The sound of screaming early in the morning had woken a good number of people in the Twins. The sound of pure grief that many had not heard since the moment that Lord Eddard Stark’s death had been announced in the Northern army’s camp, the sound of Lady Joanna screaming. Her husband had last heard such a noise when word from Winterfell had arrived about her brothers Bran and Rickon, but this was mosounded like a deeper loss than any other he had heard from her, that anyone had ever heard from her.

The loss of the last of her brothers -   - her King -   - had been bad enough, her wolf as well. She knew that she had lost them the moment she opened her eyes and saw the Frey’s maester. It is because I am a Bolton... not a Stark... my marriage to Morgan saved me, when it did not save Robb or Ghost... The woman had pulled herself up and knew something else was off. The pain in her abdomen, in her belly and lower back, told her as much. The baby...

That was the moment the scream of grief had left her lips. She had lost everything, everything but her Morgan... Roose Bolton would not have allowed any mortal peril come to his son, not with the bastard as his only alternative as an heir. Gods above, she had been waiting until they crossed the Trident to tell Morgan about the baby and now she had lost it. “I am sorry, my Lady, but with the injuries you suffered, your body could not afford to waste energy on the-”

“Shut up!!!” She screamed at the maester and the man ducked as she threw a pillow in his direction. She moved, her entire body aching and stood on shaking legs. Her face felt raw, but she did not care for that compared to the pain of loosing her child, her little Domeric. When the door opened and she saw Morgan, injured but not in peril and with no guards, anger bubbled. “Tell me, swear it on the memory of your brother, that you had NOTHING to do with this.”

Happy New Year 2016.

After a few years off of shooting Groove Party, I made my way back down memory lane and shot the 2015 Groove Party. It was an exciting event for me as my favourite Jamaican Gospel reggae artist, Kristina Alicia was on in the country for the concert.

Here is a brief highlight of Groove Party 2015/6 held at the Safaricom Kasarani Stadium.

We are his temple. We do not turn in a certain directlon to pray. We are not bound by having to go into a building so that we can commune with God. There are no unique postures and times and limitations that restrict our access to God. My relationship with God is intimate and personal. The Christian does not go to the temple to worship.
