With Summer coming to an end, nights slowly get longer, are you ready to face them...? Revisiting an old favourite for a brand new mosaic thanks to my Patrons picking Don't Starve on a poll for what fanart I should draw! This game has so much character, and is already stylized such a fun way it was a treat to put it into my style on top of that. And what timing is better than just as Summer ends to kick off the spookier season with Fall on the horizon? So in Japan on the first Sunday of February we do the thing called mamemaki (bean throwing??) to scare away oni(demons/bad luck/bad things) and call in Fuku (happens/good luck)

So you just yell “鬼はー外!福はーうち!” (Oniwasoto fukuwauti/oni outside Fuku inside) and throw dry deans everywhere

And if there are kids in the household, parents often pretend to be oni and, kids trow beans at them:)

also you might find some yummy snacks under your bed 3 months later lol
