May from Gunsmith Cats ! I maintain that this show would have been awesome if it hadn't been written by pervs lmao. This girl has such a gorgeous character design, I love her hair in particular ! Though I wasn't sure what colour to make it lol.

Anyway, someday, I'll remake that show. Someday. I love that 90s anime artstyle. Much better than modern stuff. Though I don't watch anime, in general, anyway .
