprint every detail about this moment into your mind. Jisoo’s hair is spread across the bedsheets, the curls in her hair long gone. She looks at you, eyes barely open as moans spill from her lips. You listen to the sounds she’s making, her juices leaking all around your fingers, your name echoing throughout the room.
“You are so beautiful, my love,” you coo into her ear just as you curve your fingers again, and in that moment, Jisoo comes undone.
“Ah, y/n-!” Her nails dig into your back once again as she moans out your name, her thighs trapping your hand between her legs as you slow your movements to a halt, letting her ride out her orgasm to its extent. Her chest heaves as she takes a deep breath.
As you retreat her hand, Jisoo flinches, and you give her a sweet kiss in apology. You hover over her body and watch as she recovers herself, her eyes closed and chest rising and falling in a ragged rhythm. You smile at her and caress her cheek.
“I love you.”
Jisoo opens her eyes at this and beams at you. Not caring about anything else, she reaches up for you and pulls you back into her arms. You bury your face into her neck and inhale her sweet scent, sighing in the comfort of her hold.
“I love you, too.” She hums just as you’re drifting to sleep. A smile crosses your lips, and then you’re being lulled to sleep by the gentle beating of her heart, your dreams all being about the lifetime that you two have together.
