How would the Hannibal’s react if someone drugged reader but with something like THC and she’s suddenly super affectionate, giggling, kissing their face, cooing and cuddling. Would any of them give her it again?

Hannibal Jr. knew from the moment you entered the room that something was wrong. He immediately lowered his glass of whiskey and stood up to hold you. When you started giggling, he thought you were drunk, but then realised it was so much worse when he felt you tremble against him.

He closed his eyes and kissed your temple.

"Sssh…Love. Calm now. Everything is going to be alright. I am here."

He didn’t know who drugged you…but when he found out, he would make sure the culprit gets punished severely.

Morgan was worried of course when he saw you stumbling forward and being very affectionate and all kissy-lovey-dovey. Especially when you started hugging him and kissing him all over his face. But oh…did it feel good. He thought he was dreaming at first…until he felt you trembling against him and the telltale signs of drug abuse in your eyes…But unlike Hannibal Jr., he certainly intended to take advantage. He is still young after all. He can make mistakes.

"My darling…"

He then kissed you.

"You like me ? Really ? Thank you…Oh, thank you. You are perfect. Incredible and beautiful in every way."

To be honest ? Peter was so happy he didn’t care or even notice you were influenced by drugs. He simply hugged you tightly and twirled you around while laughing.

He was so happy.

You were kissing his cheek and telling him everything he ever wanted to hear. You were laughing together and he felt loved.

Kevin knew something was up the moment you showed up and before you could approach him, grabbed you and kept you at arms’ length.

"Ok. What are you doing, princess ? And why are your eyes looking at me like that ? It’s creepy."

He then waited until you explained what had happened before sighing and hugging you.

"…Idiot. If you wanted kisses and hugs, you didn’t need drugs to ask me. You could have just asked. You know I cannot say no to you…"

"…How foolish. Drugs ? My dear little lamb, I am not something to be experienced half-conscious…If you wish for my affection ? Then it will be on my own terms and when you do not look completely out of the pleasurable experience. Have some decency, my dear."

Hannibal Sr. would playfully chastise you or tease you before taking care of you. But he is serious. He doesn’t appreciate someone taking drugs in his household and then dare to make a move on him.

He is worth more than that. Respect your elders.

Dexter Morgan trying to find a place to lay low and winding up in Wolf Trap, Virginia. Meeting Will Graham at some hardware/tackle shop, becoming acquaintances after he sees him a couple more times. Finally talking to one another after they both share a side eyed look after a loud mouth customer comes in, Will remarking how painfully obtuse he is.

Bonding over their neurodiversity and morbid views/humor. Dexter then finding out what Will does for his job and panicking briefly before discovering that they can bond over that too. Dexter is excited he can talk about murder freely without looking or sounding weird.

Will brings up his new friend to Hannibal in a therapy session, and he, of course, gets jealous, going out of his way to kill Dexter only to find out Dexter is just like him. Hannibal and Dexter do their little murder dance, escaping one another's clutches over and over again, enjoying the game. Both also enjoying Will try to figure this shit out.

The dining room was as elegant as ever, with polished silverware and soft candlelight casting a warm glow. The Hannibal family carried their usual composure, their conversations deliberate and measured. But tonight, you were determined to shake things up. Their smiles were rare treasures, and you were going to collect them all.

You leaned forward, a mischievous glint in your eyes. “Okay, serious question—who would survive longer in a zombie apocalypse ? I mean, besides me, obviously.”

The question hung in the air for a moment. Morgan raised an eyebrow, Kevin looked intrigued, Peter nearly dropped his fork, and Hannibal Jr., seated calmly at the far end, quirked his lips in a faint smirk.

“You think you’d survive longer than us?” Peter asked, incredulous. “We’re—”

“Don’t finish that sentence,” you cut him off, holding up a hand dramatically. “You’re talking to someone who once scared off a goose with nothing but jazz hands. I’ve got survival skills and flair.”

Kevin broke first, laughing so hard his shoulders shook. “Oh, I’d pay good money to see you jazz-hands a zombie, princess. That’s art !”

Morgan shook his head, a smirk tugging at his lips. “And then you’d be eaten. A tragic end to such an illustrious career.”

“First of all, rude,” you replied, feigning offense as you brought a hand to your chest. “Second, I’d use my secret weapon—my terrible singing voice. The undead wouldn’t stand a chance.”

Hannibal Sr., leaning back in his chair, let a faint smile grace his face and winked at you. “An unconventional strategy, but effective, perhaps. I imagine even the most ravenous creature would flee at the sound of…say, Bohemian Rhapsody off-key.”

You grinned triumphantly. “Finally, some respect for my brilliance !”

A quiet chuckle slipped from Hannibal Jr., his dark eyes gleaming with amusement. “A bold claim. Though I suspect the real strategy is in making us all laugh ourselves to death first.”

His dry humor caught you off guard, and you turned to him with an exaggerated gasp. “Et tu, Hannibal Jr. ? I thought you’d at least pretend to take me seriously.”

“I am,” he replied smoothly, though his faint smirk betrayed him.

The laughter settled, but you weren’t done yet. Leaning forward again, you clasped your hands together. “Alright, next topic. If we were all animals, what would we be ? No cheating.”

Peter immediately brightened. “Oh ! Kevin would be a wolf—he’s loyal but kind of scary when he’s mad.”

Kevin gave a pleased nod. “I’ll take it. What about you, P ?”

“Me ?” Peter paused, considering. “Maybe a golden retriever ? Friendly, cuddly…”

“…And prone to tears,” you teased, earning a dramatic pout. Peter laughed despite himself when Kevin reached over to playfully ruffle his hair.

“This feels ridiculous,” Morgan muttered, though his expression was faintly amused.

“Oh, Mr. Too-Cool-For-This,” you said, pointing at him, “you’re absolutely a cat. Cool, calculating, and secretly affectionate.”

Morgan rolled his eyes but couldn’t hide the rare, genuine smile that broke through. “Secretly affectionate ? Bold of you to assume.”

Kevin grinned. “Oh, that’s spot on. And Dad ?”

You turned to Hannibal Sr. with a knowing grin. “Easy. A lion. Regal, intimidating…and probably planning something shady at all times.”

For a moment, the table went quiet as the family turned to him. His dark gaze locked onto yours, and you briefly wondered if you’d gone too far. Then, to your surprise, a low, smooth chuckle rumbled from him.

“A fair assessment,” he said, his voice laced with subtle humor. “Though I would argue that I am far less predictable than a lion.”

You turned to Hannibal Jr., who was watching you with quiet interest. “What about you ?”

“I’ll admit,” he said, his tone calm and measured, “I’ve been waiting for this judgment. What creature do you see fit for me ?”

You tapped your chin theatrically, pretending to think. “Oh, that’s easy. You’re an owl. Wise, mysterious, and slightly terrifying if you think about it for too long.”

Hannibal Jr. let out a soft laugh, the sound surprisingly warm. “An apt choice.”

By the end of the night, the room was alive with laughter and warmth. Peter wiped tears from his eyes, Kevin was still grinning, and Morgan offered you a subtle nod of approval. Hannibal Jr. lingered near the edge of the conversation, occasionally chiming in with a sharp comment that always landed perfectly. Even Hannibal Sr., usually so reserved, had a faint but steady smile that hadn’t left his face for some time.

As you gathered your plate, Hannibal Sr. spoke softly, his tone uncharacteristically warm. “You’ve brought something unexpected to this family. A rare and valuable gift. Don’t let us take it for granted.”

You smiled at him, unable to resist a playful remark. “Oh, you couldn’t. I’m unforgettable.”

The laughter that followed was rich and genuine, filling the dining room and lingering long after the meal had ended. You knew you’d succeeded in bringing a spark of joy to their lives—and that thought alone was enough to make you feel like part of the family.

A bit just because I genuinely have no idea when my hannibal x dexter crossover will be complete, as I'm writing a chapter for each perspective

He watches from his boat, even all the way out here he still feels the impulse to keep track of the vile. Even changed, he can recognize the two men on a boat only a couple docks from his, surprisingly tender. The shorter of them leans against the taller, saying something and laughing when the other pulls a face. It pulls at the long scar on his cheek when he does so, not even his scruff can hide it. Half his dark curls pulled back in a top knot, the rest damp with the ocean no doubt. The taller of the two has dirty blond hair, silver just starting to make an appearance. He has distinctly European features, and facial hair that is an interesting mix of silver and wet sand. More tidy than his companion that's for sure. They are surprisingly domestic, and clearly not shy about their relationship. It's in their body language, the comfort arms caging one, the teasing press, the press of lips. He doesn't know if it's for show or genuine, if they are captor and victim or two monsters wearing suits. It's worth keeping an eye on them either way.

Even before they unboard the one cabin ship, he can feel the eyes of a predator on them. It doesn't take much to spot the man watching them, so he subtly points their fellow hunter out as he leans back against the broad chest behind him. “We're being watched, act like I just said something atrocious,” he murmurs, laughing on cue after Hannibal pulls his affronted face. The cannibal pulls him closer at the sound, and he doesn't need to see in order to know. He gives a wolfish grin and teasingly presses up against Hannibal, tilting his head and moving a hand to grab his lovers jaw, leaning in to steal a kiss. It's genuine, neither has to act when it comes to this. “Well my dear boy, you certainly have a gift for finding interesting people. I wonder if he'll turn out to be a guest or the centerpiece, what do you think?” Will turns his gaze to his partner, the thrill of such a long hunt pooling in his stomach. He finds he hungers to chase their new quary, together. As it should be. An agreement is silently reached, yes, they will hunt this monster together.
