BALIPORTALNEWS.COM, NUSA DUA - Kawasan The Nusa Dua, yang dikembangkan dan dikelola oleh PT Pengembangan Pariwisata Indonesia atau Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC), menjadi tempat penyelenggaraan event Bali Championship The Dewata Series Vol.2 atau lebih dikenal dengan sebutan Push Bike Competition (for Children). Bali Championship The Dewata Series Vol 2 merupakan kompetisi push bike bergengsi di Pulau Bali dan salah satu olahraga yang mengasah sensor motorik anak. Event ini telah diselenggarakan di Pulau Peninsula, Kawasan The Nusa Dua pada 16 Desember 2023. Event ini diikuti oleh kurang lebih 200 peserta reguler dan 25 peserta undangan yang berasal dari Singapore, Australia dan Indonesia dengan kategori anak-anak umur 2–9 tahun. Selain menampilkan kompetisi push bike, event ini juga diramaikan oleh food festival, pertunjukan BMX freestyle, live music dan Tari Kecak and Barong Dance Show. General Manager The Nusa Dua. I Gusti Ngurah Ardita mengatakan, selaku pengelola kawasan The Nusa Dua sangat mendukung terselenggaranya event bergengsi ini di Pulau Peninsula guna menambah aktivasi/kegiatan baik art, culture, dan sport di Kawasan The Nusa Dua. “Event ini juga kami kolaborasikan dan dikemas dengan field trip yang merupakan salah satu program kerja kami di The Nusa Dua dengan memberikan edukasi tentang pemadam kebakaran untuk anak-anak sehari sebelum kompetisi dimulai. Kami pun mengapresiasi kepercayaan dari pihak penyelenggara untuk menggelar event ini di Pulau Peninsula yang sangat memiliki fasilitas lengkap untuk penyelenggaraan event. The Nusa Dua memiliki fasilitas lengkap baik indoor space maupun outdoor space serta SOP yang telah terbukti siap dan sukses dalam menggelar berbagai jenis event berskala besar baik nasional maupun internasional,” jelas Ngurah Ardita. Pulau Peninsula sebagai lokasi penyelenggaraan event ini merupakan area outdoor space seluas 5 hektar dengan lokasi langsung menghadap Samudera Hindia. Area yang dilengkapi dengan fasilitas open stage, helipad standard Chinook, Taksu Art Stage yang mampu menampung 600 orang, serta wisata alam Water Blow ini bisa digunakan untuk berbagai kegiatan (MICE), termasuk event atau pagelaran musik, wedding party, employee gathering, dan gala dinner. “Fasilitas ini tentunya sangat siap dalam mendukung setiap penyelenggaraan event termasuk sport event.
