Is it too late to get in on Mipper Week?
Nursing school is always crazy, and it was my birthday on Wednesday (yay!) so I’ve been preoccupied.
I love the mix and match prompts @warcrimegwen chose for this, such a fun and unique way to celebrate! The ones I chose for this piece were Fantasy + Confessions
The idea behind it is partly inspired by movies like Red Shoes and the Seven Dwarves and The Nutty Professor, in that our overweight heroes magically become thin for short periods of time and complicate things by falling in love— with each other!
#definitely love this au and plan to do more things with it in the future#romance body positivity and transformation shenanigans what more could you want?#I created a whole narrative for this#Millie is a castle bookkeeper#Ripper is a knight-in-training#total drama#td millie#td ripper#td Mipper#millie x ripper#Mipper week#fantasy au#total drama revival#total drama reboot#td 2023#total drama millie#total drama ripper#bwwm couples#bwwm love#bwwmromance

Some sketches I did for my Millie + Ripper fantasy au
- Millie is a castle bookkeeper who longs to find true love, but is discouraged and believes that all eligible bachelors she meets are superficial chauvinists who prefer petite women.
- Ripper is an aspiring knight, but is repeatedly mocked for his physique by his comrades. He laughs it off as male banter, but subconsciously is insecure about being a bulky oaf and not the slim and charming type that all the women in court seem to go for.
- Millie shares her troubles with her coworker Lauren (who is secretly a witch) and Ripper confides in the royal alchemist Damien. They give their respective clients an elixir which transforms them into thinner versions of themselves.
- With their new bodies, Millie decides to test whether her theory is true and sets out to find a guy to fall in love with her and see if he still feels the same after seeing her true self (and documenting her findings). While Ripper plans to use his slimmer body to impress the knights (Idk whatever the medieval fantasy equivalent to a football coach is), and impress the ladies when off the battlefield.
- Both of them decide that the best way to reach their goal is to act under the guise of an alter ego. What neither of them suspects is the charming person they met turns out to be the one who irritates them the most. (Funny shenanigans ensue when they realize their transformations are only temporary and they can’t control when they occur).
