i am of the firm belief that the syndicate has good morals but bad methods of enforcing those morals, but also its so funny that you kind of end up with a little sit com cast if you really think about it and that's why i love them regardless

techno: SLEEPS ALL DAY, only wakes up once every few weeks, causes chaos while awake, just adopted a child by accident

phil: old man, doesn't he like canonically have train sets in his basement, occasionally goes to poke technoblade to see if he's alive *cue laughter track*, endearing father figure relationship with the other members, also adopted a child by accident

niki: iconic, brings cookies to meetings, is literally never around except for meetings, a delight when she shows up, would definitely actually get them to wear clothes appropriate for the tundra, soft spoken but definitely has some of the best one liners, nice older sister relationship with everyone

ranboo: is the accidentally adopted child, married to one of the people they view as someone to keep an eye on, is hiding his child from the people who adopted him, "ahahaha ive never been to snowchester what?" *cuts to a family portrait of him, tubbo and micheal in micheal's room. in snowchester as a laughter track plays*, no sides but has to pretend he is on one, basically a spy ngl

sometimes tubbo appears in episodes too and he's just like: married to a member without realising it, very oblivious to the fact that they are keeping an eye on him to the point where he probably sits down at some point and just gushes about how communist his commune is to techno or something, seems kind and gentle and then boom nukes
