It's funny, when I'm watching this show I don't feel like it's particularly shippy but if you take a screenshot of scenes like this it's totally different.

Seriously, someone should put Kan Hideyoshi and Mokudai Kazuto in a really angsty BL. Like, a real enemies-to-lovers thing. With action scenes. Come to think of it, someone should put them in a remake of HIStory 3: Trapped. If only...
