Another night without sleep... And I'm hungry, but it's so early to search something in the kitchen. And I don't want make noises...
I should sleep, but I can't. So, I still listening to music, the rock relax me.

I’ve honestly been doing great at not eating too much. I haven’t binged since late November!!! My body is more comfortable to be in, and I feel so much healthier.
But.
Although it’s what got me into this mess, I miss the good feelings that come with a binge. I eat slowly now and savor every bite, but I miss that feeling of huge mouthfuls, and of getting all of that wonderful taste without having to savor each nibble because there’s plenty more in the kitchen, and I could eat for an hour straight and still have leftovers. I know bingeing upsets me before, during, and after, but that relief that comes when I get home with the grocery bags, and barely bother to put the ice cream in the freezer before getting started?Â
I shouldn’t miss it and I know it’ll be like this until I truly leave my e.d. behind, but for now I think about bingeing all the time. I’m doing great with the behaviors, but not so great with the thinking.

Honestamente, de mis efuerzos de no comer demasiado, ¡¡¡he estado haciendo muy bien!!! ¡¡¡No he hecho un atracĂłn desde el final de Noviembre!!! Mi cuerpo es más cĂłmodo para habitar, y me siento mucho más saludable.Â
Pero.
Aunque es lo que causaba este lĂo, extraño a los sentimientos que vienen con un atracĂłn. Ahora yo como lentamente y saboreo cada mordedura, pero extraño el sentimiento de bocados enormes, y de consiguiendo todo este sabor maravilloso sin tener que saborear cada mordisco porque hay mucho más en la cocina, podĂa comer por una hora sin pausa y todavĂa tener sobras. SĂ© que comiendo demasiado me pertuba antes, durante, y despuĂ©s de hacerlo, pero el alivio que viene cuando llego a casa con las bolsas de compra, y casi no me molesto a poner el helado en el congelador antes de empezar el atracĂłn?
No debo extrañarlo y sé que va a ser asà hasta verdadamente lo dejo atrás mi desorden alimenticio, pero por ahora pienso en los atracones todo el tiempo. Estoy hiciendo un buen trabajo en el comportamiento, pero no estoy haciendo tan bien con los pensamientos.
