while not a complete meta,   this will be a small overview of how seraphina runs her store as for pricing of her product.    as seraphina sells human cuts of flesh rather than animal cuts,    there will of course be some differences.     however, to make things easier for both myself and everyone reading this,    i will be likening the prices of these cuts to cuts of fancier meats  [  lamb,   mainly,   but i’m making it up.  ]   as seraphina’s cuts are fresh(er than one would normally get).    it’s important to note that seraphina’s prices also depend on the crime of the cut being sold,   as this affects how the meat tastes and otherwise. *
some things that are consistent with this store:   1 )  new SUPERNATURAL customers get a discount on their first purchase.  2 )  if you work with seraphina,  you may get a continuous discount as well.
non - organ prices.
when seraphina is preparing a body,   she creates the cuts as thus:   shoulders,    neck,    legs,    arms,    chest...    and then there is  shins  /  calves  /   forearms,    etc,   which are more specialty cuts and typically more expensive  (  running upwards of $150+ ).    non - specialty cuts remain in the range of $25-75 / per joint or lb.    when she gets a custom order,    when a customer wants a certain person made into product or otherwise,    she adds a specialty tax that is usually $100+ for the trouble of hunting down a specific person or otherwise.      seraphina is not in the business of hurting or hunting children or elderly people,   and she will turn away these requests without a second thought.
as mentioned above,   the crime of the cut sometimes affects its taste.    abusers taste typically bitter and sour,    as if they were curdling,    and sometimes may be given a discount or given away for free.    the businessmen she hunts sometimes have marbled flesh,   and so are usually a more quality grade  (  unless they dabble in drugs,   alcohol,   etc.  which is often the case,  but even then... )   and are usually sold at higher prices than usual   –––   the highest she’s sold currently is $550 for an entire marbled arm,    sliced thin.    skin,   she charges by the inch.       the lower quality the meat,   the more degraded the body,   the less the price.
organ prices.
seraphina does sell organs as they are,   though they are typically made into treats and desserts or actual packaged meals one can buy.    as they are delicate to both transport and handle,    hearts,   eyeballs,    and any brain matter is extremely expensive  (  upwards of $1.5k+  )  and are really only bought by wealthy customers.   liver,   kidney and lungs sell for less than $2k but more than $800.    as with meat cuts,   if someone wants an organ from a specific person,   or wants an organ that she does not have,   seraphina charges an extra and hefty tax for her labor.          this is where quite a bit of her income comes from,   as many ghouls and folks want organs but she has to harvest them.
blood prices.
here we get to blood.    of course,   the rarer the blood,   the more expensive it is.  seraphina sells it by the pouch,    by the quart,    or by the pint   [  ranging from  $40-55,  $78-98,  $150 - 250   ].    blood tastes different according to the diet of its former owner,    as well as its type:    b negative tastes different from o positive,    and vice versa.
*  please know i do not work in the black market. the underground market is something i made up in this silly little fake supernatural wold, and these prices are not real and i literally just made them up with some help from google resources from medical sites and insider. i am not a butcher and i do not have butcher experience.
