Hi I'm back on my idol franchise theory bullshit except this time I have now expanded it into literally just music franchises. I'd like to think my assignments on this after research and confirmation from over 10 friends also in the franchises is right.

forced to reminisce about hetaoni and how obsessed i was back in like 2012-2013

the concept is so novel cuz it takes what is essentially a fairly normal horror game with bland, one note characters but takes an insanely popular (at the time) series and slaps them in with a fresh coat of paint, even adding new elements and features

the idea of time travel, time loops and having immortality being ripped from you is such an interesting idea cuz it adds so many possibilities, problems, personal challenges and forces characters together that have rarely interacted both in history and just in the show. then you also have characters that are on the sidelines that have to find ways to help the 10 main characters that are stuck with minimal knowledge of what is ACTUALLY going on

(from what i remember, only italy and england were the ones aware of the time loops)

imagine being forced to witness your friends and loved ones dying over and over and OVER and you are absolutely powerless to do anything except reset everything and just hope for a better outcome; even at one point watching the point in time where you find out that you were the one who doomed everyone from the start but you can't intervene

personal. i’ll always hold high school story very close to my heart for many reasons, but when my mom passed away in late june 2022 it was the thing that kept me going. archiving hss throughout july/august 2022 was the distraction i so desperately needed in a time when everyone was allowed to mourn my mother’s death but me.

i really connected with autumn’s character and her grief for her mother and that’s an aspect of her that people didn’t get at the time, i think. grief becomes part of your life. it’s in the little things. it’s everywhere. i see my mother in every thing. she was my best friend. when autumn struggles to open her mother’s jewellery box and the mc is there to help her - i wish i had had someone to help me choose my mother’s last outfit. i think it’s one of the most beautiful scenes written in hss. it’s not flashy and it’s not very long. it’s not even in the main quest. but the sentiment behind it makes it very meaningful to me.

Okay so Denver International Airport (DIA) is like. The centerpiece for so many conspiracies and curse theories and shit. My absolute favorite is the statue that greets you at the front. It's this massive blue horse (nicknamed blucifer). He apparently is cursed for a few different reasons.

One is his appearance. When I say massive I mean this thing was huge. The body is dark blue and the mane is black. But the thing that sets everyone off is its eyes. It has glowing red eyes.

He's also cursed bc iirc he killed his creator. The horse and body and stand are all separate pieces. Apparently the head fell on its creator before he could unveil or put together the entire horse.

Anyway this thing was my favorite as a kid. I only looked forward to picking up relatives or vacationing and flying out of DIA for this boy. He is so pretty and I love him a lot ty
