i have been rereading sakadays, and nagumo's hair looks longer in the early art style compared to the recent one. ever since then, i can't stop thinking about how nagumo would come to us for help in cutting his hair. the bonus comic where rion cut his hair didn't help either haha. he would use it as an excuse to spend time together with us too, and make up lies like 'i don't feel like going to the salon. too noisy there!' when asked why he didn't go to a salon instead.

for him, it could be one of the rare times where he feels more ease. he would chat (and teasing) with you, but i like to imagine him staying silent most of the time to enjoy the rare times he gets to feel peace and safe in your hands. it's just you, him, and the sound of scissors snipping his hair in the background. even if you mess up his hair a little, he wouldn't mind haha.

"Finally, a peaceful haircut," Nagumo muttered under his breath, his body visibly relaxing as your fingers threaded through his hair, the contrasting warmth sending pleasant shivers down his spine. He closed his eyes, leaning back slightly into the chair, allowing you full access. A small sigh escaped Nagumo's lips as he felt your hands working through his hair, the soft snipping of scissors adding to the tranquil atmosphere. He opened his eyes halfway, watching your reflection in the mirror. The sight of your focused expression and the seriousness in your eyes as you concentrated on the task at literal hand stirred something deep within him. As you continued snipping away at his hair, he couldn't resist the urge to tease you. He reached out, his fingers trailing along your wrist. Nagumo retracted his touch as swiftly as he had initiated it, feigning innocence when you shot him a glare through the mirror. Nagumo: (smirks) Careful there, don't wanna end up with bald spots now. You: Don't tempt me. Inwardly, he appreciated that you weren't tempted, instead enjoying the delicate touch of your fingers against his scalp as you worked meticulously.

End note: Can't guarantee how the hair looked afterwards, nor what the favour you end up cashing in is about. It's all up to your...

/ P.S. thanks to @dearsecretlover - I imagine / personally like to think that you / the Reader just left Nagumo's hair out in the wilderness of the JCC campus so birds could make a nest out of it.

The fact that Lovato had no physical defects was obvious to anyone with a modicum of common sense, but for Cyrus it went beyond beauty. Everything about the brunette enchanted her, from her physical beauty to her inner beauty, she knew that Demi is an angelic and passionate being, and for these reasons she perhaps felt so jealous when it came to someone hitting on or just taking advantage of Demi's goodness.

The owner of Give Your Heart a Break, in the commercial, woke up from her interrupted sleep and the first thing she missed was waking up and having the woman from the blues there, in the same room, appreciating her and showering her with all the love in the world, to the point of making her feel just as powerful.

Before the blonde could complete her words, she was silenced by Lovato's lips, who grabbed the back of Miley's head and pulled her larger body down, laying on top of hers. Cyrus' hands tightened around the brunette's waist, causing her to pull away in a gasp of pain, their lips parted briefly, and the collision of blue and brown ended.

- I missed you. - Demi admitted unexpectedly.

Miley didn't express surprise at how much her body was enveloped by Lovato's kiss, but inside she was incredibly surprised to hear the owner of her heart admit something that would only come up in a possible argument to ease the situation.

- Okay, now I'm dreaming. - she joked, earning a sincere smile from Demi. - I missed you too. - She sighed, stroking the smaller girl's waist under her blouse and feeling her skin tingle.

- C’mon. – she said and pulled the blonde by the nape of her neck, leaving their lips inches apart. - Tell me you love me. - she whispered.

- I would die for you. - she said as radiant as her heart could sound.

Demi felt her whole world make sense just with that exchange of words, she never thought Miley could be so intense when it came to expressing what she was really feeling. So used to arguing and settling for moans, orgasms and pillow talk that would be broken the moment they were no longer together, declaring herself in such a pure way made them both feel completely loved and more in love

Picking up his spoon, he traced the remaining swirls of chocolate sauce with a faraway look in his eyes, savouring the fleeting holy grail of comfort in a world otherwise filled with tension.

“Watch your back,” he murmured, mimicking his own words as they carried a weight heavier than the playful banter they were cloaked in. He knew better than anyone that those words carried more weight than just a casual farewell between colleagues.

He had his reasons for warning you, but voicing his unease over ice cream wasn’t the way to go—even if he knew you’d just wave it off as nothing.

… wszystkie są zdecydowanie warte śledzenia (czy to za pomocą legalnych, czy nielegalnych środków) - zakończył w odniesieniu do m.in. The Walking Dead czy Doctor Who Henry Jenkins, uznany medioznawca i badacz kultury popularnej, w rozmowie o zmianach w świecie seriali z Szymonem Grelą w 2011. Ten tekst, z trzech zasadniczych powodów, chciałbym poświęcić właśnie wspomnianym nielegalnym środkom (oglądania seriali w internecie i w odniesieniu do zmian jakie w nich zaszły). Po pierwsze, bo zawsze miałem sentyment do piratów. Po drugie, bo nieformalne obiegi kultury otrzymują o wiele mniej uwagi od tych oficjalnych. I wreszcie po trzecie, bo bardzo bawi mnie wizja względnie poważnej analizy czegoś takiego.

W telegraficznym skrócie: piractwo internetowe przeszło w ostatnich dwóch dekadach pewne istotne zmiany. O ile wciąż funkcjonują dobrze wszystkim znane strony z torrentami i tak samo dobrze sprawdzają się przy dystrybuowaniu oprogramowania, w przypadku tekstów kultury przestały one być aż tak atrakcyjne. Oglądanie seriali ma być w założeniu rozrywką, a rozrywką nie jest przecież konieczność obchodzenia kolejnych blokad i martwienie się, czy wraz z nowym odcinkiem nie pobrało się nowego wirusa (a przynajmniej nie jest to rozrywką dla każdego). Nieformalne obiegi seriali przeszły więc do względnego mainstreamu, najpierw przez ogólnodostępne strony pokroju CDA, a obecnie goszcząc na największych platformach społecznościowych, codziennie docierając do dziesiątek milionów ich użytkowników. Taka jakościowa zmiana w piraceniu seriali przejawia się w dwóch głównych aspektach: dostosowywaniu seriali pod warunki platformy, na której są rozpowszechniane oraz cichej modyfikacji podejścia korporacji do nieformalnego obrotu ich treściami. Nie odważę się stwierdzić, który z nich pojawił się jako pierwszy, jednak oba z pewnością wzajemnie się wspierają i napędzają.

Dostosowywaniem seriali pod platformy społecznościowe określam zbiór kilku specyficznych praktyk, którymi manipuluje się oryginalną treścią seriali. Są to m.in. dodawanie elementów audiowizualnych, selekcja scen oraz tworzenie kompilacji. Pierwsza z praktyk wynika nie tylko z próby uatrakcyjnienia konkretnych fragmentów czy przekształcania ich w memy, ale także z konieczności oszukania algorytmów, których celem jest ochrona prawa do dystrybucji danych tytułów. Nieustannie skanują one udostępniane treści starając się wychwycić te z  nich, które mogą naruszać interesy dystrybutorów. Żadna platforma nie chce bowiem narazić się na wypłacenie innemu podmiotowi rekompensaty za poniesione straty. Poza dodawaniem np. innej ścieżki dźwiękowej czy zmniejszaniem obrazu, skuteczną metodą okazuje się zamieszczanie odcinków podzielonych na części lub nawet konkretne sceny. Prowadzi to właśnie do oddolnej selekcji materiału źródłowego - decydowania o tym, co w danym serialu jest warte udostępnienia. Kolejnym krokiem jest tworzenie całych składanek poszczególnych fragmentów czy scen, które uporządkowane przez społeczność tworzą np. syntezę historii danej postaci czy przegląd występowania danego motywu na przestrzeni kolejnych sezonów.

Takie dekonstruowanie seriali nie umknęło uwadze korporacji, które z czasem przestały z nim aż tak zaciekle walczyć, a nawet zaczęły się w nie angażować. Oficjalne profile danych seriali czy dystrybutorów zaadaptowały nowe, tworzone przez fanów formaty, dostrzegając w nich zapewne okazję na jednocześnie tanią i bardzo efektywną reklamę swoich produktów. Pomimo tego, że nie odnoszą zysków bezpośrednio z umieszczenia danych scen na Facebooku czy YouTube, fakt dotarcia w ten sposób do swoich odbiorców (obecnych i przyszłych) zdaje się bezcenny z punktu widzenia marketingu. Takie strategie to de facto zaakceptowanie roli nieformalnych obiegów kultury dla jej rozpowszechniania, dystrybucji oraz budowania wspólnot wokół jej wytworów.

Niemożliwym do pominięcia kontekstem jest oczywiście również post-post-postmodernistyczna kultura internetowa, przepełniona ironią, sarkazmem i przejaskrawieniem. Umieszczanie na YouTube kilkugodzinnych materiałów, które w rzeczywistości są zapętlonym odcinkiem Family Guy, to żart sam w sobie. Żartem nie są jednak setki tysięcy wyświetleń tych filmów, które i tak są niczym w stosunku do setek milionów wyświetleń odpowiednio krótszych fragmentów umieszczonych na TikTok’u. I choć absurdalnie zabawne (przynajmniej dla mnie), ostatecznie są świadectwem zupełnie realnych zmian w strategiach odbioru treści kulturowych, w tym przypadku seriali, w społeczeństwach ponowoczesnych.
