Part of the fun of this series it how open it is to interpretation, how so many people can see different things in the same piece of art and inspire each other thanks to those differing perspectives. maybe a little bit generic of me, but i adore the dream land four!

magolor and bandee are tied for tippy top favourite, but this whole group just mean everything to me and i am extremely normal about them. after these guys it's probably a very close galacta knight and marx!

king dedede was actually my first ever played exposure to the franchise (through smash multiplayer at a party where i picked him due to Bird) and marx was my first 'character i recognised + played + was obsessed with outside the mains' in star allies so i still consider him my original Little Freak (affectionate)

Before I explain anything, I want to say that this AU has dark themes such as: possession, post trauma, neglect, near-death experiences, mental health, and possibly more. Please, if I miss a tag, tell me, and I'll add it. (Food will not be TWed)

Time travel is involved, so some things are complicated! Feel free to send and ask asking for clarification about things, because honestly, sometimes even *I* get confused by the timeline

Current placement of the ask blog in the AU's timeline: a few months after the birth of Daemian, about a year after Kirby And The Forgotten Land (a year and a half after Kirby Star Allies)

A poorly made family tree to help you all better understand what the hell is going on:

(turned into Dark Matter means they were not created by Void Termina, but were later infested with enough Dark Matter to act as if they were) In this AU, Dark Matter is not necessarily negative energy, it is the overall name for the creations of Void Termina.

Currently, no one but Magolor and Gooey are aware of who is who (for example: Meta Knight doesn't know that Magolor is Mago, despite the similarities. But Gooey knows he is Kirby's actual parent.)

Hey, so, I had a real bad time during the panini, and, in my dire need to feel something that wasn’t dead inside, I rediscovered my childhood love of Kirby. Which, you’ll be happy to know, has yet to subside - meaning there’s way more where this came from. Also, I might have a bit of a bias towards a certain egg wizard and the clown that bothers him. Gunolor is my favorite one here.
