Everytime I think of the admins Xara, Romeo and Fred I think their dynamic would’ve been oh so similar to Petra, Jesse and Lukas. Surely someone has done a swap Au of these guys..

Makes what happens with the admins so much more tragic imagining their relationship like them, Romeo being an odd one out for a while, before becoming arguably the strongest. Xara being adventurous, warrior like and deadly, before showing her more softer side, wanting to protect her friends. Even Fred maybe starting off as a coward before becoming braver, even standing up to Romeo before suffering defeat.

Imagine if Petra and Lukas had to work together to defeat Jesse only to fail, Jesse killing Lukas, whilst Petra having to watch, before being stripped of her powers, every ounce of strength and pride she had before being locked away.

Surely it was intentional but at the end of the day both of these trios were just besties, imagine if these groups swapped paths how different it would be.

Everyone knows of the Admins.

First there was Fred. A huge, tall man with skin the colour of the vivid ocean, hair the colour of a night sky, and eyes the colour of poppies. The people knew him as the Admin of the Overworld, and he spent his time encouraging life and helping people to flourish.

Then there was Romeo. With skin the colour of polished basalt, hair the colour of nether wart, and eyes that seemed to blur into a lava colour when you looked at them from a different angle. The people knew him as the Admin of the Nether, and he although he was chaotic, he taught people to defend themselves and to adapt into challenging environments.

But there was a third Admin of the End, name only known from hushed whispers. Her name was Xara, with hair the colour of purpur, skin the colour of endstone and eyes the colour of dragons breath. The people were afraid of talking to her, only seeing a woman of intelligence and power.

No one knew what Xara did - the Oasis was automated to run without her, carefully built to survive anything. All they knew was that she protected each of the Ender Dragons, and everytime one died she allowed their egg to hatch, and for a new dragon to spawn and stop the world from falling into corruption.

As long as the Ender Dragon lived on, and continued to keep the world pure, no one even thought of making Xara change what she did.

A long time later, when the Admins, one dead, one insane, one forgotten, were nothing more than myths, a prisoner sits in her cell alone. Her hair is no longer purper, her skin no longer endstone, her eyes no longer dragons breath, but she still feels the exact moment that the Ender Dragon is slaughtered by a misguided Order of the Stone.

And without her to hatch the next egg and spawn the next Ender Dragon, the world falls into corruption.

The End has been freed.
