I mean, I think you should be decently suspicious of how immediately Mr. Neotrances went from talking about an actual-factual trans*masc* pedophile to settling petty grudges with trans *women* by doing creative writing about them colluding with him. The "cop in your brain" bit is hyperbolic and crude, but there's a very real kernel there in how sex-pest based moral panics are used as truncheons against trans women; I guess "dismantle the surveillance state in your brain" isn't as catchy.
