Busting out my traditional chops for this one baby 💪🏻

I was scrolling around on here and someone brought up giving Griffin long hair, I also noticed that in the Polish(?) publication of Babel they made Griffin look like an 17th century lumberjack in the illustrations. So I decided hey, why not give it a shot?

I'm split on whether I like the long hair or short, though I feel like Griffin isn't the type to tolerate long hair for too long.

Threed's a Crowd

Well this is certainly a moody piece, ain't it? I'm quite proud of it actually. I love how I designed the bus stop sign, fellow New Yorkers will easily be able to tell how close I was to capturing how the "lollipop" bus stops look. I also really adore how I did the staging too, Ness and Paula are right in the middle, and the architecture surrounding them is square and unfriendly. Not to mention the zomb- I mean perfectly normal man right next to Ness. All of this to basically say; Threed sure isn't anything like Onett and Twoson at all.

Autistic headcanon poll

Just like the ADHD headcanon poll I just posted this is a poll to see who out of some of my more obscure (either through thing they're from being obscure or just the thought of that character being autistic not really occurring to people) autistic headcanons the "Tumblr hivemind" agrees with the idea of being autistc

Sorry for this one being a lot of girls, it's just boys tend to be more commonly thought of as autistic because reasons. Also yes I do mean the entire Cahill family as not only throughout the first (and imho best) series of The 39 Clues do several main characters (like Amy, Dan and Alistair) read as autistic but a lot of the historical figures said to be Cahills in the series are ones that people could make an argument for being autistic by modern standards (like Jefferson, Tesla or Mozart) so it could be reasonable to assume other figures might have it too and even if they don't look such in our universe at least were mildly so in theirs. Also, sorry for putting an Oswald character on both this poll and the ADHD poll (that cartoon was a bit of a hyperfixation when I was little and some of the cast kinda read as neurodivergent even by cartoon-character exaggerated-standards)

RECORDING SESSION Sessions for RCA, February 2–8, 1976: The Jungle Room, Graceland, Memphis The next number, “She Thinks I Still Care,” a George Jones standard by Memphis songwriter Dickey Lee, offered more of the same. The musicians tried adding more rhythm and new vocal parts, but finally returned to the original’s slow country feel.

Connie Francis — "He Thinks I Still Care" (1962) B-side single (flip side to "I Was Such a Fool (To Fall in Love with You)"

Francis released her cover as a single in September 1962, a few months after George Jones first released the song. The lyrics this time had been slightly changed to match the performer's gender (gender flip: male to female).

Anne Murray — "He Thinks I Still Care" (1973-1974) As released in her 1973 Danny's Song album, and again as a single in 1974.

Elvis was a great fan of female voices in music; as such, among other artists, he admired Anne Murray's work in country music, so one wonders whether he chose to record "She Thinks I Still Care" after hearing Murray's cover on her 1973 album or some other artist previous release, considering other than George Jones and Connie Francis, more big names in the record business such as Cher, Jerry Lee Lewis and Glen Campbell had also released their covers of this tune prior to Elvis' However, Anne Murray's cover was the latest release of the song recorded by a strong name in the music industry regarding the period in which Elvis would release his cover version (late 1976), therefore it's highly probable that Presley took knowledge of Anne's recording and then became interested in covering the song himself, even if he had listened to other previous released versions as well. This is all merely speculation from my part since I haven't read anything yet addressing the origin for Elvis' interest in this specific song but, if you'd ask me, I'd say that letting aside the difference in gender in the lyrics concerning Murray's recording and his own, Elvis' version ("She Thinks I Still Care") sounds much more like Anne's version than the original recording by George Jones', IMHO.

Anne Murray naturally followed Connie Francis' 1962 female version of the lyrics for "She Thinks I Still Care" in her recording.
