The Godzilla Minus One (2023) world premiere event at the Hotel Gracery in Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan. Hotel Gracery is also known as the Godzilla hotel due to the life-sized Godzilla head on the eight floor.

I was staying at this hotel in 2016 when Toho held the world premiere (at their flagship theatre, seen lower right) for Shin Godzilla. I wasn't close enough to get any decent photos of the cast, but I did get to see actress Satomi Ishihara in person, so that made the whole trip worth it.

And here's the cast of Godzilla Minus One, along with writer/directorTakashi Yamazaki, at the same event.

Bottleneck Gallery will release Godzilla Minus One prints of both its English and Japanese one sheets tomorrow, March 26, at 12pm EST.

Each design will have three variants: 24x36 screen prints (limited to 350 for $50), 24x36 screen prints on foil (limited to 175 for $75), and 24x36 digital prints on 4mm acrylic panels (limited to 50 for $125).

Whew, wow, I was going to dismiss this movie away... until the last few minutes changed my mind. A great example of how an ending makes or breaks a story. Not a Must Watch. But still a watch for the curious.

Godzilla Minus One is a 2023 Japanese epic kaiju film directed, written, and with visual effects by Takashi Yamazaki. Produced by Toho Studios and Robot Communications and distributed by Toho, starring Ryunosuke Kamiki, Minami Hamabe, Yuki Yamada, Munetaka Aoki, Hidetaka Yoshioka, Sakura Ando and Kuranosuke Sasaki.
