I'm not crazy about Pedro about being Mr. Fantastic, so I would like to propose Pedro Pascal as Michael Badilino; a.k.a.

Vengence

He's an ex NY cop

Purple flames

One third of the Organic Medallion of Power

Which means bringing back Nicolas Cage's Johnny Blaze (OG Ghost Rider)

And introducing Danny Ketch who touched a sigil on a motorcycle, becoming a blue flamed Ghost Rider

Joined Ghost Rider after trying to kill him, thinking he was Zarathos (the one who gave Blaze his powers)

Was confronted by Spider-Man while temporarily acting as Ghost Rider after Blaze died

Was a member of the Midnight Sons group, who's members also include Johnny Blaze, Danny Ketch, Steven Grant's Mr. Knight, and Jack Russell's Werewolf by Night

Edit: Also Gabriel Luna has already been cast as Robbie Reyes' Ghost Rider for Agents of SHIELD

I would also like to propose Norman Reedus as Danny Ketch as a bonus. He's the successor of the Ghost Rider moniker, for lack of a better term. He's also Johnny Blaze's long lost brother.

I just think it'd be nice to explore something new, rather than another recasting.

Ghost Rider is the name of multiple superheroes or antiheroes appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Marvel had previously used the name for a Western character whose name was later changed to Phantom Rider.

Michael Badilino (AKA Vengeance)

Captain Dolan suggested that Badilino had previously served with Special Forces, but Badilino himself said that he joined the NYPD after leaving the Marines — his father had been a cop and he didn’t have any better ideas. He was Jeffrey Piper’s first partner when Piper joined the force, and spoke approvingly of the Punisher’s lethal approach to criminals. He later became a detective, often assigned to special cases. After Ghost Rider (Dan Ketch) was linked to the death of Captain Dwight Jones, the Mayor appointed Lieutenant Badilino as head of a task force to apprehend the vigilante.

Mephisto manipulated Ghost Rider (Johnny Blaze) to blast Michael’s father with hellfire. The trauma drove the man insane. He murdered his daughters, wife and then committed suicide while Michael was away on an assignment. Michael blamed the Ghost Rider and took Mephisto’s offer to become a similar being called ‘Vengeance’ to battle them.

After both Ketch and Blaze battled Vengeance, the Caretaker stopped them. He explained that Badilino’s family was also connected to the Medallion of Power, which was why Mephisto had manipulated them as well. In reality, he had given up his soul for the power that was his birthright in the first place. He joined the Midnight Sons. While Ketch was missing, Vengeance filled in for him, patrolling the area around Cypress Hills Cemetery.
