every single day I am appalled and amazed by Misaki's characterization being leagues above so many female characters in shonen history. She was a girlboss she could cry she had a tragic backstory that actively mattered she had flaws she was great at the game she had her own "superpower" she wasn't for sex appeal or a love interest she cut her hair short she was loving yet not yielding she is so cool. Misaki you're amazing <3

Them😊. I don’t think I’ve really talked about this but Aichi and Naoki’s friendship is so wholesome and a highlight of the Link Joker arc. I feel like Aichi gives Naoki the kind of encouragement he wanted to hear when he was a rookie. He’s very nurturing for the fiery shonen boy.

Anyway, a bunch of headcanons on post-canon misakou:

Misaki always saves up for the next ultra rare concert (this is more or less canon). She gets into a modelling side gig, and that's how they meet each other again

Kourin has 0 idea on how a complete stranger can also seem so familiar. (It's because I go to all of your concerts, misaki says lying thru her teeth)

Their first conversation when they meet each other again goes something like:

Kourin: oh, that's a nice hair tie on your wrist.

Misaki, in actual pain: thanks. It's... a gift from a friend.

Kourin: well, whoever it is, they have really good taste.

Misaki: ...yeah. The best.
